游上海世博

這個(gè)周末，我和媽媽跟隨旅游團(tuán)去游覽了上海世博會(huì)。在這其中，我觀賞了丹麥館中久負(fù)盛名的小美人魚銅像，意大利館中名師設(shè)計(jì)的各式禮服，波蘭館精彩的舞龍表演……，不過，我最喜歡的還是那充滿童話色彩的俄羅斯館。

來到俄羅斯館，首先呈現(xiàn)在我們眼前的是由12個(gè)白色和金色的塔樓加上懸浮在空中的立方體，配上紅色底色和富有俄羅斯各民族元素的圖案，讓人一看感覺耳目一新。

進(jìn)入館內(nèi)，首先印入我眼簾的是一個(gè)個(gè)奇形怪狀的建筑物，既不像城堡，也不像寶塔，我一看簡介，原來是俄羅斯某個(gè)作家所描繪的理想城市，有儲(chǔ)藏太陽能的鮮花，巨型蜻蜓造型風(fēng)車，生物燃料汽車……繼續(xù)往前走，我仿佛置身于一個(gè)童話世界，四周小鳥的叫聲悅耳動(dòng)聽，草叢中有形態(tài)逼真的牽牛花繞藤而上，河里能聽到潺潺的流水聲，還有幾朵盛開的荷花嬌艷欲滴，岸邊的向日葵婀娜多姿，隨風(fēng)擺動(dòng)，蒲公英.草莓.等并非一個(gè)季節(jié)的東西卻同時(shí)展現(xiàn)在一起，在燈光的照射下，更顯得栩栩如生，這些東西比實(shí)物放大了數(shù)十倍讓人感覺來到了巨人國，在草叢中有幾個(gè)魚頭型電視屏幕，里面正放映著俄羅斯孩子在唱歌跳舞，當(dāng)我仰視上面時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)頂上是一個(gè)模擬的夜空，夜空中繁星點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，天與地的結(jié)合，讓人充滿無限遐想，我多么想自己變成一個(gè)小精靈，永遠(yuǎn)置身于其中。這次世博會(huì)給我的感受不僅僅是場館的美麗，還有世博會(huì)所體現(xiàn)的環(huán)保.節(jié)能.低碳，汽車是電動(dòng)的，空調(diào)是水冷的，燈光是省電的，材料是循環(huán)使用的……，這讓我看到未來城市的發(fā)展，“城市讓生活更美好”。

步入世博園大門,首先映入眼簾的是一個(gè)巨大的世紀(jì)花鐘,它的直徑大約有3米左右,整個(gè)花鐘都大用五顏六色的花裝飾起來的,它準(zhǔn)確地向人們報(bào)告著游園的時(shí)間.再往前走,我們看到了五彩繽紛的鮮花組成的宏偉的花船,據(jù)說,它是仿照鄭和下夕陽的寶船制造出來的,我禁不住幻想,我站在船頭上,變成了一個(gè)威風(fēng)凜凜的船長,在指揮我的船只勇敢地向前沖.....直到同學(xué)叫了我一聲我才驚醒過來.隨后,我們繼續(xù)向前行,隨著老師的帶領(lǐng),我們來到了迷人的蝴蝶園,我和幾個(gè)同學(xué)隨著涌流擠進(jìn)了蝴蝶園,在里面,我們覺得很炎熱,翩翩起舞的蝴蝶像仙女撒下的花瓣一樣紛紛揚(yáng)揚(yáng),瞧!有幾只蝴蝶在想辦法,在裝飾大樹呢,它們在人們面前展示了它們那動(dòng)人的身姿,我們順則羊腸小道走著,看見了亭亭玉立的鮮花,七型八狀的大樹,有的像一棵心,有的像小鳥自由飛翔……這里的花花草草真是千姿百態(tài)啊!

