我于2002年7月畢業(yè)于一所高職學(xué)院計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)。同年9月在我縣一所高中承擔(dān)信息技術(shù)教學(xué)工作。

來到工作單位，深感自己要立即“充電”。于是，2003年11月，參加了成人高考，當(dāng)時(shí)報(bào)考了寶雞文理學(xué)院，考試成績(jī)超過了當(dāng)年全省專升本最低控制線27分，但還是沒有錄取上。當(dāng)錄取結(jié)果公布后，我很郁悶，心里很難受。我希望能尋找一種學(xué)習(xí)方式讓自己既學(xué)有所獲，又能通過自己的努力獲得較高含金量的學(xué)歷。一次偶然的機(jī)會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)了陜師大網(wǎng)院，“她”給我提供了實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想的平臺(tái)。2004年9月，懷著對(duì)陜師大的無限向往與憧憬，我踏出了走進(jìn)陜師大網(wǎng)院的第一步。

1.前言。有幾種寫法：第一種是寫明調(diào)查的起因或目的、時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)、對(duì)象或范圍、經(jīng)過與方法，以及人員組成等調(diào)查本身的情況，從中引出中心問題或基本結(jié)論來；第二種是寫明調(diào)查對(duì)象的歷史背景、大致發(fā)展經(jīng)過、現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況、主要成績(jī)、突出問題等基本情況，進(jìn)而提出中心問題或主要觀點(diǎn)來；第三種是開門見山，直接概括出調(diào)查的結(jié)果，如肯定做法、指出問題、提示影響、說明中心內(nèi)容等。前言起到畫龍點(diǎn)睛的作用，要精練概括，直切主題。

2.主體。這是調(diào)查報(bào)告最主要的部分，這部分詳述調(diào)查研究的基本情況、做法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及分析調(diào)查研究所得材料中得出的各種具體認(rèn)識(shí)、觀點(diǎn)和基本結(jié)論。

3.結(jié)尾。結(jié)尾的寫法也比較多，可以提出解決問題的方法、對(duì)策或下一步改進(jìn)工作的建議；或總結(jié)全文的主要觀點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步深化主題；或提出問題，引發(fā)人們的進(jìn)一步思考；或展望前景，發(fā)出鼓舞和號(hào)召。

四、寫調(diào)查報(bào)告應(yīng)注意以下幾個(gè)問題

1.必須掌握大量的第一手材料。要深入群眾，了解調(diào)查對(duì)象各方面的材料，包括正面的、反面的，直接的、間接的，歷史的、現(xiàn)實(shí)的，弄清它的來龍去脈，為分析研究提供大量、可靠的事實(shí)依據(jù)。

2.要善于作認(rèn)真的分析與研究。對(duì)掌握的大量材料作去粗取精、由表及里的處理，透過表面現(xiàn)象抓住本質(zhì)，數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)有效，善于分析，從而得出正確的判斷和結(jié)論。

3.要選用切實(shí)、可靠的材料說明觀點(diǎn)。調(diào)查報(bào)告所揭示的結(jié)論，必須通過對(duì)具體情況、具體事實(shí)作客觀的敘述和分析很自然地得出。要善于用精確、充足的材料來說明觀點(diǎn)。不能脫離材料空發(fā)議論；也不能只擺一大堆材料，而不提出明確的觀點(diǎn)和結(jié)論。

4.調(diào)查報(bào)告的文字要樸素、明確、實(shí)在。要注意把說理和敘事有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來，要善于用簡(jiǎn)要的議論總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，闡明規(guī)律，說明政策。還要注意運(yùn)用可靠的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)字和群眾語言來印證觀點(diǎn)。

五、字體及裝訂格式

1、社會(huì)調(diào)查報(bào)告題目用四號(hào)黑體加粗，正文部分用小四號(hào)宋體，字?jǐn)?shù)不得少于1500字，必須用A4紙打印、左側(cè)裝訂。

教育實(shí)習(xí)是師范學(xué)校教學(xué)工作的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)，是學(xué)生理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，提高綜合素質(zhì)，成為合格人民教師的基礎(chǔ)。為使學(xué)生掌握教學(xué)工作的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，根據(jù)教學(xué)計(jì)劃安排，我們小組15名同學(xué)，自2013年9月5日至2013年11月28日，在寶雞石油中學(xué)進(jìn)行了教育教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)?，F(xiàn)將我們小組的實(shí)習(xí)工作做如下總結(jié)：

實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容：

在實(shí)習(xí)期間，每位實(shí)習(xí)生均能遵守學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度，虛心求教，主要承擔(dān)教學(xué)工作、班務(wù)管理工作、學(xué)校教務(wù)工作等。

