第一篇：20世紀最瘋狂的演講

高學(xué)歷并不代表著高成功率，學(xué)歷代表過去，能力代表將來。日本西屋集團主席堤義明認為，學(xué)歷只是一個人受教育時間的證明，不等于一個人有多少實際的才干。日本索尼公司董事長盛田昭夫在總結(jié)自己的成功時，曾寫過一本書，叫《讓學(xué)歷見鬼去吧》。盛田昭夫提出要把索尼公司的人事檔案全部燒毀，以便公司里杜絕學(xué)歷上的任何歧視，阻礙公司的發(fā)展。他在索尼公司大力提倡不弄學(xué)歷高低，只比能力大小的做法。

讓我們來看一篇據(jù)稱是“20世紀最狂妄的校園演講”吧。這是在美國Oracle的CEO拉里*埃利森（Larr Ellison)在耶魯大學(xué)2000界畢業(yè)典禮上的演講，全文如下：

耶魯?shù)漠厴I(yè)生們，我很抱歉——如果你們不喜歡這樣的開場。我想請尼你們?yōu)槲易鲆患隆Ｕ埬愫煤每纯粗車?，看看站在你左邊的同學(xué)，看一看站在你右邊的同學(xué)。

說實話，今天我站在這里，并沒有看到一千歌畢業(yè)生的燦爛未來。我沒有看到一千個行業(yè)的一千名卓越的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，我只看到了一千個失敗者。你們感到沮喪，這是可以理解的。為什么，我，埃利森，一個退學(xué)生，竟能在美國最具聲望的學(xué)府里這樣厚顏地散步異端？我來告訴你原因。因為，我，埃利森，這個行星上第2富有的人，是個退學(xué)生，而你不是。因為比爾*蓋茨，這個行星上最富有的人——就目前而言——是個退學(xué)生，而你不是。因為愛倫，這個行星上第3富有的人，也退學(xué)了，而你沒有。

這可能是一篇狂妄而偏激的演講，但它說的卻是事實。確實，這個世界上最富有的幾個人都沒有高學(xué)歷。而且，他講的還有些道理：大學(xué)教育已經(jīng)讓你們“吸取了太多東西，以為自己懂的太多”，“你們有了，內(nèi)置的帽子”。是的，所有的錯不在于教育，也不在于學(xué)歷，是那頂內(nèi)置的的帽子阻礙了你的成功。所以，千萬不要在乎自己的學(xué)歷。不要因為沒有高學(xué)歷而自卑，更不要因為自己的高學(xué)歷而沾沾自喜，故不自封。
