一．聽他說了什么？自我介紹中的內(nèi)容分析

1．工作vs生活

有的人會選擇工作之外的內(nèi)容，比如個性特點、生活經(jīng)歷來介紹自己。這有什么不同么？對于前一種人，或者可以認為他的生活重點只有工作，是個事業(yè)型的人；或者也說明他的生活也許有些單調(diào)；也許是急于表現(xiàn)自己的工作成就而忽略了其它。當然，對于工作相關(guān)內(nèi)容，每個人都會有一些說明，畢竟是來面試找工作的，但在工作之外介紹了什么，卻往往在不經(jīng)意之間暴露出內(nèi)心生活的重點。比如，一個不斷介紹自己個性特點的人，可以推知他可能是一個注重內(nèi)心體驗的人；而一個介紹自己如何與人相處經(jīng)歷的人，往往是一個人際交往比較擅長的人；一個介紹了自己到出身、自己的愛人孩子的人，往往是一個家庭觀念比較強的。在工作之外的自我介紹，實質(zhì)上是強調(diào)了面試者個人的生活重心。

2.業(yè)余愛好

一個人介紹自己是一個排球愛好者，自己曾以排球隊長的身份帶領(lǐng)球隊取得了某種成績。這能說明什么呢？其實在這種愛好背后暗示出他個人的人際關(guān)系水平，試想，排球是一個團體項目，沒有隊員之間的良好溝通和協(xié)作是很難取得什么成就的。而在這樣到活動中，面試者能成為一個組織者，并取得了成就，至少說明了他在人際交流與溝通中的高能力。反之，如果一個人愛好的是不是排球是鉛球，他個人的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力就值得考慮了，畢竟這種運動是一個人的活動，缺乏人際互動。在我們國家，在排球項目中出現(xiàn)了一些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)官員，但在鉛球和舉重等運動員中，出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的可能性就寥寥了。

不過需要說明的是，愛好本來沒有高低貴賤之分，在面試中所展現(xiàn)的個人愛好關(guān)鍵在于能否和所應(yīng)聘的工作相匹配。比如說，愛讀書、思考，這種愛好應(yīng)聘一個報社編輯應(yīng)該是合適的，但應(yīng)聘一個人情往來比較多的公務(wù)員職位可能就不大適合了。

3.個性特點

通過自我介紹，我們可以了解更多的是一個面試者的個性層面，從他的自我介紹中，可以從以下幾個維度進行內(nèi)容分析：

現(xiàn)實vs浪漫。有的人在自我介紹中，通篇的東西都很實在，說到觀點的時候也愿意擺事實講道理，無疑，這會是一個比較現(xiàn)實的人；而有的人，則會采用另外一種方式，比如講一個小故事來介紹自己；或者通過一段詩詞來介紹自己，那么這些人就屬于浪漫型的人物了，他們往往情感豐富，有人情味，但有時候會沉迷于自己的世界顯得與現(xiàn)實脫軌。

事實vs空洞。在說明一件事情的時候，有的人愿意高屋建瓴，從理論高度去闡述；而有的人則愿意舉實際的例子，讓事實來說明。比如說，同樣是說自己有團隊精神，務(wù)實的人會講一個現(xiàn)實生活中的例子，談自己是如何搞好同寢室關(guān)系的；而務(wù)虛的人則會從理念出發(fā)，說自己堅持了一個什么信念，又采用了幾大策略，還奉行了幾個堅持等等，說一些正確無比卻又毫無實際操作意義的話。注意后一種人，這種人做一些宣傳工作尚可，但要做實際工作的話有讓你頭痛的時候。

