第四篇：非英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)英語(yǔ)成功之路

我的網(wǎng)名叫做jacky，大學(xué)在青島市念書(shū)，4年，中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)的計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)。我并不象很多人那樣關(guān)注現(xiàn)在的流行，超級(jí)女聲，快樂(lè)男聲，加油！好男 兒，李宇春，張靚穎或者周筆暢，我甚至可能也不知道誰(shuí)是全國(guó)7進(jìn)6，8進(jìn)7，我可能還不知道有關(guān)滿城盡帶黃金甲，鞏俐和章子怡的最新消息，可是我卻知道第 六輪六方會(huì)談的結(jié)果，我也知道中國(guó)暴雨洪災(zāi)的后果，受災(zāi)地區(qū)，我還有著一段值得人駐足的一段經(jīng)歷。

畢業(yè)之后工作兩年，辭職孤單一人來(lái)到北京準(zhǔn)備考研。

當(dāng)初準(zhǔn)備的是北外的高翻學(xué)院，也就是大家俗稱(chēng)的同傳專(zhuān)業(yè)。但是那時(shí)候除了看的是同傳的高薪之外，還有自己提高自己的英語(yǔ)水平。

我一開(kāi)始，英語(yǔ)程度也就是6級(jí)，但是經(jīng)常鍛煉口語(yǔ)，所以交流很流暢。這是我惟一的優(yōu)勢(shì)，其他的，沒(méi)有工作，計(jì)算機(jī)專(zhuān)業(yè)，看來(lái)都不是什么好事情?？墒俏矣兄芏嗳藳](méi)有的一樣?xùn)|西，那就是堅(jiān)定的毅力。這是我后來(lái)能夠成功被錄取的最重要的一點(diǎn)。

從那年1月開(kāi)始，我認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備。但是當(dāng)時(shí)對(duì)于高翻沒(méi)有清晰的概念，所以很幼稚地覺(jué)得，把一套新東方推薦的60篇文章背誦下來(lái)，然后背誦GRE詞匯就可以 解決問(wèn)題了。結(jié)果，大概一個(gè)月之后，發(fā)現(xiàn)語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力的確有所提高，但是要參加考試遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，因?yàn)槟菚r(shí)候開(kāi)始接觸<經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家>，發(fā)現(xiàn)根本看不 懂。于是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上瘋狂地搜索和高翻相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，論壇，網(wǎng)站，blog等等，也開(kāi)始獲得了大量的信息。

如果你還沒(méi)有認(rèn)真的看過(guò)《經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家》，那考高翻就太困難了?！督?jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家》是一定要看的，而且最好每天都看幾篇。

為了能夠清晰明了地說(shuō)明我自己的努力過(guò)程，我把自己針對(duì)每一個(gè)考試所必需掌握的技能和進(jìn)行的練習(xí)列出來(lái)：

英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)------中英互譯新概念3，4冊(cè)，新東方精選60篇文章，張培基散文50篇，實(shí)用口譯教程全部，現(xiàn)代漢英口譯教程，現(xiàn)代漢英口譯教程練習(xí)冊(cè)，然后熟練背誦，這一共7本書(shū)！其實(shí)還有很多其它 的我背誦了只有2-3遍的，就不想提了。這些書(shū)要背誦至少3-4遍，我自己背誦了大概有10遍左右，之后總結(jié)當(dāng)中重要的，自己不熟練的句型，詞組等等，要 針對(duì)自己。

聽(tīng)力------這個(gè)是我自己感到最重要的。為了鍛煉聽(tīng)力，我找到了普特論壇，并且嚴(yán)格地每天跟著一起訓(xùn)練，方法大家都可以在論壇上找到。每天聽(tīng)寫(xiě) BBC，因?yàn)閂OA太簡(jiǎn)單，大概一個(gè)月左右就可以完全聽(tīng)懂。所以我一直堅(jiān)持精聽(tīng)BBC,直到那年9月份。我找到了一個(gè)軟件，可以把音頻變速，叫做NV player，大家搜索，可以找到并且免費(fèi)下載。其他的軟件我也嘗試了，但是基本上都還是聲音會(huì)失真，但是這個(gè)軟件只會(huì)加快速度，聲音不會(huì)失真。之后我開(kāi) 始把BBC變速聽(tīng)，變到1.1，1.2，最后到了2倍速，你聽(tīng)起來(lái)這個(gè)變速可能沒(méi)有什么大不了的，但是當(dāng)你真正的用這個(gè)軟件開(kāi)始聽(tīng)的時(shí)候，才發(fā) 現(xiàn)，就算是從1.1跳到1.2