夕陽西下了,我們懷著依依不舍的心情離開了讓人留連忘返的世博園

走進(jìn)上海世博會(huì)

盼啊盼啊，終于來到了上海世博會(huì)。一進(jìn)世博園，我們就被眼前的場面驚呆了，世博園內(nèi)人山人海，排隊(duì)的長龍彎彎曲曲，一眼望不到尾。隨著川流不息的人群，我們開始了世博之旅。

恐怖的排隊(duì)

進(jìn)到世博園，我們按照預(yù)定的計(jì)劃，首先沖向日本館，到日本館前一看，全傻了，門前黑壓壓的一片，全是排隊(duì)的人。一打聽，需要排五個(gè)小時(shí)。我們迅速撤向韓國館，結(jié)果韓國館也要排四個(gè)小時(shí)。我們的計(jì)劃全打亂了，只好來到澳大利亞館，雖然人不是太多，也要排兩個(gè)小時(shí)的隊(duì)。我們只好慢慢等著，一個(gè)小時(shí)以后，我和媽媽都排累了，有些泄氣，不想排了，可又不甘心放棄，在爸爸的鼓勵(lì)下，我們堅(jiān)持排下去，好不容易進(jìn)入澳大利亞館游覽，里面展示的豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源和異域風(fēng)情深深地吸引著我們。從澳大利亞館出來，我們來到沙特阿拉伯館，館前的人更多，全是由武警維持秩序，看著這個(gè)場面，我們都放棄了，覺得排隊(duì)是件恐怖的事?？鞓返那谜?/p>

在世博園內(nèi)，我們幾個(gè)小朋友最喜歡的是敲章。敲章也就是蓋章，在世博園內(nèi)蓋章的人太多，聲音此起彼伏，人們形象的稱為敲章。每游一個(gè)館，我們就會(huì)在護(hù)照上敲一個(gè)章。在澳大利亞館，工作人員把敲章提示編成了順口溜，用蹩腳的漢語向每位游客提示，“蓋章在樓下，蓋章在樓下，蓋章蓋章蓋章蓋章，蓋章在樓下”。如果不敲章，我們就覺得心里很失落。游覽法國館的時(shí)候，我們排了兩個(gè)多小時(shí)的隊(duì)，進(jìn)去后到處找蓋章的地方都沒有找到，一打聽才知道，法國館不蓋章，我們頓時(shí)像泄了氣的皮球。但是，只要一看見有敲章的，筋疲力盡的我們一下子精神抖擻，跑前跑后，左敲一個(gè)章，右敲一個(gè)章，把護(hù)照全都敲滿了?？粗敲炊嗟恼伦樱覀儙讉€(gè)小朋友高興得哈哈大笑。

美麗的“小白菜”

說到“小白菜”，你們可別誤會(huì)喲，那可不是生活中的吃的蔬菜，是人們對世博園中志愿者的尊稱，因?yàn)樗齻兇┑氖前拙G相間T恤，與小白菜的顏色相似，所以人們稱她們“小白菜”。在游覽的間隙，我和鄭心怡去采訪了一位“小白菜”。聽“小白菜”介紹，她們都是從上海各個(gè)大學(xué)經(jīng)過細(xì)致挑選出來的，在這工作已經(jīng)有半個(gè)多月了，都沒有一點(diǎn)報(bào)酬。正說著，一個(gè)小男孩與媽媽走散了，跑來向她求助，她對我們抱歉地笑笑，牽著小男孩去找他媽媽了?？粗齻兠β档纳碛?，我覺得這些大哥哥大姐姐真了不起，她們才是最美麗的。

2008年的夏天，奧運(yùn)會(huì)在中國首都北京成功舉辦，兩年后，就是2010年的夏天，我們迎來了集世界各國科技精華為一體的上海世博會(huì)。

2010年5月1日至10月31日，舉世矚目的第四十一屆2010世界博覽會(huì)在中國上海隆重舉行。全世界200多個(gè)國家和國際組織將圍繞“城市，讓生活更美好”為主題，通過展示、活動(dòng)、論壇等形式，共同探討城市發(fā)展之路，從而使上海世博會(huì)成為不同國家、不同文化之間的相互理解、溝通、歡聚、合作的大舞臺(tái)。中國新世紀(jì)作文網(wǎng)

換乘了無數(shù)次公交和地鐵之后，終于我們終于到了4號白蓮徑出入口，嗚——人可真多??！離開園時(shí)間還有1小時(shí)，8個(gè)檢票口，都已經(jīng)排滿了人，本以為這么熱的天，排隊(duì)肯定也很熱。結(jié)果一進(jìn)去，反倒清爽無比，因?yàn)椋啦?huì)里不管是入園（入館）排隊(duì)時(shí)都會(huì)有一個(gè)噴灑類似水蒸氣的液體，這樣多么環(huán)保啊！我為中國人的智慧感到驕傲！

