第一篇：怎么樣寫出國留學(xué)推薦信

推薦信很可能是申請過程中最容易被忽視、也最沒有得到充分利用的申請手段。推薦信在整個申請過程中起著至關(guān)重要的作用，它是申請者自我推銷戰(zhàn)略的一個關(guān)鍵部分，通過推薦信從認(rèn)識申請人的第三者立場了解申請人的特點是錄取過程中非常重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)。一封好的推薦信能夠通過列舉具有啟發(fā)性的事例或講述有關(guān)申請人候選資格的關(guān)鍵性問題來支撐整個申請定位，使申請人從眾多與自己條件相當(dāng)、甚至比自己條件更為優(yōu)越的申請者當(dāng)中脫穎而出。一般大學(xué)會要求2-3封推薦信，所以推薦人的選擇和推薦信的內(nèi)容是極其重要的。

下面以我的一個客戶為例子來具體說明：

硬件條件：本科：2003年畢業(yè)于中國××大學(xué)計算機專業(yè)。gpa：3.2碩士：2008年將畢業(yè)于清華國際mba專業(yè)（清華與mit合作項目）gpa：3.5ibt：90。gre, gmat未考。

工作經(jīng)驗：××市財政局預(yù)算處公務(wù)員3年。

中華人民共和國財政部實習(xí)2個月。

××市財政局財政征收分局實習(xí)2個月。

申請目標(biāo)：top20商學(xué)院金融master。

分析：我這個客戶其實是沒什么致命的硬傷，條件還是比較牛的，美中不足的就是以他的申請目標(biāo)來看，他的gpa成績偏低。但這個客戶本人的學(xué)習(xí)能力、理解能力及對事物的認(rèn)知看法都是十分強的，只是他上大學(xué)的時候沒想過出國留學(xué)，也不喜歡硬性的考試制度，所以沒在意自己的成績。

確定推薦人：

申請人需要將自己的全方位信息展現(xiàn)出來，因此你也應(yīng)當(dāng)盡量避免請同一類型的人士給你寫推薦信。你需要錄取評審委員會對你有一個完整而全面的了解，不能只局限于在校的學(xué)習(xí)成績或是工作上的表現(xiàn)。因此根據(jù)你自己的實際情況找到合適的推薦人組合是非常重要的。

關(guān)于我這個申請客戶的三封推薦信我是這樣建議他的：

第一封：南開大學(xué)的老師，最好是數(shù)學(xué)老師。因為這個客戶的數(shù)學(xué)能力很強，所以建議這封推薦信重點描述一下申請者的數(shù)學(xué)能力和邏輯思維能力。

第二封：mit教授。因為這個申請者所在的清華mba班是由mit老師親自授課的，所以找個跟自己關(guān)系不錯的mit的教授寫推薦信也就不是什么難事了。

第三封：財政局預(yù)算處領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。最后一封推薦信找工作單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)寫，可以多描述一下申請者對待工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度，金融領(lǐng)域的潛能。

確定推薦信內(nèi)容：

一封好的推薦信不僅需要出自一位在某一方面了解你的人士之手，而且這封信對你的評價必須要有具體的例子來佐證。許許多多的推薦信都犯著一個雷同而且是致命的錯誤，那就是幾乎每一句話都堆滿了贊美的形容詞或名詞，但卻不舉一件事例來證明。這樣的推薦信是蒼白無力的，它不增加錄取委員會對你的任何了解，甚至?xí)屪x者產(chǎn)生疑問：你的教授，你的頂頭上司，為什么不能說出你任何一件具體的成就！同時為了增加推薦信的真實性，可以寫少量并不重要但很中肯的小缺點，這不失為一種聰明的策略。推薦信的語言風(fēng)格應(yīng)該清晰流暢，言簡意賅，并且每封推薦信的的語言風(fēng)格應(yīng)該有所區(qū)別。

申請美國名校是一個非常復(fù)雜的過程，中間的各個環(huán)節(jié)都不能夠失誤，否則會導(dǎo)致事倍功半的效果。因此，本篇向您主要介紹下沖擊美國名校所必須得五要素，希望對你有所幫助。

一、把學(xué)校的功課做好

申請美國大學(xué)需要你提供9到12年級的學(xué)校成績，做提前申請，只需提供12年級的選課表，如果正常申請，還要提供12年級的第一個學(xué)期的成績。學(xué)校的功課無疑要比SAT更重要，而課程的難度比課程的成績更重要。

二、把SAT考好

申請獎學(xué)金

1、準(zhǔn)時遞交申請表格準(zhǔn)時是最重要的條件之一，不論你是申請獎學(xué)金或是助學(xué)金，只要過了截止日期，校方是不會處理這些逾期文件的。

2、不要有錯字遞交任何申請表格時，請仔細(xì)檢查所有錯字，即使只是小小的一個單字拼錯，都會影響你的申請。在寄出你的表格前，請多花五分鐘檢查一下。

3、符合基本申請條件如果獎學(xué)金申請條件是GPA一定要4.0，那么請你一定要拿出4.0的成績，因為如果沒有符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)卻還是申請，審核部門會覺得你連基本規(guī)則都看不懂，在學(xué)術(shù)表現(xiàn)上應(yīng)該也沒有多大成就。申請人更不可以抱著僥幸的心態(tài)，這樣只會更糟。

4、用計算機打字所有的申請文件與essay請用計算機打字，并選擇適合閱讀的字型與字體大小，即使你的手寫字體非常美觀，但是用計算機打字不但方便審閱老師閱讀，也代表你對此事的重視，記住干凈整潔的申請表格，是你必須帶給審查老師的第一印象。