你都會(huì)有很多東西突然間就聽(tīng)不懂了；與此同時(shí)，我還每天下載聯(lián)合國(guó)網(wǎng)站的會(huì)議現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和白宮的會(huì)議現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，不斷地變速聽(tīng)，而且普特 論壇上有各種各樣的材料共我選擇，我也在不斷地精聽(tīng)，精練。倒了10月，我開(kāi)始精聽(tīng)BBC2倍速，同時(shí)開(kāi)始了我正式的同傳練習(xí)。是的，我已經(jīng)可以進(jìn)行同傳 了，不過(guò)都是同傳UN的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，還有白宮的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，每天都是一個(gè)小時(shí)左右，大概過(guò)了一個(gè)月，我開(kāi)始同傳VOA新聞。新聞的同傳，在同傳界是一個(gè)忌諱，也就是說(shuō) 沒(méi)有人去做新聞同傳，因?yàn)樾畔⒓校芏却?，速度太快，挑?zhàn)太大。但是，我很勇敢地接受了挑戰(zhàn)，并且開(kāi)始堅(jiān)持每天同傳新聞，因?yàn)槲野l(fā)現(xiàn)UN會(huì)議和美國(guó)白宮 的會(huì)議太簡(jiǎn)單了，我每天都會(huì)把UN 和美國(guó)白宮的會(huì)議現(xiàn)場(chǎng)變成2倍速來(lái)做泛聽(tīng)，基本上一次就可以聽(tīng)懂了。

后來(lái),我曾經(jīng)嘗試一次在安南進(jìn)行的聯(lián)合國(guó)的演講錄像，直接進(jìn)行同傳，基本上對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)就是放慢鏡頭！每次聽(tīng)2倍速的作用就顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)了，因?yàn)樽詈笪野l(fā)現(xiàn)基 本上90%的安南演講內(nèi)容我都同傳出來(lái)了。在此期間，我不但堅(jiān)持鍛煉同傳新聞VOA，并且開(kāi)始嘗試加速同傳，也就是把新聞變速到1.3倍速同傳。這個(gè)的確 非常有難度，但是我還是克服了，這需要很多的勇氣和毅力。很多人會(huì)問(wèn)我，你怎么有這樣的動(dòng)力？我說(shuō)，這都源自我的夢(mèng)想，一個(gè)心中的夢(mèng)想，希望能夠成為一個(gè) 語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用自如的人，運(yùn)用自己的天分非常自如的人。于是，漸漸地，到了12月份，我已經(jīng)可以同傳VOA新聞的1.5倍速了。這個(gè)是非常難的，因?yàn)樗俣群芸?，而你又必須要同時(shí)傳譯。但是，這些都造就了我非凡的反應(yīng)速度，還有我穩(wěn)定的心理素質(zhì)?，F(xiàn)在我聽(tīng)人們說(shuō)話，就真的好像在放慢鏡頭一般。而且，12月份的時(shí) 候，我也開(kāi)始同傳CNN，也是1.5倍速，以及NPR，但是BBC我還從來(lái)沒(méi)有嘗試過(guò)，因?yàn)锽BC我一直都留給自己做每天的精聽(tīng)。

再后來(lái)，VOA的同傳我就變速倒了1.7倍速了，但是這已經(jīng)是今年的事情了。并且，開(kāi)始進(jìn)行新聞的記憶，也就是新聞播放并且同傳結(jié)束后，盡力地記會(huì)議 全部的大概內(nèi)容。有的朋友可能會(huì)說(shuō)，新聞簡(jiǎn)單，容易記憶，練習(xí)短期記憶還是應(yīng)該用會(huì)議記錄；但是，我不這么認(rèn)為，5分鐘的新聞可能很短，但是你知道么，這 里面往往包括7-8（有的時(shí)候10）個(gè)主要事情，而且相互沒(méi)有聯(lián)系。如果你能把每件沒(méi)有聯(lián)系的事情都記住，那么你記住會(huì)議內(nèi)容會(huì)更加簡(jiǎn)單容易?？吹竭@里，有的朋友會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，我這個(gè)人有些變態(tài)，聽(tīng)力聽(tīng)2倍速，記憶非要用新聞練習(xí)......pervert！