在教學(xué)工作中，每位實(shí)習(xí)生承擔(dān)了實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)校部分高一、二年級(jí)的語文、數(shù)學(xué)、英語、物理、歷史等課程，同時(shí)在教學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師的知道下，實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)技能不斷提高，在備課、教學(xué)、課堂掌控方面的能力得到鍛煉，為今后的從教工作奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。在班務(wù)實(shí)習(xí)中，除了協(xié)助原班主任對(duì)班級(jí)紀(jì)律、班務(wù)進(jìn)行管理外，還自主召開了相關(guān)的主題班會(huì)，組織學(xué)生參加學(xué)校詩(shī)歌朗誦大賽、校園歌唱比賽等活動(dòng)，極大地拉近了教師與學(xué)生間的距離，增強(qiáng)班級(jí)凝聚力。

在學(xué)校教務(wù)工作中，積極參與“。。中學(xué)教師考評(píng)問卷統(tǒng)計(jì)工作”、“。。學(xué)生網(wǎng)上電子學(xué)籍填表工作”和“陜西省社區(qū)工作招聘考試”、“陜西省。。成人高考”等在本學(xué)?？键c(diǎn)的監(jiān)考工作，極大地提升了我們對(duì)學(xué)校教務(wù)管理工作的認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)我們綜合素質(zhì)的提高有一定的積極作用。

除此之外，通過問卷調(diào)查、學(xué)生訪談等形式，我們都自主的完成了基礎(chǔ)教育調(diào)查報(bào)告，特別在學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、學(xué)生課時(shí)作業(yè)情況、學(xué)生課堂效率等方面我們做了一定的調(diào)查與了解，讓我們對(duì)高中教學(xué)有了一定的認(rèn)識(shí)。

一、教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)

教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容主要包括：教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)聽課階段，教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)講課階段，教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)總結(jié)階段。具體情況如下：

教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)聽課階段：

時(shí)間：9月5日到9月18日

內(nèi)容：這段時(shí)間重點(diǎn)了解學(xué)校，學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)介紹了相關(guān)的資料，適應(yīng)周圍環(huán)境，了解寶雞石油中學(xué)的基本情況，與指導(dǎo)教師見面并進(jìn)行了溝通交流，班主任指導(dǎo)教師給學(xué)生介紹實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生，與所代班級(jí)的學(xué)會(huì)見面，跟隨指導(dǎo)老師聽課，了解和熟悉指導(dǎo)教師的授課風(fēng)格和方式以及學(xué)生的基本情況，然后進(jìn)行備課，指導(dǎo)教師對(duì)所寫教案進(jìn)行批改，提出改進(jìn)意見，為教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)講課階段多準(zhǔn)備。

心得：在見習(xí)過程中我們聽學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)介紹了學(xué)校的基本情況以及學(xué)校在管理，科研方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和特色，同時(shí)也安排了最優(yōu)秀的老師來指導(dǎo)我們的教育實(shí)習(xí)，在這一過程當(dāng)中我們聽取了優(yōu)秀教師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹，也領(lǐng)會(huì)了各位指導(dǎo)教師的授課風(fēng)采，受益頗深。聽取了指導(dǎo)教師介紹實(shí)習(xí)班級(jí)的學(xué)生思想學(xué)習(xí)等情況，大致了解了實(shí)習(xí)班級(jí)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況，并通過聽課熟悉了教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)和教學(xué)方法等，這一過程的準(zhǔn)備為我們的正式教學(xué)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)講課階段：

時(shí)間：9月19日到11月10日

內(nèi)容：備課，進(jìn)行課堂教學(xué)，聽實(shí)習(xí)同學(xué)的課并進(jìn)行集體評(píng)議，晚自習(xí)輔導(dǎo)，課后個(gè)別同學(xué)的輔導(dǎo)，作業(yè)批改與講評(píng)，考試與進(jìn)行閱卷工作，考試分析，進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)總結(jié)等。心得：實(shí)習(xí)過程中在指導(dǎo)老師悉心的指導(dǎo)和幫助下我們?nèi)w實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生認(rèn)真細(xì)致的鉆研各學(xué)科的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與教材，熟悉教學(xué)內(nèi)容，明確課程的重難點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步了解學(xué)生原有的知識(shí)技能水平，學(xué)習(xí)興趣，方法和習(xí)慣等方面的情況。在此基礎(chǔ)上確定每節(jié)的教學(xué)目標(biāo)，重難點(diǎn)以及所準(zhǔn)備采用的教學(xué)方法和手段，盡量避免教學(xué)方法的陳舊，大多數(shù)同學(xué)采用參與式教學(xué)方法，教學(xué)過程的具體安排并考慮教具的選用和制作，練習(xí)的內(nèi)容和方式，板書的設(shè)計(jì)，布置作業(yè)，認(rèn)真寫好教案向指導(dǎo)匯報(bào)并征求意見，為上課做好一切準(zhǔn)備。

