一、思想方面
能夠積極參加園里組織的學習,認真記筆記。積極參加園里組織的各項活動。熱愛集體、團結同事、對待幼兒有愛心。嚴格遵守園里的各項規(guī)章制度,不遲到、早退。積極參與園內各項活動。
二、工作方面
在日常的工作中,我能認真的完成教案、聽課記錄、運動會方案、元旦班會方案等各項工作。認真對待每天的活動,有準備的組織豐富有趣的教育活動。注意給膽小的、注意力易分散的孩子多一些參與活動的機會,并給予及時的鼓勵;給體弱的孩子多一些照料;給能干的孩子多一些挑戰(zhàn)。

三、家長工作方面
我們服務的對象是家長和孩子,要想教育好孩子,家長的作用是不可忽視的。所以,這就需要我們在教育好幼兒的同時,做好家長工作。為了使家長信任、支持和配和我們的工作,我采取了以下措施: 1.主動親切地與家長溝通。我充分利用了早上來園和離園的時間跟家長交流,使家長了解自己孩子在園的情況。2.讓家長參與到我們的工作中。在主題教學活
動中,我們開展了親子活動,讓家長和幼兒共同完成,例如讓家長和幼兒共同剪窗花,制作相框。這活動不僅能促進我們與家長的關系,而且還能讓家長更了解我們的工作。
四、德育工作方面
很多人都說,你們好辛苦呀,必須要有耐心才可以,否則孩子們整天吵死了。其實做為一名幼兒教師光有耐心是不夠的,我們還有細心,更重要的是要有一顆愛心,要用這顆愛心平等的對待每一個孩子,只有這樣才能贏得孩子們的心,同時贏得家長和朋友們的心。
愛孩子不是說在嘴上,而是要放在心里,愛孩子要了解孩子們的興趣、愛好、家庭狀況。于是我利用早上接待和下午離園的時間和家長交談,了解孩子們在家的表現(xiàn),身體狀況和當時的情緒,以便我更好的在一日生活中觀察孩子,并有針對性的進行個別教育。
五、衛(wèi)生保健方面
以培養(yǎng)幼兒各項生活習慣為重點,抓好幼兒在園生活習慣,照顧好幼兒的身體健康,生活習慣培養(yǎng)包括:培養(yǎng)飯前便后洗手,飯后擦嘴等良好衛(wèi)生習慣,督促幼兒多喝水,培養(yǎng)幼兒大小便的自理能力。根據(jù)天氣變化,及時幫幼兒增減衣服,以防感冒,對體弱多病的幼兒給予特別照顧。每天認真地做好晨檢、消毒和打掃工作,加強幼兒的保健衛(wèi)生,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)幼兒有異常身體現(xiàn)象,及時聯(lián)系幼兒家長。管理好午睡,幫助幼兒養(yǎng)成良好的午睡習慣,做好預防幼兒常見疾病的工作,減少細菌滋生。

一、自身素質的提高
1、積極學習教育教學理論。
自己雖然從教已有兩年時間,但接觸到美術教學是這學期。在學生時代出于對美術的酷愛,也曾參加過相應的學習,但已歇筆多年。面對美術教學,我還是比較茫然。要從哪里入手教好美術呢?我把理論學習放到了首位。我積極參加學校、組內組織切實有效的學習討論活動,學習新課標,通讀教材,自學相關的理論書籍。把新課標的理念滲透到教學中,教學注重以培養(yǎng)學生的合作交流意識和實踐創(chuàng)新能力為主,注重尊重學生的需要,培養(yǎng)學生的自學能力。
2、虛心請教 在美術教學方面,我是新老師。于是我利用各種機會不斷向同組老師學習。開學一段時間,堅持聽課,以便盡快掌握新的教育教學的方法,把握好課堂教學。自己遇到不夠明白的地方虛心向其他老師請教。向有經(jīng)驗的老師請教教學方法,努力提高自己的教學水平。
3、充分利用各種資源,上好每一節(jié)課:
充分利用資源,為自己上課作好準備。同時,我經(jīng)常上網(wǎng)尋找有關的教學資源,如:課件、教案、教學實錄、教學經(jīng)驗論文等,與同組老師共享,從而不斷為自己的教學水平充電。
二、求實創(chuàng)新,認真開展教學、教研工作
教育教學是我們教師工作的首要任務。本學期,我努力將所學的教育教學理念應用到課堂教學實踐中。力求讓我的美術教學更具特色,形成獨具風格的教學模式,更好地體現(xiàn)素質教育的要求,提高美術教學質量。
我任教五年級的美術課每周共計2節(jié)課。在日常教學中,我堅持切實做好課堂教學十環(huán)節(jié)。課前認真作好充分準備,精心設計教案,并結合各班的實際,靈活上好每一堂課,課后仔細批改學生作業(yè),不同類型的課,采用不同的批改方法,使學生對美術更有興趣,同時提高學生的美術水平。另外,授課后根據(jù)得失及時寫些教后感、教學反思,從短短幾句到長長一篇不等,目的是為以后的教學積累經(jīng)驗。同時,我還積極和班主任進行溝通,了解學生,改進教法,突破學法。著重培養(yǎng)學生的綜合實踐能力和創(chuàng)新思維能力。
三、加強反思,及時總結教學得失。
反思本學年來的工作,在喜看成績的同時,也在思量著自己在工作中的不足。不足有以下幾點:
1、對于美術教育教學理論的學習還不夠深入,在教學的實踐中思考得還不夠多;
2、在教學科研方面還應加大了學習的力度,認真研讀了一些有關教科研方面的理論書籍;
