Y:yeah, and the first slang for today's slang pocket is---Neck and neck.P:yep,neck and neck這個(gè)說(shuō)法源自于賽馬,兩匹奔跑能力相當(dāng)?shù)膯嵬ǔ?huì)并排馳騁,脖子跟脖子不斷地交替出現(xiàn),所以NECK AND NECK 比喻的就是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈和水平的相當(dāng),for example : The two are neck and neck in developing a new operating system for the computer..對(duì)于這句話,我們就可以翻譯成: 這水平不相上下的兩人正在比賽開(kāi)發(fā)新的計(jì)算機(jī)操作系統(tǒng)。。

P: Can you imagine life without languages?
Y: I believe without languages, the world will immediately be in chaos, because it is so important that we cannot live without it.P: Yes.Actually, many linguists regard languages as the thing that makes human beings unique.Y: In comparison to other forms of communication, such as those used by animals, human language allows us to produce an infinite set of utterances.P: Human languages also employ grammatical and semantic categories, such as noun and verb, or present and past, to express complex meanings.All these make human languages differ from other communication systems.By the way, do you know how many languages are there in the whole world? Y: Er...Thousands of them?
P: Well, there are over 6,000 languages that are spoken by human beings around the world.However, English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, French and Portuguese are the most popular languages worldwide.According to some research, they have grown to the point where they threaten to destroy the many tiny languages.Y: And now the world is becoming more and more diverse that there are more and more multilingual countries, especially in western countries, because languages in European countries share lots of similarities.For example, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese are essentially dialects of the same language.P: So if you learn Spanish, you open the door to the culture, music, history and possible business dealings with people in 60 countries, including the US and Canada.Y: That’s right.On one hand, people speaking Spanish are all over the world.On the other hand, due to similarities, it is easier for people who can speak Spanish to pick up other languages.P: Though there’re similarities, language is still an important way to signal identity of one cultural group to differ it from others.Y: And the way of using language is a part of a country’s or a community’s culture.By linguistic means, we can also detect the social culture.For example, one of my foreign teachers from the UK once told that from use of words or way of speaking, sometimes, he can even tell whether he or she is from University of Oxford or Cambridge.P: That’s really interesting and impressive!

Y: I always think that the existence of languages are quite amazing and cannot help wondering how they originated?
P: The issue is very hot among linguists and they have various opinions and theories on it.Y: In my opinion, language is so complex that it couldn’t simply appear from nothing.So I believe that they must have evolved from some earlier systems among our ancestors.P: You really make sense!In fact, your opinion can be involved in the Continuity Based Theories.Y: Oh!I don’t know that I have gone so far on the way of becoming a linguist!
P: Please be humble!The opposite viewpoint is that language is such a unique human traits that it cannot be compared to anything found among non-humans.So it must appear suddenly in the transition of early men.Here, languages are seen as an innate ability that is genetically encoded.So the origin of languages is still disputable.Y: It is because the emergence of language is located in the early prehistory of man, and the relevant developments have left no direct traces.Only some human fossils can be inspected to look for the traces of symbol behavior or adoption of body language.P: So hope in the future, we can find more.However, the common progressions for languages is undisputable.They are considered to be first spoken and then written, and an understanding and explanation of their grammar is attempted.Y: Languages change with time.They live, die and move from place to place.Any language that ceases to change is categorized as a dead language and those in a continuous state of change is known as a living language.[The Best of Languages]