好不容易如園了。走進(jìn)西大門，映入眼簾的就是中國館和世博軸以及世博軸上的世博特許商店了，我急忙跑到特許商店買了一本世博護(hù)照，還好我買的早，不然一會(huì)兒就賣光了。旁邊還有一臺(tái)飲水機(jī)。真人性化??！這是由自來水過濾后的純凈水，只要帶個(gè)水壺就可以免費(fèi)喝了。

世博會(huì)的人就是多，很多場館門口人山人海，排隊(duì)少只有5分鐘，多則五六個(gè)小時(shí)以上。我首先去了位于德中同行之家。這個(gè)場館外面看起來是些竹條和玻璃。進(jìn)去后我們在那里玩了一個(gè)游戲，是由傳統(tǒng)的中國影子游戲和現(xiàn)在先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)糅合而成，游戲是這樣的：一次放行12個(gè)人，12個(gè)人共建一座小區(qū)，這座小區(qū)需要通過大家的努力，讓自己的房屋成形，讓它通水、通電，植上樹，細(xì)說一下，房屋是前面的一塊顯示屏上所顯示的你的影子成形的，通水和通電需要大家手拉手，根據(jù)影子，它會(huì)顯示出電線和水管，這之間，需要很好的配合。植樹和房屋成型差不多，最后我們造成了一個(gè)美麗的城市。

由于時(shí)間的關(guān)系，好多館都沒有去。但浦西的中國航空館里的項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)吸引了千名觀眾，我和媽媽也不例外。中國航空館，像一朵千變?nèi)f化的云朵，充分表現(xiàn)了“飛”與“翔”的理念，表達(dá)了中國古代人民對飛的無限憧憬和希望，也表達(dá)了人類超越地心吸引力的夢想。因此，展館外形如同一個(gè)無限的符號“ ∞”，是不是很有趣？美觀是有了，但可不能華而無實(shí)。放心吧，展示絕對美奐美輪。航空館有兩大看點(diǎn)，第一是驚險(xiǎn)神奇的4D電影，這一擁有不同聲、光、電、氣、水等特效體驗(yàn)，讓人在云中飛騰，領(lǐng)悟了中國飛行的歷史和未來。我覺得不是僅僅在坐“過山車”，而是在欣賞美麗的電影佳作。第二就是模擬飛機(jī)了，我早就盼望自己能親手嘗試開那龐大的空中巨鷹。這個(gè)項(xiàng)目也十分受大眾歡迎。排隊(duì)從一點(diǎn)半開始，到一點(diǎn)時(shí)就已經(jīng)排得人山人海，幸好放棄了中餐來排隊(duì)。還沒輪到我呢，頭腦里已浮現(xiàn)出刺激的感覺。又過了一小時(shí)，我終于走進(jìn)了隔壁的展館，搶了一架飛機(jī)，啟動(dòng)起來，飛機(jī)在我和一位蘇州的仁兄的駕駛下飛了起來，八十碼起飛，機(jī)艙開始往上抬，人也由此飛了起來。由于我們操控不和，飛機(jī)一下一上，一左一右，到處顛簸，可真讓我們身臨其境。

世博會(huì)里真是處處充滿環(huán)保風(fēng)味。瞧，這張長凳就是由835個(gè)牛奶飲料紙包裝再生利用制成的，還有這五彩之色的垃圾箱，都是由廢舊牛奶包裝袋制成，你們說是不是很環(huán)保，這也就是奇妙的垃圾再生利用。世博會(huì)還有可愛的青蘋果（羅馬尼亞館）、種子圣殿（英國館）、月亮船（沙特阿拉伯館）等各種奇形怪狀的館，一定會(huì)讓大家目不暇接，流連忘返。二天時(shí)間一晃就過去了，就這樣我懷著一顆戀戀不舍的心，看著窗外的上海美景回到了自己久違的家鄉(xiāng)，結(jié)束了這次的世博之游

有關(guān)當(dāng)今金融危機(jī)的幾個(gè)問題

歷史新課程的重要特點(diǎn)之一就是要體現(xiàn)時(shí)代性，強(qiáng)調(diào)知識的運(yùn)用，從歷史中汲取營養(yǎng)，為現(xiàn)實(shí)服務(wù)。在講二戰(zhàn)后資本主義貨幣體系時(shí)，針對學(xué)生的思維特點(diǎn)，老師可以聯(lián)系當(dāng)今的金融危機(jī)，向?qū)W生設(shè)臵四個(gè)問題。

