“沒時間”無異于我為自己浪費分分秒秒找的托詞罷了。我相信成功與失敗的一線之差可以用六個字來形容：“我沒足夠時間?！?然而事實上，我卻與海倫．凱勒，帕斯特，杰弗遜和愛因斯坦每天所擁有的時間分秒不差。關(guān)鍵是我并未觸及生命的真諦：抓住，享受生命的每一分鐘。不要碌碌無為，不要耽擱推遲，不要牢騷抱怨！往往是在我抱怨和遲疑的時候，我的命運就被決定了。而一旦我能善用分分秒秒，我相信我的煩惱也會被逐漸瓦解。

在我們所擁有的財富中，時間是最珍貴而又最不持久的。正如梭羅所說的那樣：“你得抓住現(xiàn)在，把握機會，在短暫的瞬間中尋找永恒?！?/p>

如果將來我再發(fā)覺沒時間的時候，我會告誡自己，“carpe diem(拉丁語)，抓住今天，抓住每分每秒。
