三、實(shí)踐上。

（1）我并非班干部，這大一的整整一年，我都未曾擔(dān)任任何職位。一方面，我是個(gè)離群的人，不喜歡參與群體性能夠活動(dòng)。我寧愿聽從別人的安排也不愿去安排別人。有時(shí)候我也會(huì)自嘲：

如果在古代，我一定會(huì)是一等一的良民吧。另一方面，我對(duì)自己并不是很自信。我害怕置身

于眾人的目光下，平時(shí)說話就很少，在眾人面前說就更困難了。因此，大一，我沉默著過了

一年。

（2）輔導(dǎo)員生活。我喜歡小孩子，我想成為優(yōu)秀的教師，這點(diǎn)毋庸置疑。附小的輔導(dǎo)員生活

讓我有了接觸小朋友的機(jī)會(huì)，我很珍惜。我想，整個(gè)大一生活，能讓我少數(shù)打起精神去做的事恐怕這就算一件吧。

（3）小教小組。小組的活動(dòng)包括聽課、備課（教案）、上片段課、評(píng)析等。這是為了提高我們將來的指教能力的活動(dòng)，為了能讓我們走在一個(gè)新的更高的起點(diǎn)上。我完成這些，不僅僅

是上交的需要，更是內(nèi)心的要求。通過做這些事，我認(rèn)識(shí)到當(dāng)老師，尤其是一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的老師

班老師的相處，我能更深刻的理解一些以前所不明白的事。在輔導(dǎo)班里，我學(xué)會(huì)正確處理和

學(xué)生之間的關(guān)系，和同事（一起做兼職的學(xué)長）的關(guān)系。我做兼職的時(shí)間很短，但是，我卻

本著對(duì)大學(xué)的美好憧憬，我步入了大學(xué)，成了一名大學(xué)生，開始了我新的大學(xué)生活。大一上半學(xué)期的生活眨眼之間就過去了，頭腦中還清晰的記著剛來時(shí)的情景，沒想到這么快就一年過去了。一學(xué)期下來，是既有得又有失的。

不得不說，軍訓(xùn)是一段最難忘的記憶，大家還不熟悉，彼此熱情而小心，但相同想法和感覺讓我們探索這所將生活四年的學(xué)校。首先開始的，是軍訓(xùn)。那時(shí)有太多太多的心緒在心里充溢，老朋友在遠(yuǎn)方，新的朋友還在萌芽，當(dāng)一個(gè)人需要有人分享情感的時(shí)候，孤獨(dú)感會(huì)被夸大，于是渴望友誼。來自五湖四海的同學(xué)通過它逐漸互相認(rèn)識(shí)，在訓(xùn)練中互相幫助慢慢建立新的友誼，每個(gè)人開始展露自己，凸顯出自己的各種能力。在軍訓(xùn)中，我學(xué)會(huì)了堅(jiān)持，同時(shí)也認(rèn)識(shí)很多的同學(xué)，并與同宿舍的宿友們建立了初步的感情。

軍訓(xùn)在鍛煉著我們的身體素質(zhì)，磨練我們的意志的同時(shí)，學(xué)校里的各種活動(dòng)和社團(tuán)的招新也吸引著好奇的我們。大一上學(xué)期，我認(rèn)真思考了究竟應(yīng)該參加什么樣的社團(tuán)，從而不僅能從中獲得快樂，更重要的是在參與中學(xué)得只是，讓自己更快地成長起來。在認(rèn)真的考慮之下，我選擇參加了網(wǎng)通社和義工協(xié)會(huì)。期間，這兩個(gè)社團(tuán)一次次地舉辦的多項(xiàng)活動(dòng)都使我受益匪淺。社團(tuán)里的任務(wù)我也盡自己的能力去完成。在社團(tuán)中，我感觸最深的是同學(xué)與同學(xué)之間的熱情與友誼。在參加了這兩個(gè)社團(tuán)之后，我深切地體會(huì)到，在社團(tuán)的選擇上自然要根據(jù)自己的興趣，有興趣才會(huì)投入，進(jìn)入以后要能夠積極主動(dòng)，主要是培養(yǎng)自己的協(xié)調(diào)能力，社交的能力。社團(tuán)活動(dòng)與學(xué)習(xí)是會(huì)發(fā)生矛盾的，如果是喜歡社團(tuán)的工作，則需要放棄一些課余的生活時(shí)間，要比別人花費(fèi)更多的時(shí)間在自己的學(xué)習(xí)和工作上！