是的，朋友們，如果你看了很多書(shū)，很多自傳，你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，這個(gè)社會(huì)里面有所成就的人，基本上從一個(gè)角度來(lái)說(shuō)，都是變態(tài)，或曾經(jīng)做過(guò)一些變態(tài)的事情。但 是，從另一個(gè)角度來(lái)說(shuō)，這不是變態(tài)，這是執(zhí)著，這是熱愛(ài)，這是激情。我有一個(gè)同傳的朋友，在外交部做同傳很久，一次跟我聊天聽(tīng)說(shuō)我聽(tīng)2倍速，立刻就蹦出來(lái) 一個(gè)pervert！我笑了笑，沒(méi)說(shuō)話。因?yàn)槲液苌賹?duì)人說(shuō)這是我的夢(mèng)想，我什么都可以付出。

到了現(xiàn)在，我聽(tīng)任何材料，只要沒(méi)有陌生詞匯，就一定不會(huì)有任何障礙。甚至在面對(duì)5個(gè)歐盟口譯司的考官的時(shí)候，我有些緊張，但是他們說(shuō)的英文，即使我緊 張的時(shí)候，也是

讓我如縷平川。你還記得很多人平時(shí)練習(xí)得很好，可是到了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，發(fā)言人說(shuō)話結(jié)束，她卻緊張得說(shuō)不出話來(lái)。平時(shí)的練習(xí)要超量，倒了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)才能抵消 緊張帶來(lái)的負(fù)效應(yīng)。

目前我看了一些有關(guān)快速聽(tīng)力的書(shū)籍，發(fā)現(xiàn)其實(shí)2倍速并不是速度的極限，2.5倍速才是，因?yàn)?.5倍速是人的聽(tīng)力速度反彈極限；也就是說(shuō)，經(jīng)常練習(xí)2.5倍速，再聽(tīng)1倍速，你的聽(tīng)力就不會(huì)回到1倍速。可以繼續(xù)保持。所以，我目前一直在練習(xí)2.5倍速的BBC聽(tīng)力。我也希望,如果你真的想從事同傳行 業(yè)，請(qǐng)多投入一些，短期記憶比較容易的是敘事類(lèi)的，也就是上外和北外復(fù)試會(huì)考的內(nèi)容；但是，會(huì)議內(nèi)容是不好記憶的，因?yàn)橛泻芏鄶?shù)字，很多分類(lèi)，都需要筆 記。而全國(guó)三個(gè)大型的同傳專(zhuān)業(yè)考試當(dāng)中，只有歐盟口譯司的這個(gè)考試全部都是會(huì)議內(nèi)容，而且數(shù)字，年代，月份都非常清楚，當(dāng)時(shí)我攤上的就是一個(gè)核問(wèn)題，所以平時(shí)多練習(xí)新聞的記憶顯得尤其重要。這里就說(shuō)到筆記的問(wèn)題，我練習(xí)筆記，只用了一本書(shū)《實(shí)戰(zhàn)口譯》，林超倫的，全書(shū)練習(xí)了大概5遍左右，每次一個(gè)小時(shí)練習(xí)一片文章，倒了最后能夠基本上進(jìn)行1.7倍速的播放，同時(shí)自己記筆記。但是這里我有一個(gè)缺陷，就是局限于書(shū)本的模式，每次都是記筆記一分鐘長(zhǎng)短，這是很要 命的，因?yàn)闅W盟口譯司的考官實(shí)際上要考察你的真實(shí)能力，不會(huì)拘泥于書(shū)本。我這次考試就吃虧在這里?？墒?，奪虧我平時(shí)練習(xí)2倍速聽(tīng)力精聽(tīng)和泛聽(tīng)很多，所以給 了我很大的自信心。而且，畢竟我練習(xí)筆記都是用的1.7倍速，所以她用常速朗讀的時(shí)候，時(shí)間雖然長(zhǎng)了一些，我最后還是表現(xiàn)不錯(cuò)。大家平時(shí)還是要多練習(xí)其他 一些長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)容。具體技巧就是書(shū)里面所提高的一些方法，嚴(yán)格地按照步驟來(lái)，練習(xí)就會(huì)有效果。這些就是有關(guān)聽(tīng)力的大概情況，實(shí)在太多，無(wú)法一一想起，只能敘述 這些。