問題一：2008年金融危機(jī)席卷全球，西方國家的許多富豪一夜之間成了窮光蛋，國家的金融體系也遭受巨大沖擊，一些像冰島這樣的國家更是度日艱難。為了穩(wěn)定其貨幣體系，需要依靠國際組織的支持，在由世界銀行和國際貨幣基金組織構(gòu)成的世界金融體系中，冰島應(yīng)向哪個(gè)組織申請貸款？

不少人認(rèn)為應(yīng)該找世界銀行，因?yàn)殂y行是發(fā)放貸款的。這個(gè)問題的相關(guān)知識在教科書上的敘述很簡單，并不清楚，而學(xué)生又缺乏相應(yīng)的知識儲(chǔ)備，讓學(xué)生討論也不適宜，所以只能由老師講清楚。國際貨幣基金組織（IMF）是聯(lián)合國的專門機(jī)構(gòu)，是政府間國際金融組織，它與世界銀行一起成為世界兩大金融機(jī)構(gòu)，其功能是協(xié)調(diào)和穩(wěn)定匯率，或者說是監(jiān)察匯率的變化，主要角色是核數(shù)師，工作是記錄各國之間的貿(mào)易數(shù)字和各國間的債務(wù)，并主持制定各國貨幣經(jīng)濟(jì)政策。世界銀行（Word Bank）也是聯(lián)合國屬下的專門機(jī)構(gòu)，負(fù)責(zé)長期貸款的國際金融機(jī)構(gòu)，是世界銀行集團(tuán)的俗稱，“世界銀行”這個(gè)名稱一直是用于指國際復(fù)興開發(fā)銀行（IBRD）和國際開發(fā)協(xié)會(huì)（IDA）。這些機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合向發(fā)展中國家提供低息貸款、無息貸款和贈(zèng)款。今天它的主要任務(wù)是資助國家客服貧困，在減輕貧困和提高生活水品的使命中發(fā)揮作用，其主要角色是對發(fā)展中成員國提供長期貸款。世界銀行不是銀行，而是一個(gè)專門機(jī)構(gòu)，擁有184個(gè)成員國，這些國家對世界銀行資金的籌措和使用共同負(fù)責(zé)。國際貨幣基金組織和世界銀行究竟有哪些不同呢？首先，兩者的目的不同。國際貨幣基金組織是為了調(diào)整國際貨幣關(guān)系而建立的，其宗旨：一是向會(huì)員國提供短期（3—5年）貸款，以平衡其國際收支的逆差，但是這種與一般的商業(yè)貸款不同，具有較為苛刻的條件和鮮明的政策性，例如，1997年亞洲金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)后，國際貨幣基金組織成為國際金融領(lǐng)域重要的協(xié)調(diào)和仲裁者，對各國進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)援助和干預(yù)；二是促進(jìn)各國間的貨幣合作，維持國際經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定，世界銀行是一個(gè)主要協(xié)調(diào)對發(fā)展中國家長期貸款和投資而產(chǎn)生的國際金融組織，其宗旨是對發(fā)展中國家的成員國提供長期（一般為50年）貸款和投資，以促進(jìn)其經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)水平的提高。其次，兩者的作用不同。國際貨幣基金組織對國際金融和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的防范起到了積極作用，在指導(dǎo)會(huì)員國拜托國際收支困境方面發(fā)揮了巨大的作用，如1997年的亞洲金融危機(jī)，該組織向泰國、印尼、韓國提供了1000多億美元的貸款，使之減輕和拜托了國際收支的困難狀況，使東南業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序得以恢復(fù)正常。世界銀行在一定程度上促進(jìn)了發(fā)展中國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，通過對會(huì)員國中的發(fā)展中國家的政府或政府擔(dān)保的私人企業(yè)提供貸款和技術(shù)幫助，對發(fā)展中國家的基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)以及農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展起了促進(jìn)作用，如中國自1981年起，多次獲得世界銀行的貸款，在西部大開發(fā)、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展等方面，取得了良好效果。

所以，對于今天深陷金融危機(jī)的冰島、巴基斯坦等國家來說，要穩(wěn)定本國貨幣體系，應(yīng)向國際貨幣基金組織申請貸款，逐漸擺脫國際收支的困境。而像我國在四川汶川大地震后，大規(guī)模的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施需要重建，急需大量資金，我國又是發(fā)展中國家，所以可以向世界銀行申請貸款。

