如何填寫簽證中的申請(qǐng)表呢？

在邀請(qǐng)外國(guó)人來(lái)華簽證申報(bào)表中：

“被邀請(qǐng)人情況”欄必須打印。被邀請(qǐng)人“國(guó)籍”和下面的“簽證地”須用英語(yǔ)填寫。

外商系首次來(lái)華時(shí)，“來(lái)華事由”欄要詳細(xì)填寫有關(guān)該公司的性質(zhì)、經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍等情況，以及如何與該公司結(jié)識(shí)的，本次來(lái)訪的主要目的等內(nèi)容。對(duì)于辦理二次和半年多次往返的申報(bào)，“來(lái)華事由”欄要寫明最近半年來(lái)華共有多少次和本次要申請(qǐng)多次往返的充分理由。

“邀請(qǐng)單位擔(dān)保意見(jiàn)”內(nèi)容大致如下：

茲有我公司****國(guó)客商******（護(hù)照號(hào)碼為******）于200*年*月來(lái)義烏進(jìn)行合法正當(dāng)?shù)纳虅?wù)活動(dòng)，停留時(shí)間為**天，我公司擔(dān)保客商在此期間不產(chǎn)生違反法律的行為。

“在華停留天數(shù)”最長(zhǎng)為25天。

對(duì)于“簽證地”與“國(guó)籍”不一致的客商，要求在每一份材料中附上該客商在“簽證地”之國(guó)的居留證復(fù)印件，并注明“這是某某在某地的居留證?！?，由邀請(qǐng)單位蓋上公章。

辦理多次往返的，要求企業(yè)前半年已邀請(qǐng)?jiān)摽蜕涛濉⒘蝸?lái)華，并在每一份材料中附上該客商的每次來(lái)華簽證記錄、海關(guān)出入境記錄和貿(mào)易額憑據(jù)。

“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽名”欄，企業(yè)法人代表或其委托領(lǐng)導(dǎo)須親筆簽名（企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人不可擅自代簽，也不可以蓋領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽字章），后蓋公章。

“聯(lián)系人”要填寫企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人自己的聯(lián)系方法（為不耽擱您的寶貴時(shí)間，最好寫上手機(jī)號(hào)），而且要表中所寫的“聯(lián)系人”本人去金華取簽證通知，不可委托快遞公司取。

護(hù)照的復(fù)印件必須包含如下四項(xiàng)內(nèi)容：

1、外商的姓名全稱；

2、國(guó)籍；

3、護(hù)照的有效期；

4、護(hù)照的號(hào)碼；

如果有身份信息，必須是商人身份，不可是與商務(wù)無(wú)關(guān)的身份。

雙方購(gòu)銷合同要求是由外商簽字、我方企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人簽字并加蓋公章后生效的合同或售貨確認(rèn)書等材料的復(fù)印件，以證明雙方之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系。

各種附件不可以使用感應(yīng)傳真紙，感應(yīng)傳真紙上的內(nèi)容必須經(jīng)復(fù)印后，方可使用。

第五篇：英國(guó)簽證心得

我是7月23號(hào)去的杭州，那天交完材料后回家，26號(hào)就收到了寄回的簽證。我想兩天內(nèi)就能收簽證的應(yīng)該是少之又少了，估計(jì)這兩天人品大爆棚了........一般簽證回復(fù)的時(shí)間是10天左右

杭州簽證中心地址：鳳起路320號(hào)同方財(cái)富大廈503室

先說(shuō)下我簽證的大致流程：

1、準(zhǔn)備材料

2、網(wǎng)上簽證申請(qǐng)

3、網(wǎng)上預(yù)約簽證時(shí)間

4、提前一天到達(dá)杭州

5、因?yàn)轭A(yù)約的時(shí)間在下午，所以上午先去體檢了

6、下午遞交簽證材料（全程大概半小時(shí)）

去簽證之前要現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)上預(yù)約好時(shí)間，上午或下午都無(wú)所謂，看你自己時(shí)間方便。你不一定要按預(yù)約的時(shí)間卡在那個(gè)點(diǎn)去，也可以稍微提前一些，這樣可以拿到前面一點(diǎn)的號(hào)（我那天預(yù)約的是13:10的，但是我12:30左右就到那邊了，到門口看了護(hù)照，就會(huì)讓你進(jìn)去了。）

下面說(shuō)一下我交的材料：

1、英國(guó)那邊學(xué)校發(fā)的Offer（原件+復(fù)印件）

2、CAS（只有復(fù)印件，因?yàn)橛?guó)那邊只發(fā)過(guò)來(lái)一個(gè)掃描件，不管是

彩印還是黑白的都只能算是復(fù)印件）

3、存單和存款證明（原件+復(fù)印件）

4、護(hù)照（別忘了在最后一頁(yè)簽字，還有首頁(yè)和尾頁(yè)的復(fù)印件）

5、戶口本（其實(shí)這個(gè)要不要都無(wú)所謂的應(yīng)該，也是原件+復(fù)印件）

6、家長(zhǎng)的收入證明（如果錢是存在自己名下的，就不需要了）

7、在讀證明（原件+復(fù)印件）

8、雅思成績(jī)單（原件+復(fù)印件）

9、在校的成績(jī)單（原件+復(fù)印件）

10、網(wǎng)上簽證填的那個(gè)表格打印出來(lái)，貼上照片（簽證照片的尺寸是45*35的護(hù)照的是48*33的）

11、簽證費(fèi)（現(xiàn)金3035，但是最好多帶一千，因?yàn)槟莻€(gè)坑爹的翻譯費(fèi)）

好吧，我現(xiàn)在詳細(xì)的說(shuō)一下那個(gè)翻譯的費(fèi)用：

我們準(zhǔn)備的那些材料例如我們?cè)谛５某煽?jī)單，家長(zhǎng)的收入證明，在讀證明等自己翻譯都是沒(méi)用的因?yàn)橛?guó)簽證對(duì)翻譯的要求很高，必須要有譯者的簽名，聯(lián)系方式還要蓋章 所以我們自己翻譯都是徒勞，到那邊都需要重新交錢翻譯

最坑爹的就是那個(gè)翻譯費(fèi)

普通翻譯（A4紙）75元/頁(yè) ； 復(fù)雜翻譯 110元/頁(yè)

我主要是因?yàn)榻涣藨艨诒舅远喑隽?頁(yè)的翻譯費(fèi)用（錢存在自己名下的童鞋可以不用交的）所以光光翻譯費(fèi)我就交了785

綜上所述，本人本次簽證總費(fèi)用：3870元
