Live with thankfulness

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.Good afternoon, boys and girls.Good afternoon, everybody.I ’m glad to make a speech here.As we all know, tomorrow is Teachers’ day.Many people say that teachers are not unusual at all.That’s true.But I want to say though teachers are common, their job is unusual.What they do is very very great.I am an English teacher.So I’ll make an English speech here.And my topic is “Live with thankfulness”.Do you know what “thankfulness” means in Chinese? It means “gan’en”.We know that in the world, we are not living alone.From the day we were born, there have been many people around us.They take care of us.They help us.They teach us.They play with us and grow up together with us.They support us.They understand us.The most important is: they love us.Who are they? Can you give me your answer?

Yes, they are our parents, grandparents or family members;they may be your classmates, your friends even your neighbors.They are all important to us.We can’t live without them.We should thank them.We should thank the great world.Because it gives us sunlight, air, water and everything we need to keep us alive healthily.We can’t live without them.We should thank our parents.They are the people who gave us the life.They look after us carefully and give all their love to us.I believe if necessary, they are willing to give everything to us.They stay with us, all the time.We should thank our teachers.It is they who teach us knowledge unselfishly.They let us know how to write, how to read, how to get on with others and so on.They are our guide in our life.We should thank our friends, our classmates.They are our partners.They understand us.They encourage us.They play with us.They grow up together with us.They make our life more colorful.My dear boys and girls, Teachers’ Day is coming.It’s a celebrating time.It’s also a thankful time.Let’stake actions together.Show our thanks to the world, learn to protect it.Show our thanks to our parents, learn to look after them.Show our thanks to our teachers, learn how to respect them.Show our thanks to our classmates, learn to help and share with them.Boys and girls, are you ready? 我要安全 我懂安全 我會(huì)安全

安全生產(chǎn)是所有企業(yè)增加效益和促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。尤其是建筑業(yè)，作為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)時(shí)期的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，在我國(guó)職業(yè)傷害事故中，建筑業(yè)事故傷害僅次于礦山。在事故發(fā)生頻率高的建筑業(yè)內(nèi)，保護(hù)職工安全是各級(jí)管理者不可推卸的神圣責(zé)任，管生產(chǎn)必須首先管好安全。搞好安全生產(chǎn)必須依靠科學(xué)管理和技術(shù)進(jìn)步及廣大安全專職人員。項(xiàng)目施工是建筑施工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的最前沿陣地，項(xiàng)目安全管理是項(xiàng)目管理的一項(xiàng)重要的工作，如何應(yīng)對(duì)日益突出的安全事故，強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目安全管理，是每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理人員，尤其是安全管理人員的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。

1、我要安全

安全管理制度在項(xiàng) 目施工管理運(yùn)作中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)做好以下幾點(diǎn)工作。

(1)、安全生產(chǎn)教育制度。必須從思想上重視生產(chǎn)安全，全員樹立“安全第一”的思想。安全生產(chǎn)教 育應(yīng)包括新工人進(jìn)入工地或調(diào)動(dòng)工作崗位時(shí)的安 全教育，特殊工種的安全教育，以及經(jīng)常性的安全 生產(chǎn)教育。

(2)、編制安全生產(chǎn)技術(shù)措施制度。除施工組織 設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)安全生產(chǎn)有原則要求外，凡重大分項(xiàng)工程的 施工分別由施工隊(duì)、項(xiàng) 目經(jīng)理部編制有針對(duì)性的安 全生產(chǎn)技術(shù)措施。編制好的措施由項(xiàng)目總工程師向 項(xiàng)目技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人或技術(shù)員交底，技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人向施工 隊(duì)各專業(yè)施工員交底，施工隊(duì)各專業(yè)施工員向班組 長(zhǎng)及工人交底。交底要有

文字資料，交底人、接受人均應(yīng)在交底資料上簽字，并注明交底 日期。

(3)、特殊工種職工實(shí)行持證上崗制度。對(duì)電工、電氣焊工、起重吊裝工、機(jī)械操作工、架子工等特殊 工種實(shí)行持證上崗，無證者不得從事上述工種的作業(yè)。

(4)、安全檢查制度。項(xiàng) 目部、施工隊(duì)定期進(jìn)行安全檢查，平時(shí)進(jìn)行不定期檢查，每次檢查都要有記錄，對(duì)查出的事故隱患要限期整改。

