      一、總則

      浙江省大學(xué)英語三級考試(CET-3)是由浙江省教育考試院組織實(shí)施的一項(xiàng)大規(guī)模標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考試,每年舉行兩次,考試對象為修完大學(xué)英語相應(yīng)階段課程的在校大學(xué)生。

      二、大學(xué)英語三級考試概述

      大學(xué)英語三級考試由四個部分組成:1)聽力理解;2)閱讀理解;3)綜合測試;4)寫作。各部分測試內(nèi)容、題型和分值比例如下:

      2.題型分解

      1)聽力理解

      聽力理解(Listening Comprehension)部分測試考生獲取口頭信息的能力。錄音材料采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英式或美式英語朗讀,語速為每分鐘100詞左右。聽力理解部分共30題,所占分值比例為30%,其中短對話占10%,短文聽寫占10%??荚嚂r間為30分鐘。

      短對話(Short Conversations)部分采用多項(xiàng)選擇題的形式進(jìn)行考核。共10段,每段為一輪對話和一個問題。每段短對話均朗讀一遍,每個問題后留有15秒的答題時間。

      長對話/短文理解(Long Conversations/Passages)部分采用多項(xiàng)選擇題的形式進(jìn)行考核。共3篇長對話或短文,每篇長度200詞左右。每篇長對話或短文朗讀兩遍,每篇3-4題,共10題,每個問題后留有15秒的答題時間。

      復(fù)合式聽寫(Compound Dictation)部分測試考生在不同層面上(從詞匯到語篇層面)的聽力理解能力。這部分測試采用一篇200詞左右的短文,刪去若干個單詞和句子,全文朗讀三遍。要求考生根據(jù)聽到的內(nèi)容填寫所缺信息,所缺單詞必須用原詞填寫,所缺句子信息既可按原文填寫,也可用自己語言表述。

      2)閱讀理解

      閱讀理解(Reading Comprehension)部分測試考生通過閱讀獲取書面信息的能力以及考生對篇章語境中的詞匯理解和運(yùn)用能力。閱讀理解部分共25題,所占分值比例為40%。其中篇章閱讀理解占30%,篇章詞匯理解占10%??荚嚂r間為40分鐘。

      篇章閱讀理解(Passage Reading)部分采用多項(xiàng)選擇題的形式進(jìn)行考核。這部分測試共三篇文章,每篇長度為300詞左右。每個篇章后有5個問題,共15題。考生根據(jù)對篇章的理解,從每題的四個選項(xiàng)中選擇最佳答案。

      4)寫作

      寫作(Writing)部分測試考生用英語進(jìn)行書面表達(dá)的能力,所占分值比例為15%,考試時間為30分鐘。寫作部分選用考生所熟悉的題材,考生根據(jù)規(guī)定的題目和所提供的提綱、情景、圖片或圖表等,寫出一篇不少于100詞的短文。寫作要求為思想表達(dá)準(zhǔn)確、意義連貫、無嚴(yán)重語法錯誤。

      3.選材原則

      命題的材料均選自英文原版材料,包括日常生活中的對話、講座、廣播節(jié)目、報(bào)刊、雜志、書籍、學(xué)術(shù)期刊等。選材的原則是:

      1)題材廣泛,包括人文科學(xué)、社會科學(xué)、自然科學(xué)等領(lǐng)域,但所涉及的背景知識應(yīng)為學(xué)生所了解或已在文章中提供;

      2)體裁多樣,包括敘述文、說明文、議論文等

      3)閱讀篇章難度適中,聽力和綜合測試的篇章難度略低;

      4)詞匯范圍不超出《浙江省大學(xué)英語三級考試大綱》所附的詞匯表。對超出該范圍且影響理解的關(guān)鍵詞匯,用漢語加以釋義。

      三.大學(xué)英語三級考試考核的語言技能及要求

      1.聽力理解

      聽力理解部分考核學(xué)生獲取口頭信息的能力,包括理解主旨大意、重要事實(shí)和細(xì)節(jié)、隱含意義、判斷話語的交際功能、說話人的觀點(diǎn)、態(tài)度等。聽力理解部分考核的技能是:

      A.理解中心思想和重要細(xì)節(jié)

      1)理解中心思想;

      2)聽懂重要的或特定的細(xì)節(jié);

      3)判斷說話人的觀點(diǎn)、態(tài)度等;

      B.理解隱含的意義

      4)推論隱含的意義;

      5)判斷話語的交際功能;

      C.借助語言特征理解聽力材料

      6)辨別語音特征,如從連續(xù)的話語中辨別語音、理解重音和語音語調(diào)等;

      7)理解句間關(guān)系,如比較、原因、結(jié)果、程度、目的等。

      2.閱讀理解

      閱讀理解部分考核學(xué)生通過閱讀獲取書面信息的能力,包括理解主旨大意、重要事實(shí)和細(xì)節(jié)、隱含意義、判斷作者的觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度等。閱讀理解部分考核的技能是:

      A.辨別理解中心思想和重要細(xì)節(jié)

      1)理解明確表達(dá)的概念或細(xì)節(jié);

