難忘的一天

記得那一天弟弟感冒了，媽媽帶他去什邡人民醫(yī)院看病。家中幾張嘴等著吃飯。理所當然，煮飯，炒菜，洗碗的擔子就壓在了我身上。

早上，我六點就離開了溫暖的被窩，出門呼吸涼颼颼的空氣。拽著錢跑到米粉店。招呼阿姨打包四兩米粉，說完后，突然發(fā)覺四周投來驚異的目光，被人以為我一個人能吃四兩......我提著米粉往回跑，回到家，大約六點半。

蝴蝶蘭的栽培技術

蝴蝶蘭具有美麗優(yōu)雅的花姿。亭亭玉立的花莖鶴立于油亮翠綠的葉片之上，盛開的花朵仿佛彩蝶翩翩，艷麗高雅，賞心悅目，一花在室滿屋春色，美不勝收。蝴蝶蘭原生于東南亞及澳洲的熱帶森林中，著生在林蔭的樹干上，喜高溫高濕，有微風吹拂的環(huán)境。其雜交種或是栽培種同樣也承襲了原生種喜高溫喜濕，有微風的特性。因此，養(yǎng)蝴蝶蘭必須要給它創(chuàng)造一個適宜的環(huán)境，通過精心管理，才能使蝴蝶蘭花繁葉茂，達到觀賞的目的。

由于蝴蝶蘭在目前還未普及。其栽培特性還未被人熟悉、理解，給人有一種高不可攀，不知如何養(yǎng)的感覺，喜歡它而又不敢養(yǎng)。其實，養(yǎng)蝴蝶蘭與養(yǎng)其他花卉并沒有很大的差別，只要掌握了它的習性，就不難蒔養(yǎng)?，F(xiàn)把蝴蝶蘭的栽培要點介紹如下。

光照和蔭蔽

室外養(yǎng)蘭需要遮光，夏季遮光70%～80%，春、秋季遮光50%～60%，冬季遮光40%～50%。遮光材料有遮光網(wǎng)、簾子，或自制的木條、竹片架子。自制遮光架子應為條子寬4～5厘米，間隔3.3～4厘米，架于蘭盆之上1米左右。

放于室內(nèi)的，可將蝴蝶蘭置于近光照好的處所，較強光照射時可用窗簾遮光，注意通風，照樣也能養(yǎng)好。

溫度與濕度

蝴蝶蘭生長適溫為15～30℃。夏季35℃以上，冬季10℃以下生長停滯處于休眠狀態(tài)。在室外最低氣溫15℃以上時，可放置戶外養(yǎng)護，低于15℃時，搬進室內(nèi)。上海地區(qū)一般在5～9月底最遲10月可在戶外。

環(huán)境濕度保持在70%，溫度高于26℃應提高濕度。家庭養(yǎng)蘭由于條件限制只能因陋就簡，在陽臺上栽培，由于處于空中，無地氣，空氣暢通較干燥，可以通過一些簡易措施改善干燥狀況提高濕度。在外圍放置較大、葉茂的盆花遮擋風，也可種植蔓性植物來遮陽，將蘭盆放于濕沙上經(jīng)常噴霧，以提高濕度。

澆水

生長期多給水，休眠期少給水或不給水。4月中旬到10月可在下午5時前后澆水，一次澆足，盆底有水淌出為止。介質干透了澆，不干可不澆，盛夏或初秋氣溫高，盡量用貯存的水噴灑或澆灌，以驅除盆內(nèi)熱量。

冬季休眠期在介質干了一段時間后，在上午10時前澆，不要用冷水，宜用溫水大致在15℃左右，盡量不要使蘭花長期處于濕潤狀態(tài)，謹防爛根。

通風

蝴蝶蘭需要有新鮮的空氣，要求氣流緩緩流動，忌冷風強風。大風期間應避光，遭受風害要遮擋。有微風吹拂的環(huán)境最好。避免風害，可以制一個四方框，框用薄木板，框高30～40厘米即可。框內(nèi)鋪一層濕沙，這樣既可防風，又可增濕，一舉二得。