(5)、安全驗(yàn)收制度。凡大中型機(jī)械安裝、腳手架搭設(shè)、電氣線路架設(shè)等項(xiàng) 目完成后，都必須經(jīng)過有 關(guān)部門檢查驗(yàn)收合格后，方可試車或投入使用。

(6)、安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制度。工程實(shí)行項(xiàng) 目“兩制”，任命項(xiàng) 目經(jīng)理時(shí)，項(xiàng) 目經(jīng)理與企業(yè)簽定“安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任書”、勞務(wù)隊(duì)與項(xiàng) 目部簽定“安全生產(chǎn)合同”；工程開工時(shí)，操作工人與勞務(wù)隊(duì)簽定“安全生產(chǎn)合同”并訂立“安全生產(chǎn)誓約”；用“合同”和“誓約”來強(qiáng)化各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和全體員工的安全責(zé)任及安全意識(shí)，加強(qiáng)自身安全保護(hù)意識(shí)。

(7)、事故的調(diào)查和處理制度。發(fā)生安全事故，必須嚴(yán)格查處。調(diào)查處理事故要做到事故原因分析清楚，事故責(zé)任者和群眾都受到教育，以及決定采取新的防范措施。

2．我懂安全

(1)、管生產(chǎn)同時(shí)管安全。安全寓于生產(chǎn)之中，并對(duì)生產(chǎn)發(fā)揮著

促進(jìn)與保證作用，因此，安全與生產(chǎn)雖有時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)矛盾，但從安全、生產(chǎn)管理的目標(biāo)來看，則表現(xiàn)出高度的一致和高度的統(tǒng)一。

(2)、堅(jiān)持預(yù)防為主。在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中，針對(duì)生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn)，對(duì)生產(chǎn)要素采取管理措施，有效地控制不安全因素的發(fā)生與擴(kuò)大，把可能發(fā)生的事故，消滅在萌芽狀態(tài)。在安排與布置生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)任務(wù)的時(shí)候，針對(duì)施工生產(chǎn)中可能出現(xiàn)的危險(xiǎn)因素，采取措施予以消除是最佳選擇 ；在安全檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的隱患問題應(yīng)立即下達(dá) 隱患整改通知書，整改措施實(shí)行“三定”落實(shí)(定措施內(nèi)容、定完成時(shí)間、定執(zhí)行人)，整改情況應(yīng)有復(fù)查記錄 ；項(xiàng) 目部應(yīng)及時(shí)向上級(jí)檢查部門寫出整改反饋報(bào)告。采取的措施應(yīng)明確責(zé)任，盡快地、堅(jiān)決地消除隱患。

(3)、堅(jiān)持全員管理。建立健全以項(xiàng) 目經(jīng)理為首的分級(jí)負(fù)責(zé)安全生產(chǎn)管理保證體系，同時(shí)建立和健全專管成線、群管成網(wǎng)的安全管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)，是項(xiàng)目施工安全管理的前提條件。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理為安全生產(chǎn) 的第一責(zé)任人，各項(xiàng) 目應(yīng)成立安全管理小組，配備專職安全員一人。安全管理第一責(zé)任人和安全監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)的作用在安全管理中固然重要，但安全管理不僅僅是少數(shù)人和安全監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu) 的事，與生產(chǎn)有關(guān)的機(jī)構(gòu)、人員都密切相關(guān)。安全管理涉及生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的方方面面，涉及從開工到竣工交付的全部過程。因此，生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中必須堅(jiān)持全員全方位的安全管理，無論是項(xiàng) 目經(jīng)理、安全員，還是普通建筑工人，都應(yīng)當(dāng)明確 自己的崗位安全職責(zé)，積極參與到安全生產(chǎn)管理中來。

(4)、結(jié)合環(huán)境保護(hù)進(jìn)行文明施工。第一、為創(chuàng)造舒適的工作環(huán)

境，養(yǎng)成 良好 的文明施工作風(fēng)，保證職工身體健康，應(yīng)明確將施 工區(qū)和生活區(qū)分片包干，建立責(zé)任區(qū)。第二、在施工組織設(shè)計(jì)或施工方案中，要有完善的文明施工方案、良好的施 工平面布置圖、有詳細(xì)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)場(chǎng)容管理措施，做到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)材料、機(jī)械、安全、技術(shù)、保衛(wèi)、消防和生活衛(wèi)生等方面均有方案及相關(guān)治理措施。第三、有關(guān)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)道路暢通、構(gòu)件、設(shè)備、材料堆放，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整潔、污水排放、工地防火設(shè)施、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置、文 明施工

