第三篇：STEP2：英語(yǔ)文章背誦訓(xùn)練

大聲、快速、反復(fù)地朗讀、背誦，不考慮其中的意思就能打開(kāi)右腦的關(guān)閉之門。

下面寫的是右腦記憶訓(xùn)練的方法之一。

1、我們?cè)谧约簩W(xué)的教材中選出20篇自己感興趣的英語(yǔ)文章來(lái)，每一篇文章都是能讀2~5分鐘的。然后從你下決心開(kāi)始練習(xí)右腦記憶的這一天起，一天也不要間斷，堅(jiān)持3~5個(gè)月。在學(xué)習(xí)之前，可以先聽(tīng)一段悠揚(yáng)的古典音樂(lè)（或者我發(fā)群里的加強(qiáng)記憶力的音樂(lè)），聲音不要太大，閉上眼睛，全身放松，放下一切雜念，然后沉浸在音樂(lè)中，同時(shí)深呼吸，（這有一點(diǎn)像中國(guó)的氣功）。身心放松后，大腦就會(huì)變得異常清晰，這時(shí)候我們開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)吧。

把書放好，堵上雙耳（堵一只則要堵能聽(tīng)到聲音大的那只），然后從頭開(kāi)始讀，一直讀到最后，聲音要響亮，要有感情，就如你正在演講一樣。讀的時(shí)候速度要快些，但是你不要在大腦中想：讀的這一句是什么意思？讀的那一句是什么意思？這樣的想法統(tǒng)統(tǒng)不要，取而代之的是要在大腦中出現(xiàn)讀的那一句的情景，比如你讀的是講“富士山”的文章，那么在你腦中出現(xiàn)的一定要是富士山的樣子，而不是某些文字，再說(shuō)一遍，要圖景，不要文字。

2、在每一課讀完50遍后，我們把錄音機(jī)拿出來(lái)，反復(fù)地放這一課的內(nèi)容。聽(tīng)20~30分鐘，然后再讀50遍，接著再聽(tīng)20~30分。如此練習(xí)5天，第6天再開(kāi)始第二課的訓(xùn)練??聽(tīng)磁帶的時(shí)候一定要在大腦中想象，比如你聽(tīng)的是旅游英語(yǔ)，那么聽(tīng)的時(shí)候你就要想象自己已經(jīng)到了該處。想象是非常重要的。

只要每天堅(jiān)持大量地讀和聽(tīng)（老追求新的東西則不能改善大腦的記憶能力），只要3個(gè)月就能形成新的聽(tīng)覺(jué)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)，從而讓學(xué)習(xí)變得輕松，因?yàn)閷W(xué)習(xí)其實(shí)是一個(gè)聽(tīng)覺(jué)問(wèn)題，不能聽(tīng)就不能說(shuō)。
