Dear Editor,We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled “GDNF Acutely

Modulates Neuronal Excitability and A-type Potassium Channels in Midbrain

Dopaminergic Neurons”, which we wish to be considered for publication in Nature

Neuroscience.The further information about the paper is in the following:

GDNF has long been thought to be a potent neurotrophic factor for the survival

of midbrain dopaminergic neurons, which are degenerated in Parkinson’s disease.In

this paper, we report an unexpected, acute effect of GDNF on A-type potassium

channels, leading to a potentiation of neuronal excitability, in the dopaminergic

neurons in culture as well as in adult brain slices.Further, we show that GDNF

regulates the K+ channels through a mechanism that involves activation of MAP

kinase.Thus, this study has revealed, for the first time, an acute modulation of ion

channels by GDNF.Our findings challenge the classic view of GDNF as a long-term

survival factor for midbrain dopaminergic neurons, and suggest that the normal

function of GDNF is to regulate neuronal excitability, and consequently dopamine

release.These results may also have implications in the treatment of Parkinson’s

disease.We also confirm that this paper has not been published elsewhere nor has

本文提出了一種基于改進(jìn)粒子群算法和混沌神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合的電力系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷預(yù)測的方法。針對傳統(tǒng)的粒子群算法精度低、易發(fā)散等缺點(diǎn)，同時(shí)采用線性遞減慣性權(quán)重和壓縮因子，結(jié)合遺傳算法交叉變異對其進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。利用粒子群優(yōu)化算法優(yōu)化出混沌神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的權(quán)值和閾值，然后利用得到的權(quán)值和閾值，對輸入神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的負(fù)荷值進(jìn)行預(yù)測，得到預(yù)測日的相應(yīng)時(shí)刻負(fù)荷值。最后通過實(shí)際應(yīng)用，采用MATLAB編程實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)測模型，證明該方法有較高的預(yù)測精度和較好的準(zhǔn)確性，具備一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于：

（1）提出了一種改進(jìn)粒子群算法和混沌神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合的負(fù)荷預(yù)測方法；

（2）同時(shí)采用線性遞減慣性權(quán)重和壓縮因子，結(jié)合遺傳算法交叉變異對傳統(tǒng)的粒子群算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，克服了其精度低、易發(fā)散等缺點(diǎn)；

投稿信格式

1.投稿信的概念及其作用

投稿信，是個(gè)人或集體（寫作集體）向報(bào)刊、電臺或電視臺投送稿件時(shí)寫的專用書信。它一般隨稿件同時(shí)寄發(fā)。投稿信，主要是介紹作者自己和稿件的有關(guān)情況，給對方考慮是否采用稿件時(shí)作參考。

2.投稿信的寫作格式

投稿信的寫作格式與一般書信相同，只是內(nèi)容側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同，所寫事項(xiàng)更明確、更單一。

（1）第一行頂格寫對方的稱呼，如“《××× ×》雜志編輯部”、“編輯同志”、或“×× ×編輯同志”。

（2）開頭。另起一行，空兩格寫問候語，如“你好”、“您好”或“你們好”。

（3）正文。正文的內(nèi)容應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況來寫，主要是介紹自己稿件的有關(guān)情況。一般應(yīng)反映出以下幾方面內(nèi)容：

①表示對對方刊物、欄目的關(guān)注之情，并作出誠摯、中肯的評價(jià)，切忌措辭唐突或過分溢美之詞。

3.寫投稿信應(yīng)注意事項(xiàng)

（1）語言要簡明扼要，把有關(guān)事項(xiàng)交待清楚即可。

（2）對對方刊物或欄目要評價(jià)中肯、適當(dāng)，不可過分贊美討好。

（3）語氣要謙遜適度，既不可以勢凌人、強(qiáng)行登載，也不可低聲下氣地乞求。