等的狀態(tài)，以及施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全標(biāo)志牌、安全色標(biāo)和安全操作規(guī)程牌 的數(shù)量與設(shè)置是否符合要求的情況，均應(yīng)通過檢查作出評(píng)價(jià)，分別統(tǒng)計(jì)，寫出資料歸入檔案。

3.我會(huì)安全

（1）、項(xiàng)目施工安全管理必須從施工管理全局出發(fā)，并在實(shí)際施工中不斷總結(jié)適合自身企業(yè)和項(xiàng)管理的安全管理辦法，才能滿足不斷提高的施工理需要。

(2)、項(xiàng)目施工安全管理工作從嚴(yán)從細(xì)，強(qiáng)調(diào)導(dǎo)重視的同時(shí)保證全員參與過程控制，并密切結(jié)職業(yè)安全健康管理體系貫標(biāo)運(yùn)作。

(3)、安全檢查切忌表面文章，杜絕工作中“報(bào)不報(bào)憂”的作風(fēng)及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，切實(shí)改正；總結(jié)安全生產(chǎn)的好經(jīng)驗(yàn)，樹立典型，推廣到面，不斷提高安全管理水平。

第三篇：胡海鋒計(jì)劃

計(jì)劃

這個(gè)月和同事們及神木化工師傅一同參加一期大檢修，收獲極大，但問題也極多。為了在未來的工作中，為了有更好的發(fā)展。以至于把工作做的更好，自己有信心也有決心把今年的工作做的更好。制定一些目標(biāo)同工作的安排。在今年的工作規(guī)劃中下面的幾項(xiàng)工作作為主要的工作來做：

1.嚴(yán)格遵守公司制定的各種規(guī)章制度。

2.大檢修中問題整理，以“不積跬步，無以致千里；不積小流，無以成江海?！钡膽B(tài)度面對(duì)生活中的問題，記住細(xì)節(jié)積累每一個(gè)疑問。

4.學(xué)會(huì)反思。對(duì)于工作中出現(xiàn)的問題，要多問幾個(gè)為什么，為什么要這樣做，這樣有助于我們?cè)诠ぷ髦猩僮邚澛罚瑴p少差錯(cuò)的產(chǎn)生。

5.加強(qiáng)本崗位專業(yè)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和培訓(xùn)。努力做到可以獨(dú)立處理問題的能力。

6.建立自己的人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)，對(duì)周邊的新信息努力尋找。有自己的一條人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)，就好似一條源源不斷的水管，不斷地有水流入來。單一的網(wǎng)絡(luò)是不夠的，同時(shí)還尋找新的信息，有發(fā)展的信息要多多用心。多多向同事和同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)工藝中的潛在知識(shí)技術(shù)。

1月總結(jié)

1月已悄然而去，針對(duì)12月份對(duì)久泰工藝單體設(shè)備開車?yán)斫獠粔蛲◤兀?月份查漏補(bǔ)缺，通過不懈努力，順利完成本月學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，具體內(nèi)容如下：

一、一直遵循“安全第一”的原則，確保了自己的人身安全和培訓(xùn)單位的生產(chǎn)安全。

二、本月我將學(xué)習(xí)側(cè)重點(diǎn)放在了單體操作及開車投用、事故處理等。勤于師傅交流，做到了眼勤、手勤、腿勤。在實(shí)際操作中與神木化工工藝操作對(duì)比并試圖分析其中不同和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，在這里頗有收獲。同時(shí)也提高了自己分析問題和解決問題的能力，能適當(dāng)?shù)赜美碚摻忉寣?shí)際操作，同時(shí)也嘗試用理論指導(dǎo)操作，結(jié)果還頗有收獲，也加深了記憶。

三、通過講課及自己積極準(zhǔn)備過程中，自己學(xué)會(huì)了單體操作中每一個(gè)要領(lǐng)，也改變了自己眼高手低，只是眼中一過的缺點(diǎn)，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)巡檢中能更實(shí)際的檢查每一小細(xì)節(jié)。

在今后學(xué)習(xí)中繼續(xù)將側(cè)重點(diǎn)放在實(shí)際操作上，從每個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)開始做起，更強(qiáng)的鞏固自己實(shí)際操作能力和應(yīng)變能力。