新聞和雜志--------新聞的理解，記憶很重要，我背誦了大概有100-200篇VOA和BBC新聞，非常熟練的，《經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家》大概也背誦了有 100篇左右，這些對(duì)我理解新聞和雜志很有幫助。背誦之后你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，其實(shí)新聞的框架基本類(lèi)似，雜志基本上文章都大同小異。你可以翻譯，但是這會(huì)花去大量的 時(shí)間，不過(guò)這個(gè)翻譯很好，我曾經(jīng)堅(jiān)持了大概3個(gè)月左右，每天都翻譯1篇文章。后來(lái)，開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)入直接視譯，這個(gè)大大提高了我的閱讀速度，而且我自己理解更有 效，也懂得怎樣把復(fù)雜的語(yǔ)言轉(zhuǎn)化為簡(jiǎn)單的語(yǔ)言讓自己理解更容易。所以我現(xiàn)在視譯的能力非常好。在閱讀《經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家》的同時(shí)，我建議大家要注意積累每一個(gè)你不 熟練和不知道的詞匯，這些都是靠日積月累的，想要依靠GRE或者其他的解決問(wèn)題很難。我每天都積累很多詞匯，最后會(huì)復(fù)習(xí)，一直到現(xiàn)在還是如此。

詞匯---------這也是我最喜歡的一部分。為了增加詞匯，我背誦了很多詞典，GRE詞匯我背誦了自己都不知道多少遍，反正基本上每個(gè)周末都會(huì)復(fù)習(xí)一遍。背誦詞典是很枯燥的，這是對(duì)你的毅力的考驗(yàn)。我第一次背誦GRE，用了1個(gè)星期就背完了，之后每周都復(fù)習(xí)一次，現(xiàn)在基本上6個(gè)小時(shí)就可以全部背誦 一次，不是看，而是背誦。說(shuō)明我已經(jīng)非常熟練了，為什么要這樣？我聽(tīng)寫(xiě)新聞第一次飛躍就是因?yàn)镚RE詞匯，所以有很多詞匯都猜出來(lái)了。還有一個(gè)是新聞分類(lèi) 詞匯，大家可以在北外的書(shū)店里面找到，12塊錢(qián)，大概有2000-3000詞匯，這個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單，但是只要背熟練，基本上聽(tīng)新聞不會(huì)有障礙，但是全部讓你寫(xiě)出來(lái) 可能

還是有問(wèn)題。另一個(gè)詞典是口譯詞典，這個(gè)詞典對(duì)中英翻譯很重要，英美報(bào)刊詞匯，大概有10000詞匯，全都是新詞匯，這個(gè)也要背誦熟練，托福詞組，這 個(gè)是很有用的，尤其是詞組的擴(kuò)充。美國(guó)口語(yǔ)詞典，對(duì)于更好地理解《經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家》和口語(yǔ)能力的提升，理解英文文化大有幫助。

上面的都是很好的詞典，每一個(gè)我都熟練背過(guò)，中英，英中，交替背過(guò)，而且經(jīng)常復(fù)習(xí)。背誦詞典是很枯燥的過(guò)程，你常常會(huì)遇到很辛苦的時(shí)候想要放棄，這個(gè) 時(shí)候我要告訴你，之所以很多人無(wú)法成功，就是因?yàn)楦阋粯拥搅诉@個(gè)最關(guān)鍵的時(shí)候軟弱下來(lái)。究竟是否堅(jiān)持，關(guān)鍵在你。等你到了下一次軟弱的時(shí)候，你要告訴你 自己，實(shí)際上會(huì)有另外幾個(gè)人跟你一樣優(yōu)秀，克服了第一層阻力，但是也一樣到了這個(gè)時(shí)候，很難堅(jiān)持。是否堅(jiān)持下去，決定在你自己，如此一次次鼓勵(lì)自己，這 不亞于背誦文章，關(guān)鍵在于你是否喜歡這個(gè)行業(yè)。如果只是看到了高薪，我想你是在浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，有一天你會(huì)后悔自己花了這么多時(shí)間做自己不喜歡的事情，而且到最 后因?yàn)槟悴幌矚g，你很難做好！