4.智力水平

自我介紹中能看出一個人的智力高低嗎？能，至少在某些智力維度上能。心理學(xué)關(guān)于智力的研究表明，一個智力高的人的重要表現(xiàn)是邏輯能力強、概括能力強，而這兩種能力恰恰可以在一個人的自我介紹中表現(xiàn)出來。比如，邏輯能力強的人，則會在自我介紹中，分階段、有層次地表現(xiàn)自己。如，他會這樣介紹：“在工作方面，我……；在個性方面，我……，在業(yè)余愛好上，我……”，等等。而概括能力強的人則會精確選擇一些詞匯來描述自己，比如說，“可以用三個詞來形容我自己，膽大、心細、臉皮厚”，然后分別介紹自己怎么膽大，又怎么心細，又怎么臉皮厚的，當然這不一定表明他臉皮真的厚，但這種介紹方式卻可以看出其智商的不一般。當然，在面試情景中，有的人智商也很高，但由于緊張，或者準備不充分，自我介紹的時候東一句、西一句介紹自己，既無邏輯，也無概括，確實有這種情況。所以從智力水平上這方面，我們只能說，在自我介紹中，看不出一個人是否智商低，但智商高的話，會有所表現(xiàn)。

當然，上面所談的這些也不僅僅用在面試中，第一次和男女朋友約會時也可能用得著，呵呵，因為畢竟，道理都是想通的

第二篇：面試時自我介紹的相關(guān)技巧

1、不能過于被動。

通常，在面試時過于被動的人都會錯誤地認為只要事先按一些有關(guān)面試技巧的文章里所介紹的去準備好主考官可能要問的問題的答案，然后主考官問什么問題自己就照著答什么問題就可以了?？突逃W(wǎng)專家指出其實這是個很大的錯誤，因為我們哪怕事先準備的怎樣周到，到了面試時主考官都可能會問一些我們出其不意的問題，而且用這種方式去面試，過于被動，容易被主考官牽著鼻子走，容易被問及一些對求職者本身是劣勢性而且難以用技巧去掩飾的問題，如對方如十分看重工作經(jīng)驗的話，對方首先就會問你有多少年的工作經(jīng)驗，如果求職者是剛畢業(yè)出來的話，應(yīng)如何回答呢?說謊顯然不行，說經(jīng)驗并不是主要的主要要看個人能力之類的話吧說服不了對方，很可能就會因此而泡湯。

而如果求職者能運用先發(fā)制人的策略就不同了，例如，在一開始談話時就要牢牢地把握主動權(quán)，一陣寒喧過后就有意識地引導(dǎo)主考官問你你想他問的問題，而不給他思考時間來問你他想問的問題，而這些問題的答案當然你早就準備好了，只有這樣，求職者才能牽著主考官的鼻子走，讓他順著你的思路去問你你想要他問的問題。

2、盡量講述你曾做過的某個成功的個案，以此來表現(xiàn)你的卓越才能。因為個案的說服力是最強的，但這要很有技巧地引導(dǎo)主考官認真地聽你講完才能發(fā)揮其最大的作用。如何才能做到這一點呢?

⑴、在保持真實性的前提下，事先要盡量將該個案編得有故事性、情節(jié)性。

⑵、在講述前應(yīng)先引起對方對你要講的個案產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣。例如，可能對此個案做一個簡要的介紹，或者對它的曲折性、困難性、傳奇性做一個概括，使對方自動問你這個個案的詳細經(jīng)過是怎么樣的，然后你就可以說這樣可能要花你多些時間，這時對方在好奇心的驅(qū)動下，就顧不得那么多了，會叫你盡快講出來。

⑶、在講述時注意保持與對方目光適當?shù)慕佑|，這樣一方面可表示對對方的重視，是一種禮貌，另一方面則能起觀顏察色，時刻注重對方的反應(yīng)的作用。

⑷、一旦對方表現(xiàn)出有些不耐煩的情緒，你可以在適當?shù)臅r候運用一些技巧使對方再次提起興趣。比如在講到一個廣告?zhèn)€案在實施的過程時，你可以嘆一口氣，略作停頓，吊一吊對方的胃口，等對方問你為什么嘆氣時，你才繼續(xù)講那時遇到了很大的因難，但你還是想出了一個絕妙的辦法將它解決了。

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research.With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system.It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST.I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant.This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D.program.My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research(especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