軍訓(xùn)過后，大學(xué)的根本的一面也向我們逐漸展開。學(xué)習(xí)使用不退色的話題，也是所有學(xué)校最根本的基礎(chǔ)。各項(xiàng)課程的展開帶著我們走進(jìn)全新的世界，完全不同與高中的學(xué)習(xí)方式多少讓我有點(diǎn)不知所措，緊張的課程安排，沒有過多的課堂復(fù)習(xí)，更多的是靠自己課后的努力。大學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)雖然任務(wù)不重，但絕對(duì)不輕松。大學(xué)的文化學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)然很重要了，我感觸最深的是在大學(xué)，你一定要掌握好方法。什么東西該學(xué)，什么不該學(xué)；該學(xué)多少，怎么學(xué)；哪個(gè)重要要多學(xué)，哪個(gè)不是很重要要淺嘗輒止；要廣泛涉獵，又要對(duì)某一項(xiàng)精益求精。說到底，大學(xué)教你的是學(xué)習(xí)的能力，和處事的方法，與人為善，又能迅速的進(jìn)入你并不熟悉的領(lǐng)域，你就成功了。這個(gè)學(xué)期我覺得我的課程學(xué)的不太好，漸漸地在學(xué)習(xí)上松懈了下來，繼而在學(xué)習(xí)上出現(xiàn)了較大的漏洞?？偨Y(jié)上學(xué)期的種種經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我覺得下學(xué)期必須改變這種方式，把學(xué)習(xí)放在第一位。還有就是要加強(qiáng)自己的英語學(xué)習(xí)，多擠出一點(diǎn)時(shí)間來練習(xí)。

一直都說大學(xué)就是一個(gè)小型的社會(huì)，經(jīng)過大一上學(xué)期，我覺得學(xué)會(huì)處理好同學(xué)之間的人際關(guān)系尤為重要。進(jìn)入大學(xué)，我還會(huì)和高中的好朋友隔三差五的聯(lián)系一下。剛進(jìn)大學(xué)的時(shí)候大家都來自不同的城市，不同的家庭，有著不同的背景，我漸漸熟悉他們的生活習(xí)慣，行為方式，選擇一些適合我的人去交往。另外在上學(xué)期，我懂得了不要把朋友局限于班里或者系里，多接觸其他系院的人，才能讓自己交際面更廣。通過參加網(wǎng)通社，我也認(rèn)識(shí)了其他院系的一些同學(xué)，他們的熱情幫助無不感動(dòng)著我。還有，我知道了要學(xué)會(huì)委婉的對(duì)他人說不，因?yàn)槲业慕浑H面廣了以后，各種交際有可能讓我應(yīng)接不暇，不要讓自己感到疲于應(yīng)付，從而因此耽誤了自己的主業(yè)。最重要的一點(diǎn)，別人心里想的是什么你永遠(yuǎn)猜不透，所以再好的朋友，我自己心里也應(yīng)該保留一些秘密，大學(xué)里還是存在一些踩著他人往上爬的小人的。當(dāng)我有心事的時(shí)候，會(huì)打個(gè)電話和家人聊聊，他們是我在大學(xué)里的后盾。

我讀的這門專業(yè)，課程雖然多，但業(yè)余時(shí)間也不少，可我發(fā)現(xiàn)我真的不大會(huì)利用我的業(yè)余時(shí)間。有時(shí)一整天都在忙個(gè)不停，可停下來一看卻發(fā)現(xiàn)自己什么也沒做。還不時(shí)的埋怨時(shí)間過的太快，有時(shí)我干脆就干坐著發(fā)呆，回想高中的美好時(shí)光，我想我又失去了大學(xué)里許多寶貴的時(shí)間。大學(xué)生不應(yīng)該像我這樣，應(yīng)該是要懂得生活才會(huì)生活的好的！

但是，不管是快樂還是悲傷，遺憾還是滿足，是失意還是得意，一切都已經(jīng)成為了我走過的足跡，變成了我的人生中寶貴的一頁，保存在我的人生歷程中?，F(xiàn)在，我要以更好的心態(tài)和精神狀態(tài)，為下學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)生活做準(zhǔn)備，展望充滿希望的新學(xué)年的新學(xué)期，懷著更高的信心和抱負(fù)踏上新的征途，走好我大學(xué)生活的下一步。