這一年，我基本上沒(méi)有休息過(guò)，所有的節(jié)假日，我都用來(lái)突擊單詞或者詞典。周末都是背誦GRE單詞或者其他的詞匯。

每天基本上都是18個(gè)小時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間。

早上6點(diǎn)起床跑步鍛煉，打太極拳，這些很重要，保持身心健康。

晚上12點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)是睡覺(jué)，吃飯等等都是準(zhǔn)時(shí)準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)的。

所以這一年我沒(méi)有生病過(guò)。

我簡(jiǎn)單地?cái)⑹隽宋易龅目荚嚋?zhǔn)備，接下來(lái)就是需要接受檢驗(yàn)了。其實(shí)北外的考試證明了我做的準(zhǔn)備有充分的地方，也有不足的地方。北外的考試?yán)锩?，我的總?過(guò)線了，英文分?jǐn)?shù)也很高，但是，我的政治差了2分，結(jié)果可想而知，我根本沒(méi)機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)入復(fù)試。但是卻被歐盟口譯司看上，并且錄取了我。

其實(shí)真正的內(nèi)幕卻是到了今天早上我給了老師電話才告訴我。

初試當(dāng)中，有兩部分，一個(gè)是筆試，一個(gè)是口試，口試包括中英和英中交傳。當(dāng)時(shí)由于我不知道口試會(huì)直接考交傳3分鐘錄音，很緊張，竟然把英中交傳做成了復(fù)述！我很快做完之后，拿掉了耳機(jī)，聽(tīng)到周?chē)娜苏f(shuō)中文，立刻就傻了??！

完了，腦子里面第一個(gè)念頭就是完了，沒(méi)戲了，徹底沒(méi)戲了，但是仍然強(qiáng)制自己鎮(zhèn)定下來(lái)。結(jié)果中英交傳還好，但是畢竟受到了影響，接下來(lái)的筆試之后，我就 很快第一個(gè)就交卷，找到了老師，說(shuō)明了自己的情況。但是他說(shuō)，不可能讓你單獨(dú)再來(lái)一次了，等通知吧。沒(méi)想到等到了幾天之后，竟然真的接到了復(fù)試的通知。當(dāng) 時(shí)的喜悅?cè)缤@次知道復(fù)試通過(guò)，特別興奮。我還特意問(wèn)老師：老師，您還記得問(wèn)我么，就是那個(gè)考試第一個(gè)結(jié)束后就找您的那個(gè)學(xué)生。他說(shuō)，呵呵怎么不記得，你 是所有考生里面唯一一個(gè)把傳譯做成了復(fù)述的人，不管你是誰(shuí)我都記住了。我聽(tīng)了也心中一緊，感到萬(wàn)分慶幸，我想，還是由于自己筆試的成績(jī)不錯(cuò)，而且語(yǔ)音不 錯(cuò)，才給了我這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)入復(fù)試。

復(fù)試的時(shí)候的情況，和我后來(lái)告訴大家的有些差異。

復(fù)試一共4輪：自我介紹，即興演講，英中現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交傳，中英現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交傳。每一輪結(jié)束后，都需要學(xué)生出去，所有的考官一起評(píng)價(jià)，決定分?jǐn)?shù)，這個(gè)就很人性化。

后來(lái)我打電話才知道，我在前三輪的表現(xiàn)非常好，語(yǔ)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，流利，反應(yīng)迅速，對(duì)國(guó)際時(shí)政了解透徹，給考官留下了很好的印象；甚至到了第四輪考試的時(shí)候，輪到了我，那個(gè)給我出題的中國(guó)考官還小聲問(wèn)旁邊的人，還有必要么？看來(lái)的確有些低估自己的實(shí)力了，不過(guò)我并不驕傲，還有更多的事情等著我去做，這些僅僅是 一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的開(kāi)始。

其實(shí)，認(rèn)真想想，人的一生真的很奇怪的，如果這一切都沒(méi)有發(fā)生呢？

如果初試我就因?yàn)榘褌髯g做成了復(fù)述而把我排除，就像我因?yàn)檎紊倭藘煞职盐姨叱鼍郑疫€有機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)入復(fù)試么？

如果進(jìn)不了復(fù)試，我還可能成為幸運(yùn)者之一么？

那么我下一年又會(huì)經(jīng)歷什么呢？我還會(huì)和現(xiàn)在一樣精力充沛么？

人的一生太奇妙了，也許真的很多事情都是命中注定的，時(shí)間會(huì)讓我們學(xué)會(huì)成長(zhǎng)，而現(xiàn)在我們也許只能接受一切。

