這本書(shū)非常的簡(jiǎn)單易懂，我這個(gè)工科生，看這本書(shū)的感覺(jué)是——掃盲，呵呵，我把《金融學(xué)》當(dāng)作我的掃盲書(shū)，而且好多筆試題都是這本書(shū)上的。論壇上有個(gè)《貨幣銀行學(xué)》還是《金融學(xué)》的《精品課程》，這個(gè)好好用，好多筆試后面的大題，都是這上面的原題呢。請(qǐng)注意。（本書(shū)重點(diǎn)看）

本書(shū)重要??！這本書(shū)考得實(shí)在是很沒(méi)有什么章節(jié)分布規(guī)律，都有可能出。但它好多都是考《精品課程》上的，大題、名解、選擇，很多都是原題。因此，《精品課程》好好抓住就可以了。這本書(shū)的考點(diǎn)非常多，是考的最多的一本書(shū)。

2、《金融市場(chǎng)學(xué)》

這本書(shū)真的很難，但是沒(méi)必要糾結(jié)的很深，課后題也用不著做，只需要把每章節(jié)的大標(biāo)題當(dāng)成簡(jiǎn)單題來(lái)記憶，然后就是把每章的名詞都記憶住就可以了。恩，一定要記憶住，因?yàn)楹枚嗟拿嬖囶}，其實(shí)就是這本書(shū)前幾章的名詞解釋?zhuān)缓筮@本書(shū)，其實(shí)就看前幾章是重點(diǎn)，后面的泛泛看即可。（但是，這本書(shū)是非常之重點(diǎn)，請(qǐng)注意?。。?/p>

本書(shū)重要?。】嫉眠€是很有章節(jié)規(guī)律性的。喜歡出大題的是1~4章+CAPM+APT+有效市場(chǎng)。其余章節(jié)看選擇分布。本書(shū)其實(shí)重點(diǎn)看的就要前幾章即可。重點(diǎn)看第1、2、3、4、5、6、7（稍看）、8、9章，及第10章第三節(jié)。

第4章重點(diǎn)了解相對(duì)、絕對(duì)購(gòu)買(mǎi)力平價(jià)，第5章了解貨幣互換（利率互換）計(jì)算，可能會(huì)考。第6章有涉及，重點(diǎn)是利率決定模型、利率結(jié)構(gòu)假說(shuō)。第7章了解怎樣衡量單個(gè)證券和組合的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，及怎樣衡量系統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。第8章了解定價(jià)的基本原理。

第9章搞清楚幾種市場(chǎng)的區(qū)別。第10章重點(diǎn)是凸度和久期。第11章的MM定理。第12章掌握遠(yuǎn)期價(jià)格、現(xiàn)貨價(jià)格與期貨價(jià)格的關(guān)系。第13章了解期權(quán)價(jià)格的影響因素，B-S公式的假設(shè)。期權(quán)定價(jià)模型很重要！第15章看股票上市的注冊(cè)制和核準(zhǔn)制的區(qū)別即可。

3、《國(guó)際金融》

這本書(shū)其實(shí)考大題的不是很多，主要是應(yīng)付選擇題即可。所以不需要怎么糾結(jié)。比如說(shuō)什么歐洲證券的多了解下即可。這本書(shū)每章都涉及，大略看看，有印象就好。尤其不需要糾結(jié)于圖形的移動(dòng)（這個(gè)與初試的西經(jīng)完全不一樣考風(fēng)）。這本書(shū)每章都略有涉及，主要是選擇題。其中第2、6章要重點(diǎn)看，出大題。記憶性實(shí)在不多，但也得用心看。
