      1、體系審核:做好公司ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)審工作,負(fù)責(zé)組織實(shí)施職能部門的體系審核工作,編制審核檢查表和審核報(bào)告,并驗(yàn)證問題點(diǎn)整改效果。

      2、管理評(píng)審:協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理完成管理評(píng)審工作,識(shí)別重要的管理改進(jìn)點(diǎn)作為管理評(píng)審的輸入,不斷完善基礎(chǔ)管理體系。

      3、流程優(yōu)化評(píng)價(jià):擔(dān)任公司流程優(yōu)化評(píng)審員,根據(jù)計(jì)劃負(fù)責(zé)公司相關(guān)部門的產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)流程優(yōu)化評(píng)價(jià)工作,提供增值服務(wù),推動(dòng)管理完善。

      4、迎接外審:組織落實(shí)部門內(nèi)部的審核準(zhǔn)備工作并接受審核。

      5、改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的策劃、實(shí)施或參與:公司級(jí)或部門內(nèi)部質(zhì)量改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人或主要成員。識(shí)別改進(jìn)需求,成立項(xiàng)目小組,策劃組織實(shí)施,固化改進(jìn)成果,是公司基礎(chǔ)管理改進(jìn)的重要推動(dòng)力量。