“三八”國(guó)際勞動(dòng)?jì)D女節(jié)是全世界勞動(dòng)?jì)D女團(tuán)結(jié)奮斗、爭(zhēng)取解放的光輝節(jié)日。九十五年來(lái)，世界婦女解放運(yùn)動(dòng)波瀾壯闊，我國(guó)婦女解放運(yùn)動(dòng)取得了輝煌的成就，伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展步伐，廣大婦女奮發(fā)進(jìn)取，積極參與社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和文化建設(shè)，取得了巨大的進(jìn)步。廣大婦女發(fā)揚(yáng)“自尊、自信、自立、自強(qiáng)”的精神，全面參與社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)。

在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域，廣大婦女充分發(fā)揮聰明才智，積極投身經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，充分展示了巾幗風(fēng)采，為推動(dòng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)；在精神文明建設(shè)領(lǐng)域，廣大婦女以誠(chéng)信為本，繼承優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，弘揚(yáng)時(shí)代精神，發(fā)展先進(jìn)文化，扶危濟(jì)困、奉獻(xiàn)愛(ài)心，在社會(huì)公德、職業(yè)道德、家庭美德建設(shè)中作出了突出貢獻(xiàn)；在民主政治建設(shè)進(jìn)程中，廣大婦女關(guān)心國(guó)家大事，關(guān)注社會(huì)變革，參與國(guó)家社會(huì)事務(wù)管理，男女平等日益深入人心，婦女解放事業(yè)取得了實(shí)質(zhì)性的進(jìn)展。在我公司，一萬(wàn)多名女職工在公司的各項(xiàng)工作中起著“半邊天”的作用。廣大女職工具有強(qiáng)烈的主人翁意識(shí)，將個(gè)人利益和公司的發(fā)展緊密聯(lián)系在一起，為企業(yè)的發(fā)展作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。涌現(xiàn)出了一批先進(jìn)集體和先進(jìn)個(gè)人。“巾幗建功”活動(dòng)中脫穎而出的“三八”紅旗崗——XXXXX崗，創(chuàng)下了連續(xù)14年無(wú)事故的安全生產(chǎn)記錄，多次獲得了河南電力公司、省級(jí)“三八”紅旗集體及全國(guó)“先進(jìn)女工工作集體” 榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)。今年XXXX班、XXXX崗又榮獲河南電力公司“巾幗文明示范崗”榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)。廣大女職工巾幗不讓須眉，在平凡的崗位上作出了不平凡的業(yè)績(jī)，為公司的物質(zhì)文明建設(shè)做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。在精神文明建設(shè)領(lǐng)域，廣大女職工以“自尊、自愛(ài)、自強(qiáng)、自立”的精神為動(dòng)力，愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)、無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)。在做好本職工作的同時(shí)，還更多的承擔(dān)著照顧家庭的責(zé)任，呵護(hù)著家庭的幸福和美滿。在平凡的生活中,以飽滿的熱情,執(zhí)著的追求,為我們的社會(huì)大舞臺(tái)增輝添彩,為我公司的各項(xiàng)事業(yè)默默奉獻(xiàn)著。正因?yàn)槟銈儾恍傅呐托燎诘墓ぷ?我公司的女職工工作不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)出新的局面,創(chuàng)造了許多優(yōu)異的成績(jī)。

幾年來(lái),公司女職工委員會(huì)兩次被評(píng)為電業(yè)工會(huì)先進(jìn)工作集體,先后榮獲省“巾幗建功先進(jìn)單位”、“女職工工作先進(jìn)集體”、“先進(jìn)女職工委員會(huì)”等榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)，為我公司各項(xiàng)工作的順利完成,做出了應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)。我代表公司黨委、行政向你們及你們所代表的全體女職工表示真誠(chéng)的感謝和崇高的敬意。