P: Korean and Japanese both have writing systems employing Chinese characters.Y:That’s right!Especially in Japan!A friend of mine once went to Japan.He said even you don’t know Japanese at all, you can also understand mostly of the signs on the street.P: Other than language, Chinese culture has influenced the world for thousands of years with its art, philosophy, technology, food and medicine.As China’s economy is booming, Chinese seems worth learning.Y: More and more people are learning Chinese.The number of Japanese people learning Chinese is the most in the world, totaling 2 million.And France is the most among European countries.Now, more schools in the US have set up Chinese courses.And Confucius Institutes are established all over the world.P: As we all know, English is the most widely spoken language.It is the third most commonly spoken language, after Chinese and Spanish.English is the official language of more than 73 countries and regions.Y: As the extensive influence of the UK from the 18th century, via the British Empire, and of the US since the mid-20th century, English has been widely dispersed around the world, becoming the leading of international communications.P: Now English is learned as a second language and used as an official language of the European Union as will in many world organizations.Y: English is also the language that has the most words.There are totally 990,000 words in English.You can find loanwords of English in many other languages, for example Japanese.P: So for us Chinese people who can speak English, we can definitely survive in Japan.Y: Well, maybe.Speaking of English, do you know which letter is used most among the 26 letters? P: That’s the letter “E”, because many English words are ended with it.Y: That’s right!Georgian(喬治亞語(yǔ)),one of the Caucasian languages(高加索語(yǔ)言)has the most letters.There are 41of them.P: In India, there’re 22 official languages.Without doubt, it is the country that uses the most official languages.Y: Oh, that’s too many!

