如果我們想下學(xué)期不被滿滿的課程嚇到，那么我就要在快開學(xué)的時候看一下我們下學(xué)期的課程和課表，這個是很重要的，可以給自己一個心理準備。尤其是像英語這樣的科目不能中斷練習(xí)，做些聽力訓(xùn)練有效又有趣。
