歡慶節(jié)日出新招承前啟后梳得失

2011年9月9日，第27個(gè)教師節(jié)到來之際，上饒縣第一小學(xué)慶祝教師節(jié)暨表彰大會(huì)在五樓會(huì)議室召開，全校200余名教師共聚一堂。會(huì)上對(duì)一學(xué)年來被評(píng)為校、縣、市、省等各級(jí)教育主管部門評(píng)選的優(yōu)秀教師和先進(jìn)代表進(jìn)行了表彰和頒獎(jiǎng)。優(yōu)秀教師代表方翠君老師作了發(fā)言，總結(jié)了自己一年來的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)與同事們進(jìn)行了有效的溝通和分享，她就過去一年自己任教學(xué)科的特色活動(dòng)作了經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流。分管學(xué)校具體工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)回顧和總結(jié)了過去一學(xué)年所做的工作和成績，展望了新學(xué)年的工作。徐校長最后在會(huì)上作了重要講話并分析了我校教育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀，針對(duì)癥結(jié)提出解決辦法，在聽了其他校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)一年的工作回顧后，徐校長更多的是提出了一些思考。他鼓勵(lì)教師們繼續(xù)認(rèn)真工作，為學(xué)校作出更大的貢獻(xiàn)，對(duì)一年來辛勤工作的全體老師表示衷心的感謝和節(jié)日的問候。

表彰會(huì)結(jié)束后，為了豐富廣大教職工的課余生活，學(xué)校安排全校老師到上饒縣橙天嘉禾影院看電影，這一新鮮的節(jié)日慶祝方式受到了老師們的喜愛。