在具體的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，我們根據(jù)教材和教案的要求，努力貫徹教學(xué)原則，結(jié)合學(xué)生的年齡和實(shí)際水平，上好每一節(jié)課。在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，我們認(rèn)識(shí)到：

1．課前一定要進(jìn)行扎實(shí)的備課和精心的準(zhǔn)備，這樣上課才會(huì)得心應(yīng)手有條有理。

2．課堂上要注意教學(xué)秩序和教學(xué)效率。如果課堂紀(jì)律很亂，將會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致學(xué)生接受效率不成，影響最重的教學(xué)成績(jī)。

3．上課時(shí)，態(tài)度要從容大方鎮(zhèn)靜，采用恰當(dāng)?shù)淖藨B(tài)語言幫助說話，從而使教者更加具有激情，調(diào)動(dòng)課堂的氣氛，使學(xué)生在快樂的輕松的氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)。

4．注意運(yùn)用啟發(fā)式教學(xué)和鞏固性原則，在教學(xué)的過程中，啟發(fā)和引導(dǎo)學(xué)生去探究和思索，從而完成本節(jié)課的教學(xué)任務(wù)和教學(xué)目標(biāo)，而不是“注入式”和“填鴨式”的傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法。

在課后，我們主動(dòng)，虛心地征求指導(dǎo)教師的意見以及帶隊(duì)老師聽完課后的一些意見和建議，并重視學(xué)生的信息反饋，認(rèn)真地做好自我分析，評(píng)議和總結(jié)，對(duì)指導(dǎo)教師和帶隊(duì)老師提出的意見進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，為下一節(jié)課做好準(zhǔn)備。

在每一節(jié)課后，都精心選擇分量適當(dāng)，難度適中，并著眼于鞏固學(xué)生知識(shí)培養(yǎng)技能，尤應(yīng)注意發(fā)展學(xué)生的智力和創(chuàng)造才能的作業(yè)布置給學(xué)生，對(duì)布置的作業(yè)及時(shí)進(jìn)行檢查，認(rèn)真批改并分析研究學(xué)生完成本次作業(yè)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，在晚自習(xí)的時(shí)候進(jìn)行作業(yè)講評(píng)。批改作業(yè)給學(xué)生寫評(píng)語，要持慎重的態(tài)度，注意保護(hù)學(xué)生的積極性。

教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)總結(jié)階段：

時(shí)間：11月11日到11月23日

內(nèi)容：通過指導(dǎo)老師評(píng)價(jià)、小組交流互評(píng)、撰寫個(gè)人總結(jié)等形式，對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)過程中各自的收獲和感想進(jìn)行回顧，對(duì)于自身的不足，小組集體談?wù)摻鉀Q，虛心接受別人建議。除此之外，準(zhǔn)備個(gè)人實(shí)習(xí)材料，為回到學(xué)校的應(yīng)聘工作做準(zhǔn)備。

二、班主任實(shí)習(xí)：

在班主任工作方面，隊(duì)員們更是嚴(yán)于律己，為學(xué)生樹立典范。

內(nèi)容：開始我們的任務(wù)是熟悉實(shí)習(xí)班級(jí)的一些基本情況，召開班委會(huì)議，制定實(shí)習(xí)班主任計(jì)劃等。進(jìn)入正式實(shí)習(xí)階段每天早讀之前，到教室督促他們打掃衛(wèi)生，檢查儀容儀表，校牌佩戴，督促他們認(rèn)真早讀。在下午上課之前，進(jìn)入班級(jí)了解情況，對(duì)衛(wèi)生保持、紀(jì)律問題作出強(qiáng)調(diào)。下午自習(xí)課和晚自習(xí)時(shí)間，我要到班里巡視，輔導(dǎo)答疑，給個(gè)別學(xué)生作思想工作。期間還各自在班級(jí)自主策劃和舉辦了主題班會(huì)和集體活動(dòng)。在繁瑣的事情的壓力下我們沒有失落，把被動(dòng)變成主動(dòng)，主動(dòng)去班級(jí)，主動(dòng)去了解學(xué)生。

