我叫呂東梅，女，1975年12月出生，1994年畢業(yè)于平頂山師范學(xué)校普師專業(yè)。

中學(xué)一級(jí)教師，本科文憑。

從教來，我一直站在教育工作的最前沿，從事英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。

我對(duì)英語(yǔ)情有獨(dú)鐘，我愛說愛用英語(yǔ)。

生動(dòng)活波的英語(yǔ)課堂是展現(xiàn)我人生風(fēng)采的陣地。

我在1994—20xx年在夏李鄉(xiāng)第一初級(jí)中學(xué)教初中畢業(yè)班英語(yǔ)，年年成績(jī)都很拔尖。

20xx年至今在夏李鄉(xiāng)實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校教小學(xué)五六級(jí)的英語(yǔ)。

去年我在“國(guó)培計(jì)劃—中西部農(nóng)村骨干教師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目”這項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中取得了優(yōu)異成績(jī)，獲得了“北京大學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生”的光榮稱號(hào)。

我認(rèn)真貫徹黨的教育方針，忠于職守，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，勤學(xué)上進(jìn)。

基礎(chǔ)教育改革實(shí)施以來，我積極投入到新課程改革的工作之中，在課改方面進(jìn)行探究，反思，并取得了可喜的成效，積累了一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

我制作的課件被評(píng)為市級(jí)優(yōu)秀課件。

我多次獲得縣級(jí)優(yōu)秀教師，縣骨干教師的稱號(hào)，我擔(dān)任著我校英語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)，是我校的英語(yǔ)學(xué)科帶頭人。

“把書較薄，把學(xué)生教活”是我的座右銘。

我認(rèn)為，當(dāng)今社會(huì)的.老師應(yīng)該是學(xué)習(xí)型，研究型的老師。

要善于接受新事物，合理利用新科技，才能培養(yǎng)出符合社會(huì)需求的新型人才。

新課改進(jìn)行以來，為了提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，我經(jīng)常參加市，縣的各級(jí)課改培訓(xùn)。

利用課余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)《新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》等與課改相關(guān)的書，并將所學(xué)習(xí)的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容很好的應(yīng)用到了自己的課堂上。

在參加課改期間，我以新的課程觀，新的教學(xué)觀，新的學(xué)生觀，新的發(fā)展觀來看待學(xué)生，細(xì)致備課，備教材，備學(xué)情。

在教學(xué)中不斷探索新的授課形式，采用探究式教學(xué)法，讓學(xué)生自己去探索，發(fā)現(xiàn)，總結(jié)，力求每節(jié)課都能在教學(xué)新理念，教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，教學(xué)手段上有新突破。

My hometo Shanan xi University of Chinese Medicine in June this year. My major is English,but strictly speaking, my English is medical English.Because except English, i have learn the Chinese medicine.My major is to translate the traditional Chinese medicine.

Hello, my name is Fan Qing. Now I am a postgraduate in Sichuan International Studies University. I have ever specialized in English education in a normal university. When I studied in the university, I won scholarships many times and took various chances to practise myself. I once took internships in Cambridge Young Learners English Training Center and in the 20th Middle School of Huangshi. Thus I have accumulated some teaching e-perience.

In my spare time, I like running and reading，especially the autobiography. Running helps me build up my body and reading makes me wise.

I am careful and now I am in charge of the general affairs of our class. I am also warm-hearted. Every time my friends meet some trouble, I am ready to help them. I am also persevering and optimistic. For e-ample, before my score of National Post-graduate Entrance E-amination came out, I doubted whether I could pass the e-am and felt an-ious. Good morning , I am glad to be here for this interview . First let me introduce myself. My name is DengAnLiang, 22 Years old. I come from --iaoGan City HuBei Province . I study in China Three Gorges University .And my major is Computer Science And Technology .

I have many interests such as reading books 、watch movies and play ping--pong, but I most interested in Programming , especially web programming . During my four years in university , I build many websites .In grade one , I write my first personal homepage ,which gives me great pleasure . Later I use wordpress to build my personal blog , and when I learn PHP by myself ,I used it to write my own blog program . Though I did not make any money by my site , I think it is very meaningful , because it help me to build self--confidence .

在此，我首先把英語(yǔ)書的各個(gè)部分以及要求說明一下。習(xí)英語(yǔ)離不開聽說讀寫四個(gè)方面。聽，上課聽老師，回家聽錄音。每次作業(yè)我基本上都會(huì)布置聽錄音跟讀的任務(wù)，也要求各位家長(zhǎng)簽字，請(qǐng)大家積極配合。英語(yǔ)課一個(gè)星期才3節(jié)，光靠上課的時(shí)間是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，我們英語(yǔ)老師每個(gè)人5個(gè)班，想要每個(gè)學(xué)生去檢查去督促顯然是不可能的，所以還請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)在家里積極配合。說，在小學(xué)階段還是有一定的難度的。所以小學(xué)階段主要強(qiáng)調(diào)背誦，背的多了，英語(yǔ)自然會(huì)脫口而出的。我布置背誦的作業(yè)，也請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)在家里積極配合，我在課堂上也會(huì)進(jìn)行全班背誦、分組背誦以及個(gè)別背誦的方式檢查。讀，在小學(xué)階段我認(rèn)為是最重要的'。多聽多讀，英語(yǔ)才能學(xué)好。每天不管有沒有英語(yǔ)課，都應(yīng)該讓自己的子女堅(jiān)持每天讀15至30分鐘的英語(yǔ)。寫，課本里要求書寫的單詞句子要掌握。
