大慶油田水淹層測(cè)井技術(shù)簡(jiǎn)介
一、水淹層測(cè)井技術(shù)發(fā)展的歷程及取得的主要成果
大慶油田屬于陸相河流—湖泊三角洲沉積,沉積了一套砂泥巖序列。大慶油田自60年代初實(shí)行早期注水分層開(kāi)采,60年代中后期主要開(kāi)采油層出現(xiàn)水淹。針對(duì)油層水淹問(wèn)題,隨即開(kāi)展水淹層測(cè)井研究。至目前,水淹層測(cè)井研究持續(xù)40余年,共推出應(yīng)用了四代水淹層測(cè)井系列及其配套處理解釋軟件。尤其于1994年在油田推廣應(yīng)用了以高分辨率聲波、高分辨率三側(cè)向、微球聚焦、密度等為主的高分辨率測(cè)井系列,以及與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的水淹層解釋方法,水淹層測(cè)井綜合解釋符合率達(dá)85%以上,較好地滿(mǎn)足了油田加密調(diào)整井和注聚合物驅(qū)三次采油井的生產(chǎn)需要,對(duì)油田的高效開(kāi)發(fā)和穩(wěn)產(chǎn)做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。該項(xiàng)成果獲中國(guó)石油天然氣集團(tuán)公司科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)。同時(shí)也使大慶油田水淹層測(cè)井技術(shù)處于國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平。
形成的水淹層測(cè)井處理解釋軟件,可以在工作站和微機(jī)上運(yùn)行。軟件的主要功能包括:數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理、繪圖、支持工具、應(yīng)用模塊,具有預(yù)處理、自動(dòng)分層取值、砂巖有效厚度自動(dòng)劃分、水淹層資料處理、人機(jī)交互解釋等功能??梢赃M(jìn)行注水水淹、邊水及底水推進(jìn)水淹層解釋。同時(shí)形成了利用裸眼井和套管井C/O等測(cè)井資料進(jìn)行平面井間剩余油分布評(píng)價(jià)軟件。廣泛地應(yīng)用于油田生產(chǎn),處理解釋30000余口井,地質(zhì)效果顯著。為此大慶油田公司于2003年獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)測(cè)井公司人民幣100萬(wàn)元。
二、水淹層測(cè)井及解釋技術(shù)
?水淹層測(cè)井系列
以高分辨率三側(cè)向電阻率、高分辨率聲波、微球形聚焦電阻率測(cè)井為特色的高分辨率水淹層測(cè)井系列,對(duì)0.2米以上的儲(chǔ)層可以準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別,對(duì)0.3米以上的儲(chǔ)層可以定量解釋??梢赃M(jìn)行薄差層、厚層細(xì)分精細(xì)解釋。
其它配套測(cè)井項(xiàng)目有:2.5米底部梯度電阻率、微電極、井徑、補(bǔ)償聲波、補(bǔ)償密度、自然電位、自然伽馬、C/0能譜測(cè)井等。
?水淹層解釋技術(shù)
針對(duì)利用測(cè)井資料進(jìn)行剩余油測(cè)井研究,從理論上分析了注水開(kāi)發(fā)油田的宏觀(guān)水淹機(jī)理,建立了“雙地層水電阻率”水淹層測(cè)井解釋的新理論模型,采用“多重迭代遞歸”方法解決了在地層水電阻率不能確切知道情況下的含水飽和度準(zhǔn)確求解難題,引入“基本解釋單元”的概念,利用在同一解釋單元內(nèi)多種測(cè)井資料的變化梯度,利用“狀態(tài)空間模型”判斷各有效儲(chǔ)層間水淹狀態(tài)在空間上變化趨勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)儲(chǔ)層水淹狀況的定性判別。應(yīng)用在國(guó)際上首次建立的利用測(cè)井資料確定儲(chǔ)層潤(rùn)濕性和相對(duì)滲透率方法,定量計(jì)算儲(chǔ)層含水率,從而給出水淹層測(cè)井解釋定量結(jié)論。
三、解決的主要地質(zhì)問(wèn)題
針對(duì)蘇丹1/2/
4、3/7區(qū)塊和伊朗魯邁拉區(qū)塊綜合含水已達(dá)60%左右,個(gè)別井含水已達(dá)80%的情況,認(rèn)為大慶油田的高分辨率水淹層測(cè)井技術(shù)可以應(yīng)用于上述區(qū)塊。應(yīng)用裸眼井測(cè)井資料進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)層細(xì)分精
細(xì)解釋?zhuān)_定井剖面單層剩余油、層內(nèi)細(xì)分剩余油分布,為選擇射孔層位提供依據(jù)。同時(shí)可以在生產(chǎn)井中進(jìn)行C/0能譜測(cè)井,尋找和確定高含水層位和高剩余油層位,為堵水、補(bǔ)孔方案制定提供依據(jù)。
以提高采油量、控制含水上升為目標(biāo),可以綜合利用裸眼井測(cè)井資料和生產(chǎn)井C/0能譜測(cè)井資料進(jìn)行區(qū)塊多井綜合評(píng)價(jià),確定平面上的井間剩余油分布狀況和特征,為采油方案編制提供依據(jù)。

Daqing oilfield features terrestrial river-lake delta deposition with a sand shale sequence reservoir heterogeneity.Daqing oil field operated with early water infection gradation in early 60s ,then in mid-late 60s major mining reservoir was flooded by water.For reservoir flooding problems, water flooded interval logging study was carried out, To the present,water flooded layers logging technology has focussed 40 years of hard work,during this time,the wireline company has developed the forth generation of processing and interpretation software.Oilfield promote a high-resolution logging series which was based on a high-resolution sonic log, high-resolution three lateral log, micro-spherically focused log, density Etc.In 1994 , as well as corresponding to interpretation of the water flooded interval, the thick water flooded interval interpretation coincidence rate exceeds 85%, meet the production needs of oilfield for infilling wells and three injection wells polymer flooding.The achievements have been awarded the first prize of China National Petroleum Corporation scientific and technological progress , water flooded interval Logging technology get the international advanced level in Daqing Oil Field.single well processing and interpretation software of water flooded interval could be run withcomputer and workstation.The software's main function include: database management, graph plotting, support tools, application module, pre-processing, automatic hierarchical value, automatic classification effective thickness of sandstone, watered-out reservoir data processing, user interaction interpretation, etc;and it could improve Water flooded interval interpret through water injection,edge water impelling and bottom water impelling.At the same time the software is finished by using data of open hole&C/O in cased hole to evaluate well-to-well remaining oil distribution.The technology is widely used in oil field production and has evaluated more than 30000 wells that achieved significant results.For this achievement Daqing Oil Field Limited-Liability Company award 1 million RMB to Daqing Well Logging Company in 2003.2.Water flooded interval logging and interpretation

comprehensive water has reached about 60% in Sudan 1/2/4 blocks and 3 / 7 blocks, as well as in Iraq Rumaila oilfield, some wells reached 80% total output of water, the high-resolution Water flooded interval Logging technology can be applied to the blocks above.openhole logging data can be used for detailed interpretation of reservoir, determine the remaining oil in single-well profile, layer remaining oil distribution segments, thus provide the basis for selection perforation horizons.C / O spectral logging can be carried out in production wells, tracing and identification of high-water content reservoir and high residual oil, fulfill the optimization of water shutoff and casing perforation program.To increase oil output and control the water content , open hole logging data and C / O spectral logging are applied to productionwells,comprehensive evaluation of multi-well block conducted and distribution of remaining oil between wells is determined, open hole logging and C / O spectral logging play a very important role in oil recovery program.