女職工同志們, 成績(jī)僅代表過(guò)去，不斷的進(jìn)步才代表未來(lái)。女職工同志們要與企業(yè)同發(fā)展，同進(jìn)步，為創(chuàng)造我公司更加輝煌的明天充分發(fā)揮“半邊天”的作用。2005年，希望和困難同在，機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存，如何“保持穩(wěn)定、提升素質(zhì)、完成任務(wù)”，在復(fù)雜的環(huán)境中穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，需要我們堅(jiān)持以“三個(gè)代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo)，全面貫徹落實(shí)黨的十六大和十六屆三中、四中全會(huì)精神，牢固樹(shù)立全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展觀，結(jié)合我公司的實(shí)際，做好四項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)工作：一是安全生產(chǎn)，完成各項(xiàng)任務(wù)；二是順應(yīng)改革，保持企業(yè)穩(wěn)定；三是持續(xù)改進(jìn)，鞏固貫標(biāo)成果；四是學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)爭(zhēng)，構(gòu)筑企業(yè)文化。

今年是我公司改革、發(fā)展、穩(wěn)定的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。新時(shí)期給了我們新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，我們更應(yīng)該抓住機(jī)遇，只爭(zhēng)朝夕，工作中以“從嚴(yán)、從細(xì)、從實(shí)”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己，不斷學(xué)習(xí)業(yè)務(wù)，學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)、學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)知識(shí)，提高個(gè)人綜合素質(zhì)，努力成長(zhǎng)為勇于創(chuàng)新、敢挑重?fù)?dān)的知識(shí)型女職工，為創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

為此我代表黨委向大家提幾點(diǎn)希望。

一是要勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，提高素質(zhì)。廣大女職工要準(zhǔn)確把握形勢(shì)，全面提升自身素質(zhì)。自覺(jué)學(xué)習(xí)、善于學(xué)習(xí)、勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，不斷拓寬知識(shí)領(lǐng)域，完善知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，要向書(shū)本學(xué)習(xí)，向?qū)嵺`學(xué)習(xí)，把書(shū)本知識(shí)與工作實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來(lái)，把提高業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)與提升道德修養(yǎng)結(jié)合起來(lái)，珍惜大好年華，珍惜實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)，在實(shí)踐中增長(zhǎng)才干，努力成長(zhǎng)為一專(zhuān)多能的知識(shí)型職工。

二是要立足崗位，建功立業(yè)。廣大女職工要充分發(fā)揮自己的聰明才智，把個(gè)人奮斗與企業(yè)目標(biāo)結(jié)合起來(lái)，把理想抱負(fù)與工作實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來(lái)，繼續(xù)深入開(kāi)展“三八紅旗崗”和“巾幗建功”活動(dòng)，立足自身崗位，發(fā)揚(yáng)巾幗不讓須眉的精神，建功立業(yè)，努力為公司的改革、發(fā)展、穩(wěn)定做出新的、更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

三是要關(guān)愛(ài)家庭，奉獻(xiàn)社會(huì)。對(duì)于廣大女職工來(lái)說(shuō)，在工作上是“半邊天”，在家庭里更是“主心骨”。在做好本職工作的同時(shí)，還更多的承擔(dān)著照顧家庭的責(zé)任，呵護(hù)著家庭的幸福和美滿。上要照顧老人，下要教育子女，更要理解丈夫，還要鄰里和睦，希望廣大女職工能克服種種困難，工作、生活兩不誤。同時(shí)女職工之間還要互幫互助，要把扶危濟(jì)困、奉獻(xiàn)愛(ài)心等中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德發(fā)揚(yáng)光大，為社會(huì)奉獻(xiàn)一份愛(ài)心。

四是要固本強(qiáng)基，共創(chuàng)未來(lái)。希望公司各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各部門(mén)都要重視女職工工作，加強(qiáng)對(duì)女職工工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和支持力度，重視女職工的鍛煉、成長(zhǎng)，及時(shí)解決女職工工作的實(shí)際問(wèn)題，不斷鞏固黨的婦女工作基礎(chǔ)；希望公司各級(jí)女職工委員會(huì)不斷加強(qiáng)組織建設(shè)，擴(kuò)大女職工委員會(huì)的影響，正確把握女職工工作的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律，真心實(shí)意為廣大女職工辦實(shí)事、辦好事，不斷加強(qiáng)服務(wù)女職工的能力建設(shè)，團(tuán)結(jié)帶領(lǐng)廣大女職工為公司的改革、發(fā)展、穩(wěn)定做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

女職工同志們，新的一年里我們面臨的任務(wù)更加艱巨而光榮，希望大家在公司黨委、行政、工會(huì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，振奮精神，開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取，不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)新局面，努力創(chuàng)造新業(yè)績(jī)，充分發(fā)揮“半邊天”的作用，與公司同發(fā)展，同進(jìn)步，為開(kāi)創(chuàng)公司各項(xiàng)工作新局面而努力奮斗！最后，祝公司全體女職工同志們節(jié)日快樂(lè)，工作順利，身體健康，闔家幸福。

