社團(tuán)章程

第一章 總 則

第一條社團(tuán)名稱

本社團(tuán)正式名稱為武夷山職業(yè)學(xué)院風(fēng)語吉他社，簡稱風(fēng)語吉他社。

第二條社團(tuán)性質(zhì)

風(fēng)語吉他社是在院團(tuán)委指導(dǎo)下的，吉他愛好者自發(fā)組織成立并開展活動(dòng)的團(tuán)體。社團(tuán)組織會員開展活動(dòng)及承辦我校校園吉他大賽，自覺遵守有關(guān)校規(guī)法則，維護(hù)會員利益和校園秩序，接受院團(tuán)委及學(xué)院有關(guān)部門的指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督和管理。

第三條社團(tuán)宗旨

立足于“以琴會友，陶冶情操”這一宗旨，定期為學(xué)員進(jìn)行吉他教學(xué)，排練高水準(zhǔn)的節(jié)目參與學(xué)院各項(xiàng)演出活動(dòng)，并積極與其他高校的社團(tuán)開展交流活動(dòng)，以提高協(xié)會會員的整體水平。

第二章 會 員

第四條 加入社團(tuán)的條件

1.凡我校在校學(xué)生

2.承認(rèn)本社團(tuán)章程、熱愛吉他、支持吉他的發(fā)展、愿意參加本社團(tuán)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)； 3.經(jīng)本人報(bào)名申請，填寫個(gè)人基本資料，經(jīng)過理事會審定批準(zhǔn)后即可注冊成為本社團(tuán)的正式成員。

第五條 退出社團(tuán)的條件

1.由于學(xué)業(yè)和其他工作繁忙，無法參加社團(tuán)活動(dòng)；

2.做出了有損社團(tuán)聲譽(yù)或有害社團(tuán)及社團(tuán)其他會員利益的事，社團(tuán)將自動(dòng)取消其會員資格； 3.以社團(tuán)名義為個(gè)人謀私利或進(jìn)行不符合社團(tuán)性質(zhì)的活動(dòng)，社團(tuán)將自動(dòng)取消其會員資格； 4.長達(dá)一學(xué)期沒有參加任何社團(tuán)活動(dòng)者，社團(tuán)作以自動(dòng)退會處理。第六條 會員享有的權(quán)利

1.在本社團(tuán)內(nèi)具有選舉權(quán)和被選舉權(quán)；

2.有參加本社團(tuán)組織的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的權(quán)力；

3.有批評和監(jiān)督本社團(tuán)各項(xiàng)工作（包括社團(tuán)資金使用情況）的權(quán)力； 4.有對社團(tuán)的各項(xiàng)工作提出意見和建議的權(quán)力； 5.有退出社團(tuán)的自由權(quán)。第七條 會員必須履行的義務(wù)

1.遵守本社團(tuán)的各項(xiàng)紀(jì)律和規(guī)定；

2.執(zhí)行本會決議，聽從社團(tuán)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)安排；

3.按時(shí)參加吉他社組織的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)；

4.發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神，自覺維護(hù)本社團(tuán)利益、名譽(yù)及形象，努力為社團(tuán)爭光，在廣大同學(xué)中擴(kuò)大社團(tuán)的影響。

第三章 社團(tuán)組織結(jié)構(gòu)

第八條 本社團(tuán)設(shè)有教學(xué)部、宣傳部、外聯(lián)部、秘書處四個(gè)部門。第九條 教學(xué)部

1.負(fù)責(zé)對社團(tuán)成員進(jìn)行關(guān)于吉他的培訓(xùn)； 2.對社員的學(xué)習(xí)情況給予評價(jià)和考核； 3.組織社員參加各種比賽。第十條 宣傳部

1.負(fù)責(zé)宣傳社團(tuán)的對外活動(dòng)前的工作； 2.設(shè)計(jì)制定活動(dòng)前的海報(bào)工作；

3.制作社團(tuán)在招新前海報(bào)宣傳欄工作； 4.對社團(tuán)活動(dòng)攝影并對外擬稿宣傳報(bào)道。第十一條 外聯(lián)部

1.負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系校內(nèi)與校外社團(tuán)的聯(lián)系； 2.為社團(tuán)拉贊助。

第十二條 秘書處

1.負(fù)責(zé)擬訂學(xué)期詳細(xì)計(jì)劃，并寫成書面的形式由社長核查后上交學(xué)院審批； 2.制定相關(guān)活動(dòng)的策劃；

3.制作各個(gè)活動(dòng)的記錄，總結(jié)；

4.協(xié)助社長完成相關(guān)任務(wù)。第四章 會議制度

第十三條 全體會員大會：為社團(tuán)學(xué)期總結(jié)大會，每學(xué)期一次。1.監(jiān)督和公布社團(tuán)運(yùn)作情況，干部工作情況和財(cái)務(wù)狀況； 2.表彰該學(xué)期先進(jìn)個(gè)人和團(tuán)體；