問題二：從美國開始的金融危機(jī)演變?yōu)榻鹑诤[席卷全球，這暴露了現(xiàn)行的世界貨幣體真的不掉線嗎？？、？？？？？？？？？？？？ 系的缺陷，那么二戰(zhàn)后世界貨幣體系是怎樣建立和演變的呢？

英鎊曾是資本主義世界最重要的儲(chǔ)備貨幣，直至二戰(zhàn)前，40％左右的國際貿(mào)易仍使用英鎊結(jié)算的。經(jīng)過第二次世界大戰(zhàn)，英國遭到重大的損失和破壞，以英鎊為中心的資本主義貨幣體系難以維持。戰(zhàn)后，美國登上了資本主義世界盟主地位，美元的國際地位引起國際黃金儲(chǔ)備的巨大實(shí)力而空前穩(wěn)固，1945年，美國的黃金儲(chǔ)備已占到世界黃金儲(chǔ)備總量的59％。這就使建立一個(gè)以美元為中心的世界貨幣體系成為可能。在這一背景下，1944年7月，在美國新罕布什爾州的布雷頓森林，美、英、法、蘇、中等44個(gè)國家的代表舉行了聯(lián)合國國際貨幣金融會(huì)議。會(huì)議通過了以美國懷特計(jì)劃為基礎(chǔ)的《聯(lián)合國貨幣金融會(huì)議最后決議書》及其附件，這些文件統(tǒng)稱為《布雷頓森林協(xié)定》。1945年，根據(jù)《布雷頓森林協(xié)定》，國際貨幣基金組織和國際開發(fā)銀行即世界銀行成立，這樣，以美元為中心的世界貨幣體系建立起來了，這就是布雷頓森林體系。這個(gè)體系實(shí)際上確立了“兩個(gè)掛鉤原則”，即美元與黃金掛鉤以及各國貨幣與美元掛鉤的原則。所謂美元和黃金掛鉤，即多國協(xié)助美國政府維持35美元等于1盎司黃金的官價(jià)水平，美國政府承擔(dān)各國政府或中央銀行按黃金官價(jià)用美元向美國兌換黃金的義務(wù)；所謂各國貨幣與美元掛鉤，即各國貨幣與美元保持固定的匯率。美國政府根據(jù)35美元等于1盎司黃金的官價(jià)，規(guī)定1美元的含金量為0.88867克，其他各國政府也規(guī)定本國貨幣的含金量，然后按照各國貨幣含金量之比，確定各國貨幣對美元的法定匯率，這一匯率不得隨意變動(dòng)。這樣一來，美元就成為黃金的等價(jià)物。各國貨幣只有通過美元才能同黃金掛鉤，美元成為資本主義國家進(jìn)行國際清算的支付手段和主要儲(chǔ)備貨幣。美元的霸權(quán)地位便確立了。

布雷頓森林體系的建立，在戰(zhàn)后相當(dāng)一段時(shí)間內(nèi)，確實(shí)帶來了國際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展，促進(jìn)了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)體系。但布雷頓森林體系有著自身無法克服的缺陷，其致命的一點(diǎn)是：它以一國貨幣（美元）作為資產(chǎn)，具有內(nèi)在的不穩(wěn)定性。因?yàn)橹挥锌棵绹拈L期貿(mào)易，才能使美元流散到世界各地，滿足其他國家的美元需求，而美國如果要保持國際收支平衡，則會(huì)斷絕國際儲(chǔ)備的來源，從而引起國際清償能力的不足。戰(zhàn)后建立的布雷頓森林體系是以當(dāng)時(shí)美國絕對優(yōu)勢的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位為基礎(chǔ)，同時(shí)也是因?yàn)槊绹敢獠⑶夷軌蛳蚱渌髧峁┙?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所需要的國際條件和能力。但是到了20實(shí)際70年代初，美國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的相對削弱已經(jīng)成為明顯事實(shí)。在這種情況下，美國不愿意也無力繼續(xù)履行它原先在貨幣、貿(mào)易方面承諾的義務(wù)，拒絕承擔(dān)穩(wěn)定美元的責(zé)任并實(shí)行貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義，1971年12月與1973年2月，美國政府被迫兩次宣布美元貶值。資本主義各國紛紛采用浮動(dòng)匯率，不再承擔(dān)維持本國貨幣與美元固定匯率的義務(wù)。自此，戰(zhàn)后形成的以美元為中心的資本主義世界國際貨幣體系終于瓦解。在這種情況下，西歐、日本不得不各行其是，更加依靠自身力量和主動(dòng)性來對付動(dòng)蕩的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)和保護(hù)自己的利益，資本主義世界逐漸形成美國、西歐、日本三個(gè)中心。

