為表達(dá)全國(guó)各族人民對(duì)青海玉樹(shù)地震遇難同胞的深切哀悼，國(guó)務(wù)院決定，2010年4月21日舉行全國(guó)哀悼活動(dòng)，全國(guó)和駐外使領(lǐng)館下半旗志哀，停止公共娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)。

不妨先將目光移到相似的歷史現(xiàn)場(chǎng)：2008年5月19日14時(shí)28分，神州大地，一片哀戚，國(guó)旗隨著國(guó)人的淚水緩緩垂下。此前，國(guó)務(wù)院決定2008年5月19日至21日