P:The King, Francis, strikes a bargain with the recalcitrant Prince, telling Henry to choose his own bride before they give a ball in honor of Leonardo Da Vinci, who has come to court, or he will choose for him.Y:Henry meets Danielle again by the river, where he is arguing with Da Vinci about love and fate, but again she runs away.P:While looking for da Vinci soon after Henry finds Danielle's childhood friend, Gustave, who knows the whole story, and tells him that Nicole De Lancret is staying with Rodmilla.Y:When he arrives at the manor, Danielle agrees to accompany him to the library of a nearby monastery.They are accosted by gypsies en route, and in an uproarious turn of events, Danielle rescues Henry and at the end of the night, they kiss.P:They agree to meet the next day, but Danielle returns home so late that she loses her temper in the morning when she discovers Marguerite intends to take her mother's wedding dress and wear it to the ball.She is beaten by her stepmother and when she meets Henry later, Danielle is so disheartened that she is unable to tell him the truth and runs away once more.Y:That same day, the Queen, Maria, asks Marguerite and Rodmilla if they know the mysterious Comtesse de Lancret, and they realize it must be Danielle.Let’s see how Rodmilla is freaking out when she knows that the lady prince is looking for is Cinderella.............(原聲3)
P:When they return to the manor, the Comtesse's wedding dress has disappeared and Rodmilla thinks Danielle plans to go to the ball, so she locks her in the larder.Y:The servants get word to Da Vinci through Gustave, and he frees her and makes her a pair of wings to match her mother's wedding dress and her glass slippers, so she can go to the ball.P:Danielle arrives at the ball just before the King is to announce Henry's engagement, since Henry has been told the Comtesse has gone to marry someone else.Y:But before Danielle can tell him the truth, Rodmilla accuses her of plotting to entrap the Prince by masquerading as a courtier, and he is so shocked believing her.Danielle flees, losing a slipper along the way.Let’s listen to the soundtrack..........(原聲4)
P:Henry decides to marry the Spanish Princess, but calls it off when he see how distraught she is at the ceremony.He goes to the manor but learns from Jacqueline that Danielle was sold to a weaselly nobleman following the ball, and sets out to rescue her.Y:When Henry finds that she has rescued herself, he asks her to forgive him and to marry him, Will Danielle sayyes ? frantically try to piece Ted back together.He admits that the two of them need each other more than they need him, and the magic that gave him life leaves him an ordinary teddy bear again.Y: Lori and 據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),我國(guó)每年大約有1.6萬(wàn)名中小學(xué)生非正常死亡,中小學(xué)生因安全事故、食物中毒、溺水、自殺等死亡的,平均每天有40多人,也就是說(shuō)每天將有一個(gè)班的學(xué)生在“消失”。校園安全涉及到青少年生活和學(xué)習(xí)方面的隱患有20種之多,其中包括交通事故、食物中毒、打架斗毆、體育運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷、火災(zāi)火險(xiǎn)、溺水、吸毒、性侵犯、自殺等等。這些都時(shí)刻在威脅著我們學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)。根據(jù)報(bào)送信息統(tǒng)計(jì),XX年 教室、宿舍不能亂接電源,不能自行拆卸電教儀器、插座等。實(shí)驗(yàn)課需要使用酒精燈和一些易燃的化學(xué)藥品,要在老師的指導(dǎo)下,嚴(yán)格按照操作要求去做,嚴(yán)防發(fā)生用火危險(xiǎn),杜絕火災(zāi)事故發(fā)生,一旦遭遇火災(zāi),要學(xué)會(huì)正確的逃生方法,如俯下身體,用濕布捂鼻,拔打119火警電話,尋求幫助。
三、防溺水——目前已進(jìn)入夏季,天氣開(kāi)始變熱,有些同學(xué)會(huì)有去游泳消暑的想法。這是非常危險(xiǎn)的,要求大家如果沒(méi)有老師的同意或家長(zhǎng)陪伴堅(jiān)決不能下河、溝、池塘玩水,杜絕溺水事件的發(fā)
生。如果發(fā)生同伴溺水的危急事情,應(yīng)大聲呼喊成年人前來(lái)相助?;蚣敝猩?,用木棍、繩索或衣物讓溺水者抓住。千萬(wàn)不能因?yàn)楹ε露与x現(xiàn)場(chǎng)或盲目下水營(yíng)救。
四、防食物中毒——預(yù)防食物中毒,首先要講究個(gè)人衛(wèi)生,做到勤洗澡、勤洗衣服、勤剪指甲、勤理發(fā)、勤換床單和被子。保持教室、宿舍及環(huán)境的清潔衛(wèi)生,養(yǎng)成飯前便后洗手,不暴飲暴食的良好習(xí)慣。其次做到“六不吃”,不吃生冷食物,不吃不潔瓜果,不吃腐爛變質(zhì)食物,不吃未經(jīng)高溫處理的飯菜,不喝生水,不吃零食。不隨意購(gòu)買、食用街頭小攤販出售的劣質(zhì)食品、飲料。要從食品標(biāo)簽上注意識(shí)別食品的質(zhì)量,選擇安全的食品。
五、防雷電——當(dāng)雷電發(fā)生時(shí),應(yīng)盡量避免使用家電設(shè)備,如收音機(jī)、電視機(jī)、計(jì)算機(jī)等以防感應(yīng)雷和雷電波的侵害;也不應(yīng)在孤立的電桿、大樹(shù)下躲避;不要使用手機(jī),避免直擊雷的襲擊;萬(wàn)一遇到被雷電擊中應(yīng)盡量降低重心和減少人體與地面的接觸面積,可蹲下,雙腳并攏,手放膝上,身向前屈,如果披上雨衣,防雷效果更好,必要時(shí)對(duì)傷者應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行人工呼吸和外部心臟擠壓按摩,并及時(shí)送往醫(yī)院搶救。
六、防中暑——夏季已經(jīng)來(lái)臨,只要我們能夠做到多喝水、開(kāi)窗通風(fēng)、保證充足的睡眠、合理飲食,不在高溫下暴曬,避免大量運(yùn)動(dòng),恰當(dāng)使用風(fēng)扇、空調(diào),必要時(shí)準(zhǔn)備一些緩解中暑癥狀的藥物(如人丹、藿香正氣水等),就可以避免中暑。
七、防自身安全——自覺(jué)遵守公共秩序、社會(huì)公德和學(xué)校安全常規(guī)。課間或戶外活動(dòng)時(shí)要注意文明休息,不追逐嬉戲,不打鬧,不攀高,不擁擠,不搶道;不在教學(xué)樓內(nèi)打球、跳繩、踢毽子。嚴(yán)禁攀爬學(xué)校的圍墻、門窗、圍欄網(wǎng)、樹(shù)木、球架等,更不能上樓頂天臺(tái)。
八、防暴力——一是要求學(xué)生在學(xué)校要嚴(yán)格遵守作息時(shí)間,不早到、不晚回,不給不法分子作案提供時(shí)間。門衛(wèi)要加強(qiáng)管理,嚴(yán)防來(lái)路不明的人員混入學(xué)校借機(jī)生事,突然襲擊,制造恐怖事件。二是要求同學(xué)們要和睦相處,善于化解矛盾,不因小事和同學(xué)爭(zhēng)吵,遇事要冷靜,做事多想想后果,不要以非對(duì)非,打架斗毆。如果遭遇暴力一定要想辦法及時(shí)脫身,報(bào)告老師或撥打110電話報(bào)案,三要遠(yuǎn)離網(wǎng)吧,拒絕毒品,遠(yuǎn)離臺(tái)球室,遠(yuǎn)離游戲廳,不看不健康的書(shū)籍,不同社會(huì)閑雜人員交往。學(xué)會(huì)拒絕別人的無(wú)理要求或不良誘惑,養(yǎng)成良好的生活習(xí)慣,九、防踩踏——上下樓梯要有序,不奔跑,不推搡,要嚴(yán)格落實(shí)分樓層下課制度,防止校園擁擠踩踏事故的發(fā)生。在雨天,樓梯會(huì)很滑,請(qǐng)同學(xué)們?cè)谛凶邥r(shí)務(wù)必輕腳慢步,注意安全。