施肥

蝴蝶蘭在原生地，氣根附生于樹干上，在空氣中，它能得到的養(yǎng)分是很少的，所以人工培養(yǎng)的蝴蝶蘭也不需過多的養(yǎng)分。在生長期中施用適量的肥料，對蘭株發(fā)育是有顯著效果的。施肥后見葉片亮而翠綠即可停止，否則浪費。從氮、磷、鉀配比看，小苗發(fā)育旺盛，需氮肥多，以30:10:10為宜；中苗平均發(fā)育，可為20:20:20或18:18:18；當顯蕾至開花時可改為10:30:20，適當增加磷肥比例。家庭養(yǎng)花可到市場上買現(xiàn)成的“花寶”肥料，或其他液體肥，稀釋1500～2000倍，葉面、葉背及根部噴施。10天一次，時間應在下午5時以后，盛夏期間8月可停施。氣溫在22～28℃時，肥液最易被蘭花吸收，葉面少施，防止葉心積水腐爛。

種植蝴蝶蘭最好用透氣性好的泥盆，但要美觀，也可用塑料盆、陶盆、瓷盆等，只要掌握一個原則，透氣、易排水，什么器具都可以，也可以自制，容器四面要間隔空間，用木條或竹片、藤條、柳條等都可以。

栽培介質

洋蘭栽培介質必須具備以下要求：①能使蘭株根系承受蘭花本身重量，保持正常株形，但不能太重，以輕質為佳。②排水性能和保水性能良好。蘭根需要水分，但水分又能很快排除，因積水會使根部腐爛，另一方面又要保持水分不致很快干燥。③通氣性能好。④有相當?shù)牡V物質養(yǎng)料。⑤能維持1～2年不腐爛。⑥價格不貴、合適，易于獲得，操作方便。適于栽培洋蘭的介質有以下幾種：①蛇木屑，它是由樹蕨的氣根加工打碎制成；②泥炭蘚；③水苔；④紫萁根，一種是黑色鐵絲狀的硬質的根，一種是褐色較軟的根；不易腐爛，含有少量氮磷鉀及微量元素，排水通氣又保水，耐用。pH值5；⑤樹皮，花旗松和白冷杉樹皮碎塊，質軟通氣保水，pH值4～6；⑥椰糠與椰殼纖維；⑦其他：棕纖維、干燥的樹葉樹干樹枝、干牛糞、浮石、陶土塊、碎磚塊、瓦片、蛭石、塑料球等均可栽蘭。目前市場出售的蝴蝶蘭盆花使用的介質一般為水苔。

花前花后管理

蝴蝶蘭花芽形成后，應多施磷直到開花為止。當花莖向上抽出，有向一邊傾斜趨勢時，應立支柱綁縛不使花梗斷折。以后，花梗漸長漸高，綁縛也應漸次進行，支柱略成弧狀，增強美感。在開花期與新葉長出之前停施肥料?；ㄖx后對有5片葉以上的健壯蘭株，可留下莖下部3～4節(jié)縮剪，日后可望在剩余的花莖上再次開花，澆水不宜過勤，干透再澆。

換盆

當蝴蝶蘭有很多根系長在盆外時，或盆內(nèi)質介變黑腐爛時，就要考慮換盆了。換盆操作步驟如下：①將蝴蝶蘭小心地脫出盆體，去掉全部舊的介質；②修理根系，剪除枯根爛根、斷根癟根，如蘭株基部太高，即根樁過長，可剪除一部分；③然后將水苔墊在根部，把濕苔蘚將根系四周緊緊包?。虎芘璧子幂^大的泡沫塑料墊底，把包好苔蘚的蘭株裝入盆中，沿盆四周把苔蘚塞緊，使蘭株不搖動即可，放于陰處，不澆水，直至苔蘚干透。平時噴霧即可（濕苔蘚，即把干苔蘚浸入水中濕透，取出擠干水分即成）。