心得：在班主任工作中，學(xué)會(huì)怎么去了解學(xué)生心理，了解學(xué)生家庭，了解高中生的性格特點(diǎn)等。在處理班級(jí)事務(wù)，如何積極的調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的參與激情，如何有效的安排工作和任務(wù)分配。在處理學(xué)生個(gè)人問題，如何幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)到自身的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，如何有效的保護(hù)學(xué)生自尊心，如何讓學(xué)生自己認(rèn)識(shí)到錯(cuò)誤。在處理學(xué)校任務(wù)，如何有效的保質(zhì)保量的完成任務(wù)，如何處理與學(xué)生之間和與學(xué)校之間的沖突，如何在任務(wù)中體現(xiàn)自己的能力等。

三、教務(wù)工作實(shí)習(xí)：

內(nèi)容：配合學(xué)校參與“。。中學(xué)教師考評(píng)問卷統(tǒng)計(jì)工作”、“。。學(xué)生網(wǎng)上電子學(xué)籍填表工作”和“陜西省社區(qū)工作招聘考試”、“陜西省。。成人高考”等在本學(xué)?？键c(diǎn)的監(jiān)考工作。

心得：通過各種正式的教務(wù)工作，極大地提升了我們對(duì)學(xué)校教務(wù)管理工作的認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)我們綜合素質(zhì)的提高有一定的積極作用。除此之外，了解到學(xué)校各個(gè)崗位的重要性，以及工作的不同點(diǎn)，體會(huì)到作為教師的艱辛，對(duì)工作有了另一種認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)我們的人生規(guī)劃有積極的引導(dǎo)作用。

四、基礎(chǔ)教育調(diào)查報(bào)告：

教育調(diào)查活動(dòng)也是教育實(shí)習(xí)的一個(gè)重要組成部分，我們對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)氐慕逃l(fā)展情況，學(xué)生的心理問題等多個(gè)方面展開調(diào)查并取得了不錯(cuò)的成績(jī)。

調(diào)查活動(dòng)內(nèi)容：我們?yōu)榱藢⒄{(diào)查工作做扎實(shí)，在調(diào)查開展之前，搜尋相關(guān)的信息和資料，為調(diào)查活動(dòng)的展開做了充分的準(zhǔn)備，為了做好調(diào)研工作，我們寫出了合理的重點(diǎn)突出而切合實(shí)際的調(diào)查提綱，部分采用問卷的形式，也有個(gè)別采用的是提要式。體會(huì)：俗話說：“巧婦難為無米之炊”，沒有豐富的材料就寫步出好的調(diào)查報(bào)告，調(diào)查活動(dòng)和調(diào)查報(bào)告能夠給我們提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)，反映情況。根據(jù)這些情況我們認(rèn)識(shí)到了基礎(chǔ)教育所存在的問題，這些問題和經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我們?cè)趯?shí)際教學(xué)中和工作中有很大的幫助和啟發(fā)。

五、結(jié)語：

將近三個(gè)月的教育教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)，我們小組實(shí)習(xí)生嚴(yán)格按照《陜西師范大學(xué)免費(fèi)師范生教育實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)施方案》的要求，并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行寶雞石油中學(xué)相關(guān)的教學(xué)制度，認(rèn)真聽取指導(dǎo)老師的建議，在三個(gè)月的時(shí)間里，我們的教學(xué)方法有了明顯的改進(jìn)，教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)有了明顯的提高，也獲得了很多從書本上無法學(xué)到的東西，邁出了走向工作崗位的第一步，從教學(xué)工作以及所取得的成績(jī)，工作紀(jì)律等各方面來說，這次教育實(shí)習(xí)是成功的，受到寶雞石油中學(xué)全體師生的高度贊揚(yáng)和評(píng)價(jià)。

這次教育實(shí)習(xí)給我們的收獲很大。我們初步掌握了從事教育教學(xué)工作的基本技能，學(xué)會(huì)了對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想教育的方法和手段，也深深體會(huì)了做一名光榮的人民教師尤其是從事中學(xué)教育的一線教師的艱辛和不易，深感肩上的責(zé)任重大，對(duì)教師這一神圣的職業(yè)有了更深刻的理解和認(rèn)識(shí)，體驗(yàn)到了教師的苦樂酸甜，為我們以后的教師之路打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

同時(shí)，我們?nèi)源嬖谝恍﹩栴}和不足。如課前準(zhǔn)備不足，教材內(nèi)容的熟練程度不夠，理解不夠透徹，教學(xué)效果不是很理想；也存在專業(yè)知識(shí)功底不夠扎實(shí)，教學(xué)技巧運(yùn)用不夠熟練等問題，需要進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)。