有人說(shuō),沒(méi)有溝通,世界將成為一片荒涼的沙漠。心理學(xué)家的研究表明,在正常情況下,一個(gè)人除了睡眠以外,其余時(shí)間的70%以上花在人際之間的直接或間接的交往上。人類的一切實(shí)踐活動(dòng)都是在人際交往過(guò)程中完成的。置身于改革開(kāi)放和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)大潮中的大學(xué)生更是有著強(qiáng)烈而迫切的交往意識(shí)。但是,由于涉世不深,經(jīng)驗(yàn)缺乏,又常常被人際交往中產(chǎn)生的種種困惑所羈絆。因此,在了解大學(xué)生人際交往的基本情況、人際交往的心理誤區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對(duì)性地引導(dǎo)同學(xué)們進(jìn)行自我調(diào)節(jié)、掌握交往藝術(shù),走出交往困惑,建構(gòu)和諧的人際關(guān)系。建立良好人際關(guān)系的原則:
(1)平等原則:在人際交往中,平等待人是建立良好的人際關(guān)系的前提。如果沒(méi)有平等待人的觀念,就不可能與人建立密切的人際關(guān)系。
(2)互利原則:要求人們?cè)诮煌^(guò)程中,交往雙方都能得到好處和利益,獲得心理上的滿足。大學(xué)生的心理特點(diǎn)決定了他們最希望能得到別人的理解和支持,喜歡引人注目,渴望出類拔萃。如果要想從他人那里獲得關(guān)心、注目和愛(ài)護(hù),就必須考慮到他人也有這種需要。不能只讓別人對(duì)你貢獻(xiàn),而你對(duì)別人只講索取。
(3)信用原則:信用是忠誠(chéng)的外在表現(xiàn)。在大學(xué)生的人際交往中,取信與人是非常重要的,只有真誠(chéng)待人,才有可能談得上與別人建立和保持良好的人際關(guān)系,大學(xué)生們都喜歡同誠(chéng)實(shí)正派的人交往,這樣的交往有一種安全感,不用擔(dān)心什么。
(4)兼容原則:兼容原則是指人們?cè)诮煌^(guò)程中出現(xiàn)矛盾,遇到?jīng)_突時(shí)要有耐心,能夠?qū)捜菟?,做到包容并蓄,包括容忍?duì)方的個(gè)性和缺點(diǎn),學(xué)會(huì)寬以待人,不計(jì)較他人的細(xì)枝末節(jié),這樣才能在學(xué)習(xí)、生活和工作中保持融洽的人際關(guān)系。應(yīng)該達(dá)到“有理也讓人”這樣的心理境界。

天子只能在私下悲 泣嘆息,日:“自古無(wú)不亡之國(guó)、不死之主,但朕恨不知用人,致為此奴所囚耳。”天子尚且 如此,作為臣子的石盞· 女魯歡,只好含冤九泉了。
后有石盞· 女魯歡的侄兒石盞· 大安奏稟尚書(shū)省,力訴叔父一生勤于王事,忠君護(hù)駕,誓 死衛(wèi)國(guó),死得太冤! 但由于官奴因私欲自毀長(zhǎng)城,金哀宗尚未能為石盞· 女魯歡平反昭雪,金國(guó)就在蒙古與 南宋聯(lián)軍的攻擊下徹底滅亡了。

乙:故事二:一位母親騎自行車帶著年幼的女兒。孩子一不小心,手中的餅干掉在地上。母親馬上停下來(lái),輕聲對(duì)女兒說(shuō):來(lái),咱們把它扔到垃圾桶里去。說(shuō)著便把孩子抱下來(lái),倆人彎腰一起去撿地上的碎餅干。就是這普普通通的一幕,不由讓人想起一句話:素質(zhì),是一種習(xí)慣。仔細(xì)想想,不是嗎?