      2)理解隱含的概念或細(xì)節(jié)(如總結(jié)、判斷、推論等);通過判斷句子的交際功能(如請求、拒絕、命令等)來理解文章意思;

      2)辨識語段特征(如連貫性和一致性);

      4.寫作

      第二篇:英語三級考試大綱

      四川省大學(xué)英語三級考試(CET-3)大綱

      (大學(xué)英語二級考試(CET-2)考試范圍與本大綱近似,但難度有所降低。同時,沒有“寫作”題型。)

      總則

      本大綱的主要測試對象為四川省高等學(xué)校的非英語專業(yè)學(xué)生,其目的不僅是檢查學(xué)生對英語課程的掌握程度,而且是鑒定該生是否達(dá)到大學(xué)英語三級水平。因此,這種考試體現(xiàn)對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的要求,具有水平測試的性質(zhì)。

      CET-3是一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考試。根據(jù)普通學(xué)校大學(xué)英語教學(xué)大綱(修訂本)的要求,考慮到我省大學(xué)英語教學(xué)的實(shí)際情況及其現(xiàn)有條件,本考試命題范圍定為3550個基礎(chǔ)詞匯和350條常用短語,內(nèi)容分為客觀測試和主觀測試兩大部分,分別占試卷的72%和28%(詳見計(jì)分辦法)??荚嚪椒殚]卷考試。

      本考試有四川省教育廳直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織,有四川省二、三級考試辦公室具體實(shí)施,統(tǒng)一命題,統(tǒng)一測試,統(tǒng)一閱卷。

      試卷設(shè)計(jì)

      CET-3包括五項(xiàng)內(nèi)容:聽力、語法結(jié)構(gòu)與詞匯、閱讀理解、英譯漢和寫作。

      I.聽力(Listening):聽力部分主要考核考生一定的聽的能力和初步的書面表達(dá)能力。

      本部分共15題,下分三個部分,考試時間為20分鐘。

      A部分為日常生活和交際場合中的一般對話,共10題。對話中無生詞,并避免專有名詞(常見人名、地名除外)。所提問題中約有三分之一為推理和判斷題。

      B部分為一篇短篇聽力材料,含2個理解題。其總詞量為150個左右,體裁為學(xué)生所熟悉的講話、敘述和解說等。

      上述兩部分均采用多項(xiàng)選擇,讀兩遍。

      C部分為聽力填空。在試卷上給出一片意思相對完整,約150詞左右的短文,其中有6個空格。每個空格要求填入1—2個單詞或1個短語。全文朗讀三遍。第一遍全文朗讀,沒有停頓,供考生聽懂全文內(nèi)容;第二遍在空格的句子后面有停頓,要求考生把聽到的單詞或短語填入空格;第三遍同第一遍,沒有停頓,供考生進(jìn)行核對。“聽寫填空”短文的題材、體裁和難度與B部分相同。

      以上A、B、C三部分的語速均為每分鐘130個詞左右。

      II.語法結(jié)構(gòu)與詞匯(Structure and Vocabulary)

      共20題,考試時間為15分鐘。本部分語法結(jié)構(gòu)占60%,即12題,詞匯占40%,即8題。

      語法命題的范圍主要依據(jù)大綱的語法結(jié)構(gòu)表。

      詞匯命題在本考綱所列調(diào)整范圍內(nèi)。詞匯以測試詞義、用法和搭配為主,有一定的習(xí)語和短語動詞。采用多項(xiàng)選擇。

      III.閱讀理解(Reading Comprehension)

      共20題,考試時間為40分鐘。本部分由四篇短文組成,總閱讀量在1200詞左右(含理解題)。每片設(shè)計(jì)5個理解題,采用多項(xiàng)選擇。題材包括傳記、社會、文化、日常生活、科普知識等。涉及的背景知識能為學(xué)生所理解;體裁包括敘述文、說明文、議論文等。

      文章的難度不應(yīng)超過三級閱讀教材,允許出現(xiàn)3%的生詞,影響理解的關(guān)鍵詞用漢語注釋。

      理解句子水平的意義,理解字面意思和理解實(shí)事、細(xì)節(jié)的題目量占70%;根據(jù)上下文邏輯關(guān)系、主旨大意、推理判斷的題量占30%。

      IV.英譯漢(Translation from English into Chinese)

      本部分的主旨為考核學(xué)生根據(jù)上下文確切理解英語書面材料的閱讀能力及將其通順地譯成漢語的書面表達(dá)能力。

      共4題,全部選自第三部分閱讀理解的四篇文章,每篇選1~2句組成一題,每題20詞左右,4題的總詞量不超過80個??荚嚂r間為15分鐘。翻譯的內(nèi)容不存在背景知識帶來的困難。

      V.寫作(Writing)

      本部分的主旨為考核考生是否具有一定的用英語寫的能力。

      采用命題作文的方式,給出英語題目、中文要點(diǎn)提綱和少量英語參考詞??忌鷳?yīng)按題目和提綱要求,在30分鐘內(nèi)寫出一篇100個左右英語單詞的短文,內(nèi)容切題,表達(dá)意思清楚,語言正確。