在又一個(gè)“三八”節(jié)來(lái)臨之際，我想起了中國(guó)近代著名的民主女革命家秋瑾。1907年7月，光復(fù)會(huì)成員徐錫麟發(fā)動(dòng)了安慶起義，秋瑾在浙江響應(yīng)徐錫麟起義，不幸起義失敗，秋瑾被捕，在紹興軒亭口被殺害的前一刻，她凝重仰望天空，說(shuō)了一句﹕“秋風(fēng)秋雨愁煞人！”后英勇就義。這是何等憂國(guó)憂民的偉大情懷，她將個(gè)人生死置之度外，臨死之前擔(dān)憂的是國(guó)家的前途和未來(lái)。正是有了秋瑾這樣愛(ài)國(guó)的女英雄，致使多少中國(guó)婦女對(duì)革命的意義有了新的理解，激勵(lì)著多少中國(guó)革命志士前仆后繼毅然踏上中國(guó)民主革命的道路。

遺憾的是，自古以來(lái)，雖然中國(guó)婦女對(duì)社會(huì)都有不可抹殺的貢獻(xiàn)，但由于封建社會(huì)強(qiáng)加在婦女身上的枷鎖，使得婦女的貢獻(xiàn)往往不是被抹殺，就是被男士們所掩蓋而取代。君不見(jiàn)，中國(guó)歷代帝皇的腐敗無(wú)能導(dǎo)致皇朝的滅亡，最終結(jié)果都是歸罪于女性禍害即所謂的紅顏禍水。連有沉魚(yú)落雁、醉月羞花之美譽(yù)的中國(guó)四大美人也擺脫不了成為政治犧牲品的悲慘命運(yùn)。中國(guó)婦女如何爭(zhēng)取婦女解放和為自身對(duì)社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)作出真實(shí)的批注，以及得到目前還是以男性為主的社會(huì)的普遍肯定？

不幸的是，今天我們看到的中國(guó)三八婦女節(jié)，在很大一部分中國(guó)婦女的眼中僅僅只是一個(gè)節(jié)假日而已，只是一個(gè)單位發(fā)獎(jiǎng)品或獎(jiǎng)金，成為婦女放假一天的節(jié)日，渾然忘記三八婦女節(jié)的精神所在，忘記三八婦女節(jié)的內(nèi)涵，以及婦女們?yōu)榱俗陨淼钠降鹊匚凰挟?dāng)?shù)呢?zé)任。

中國(guó)婦女想要得到社會(huì)普遍的肯定和理解，首先婦女們必須要自我肯定，理解“半邊天”的真正內(nèi)涵，不斷對(duì)社會(huì)做出貢獻(xiàn)，只要社會(huì)的機(jī)制是健全的，婦女的貢獻(xiàn)必然會(huì)得到回報(bào)。決策失誤總是由認(rèn)識(shí)失誤造成的，所以關(guān)鍵是認(rèn)識(shí)自己，任何事業(yè)的成功之路，都是從認(rèn)識(shí)自己開(kāi)始的。毛澤東主席曾經(jīng)提倡﹕“中國(guó)的婦女是一種偉大的人力資源，必須要發(fā)掘這種資源，為了一個(gè)偉大的社會(huì)主義國(guó)家而奮斗……”其目的就是為了鼓勵(lì)婦女走入社會(huì)，爭(zhēng)取自由平等地位。

時(shí)代在變化，人的觀念也要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，新世紀(jì)的宏偉大業(yè)，為廣大婦女提供了施展才華的廣闊舞臺(tái)，新時(shí)代的廣大婦女要進(jìn)一步樹(shù)立“自尊、自信、自立、自強(qiáng)”精神，在新形勢(shì)和新任務(wù)面前，堅(jiān)持解放思想、實(shí)事求是，以與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的思想觀念和奮發(fā)有為的精神狀態(tài)，勇于創(chuàng)新，開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取，在經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中大顯身手，在實(shí)現(xiàn)自身價(jià)值的同時(shí)創(chuàng)造出無(wú)愧于時(shí)代的新業(yè)績(jī)。