甲:3、要舉止優(yōu)雅。我曾經(jīng)見(jiàn)過(guò)這樣的一個(gè)場(chǎng)面,在一次晚會(huì)上,一位十七八歲的中學(xué)生用她動(dòng)人、嘹亮的嗓子,唱完了一首講禮儀、講禮貌的歌曲之后,觀眾們正要鼓掌以示贊美時(shí),她的手指伸進(jìn)了她的鼻孔,徑直走下了舞臺(tái)。此時(shí),她的歌聲再美妙也只能成為對(duì)她的諷刺。一個(gè)連最起碼的舉止行為都不懂的學(xué)生,就算歌聲再好聽(tīng),再動(dòng)人,給人的感覺(jué)仍舊是不舒服的。因?yàn)樗鄙俦匾暮椭C與美感。

安全被認(rèn)為是每個(gè)人在做事情之前應(yīng)該考慮的第一點(diǎn),因?yàn)橹挥邪踩拍鼙Wo(hù)寶貴的生命免受傷害,讓生活充滿快樂(lè)和美好。
我曾經(jīng)親眼目睹過(guò)這樣一件事:一個(gè)人在一個(gè)小區(qū)放鞭炮,卻不知道自己為什么開(kāi)心。因?yàn)榉疟夼陔x房子太近,不小心打碎了四樓一個(gè)住戶的玻璃。正當(dāng)居士把頭探出窗外想看看為什么的時(shí)候,又一門大炮飛了過(guò)來(lái),把居士嚇了個(gè)半死。看,是那個(gè)不注意安全的人給別人的財(cái)產(chǎn)和生命帶來(lái)了危險(xiǎn)。
現(xiàn)在,小學(xué)生的安全教育應(yīng)該得到更多的重視。在我們學(xué)校,高年級(jí)的人越注意安全。雖然學(xué)校進(jìn)行“安全教育”但是有些學(xué)生一句話也不聽(tīng),做了很多危險(xiǎn)的事情。上學(xué)違反交通法規(guī),騎車逃課;自然課玩火;爬欄桿抄近路閃開(kāi),有人在高速推大車時(shí)突然把手放下,讓一輛無(wú)人自行車跑過(guò)車道。這是我朋友君告訴我的,我也親眼見(jiàn)過(guò)一次。他說(shuō)有一次自行車晃到路中間,差點(diǎn)被卡車壓死。想想,要不要重視安全教育?
我覺(jué)得青少年要時(shí)刻注意安全,珍惜財(cái)產(chǎn),珍惜生命,不做危險(xiǎn)的事情,不注意安全就提醒別人;多學(xué)習(xí)安全知識(shí),提高自己的安全意識(shí),選擇合適的環(huán)境,了解一些生活常識(shí),比如防火、防水、防盜、防電、防病毒;提前考慮后果,這樣才能讓我們的生活更美好!

