男孩被公司罰款一個月工資，開除廠籍，永不錄用，這樣的懲罰傷痛莫大。更何況，男孩是為了一位女孩。

其實男孩也不想使用內部網絡個人博客給女孩點評。公司的制度嚴格，他不是不知道，一旦給別人文章點評不當，輕則罰款，重則開除。男孩理解公司領導的良苦用心，博客是員工交流思想凝聚力量的陣地，不是卿卿我我的纏綿。

可是，不使用個人博客發(fā)送點評，女孩又如何從上萬名員工中獲悉他的心思呢？

于是，男孩冒天下之大不韙，斗膽在女孩的文章后面點評道：“你的文章不是太佳，但你的人很好……”

也于是，男孩被全公司通報辭退。

今天，同事告訴我，這個男孩已創(chuàng)建了規(guī)模遠遠大于辭退他公司的大集團。曾經因受到“侮辱”大罵男孩的女孩已遠嫁他鄉(xiāng)，成為地道的農婦。

女孩再也沒寫出風花雪月的文章。男孩則感嘆，如果不是公司的開除決定，他也許不會嘗受跌倒的疼痛，他也就不會發(fā)誓創(chuàng)建自己的公司而富傾一方。

男孩不僅擁有了美麗的愛情，在他的集團，凡是真話，但說無妨。他們內部網的博客上，也碰撞出不少愛情的火花。

網管專門起了一個詩意的名字：心路花語。

再后來，男孩旗下派生出一個專門為真情男女搭建情感平臺的子公司，聽說生意很不錯。人生該有多少次跌倒啊。其實，跌倒了并不可怕，可怕的是跌倒之后再也不敢爬起來。你攀上的峰顛越高，注定你所經歷過的低谷，遠遠比別人所經歷得要多得多。所以，把跌倒當作一次次美麗的紀念吧，告別過去，勇敢地走向未來。

Yes，we must stand up from where we fall down.That was a special mid night in 1993.expectations filled our hearts.We stared at the tv，hoping excitedly as the voice would fly to our ears.But at last，each chinese who loves our motherland was distressed to know the result:beijing，lost to sydeny by a margin of two votes in the olympic hosting competition.Eight years have past，but the frustration has not healed with time at all.Now，at the begining of the new millennium，all of the pride and disappointment of the 20th century had gone with the wind.the 21st century，which is full of hope，longing znd thought has come.someone said，we would start from zero on.Should i really start from zero on?No!i hold that we should go on with our efferts and ambitions stayed by last century，and make our life better.“new beijing，great olympics!” the voice cries this out around china’s captital，a 3，000-year-old city these days.Beijing，along with paris，istanbul，osake and toronto，has been shortlisted by the international olympic committee as an official candidate city for the olympic games.This is beijing’s second attempt to host the games.Everyone fully supports beijing’s bid for it.Maybe，we can paint fences along the main roads of beijing.Maybe，we can make much of yhe city cleaned up.Maybe，we can learn and speak basic english idioms and expressions for daily communication.But，but are they just enough?

Facing the new century，mankind is driven by the revolution of science and technoiogy，world economy is undergoing broud and profound changes.but nobody can deny the fact that compared with developed nations，developing countries are confronted with more pressure and challenges.in order to become famous in the world，we must speed up our international economic restructuring to catch up with industrialized nations.Supporting beijing’s bid is a systematic project that can support china’sdevelopment efforts.

大家好！我是Mango!今天我要演講的是關于拿破侖所說的:“我們最大的榮耀不是不跌倒，而是跌倒了以后勇敢地爬起來?！边@句話的理解。

人的一生或多或少會遇到許多棘手的事情，也難免會遭遇失敗與跌倒。美國演說家溫爾德.舒爾茨說：“失敗是成功之母?！笔〔⒉豢蓯u，也不可怕，最重要的是我們能從失敗中走出來，跌倒后能夠勇敢地爬起來，這才是人生最大的榮耀與價值。

如果在被銀行拒絕了242次之后，霍華德.舒爾茨放棄了，就不會有星巴克。如果被出版社拒絕了數年之后，J.K羅琳放棄了，就不會有《哈利波特》。如果他的主題公園被否定了302次之后，華特.迪士尼放棄了，就不會有迪斯尼樂園。所以，即便是跌倒多次，也要咬牙堅持到底。把困難踩在腳下，我們才能站得更高。生命就是一次蛻變的過程，唯有經歷各種各樣的折磨與跌倒，才能增加生命的厚度。一個人的成長過程，恰似蝴蝶破繭的過程，在痛苦的掙扎中，意志得到了鍛煉，力量得到了加強，心智得到了提高。生命在痛苦中得到了升華，當我們從痛苦中走出來時，就會發(fā)現，我們已經擁有了飛翔的力量。

假如我們剛開始學走路的時候，如果因為一次的跌倒，而不能勇敢地站起來，那么我們一輩子就喪失了站的能力。同樣，有些人也會因為多次的跌倒，從此之后失去了人生的方向與信心，整天萎靡不振，無所事事，甚至憤懣命運的不公平，以至于一輩子一無所獲。

意大利中世紀詩人但丁說：“能夠使我漂浮于人生的泥沼中而不陷污的，是我的信心?！弊孕攀浅晒Φ臏驶?，唯有自信，方可改變現狀。

我們都清楚地知道：人生中總會有失敗，跌倒的時候，哪怕再不堪回首也不要絕望，要永遠懷揣自信。因為自信可以讓我們以一種健康和強大的力量活著。唯有自信可以激發(fā)我們重整旗鼓。曾經的傷與痛在深處也總會淡忘，要珍愛自己，就要拋棄那些煩惱的負面的記憶，讓陽光照進內心。

我想人生最大的榮耀莫過于拿破侖說的：不是不跌倒，而是跌倒了以后勇敢地爬起來。重整旗鼓與改變心態(tài)是改變自我的最佳的選擇。
