一、設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)介

Ⅰ、Brief Introduction

該系列三通溜于(又名分料器)廣泛適用于建材、冶金、礦山、輕工、糧食等行業(yè)。作為 固體晶粒、粉狀物料輸送系統(tǒng)中改變物料流向的理想設(shè)備。

三通溜子主要由本體、分料板、傳動(dòng)軸、軸承座、密封件、搖桿、傳動(dòng)裝置等組成。電液動(dòng)三通溜子，配用DYT型電液推桿，推動(dòng)搖桿帶動(dòng)閥軸、分料板即可完成介質(zhì)流向的切換，滿足工況的需要。

Ⅳ、Transportation and storage

●運(yùn)輸時(shí)應(yīng)避免撞擊，三通溜子，應(yīng)處于全閉位置以防在運(yùn)輸中分料板和傳動(dòng)部件損壞。Avoid bumping, tee LiuZi, should be in full close in unloading the transport of damage of disc and driving part.●當(dāng)三通溜子水平放置運(yùn)輸時(shí)傳動(dòng)裝置及傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)懸空以防止傳動(dòng)軸受力過(guò)大導(dǎo)致變形損壞。

Ⅴ.Maintenance and repair

●定期檢查各傳動(dòng)部位的運(yùn)行情況。

Maintenance and repair regularly check the operating condition of driving part.●定期更換電液推桿的動(dòng)力油(1 50機(jī)油)，以保證其機(jī)械部分不受損壞。

Change regularly electrohydraulic push rod power oil(1 50 oil), to assure the mechanical parts are not damaged.●定期檢查三通溜于轉(zhuǎn)軸處的密封狀況，如發(fā)現(xiàn)密封問(wèn)題請(qǐng)更換或填加石墨填料。

Regularly check slip in the axis of the three links in seal condition, such as the discovery of seal replace or the reclamation and graphite packing.●定期檢查電液推桿的活塞密封圈，以保證傳動(dòng)裝置正常運(yùn)行。