姜:沿著校門口至教室的區(qū)區(qū)20米左右的`小路上,卻包含了多濃的親情,踩下了多深的足跡……
就在9月25日上午,那個(gè)陽(yáng)光依然明媚的上午,我們終于見(jiàn)到了那位母親與她那堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的兒子。他們一個(gè)在前,一個(gè)在后,母親緩緩?fù)浦喴?,臉上滿滿幸福;兒子時(shí)不時(shí)望望身后的母親,臉上卻也是自信滿滿。我訝異,想象中的親情,竟?jié)獾揭?,令人羨慕。
相信很多同學(xué)也都了解這對(duì)母子。他,八年級(jí)一班的xx同學(xué),因意外摔壞雙腿,至今靠輪椅行走;她,一位
兒子的母親,每天踩著堅(jiān)實(shí)的步伐,推著兒子上學(xué)放學(xué)。而此事,也曾被推薦參評(píng)學(xué)校的“感動(dòng)校園十佳”。是什么讓這位殘疾兒子的臉上依然擁有陽(yáng)光,并感動(dòng)著大家?我想,是濃濃的愛(ài)心使他生活在同一片藍(lán)天下。
每天清晨,母親和坐在輪椅上的兒子都會(huì)及時(shí)出現(xiàn)在學(xué)校的門口;每天傍晚,這位母親又會(huì)同樣按時(shí)來(lái)到學(xué)校接兒子回家,風(fēng)雨無(wú)阻,無(wú)怨無(wú)悔。場(chǎng)面甚是感人,心中無(wú)限溫馨。而我們這些旁觀者,唯有感恩,唯有涕淚……
感動(dòng)的溫存一直在心間環(huán)繞,我們不得不為這位兒子而感動(dòng),只為他身殘志堅(jiān)的樂(lè)觀心態(tài),他燦爛的微笑時(shí)刻掛在嘴角,他的微笑就如一縷春風(fēng),涌入心間。感動(dòng),只為兒子的笑容,只為兒子的堅(jiān)強(qiáng);更為那位母親而感動(dòng),只為她慈愛(ài)的目光。多少年來(lái),日復(fù)一日,年復(fù)一年,毫不厭煩地推著沉重的輪椅,可腳步卻顯得那么輕盈,安靜的面容讓人感到安逸。感動(dòng),只為母親的堅(jiān)持,只為母親如水般的愛(ài)。我想把這種愛(ài)比做水,因?yàn)槠狡降攀钦?。很喜歡這種感覺(jué),很溫暖,他們之間的感情,是要用心去體會(huì)的。
繁星奪目,月下生輝,母愛(ài)是河,源源長(zhǎng)流。它賦予了一個(gè)殘疾孩子,無(wú)比的堅(jiān)毅和勇敢,我們不得不對(duì)那位母親肅然起敬,在此,我想對(duì)那位母親說(shuō):謝謝您!您對(duì)您兒子的愛(ài),讓我們深刻意識(shí)到了母愛(ài)的珍貴!

女:四(3)班小記者高湛欽給我們帶來(lái)了一則真實(shí)的故事:《喜羊羊與灰太郎》大家一定都看過(guò)吧?(停頓兩秒)有個(gè)9歲的小孩玩耍時(shí)模仿灰太郎烤羊的情節(jié),將8歲的冉冉和5歲的浩浩綁在樹(shù)上點(diǎn)火,燒成了重傷!
男:真是太可怕了!基于此,聯(lián)合國(guó)兒童基金會(huì)特地將每年的12月14日定為國(guó)際兒童電視日。四(4)班的小記者郝沛堯呼吁各傳媒機(jī)構(gòu),多制作些優(yōu)秀的兒童節(jié)目,多創(chuàng)作一些屬于孩子們自己的節(jié)目。

