大家好，我叫陸家誠。今天我演講的題目是堅(jiān)持。

勝利貴在堅(jiān)持。想要取得勝利就要堅(jiān)持不懈地努力，堅(jiān)定地朝著自己的目標(biāo)進(jìn)發(fā)，飽嘗了許多次的失敗之后才能成功。成功是勝利的標(biāo)志，也可以這樣說，堅(jiān)持才能成功。

古往今來，許許多多的名人不都是依靠堅(jiān)持才取得勝利的嗎？

《史記》的作者司馬遷，從小就立志要寫一本史書，從十幾歲開始就游歷名山大川，收集寫作素材最終完成了這本曠世巨著。他靠的是什么？還不是堅(jiān)持。要是他無法忍受收集素材的艱苦而沒有堅(jiān)持下去，那么我們現(xiàn)在就再也看不到這本巨著，無法吸收他的思想精華，所以他的成功，他的勝利，最主要的還是靠堅(jiān)持。

荀子說：“騏驥一躍，不能十步，駑馬十駕，功在不舍。鍥而舍之，朽木不折，鍥而不舍，金石可鏤。”這也充分地說明了堅(jiān)持的重要性。就好比龜兔賽跑的故事，大家都知道兔子跑起來比烏龜快得多，照理說，也應(yīng)該是兔子贏得這場(chǎng)比賽，然而結(jié)果恰恰相反，這是什么緣故呢？正是因?yàn)橥米硬粓?jiān)持到底，它自恃自己速度快，跑了一會(huì)兒就在路邊睡大覺，似乎是穩(wěn)操勝券，然而烏龜則不同，他沒有因?yàn)樽约号赖寐鴼怵H，反而更加鍥而不舍地堅(jiān)持爬到底。堅(jiān)持就是勝利，它最終贏得了比賽。

“水滴石穿，繩鋸木斷”，這個(gè)道理我們每個(gè)人都懂得，然而為什么微不足道的水滴能把石頭滴穿？柔軟的繩子能把硬梆梆的木頭鋸斷？根本原因還是堅(jiān)持。一滴水的力量是微不足道的，不能撼動(dòng)石頭一分一毫，然而許多滴的水堅(jiān)持不斷地沖擊石頭，就能形成巨大的力量，最終把石頭滴穿。同樣道理，繩子也能把木鋸斷。功到自然成，成功之前難免有失敗，然而只要能克服困難，堅(jiān)持不懈地努力，那么，成功就在眼前。