動準備

活動過程

1.帶幼兒做運動，活動全身。

帶幼兒到場地進行隊列練習后做準備活動，包括，頭部運動——體轉運動——上肢運動——踢腿運動——跳躍運動等。

2.教師通過故事《龜兔賽跑》引起幼兒的活動興趣。

教師：小朋友都聽過《龜兔賽跑》的故事，你們知道誰輸了嗎？引導幼兒說出是兔子輸了。教師：因為兔子太驕傲了，所以兔子輸了。可是兔子不服氣，總想和烏龜再比賽一次，那就再比一次。今天我們一起來玩這個游戲好嗎？

3.玩游戲“龜兔賽跑”,引導幼兒練習雙腳連續(xù)向前跳和匍匐向前爬的動作。

教師先請幼兒自己嘗試烏龜和兔子的不同運動方式，即按自己的方式練習雙腳連續(xù)向前跳和匍匐向前爬的動作。

幼兒做完練習后教師請幼兒展示自己的方法，與其他幼兒一起分享不同方式的跳和爬。將幼兒平均分成兩組，一組為烏龜，一組為兔子，分別練習龜和兔的行走方式。教師用語言提示幼兒動作要求：烏龜用匍匐爬的動作，頭要抬起，以免摔倒時磕到臉；兔子用雙腳連續(xù)向前跳的動作，兩腿同時離地跳起。

游戲“龜兔賽跑”開始。教師放音樂，當音樂響起時，烏龜以匍匐爬的動作、兔子以雙腳跳的動作各自向終點前進。教師隨時進行動作指導，引導幼兒要手腳協(xié)調(diào)一致地爬行，掌握匍匐爬的動作要領：蹬伸腿時，膝部應邊蹬邊移動。最后請動作標準的幼兒做一次示范表演，幫助個別幼兒掌握動作要領。

請幼兒交換游戲角色繼續(xù)游戲。

4.活動結束。

教師總結游戲情況，并請幼兒設想烏龜和兔子還可以怎樣運動，請幼兒分別做一做，活動結束。

活動建議

活動變式可根據(jù)幼兒的興趣、實際水平及場地情況，變換游戲情節(jié)和動作內(nèi)容，練習多種跳和爬的動作，如創(chuàng)設“龜兔送糧”的故事情節(jié)，開展比賽性質的游戲；比賽途中可以設置障礙加大難度；也可以適當改變小動物的移動方式，如烏龜可變?yōu)槭窒ヅ?、兔子可變?yōu)槎讚翁?，引導幼兒練習其他動作?/p>

重點提示(1)跳躍和爬行的距離可根據(jù)本班實際情況及幼兒體力隨時調(diào)整。比賽時，要提示幼兒注意動作的準確性，確保比賽的公平。(2)教師應有針對性地對個別幼兒進行動作指導，讓幼兒深刻領會動作要領，熟練掌握基本動作，體驗運動的快樂。

次比賽中請大家多多支持。謝謝！”無敵龜今次用的比賽工具是S型滑板車，閃電兔用的是多功能加速器。正式的比賽開始了，猴子裁判吹響了哨子，只見閃電兔急忙啟動了多功能加速器，轉眼間就沒了影。可是無敵龜卻不慌不忙的啟動了S型滑板車，以每秒行一千米大的速度超過了閃電兔，對閃電兔說：“看來你的科學技術還不如我哦！”閃電兔氣急敗壞，連忙用跟蹤彈去打無敵龜，無敵龜早有準備，展開了防護罩并用高溫融化掉了。閃電兔惱羞成怒，啟動瞬間轉移把自己移到了終點。只見一條河出現(xiàn)在閃電兔面前，閃電兔驚訝的說：“這里不是終點嗎？觀眾和裁判去哪兒了。”這時無敵龜趕上來了，對閃電兔說：“還愣著干什么？終點在水底呀!” 說完，無敵龜按了滑板車上的一個按鈕，滑板車立刻變成了一輛潛水艇，看到了終點，贏得了今次比賽的冠軍。而閃電兔呢?看著潛進水里的無敵龜說道：我真粗心大意?。　?/p>