b:我們要及時(shí)采取相應(yīng)的防治措施。才能有效的控制疾病。首先,搞好家庭環(huán)境衛(wèi)生,保持室內(nèi)和周圍環(huán)境清潔,經(jīng)常開(kāi)門窗通風(fēng)或噴灑空氣清潔劑,常曬被褥,可以殺死環(huán)境中的病原菌。家里要常通風(fēng)透氣,保持空氣清潔、濕潤(rùn),不要再讓污濁、干冷的空氣刺激我們的呼吸道。
a:保持良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。打噴嚏、咳嗽時(shí)使用手帕,不直接面對(duì)他人,可以減少傳播、感染的機(jī)會(huì)。特別強(qiáng)調(diào)注意手的衛(wèi)生,出入公共場(chǎng)所后回到家中,最好要洗手、換衣物再去接觸食物。
b·多飲水,有利于排尿和發(fā)汗,使體內(nèi)的毒素和熱量盡快排出,預(yù)防發(fā)熱。
a·隨著氣溫變化及時(shí)增減衣服。尤其氣候多變,早晚溫差也很大,一定要根據(jù)天氣變化,適時(shí)增減衣服,切不可一下子減得太多。也不可穿得太多,這樣會(huì)壓迫身體,使其活動(dòng)受限,影響消化,衣著以脊背無(wú)汗為適度。
b·勤洗勤換衣褲,尤其注意保持鼻周皮膚的清潔。呼吸道感染后,常常流鼻涕,時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了,鼻子周圍,尤其是鼻子下面的皮膚會(huì)發(fā)紅會(huì)感到很疼??梢杂脺貪竦拿矸笠环螅缓笸恳恍┫姿?,比如金霉素眼藥膏。
a·遠(yuǎn)離患有呼吸道疾病的人群,避免受到感染是最直接的方式。外出時(shí),不到人群密集、通風(fēng)不良的影劇院、百貨公司、超市等人群集中的地方去。
b·制定鍛煉計(jì)劃
鍛煉對(duì)提高抵抗力增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)很有幫助,增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)是防病的第一重要要素??沙浞掷萌展庠 ⒖諝庠?,以提高自己對(duì)周圍環(huán)境冷熱變化的適應(yīng)力。但注意霧天不要外出,因?yàn)闈忪F中含有大量有害物質(zhì)。
a·要注意養(yǎng)成良好、有規(guī)律的作息習(xí)慣,良好的睡眠才能保證健康的體質(zhì),不斷提升抵御疾病入侵的能力。選擇容易消化的流質(zhì)飲食如菜湯、稀粥、蛋湯、蛋羹、牛奶等。宜清淡少油膩。多喝酸性果汁如山楂汁、獼猴桃汁、紅棗汁、鮮橙汁、西瓜汁等以促進(jìn)胃液分泌,增進(jìn)食欲。多食含維生素c、e及紅色的食物,如西紅柿、蘋(píng)果、葡萄、棗、草莓、甜菜、橘子、西瓜及牛奶、雞蛋等,預(yù)防感冒的發(fā)生。維生素c能增強(qiáng)免疫力,幫助維持皮膚黏膜的完整性,最好是在醫(yī)生指導(dǎo)下使用。

有時(shí)候會(huì)想起自己,想起過(guò)去那些不開(kāi)心的經(jīng)歷,想起現(xiàn)在的生活。很多時(shí)候不敢想未來(lái)。其實(shí)我很害怕,經(jīng)常會(huì)沒(méi)有安全感。真不敢相信眼前的人真的可以互相幫助到死。

早起,日出出門,回來(lái)時(shí)燈光微亮,做一個(gè)能進(jìn)廚房又能出大廳的溫暖女人。

甲:據(jù)說(shuō),有一些同學(xué)用影視片名來(lái)表達(dá)厭學(xué)的無(wú)奈心境。在這些同學(xué)的描述下,學(xué)習(xí)顯得非常可怕,苦不堪言,難道真的是這樣嗎?大家都知道:學(xué)習(xí)是辛苦的,但卻不至于“苦不堪言”?!皩W(xué)習(xí)”兩個(gè)字,我們耳濡目染十幾個(gè)春秋,可是我們明白這兩個(gè)字的真正含義嗎?這些同學(xué)之所以會(huì)有那些想法,是因?yàn)樗麄儗W(xué)習(xí)心理負(fù)擔(dān)過(guò)重,將學(xué)習(xí)視為迫不得已、很難受的事情,體會(huì)不到成功的愉悅。我們應(yīng)該懂得學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)是一種需要,是我們實(shí)現(xiàn)理想的途徑,勤學(xué)更是我們成材唯一的有效途徑。任何學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)的形成,首先應(yīng)培養(yǎng)良好的動(dòng)機(jī),正象機(jī)器要有發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)一樣,每種學(xué)習(xí)的行動(dòng)的后面都有一種動(dòng)力,就象發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)一樣,他的功率越大,機(jī)器的動(dòng)力就越大,而學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力越強(qiáng),學(xué)習(xí)的自覺(jué)性和積極性就越高。沒(méi)有這個(gè)馬達(dá),學(xué)習(xí)也就無(wú)從談起。學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)的形成,還需激發(fā)強(qiáng)烈的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和提高“會(huì)學(xué)”的能力。