布雷頓森林體系雖然瓦解了，但美國在國際貨幣基金組織和世界銀行中的地位并無多少變化，仍居主導(dǎo)地位。而此次源于美國的金融危機(jī)便引發(fā)了國際社會(huì)對現(xiàn)行國際金融體系改革甚至重建的呼聲。以英、法、德為代表的歐盟要求重建國際金融體系，西歐不甘心二戰(zhàn)后失去的金融霸權(quán)，想重新取得過去的地位。中國等新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體和日本主張對現(xiàn)行金融體系進(jìn)行改革。中國經(jīng)過30年的發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)獲得巨大的成長，而且中美之間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系非常密切，中國還擁有美國5870億（截止到2008年9月）美元的美國國債，而且美國仍是世界上最強(qiáng)大的國家，世界上尚無任何一種貨幣有實(shí)力取代美元，所以中國不主張推倒重來。但是，世界的經(jīng)濟(jì)格局已經(jīng)發(fā)生了重大變化，特別是中國、巴西、印度、俄羅斯等新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中占得比重越來越大。中國已成為世界第四大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。為了反應(yīng)世界各國真實(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力，真的不掉線嗎？？、？？？？？？？？？？？？

中國力主改革，以增加中國等在世界金融體系中的話語權(quán)，從而更多更好地維護(hù)我國的利益。因?yàn)榻鹑谖C(jī)是首先從美國開始的，美國也被迫同意改革，美國又是既有國際金融體系的主導(dǎo)者，獲利最多，所以拒絕重建。問題之三：在當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的金融形勢下，中國應(yīng)該如何應(yīng)對？

這次金融危機(jī)對中國的實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)也造成了一定影響。美國家庭消費(fèi)靠信貸，這次信貸市場受損，消費(fèi)大受打擊。美國又是中國主要的出口市場之一，進(jìn)而影響到中國的出口，中國靠出口導(dǎo)向取得經(jīng)濟(jì)增長戰(zhàn)略會(huì)大打折扣，今后要轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)需市場。世界銀行副行長、首席經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、中國人林毅夫認(rèn)為，中國應(yīng)該增加內(nèi)需，而在這方面有很大的潛力?！耙环矫嬷袊青l(xiāng)差別很大，對農(nóng)村建設(shè)有許多項(xiàng)目可做……另一方面，中國財(cái)政狀況也比較好，有這個(gè)刺激內(nèi)需的力量?！盵1] 問題之四：這次金融危機(jī)被稱為20世紀(jì)“大蕭條”以來最嚴(yán)重的危機(jī)，它給人們留下了哪些深刻的教訓(xùn)和啟示呢？

林毅夫在接受新華社記者專訪時(shí)表示：“第一個(gè)要吸取的教訓(xùn)是，不能為了解決一個(gè)問題，卻創(chuàng)造出一個(gè)更大的問題?！盵2]2001年美國的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)泡沫破滅，美國經(jīng)濟(jì)本就應(yīng)該陷入衰退，但那次衰退，為什么那么短？因?yàn)槊缆?lián)儲(chǔ)用降息來刺激房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)。由此造成美國房地產(chǎn)市場一度高度繁榮，代價(jià)是房地產(chǎn)泡沫是更大的泡沫，泡沫破滅以后就更難解決。隨著2006年年初美國房地產(chǎn)泡沫破裂，次貸危機(jī)逐步顯現(xiàn)，并愈演愈烈成為影響全球的金融危機(jī)?！暗诙€(gè)要吸取的教訓(xùn)是，要關(guān)注金融創(chuàng)新的隱患?！盵2]美國金融衍生品越搞越復(fù)雜，監(jiān)管又沒跟上，這就給房地產(chǎn)市場泡沫的形成起了推波助瀾的作用。金融的創(chuàng)新是必要的，也是不能禁止的，但創(chuàng)新后，應(yīng)該了解這些創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的好處和存在的弊端，在監(jiān)管上要跟上，不能只看到好處而疏忽了必要的監(jiān)督。
