第一篇：英語作文配音大賽

It was a couple of months ago when we were we were told to participate an English Dubbing Competition which would be held in the following few weeks.Feelingnervous but excited, we proceed with actions.The constant practice began, as we all had the yearning to win the game.The first few days went on with a mess, fordifferent people was divided into different groups, and worked on different movies.Nothing would be even more chaotic at that time.Since only one group could represent our class during the final, everyone worked really hard.Soon it was the day for each group to show their housekeeping skills to the whole class.Everybody did perfectly well that day, and since we were lucky, our group had been chosen!However, much more pressure had become a burden since we finally turned out to be the representative of our class.Setbacks, obstacles, came out at once, obstructing us deliberately.Eyes were full of soreness as we kept staring at the screen for way too long;minds were full of chaos as we had way too many things to deal with, since our school life was not just about the Dubbing Competition.It was at this defining moment, when we unanimously agreed with each other that we, the class of G1107, together as a union, and a team, was superb, and still is splendid, yet will be superior had proved to be the power that sustained us to head forward.The expectations of our classmates mixing together with their encouragements soon became the strength and the power to keep on moving forward.They gave us help, providing technical support, offering useful resourcesand did all they could do.Step by step, block by block, we kept practicing.Our hard work eventually paid off that day, when we attended the final competition.Thanks to our great performance, we won the award, we fought back all the others, against all the odds, and that made us the best!We cheered, we celebrated, we vanquished, not that because we were the greatest but we did something and brought the honour to our collective.Yet as we may celebrate today, we know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest of lifetime.The road ahead will be long, and our climb will be steep, but with great responsibilities and the unyielding spirit, everything in front of us will be effectuated!