男:我是主持人( ),今天校園廣播的主題是《做文明學(xué)生、創(chuàng)文明校園》。
女:同學(xué)們,現(xiàn)在,巢湖市正在爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)全國(guó)文明城市,我們作為巢湖市的一位小公民,也要為創(chuàng)建文明城做出自己的貢獻(xiàn)。我們要小手拉大手,共創(chuàng)文明城。
男:所以,我們要從我做起,人人講文明、懂禮貌,在校園中形成 “講禮儀感到光榮,講文明被人尊重”的氛圍。
女:說(shuō)的好!那么文明是什么? 男:文明就是路上相遇時(shí)的微笑,是同學(xué)困難時(shí)的熱情幫助,是平時(shí)與人相處時(shí)的問(wèn)候,是不小心撞到對(duì)方時(shí)的一聲“對(duì)不起”,是自覺(jué)將垃圾放入垃圾箱的舉動(dòng),是看到有人隨地吐痰或著故意踩踏草坪時(shí)的主動(dòng)制止??一個(gè)講文明的學(xué)生才有一顆潔凈的心;一個(gè)懂禮貌的學(xué)生,才會(huì)從知識(shí)里學(xué)到做人的道理。
女:對(duì),要做文明學(xué)生,共創(chuàng)文明校園,因此在這里我們向全校師生發(fā)出以下倡議:一.要做到心中有學(xué)校。學(xué)校是我們學(xué)習(xí)生活的重要場(chǎng)所,愛(ài)校護(hù)校是我們每個(gè)人的責(zé)任。二.要做到心中有紀(jì)律。良好的紀(jì)律才能造就一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的集體,才能營(yíng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。三,要做到心中有他人。隨時(shí)隨地,我們都應(yīng)該牢記并堅(jiān)決做到尊敬師長(zhǎng),團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué),互相幫助,禮貌待人,自覺(jué)使用禮貌用語(yǔ)。
男:創(chuàng)文明校園,從我做起,我認(rèn)為要做到以下幾個(gè)方面:一、講文明語(yǔ)言 文明的語(yǔ)言是一個(gè)人內(nèi)心精神世界的物質(zhì)外殼,文明的語(yǔ)言可以使兩個(gè)陌生人微笑著開(kāi)始一段美麗的旅程。因此,做文明學(xué)生,讓我們從講文明語(yǔ)言開(kāi)始。在生活和學(xué)習(xí)中,我們要常用“謝謝!您好!給您添麻煩了,對(duì)不起,請(qǐng)?jiān)彙钡榷Y貌用語(yǔ)。
男:二、行文明舉止 行為舉止是折射個(gè)人的心靈的最亮麗的一面鏡子,是一個(gè)人內(nèi)心精神世界的最好展示。行文明舉止就是要做到:光明正大,尊師敬長(zhǎng),友愛(ài)同學(xué),關(guān)心他人,要自尊自信自愛(ài),不自卑自暴自棄,不斤斤計(jì)較,不打架斗毆,不違犯校紀(jì)班規(guī)。 女:三、創(chuàng)文明班級(jí) 班級(jí)是我們學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的集體單位,也是我們每天學(xué)習(xí)生活的場(chǎng)所,文明的班風(fēng),有助于熏陶我們養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣,創(chuàng)建文明班級(jí)要求我們:教室內(nèi)沒(méi)有辱罵、打鬧現(xiàn)象,同學(xué)間團(tuán)結(jié)友愛(ài)、和睦相處;教室內(nèi)墻壁環(huán)境無(wú)污損、墨跡痰跡;環(huán)境清新潔凈;物品擺放整齊有序;班級(jí)有良好的班風(fēng)學(xué)風(fēng),班集體榮譽(yù)感強(qiáng),凝聚力強(qiáng)。 男:同學(xué)們,讓我們從生活細(xì)節(jié)做起,從生活和學(xué)習(xí)的點(diǎn)滴細(xì)節(jié)中追求文明,發(fā)現(xiàn)文明,創(chuàng)造文明。