3.介紹社團(tuán)下學(xué)期的活動(dòng)安排； 4.修改和完善社團(tuán)規(guī)章制度。第十四條 常務(wù)理事會議：為社團(tuán)最高權(quán)利機(jī)構(gòu)。由會長、副會長、各部（副）部長以及（副）秘書長組成，每月至少一次。1.組織召開會員大會； 2.執(zhí)行社團(tuán)規(guī)章制度；

3.負(fù)責(zé)社團(tuán)日常工作，管理和組織各部門的工作； 4.制定各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)計(jì)劃，對所有策劃案擁有表決權(quán)。

第十五條 全體干部大會：由所有干部組成，每兩周一次。1.各部門分配具體工作；

2.對社團(tuán)活動(dòng)與平時(shí)工作指出不足之處，并提出解決方案；

3.各成員互相交流，促進(jìn)了解，便于開展工作。

第十六條 有專門的會議記錄本，每次會議要求做好會議記錄，學(xué)期結(jié)束報(bào)秘書部存檔。第五章 活動(dòng)及比賽 第十七條 日?；顒?dòng)

1.教學(xué)活動(dòng)：根據(jù)社員的吉他水平高低分成小組進(jìn)行吉他教學(xué)活動(dòng)，活動(dòng)圍繞以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行：吉他新手啟蒙、吉他視頻教學(xué)、樂理基礎(chǔ)、視唱練耳、即興彈唱等等。

2.交流活動(dòng)：每個(gè)周期組織社內(nèi)或者社外表演者進(jìn)行表演，無論表演難度，只要有表演和達(dá)到交流的目的即可。第十八條 特色活動(dòng)

1.愛心義演：①可以組織街頭義演，將義演所得到的錢捐助給失學(xué)兒童或者殘障人士等需要幫助的人；②在周末或者節(jié)假日去養(yǎng)老院看望孤寡老人，為他們獻(xiàn)上一份音樂大餐，豐富他們的老年生活；③周一至周五可以去周圍的幼兒園小學(xué)或中學(xué)去做吉他表演，教小朋友一些吉他的基本知識，引起他們對吉他、對音樂的興趣。

2.主題月活動(dòng)：每個(gè)月定一個(gè)主題，比如一月是民謠月，二月是藍(lán)調(diào)月，先有宣傳部進(jìn)行宣傳，再由教學(xué)部教授大家一些關(guān)于本月主題的樂曲或知識。將此作為拓展訓(xùn)練，在每個(gè)月月末讓社員們給出關(guān)于這個(gè)主題的演出或者成果，心得體會也可以。（理論和實(shí)踐皆可）第六章 財(cái)務(wù)制度

第十九條 社團(tuán)經(jīng)費(fèi)的主要來源由會員會費(fèi)、社會贊助、學(xué)校補(bǔ)貼等三部分組成。

第二十條 社團(tuán)資金主要用于日?；顒?dòng)開支；活動(dòng)場地租賃費(fèi)；聯(lián)誼活動(dòng)費(fèi)用；比賽費(fèi)用及其他相關(guān)費(fèi)用。

第二十一條 社團(tuán)經(jīng)費(fèi)由社團(tuán)自行管理，嚴(yán)格實(shí)行經(jīng)費(fèi)收支管理制度，并定期將會費(fèi)收支情況向社團(tuán)會員通報(bào)。第七章 考核與獎(jiǎng)懲制度

第二十二條 社團(tuán)每學(xué)期對干部及普通會員按相關(guān)的考核辦法進(jìn)行考核，根據(jù)學(xué)期表現(xiàn)，評選出社團(tuán)“優(yōu)秀會員”、“優(yōu)秀干部”等。1.獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)：

a.按參與社團(tuán)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)、遵守社團(tuán)各項(xiàng)制度等諸多情況綜合考慮，每學(xué)期選出優(yōu)秀會員5-8名不等，并給予一定的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)；

b.根據(jù)干部的日常工作以及對社團(tuán)貢獻(xiàn)情況，每學(xué)期評出3-5名優(yōu)秀干部，并給予一定的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

2.懲罰：

a.對于違反社團(tuán)規(guī)章制度，做出有損社團(tuán)聲譽(yù)及有害社團(tuán)及社團(tuán)會員利益的會員，將視其情況嚴(yán)重程度給予最高至取消其會員資格的懲罰；

b.對于社團(tuán)工作不積極，沒熱情的干部，社團(tuán)將勸其退出干部群；對于不遵守社團(tuán)章程，不服從管理，有嚴(yán)重失職情況的干部，社團(tuán)將取消其干部資格；對于 情況特別嚴(yán)重者，社團(tuán)將取消其會員資格。第八章 附則

第二十四條 本章程經(jīng)院團(tuán)委批準(zhǔn)后，自社團(tuán)成立之日起實(shí)施生效。第二十五條 對本章程的修改，須經(jīng)理事會表決通過后上報(bào)學(xué)院。

第二十六條 本章程最終解釋權(quán)歸武夷山職業(yè)學(xué)院風(fēng)語吉他社理事會所有。
