讀《新教育之夢》后感之一
在學校里的時候,就常聽我們的老師介紹朱永新教授,給我留下了深刻的印象,但一直沒有機會拜讀他的著作。這次,我縣組織了讀書活動,有幸讓我欣賞了《新教育之夢》這本書。
在這本書里,朱永新以澎湃的激情將教育的本質詮釋的淋漓盡致,并對教育的未來、教育的理想進行了美好的憧憬。這本書的引言中用了英國盲人教育大臣戴維的故事——他不斷追尋理想,最終實現(xiàn)了自己兒時的夢想。這個故事告訴我們:誰在保持夢想,誰就能夢想成真;誰能不懈地追尋理想,誰就能不斷地實現(xiàn)理想。那怎樣的教師才是理想的教師呢?一番翻閱后,我認識到一個理想的教師,首先應該具備這幾點,即“詩心”、“信心”、“愛心”、“有心”、“虛心”、“責任心”和“恒心”。
一個理想的教師應該有“詩心”。朱教授在書中寫到“理想的教師,應該是一個胸懷理想,充滿激情和詩意的教師”。作為一名教師,一名跟多夢的童年朝夕相伴的孩子王更需要有摘星的夢想和激情澎湃的詩心。寫詩是要靈感、悟性和沖動的,真正的教育家也應具備這樣的品格,永遠憧憬明天。朱教授在文中寫道:“當生活沒有夢時,生命的意義也就完結了,教育就沒有了意義?!碧貏e象我們剛踏上工作崗位的新老師來說更是應該對自己的每一天有個規(guī)劃,對自己的未來制定一個目標,這樣才能擁有朱永新所說的“詩意般的生活”。
一個理想的教師應該有“信心”。但是,有很多教師卻過低地估計了自己的優(yōu)點,看不到自己巨大的潛力,看到的只是自己年復一年的平
庸。于是,曾經一度滿懷激情投身教育的“天之驕子”慢慢就泯滅了熱情,心甘情愿地生活在別人的陰影之中。談到自信這個話題,不禁又想到了我自己。我在平時的工作中,如:公開課上,經常缺乏自信,擔心自己的教態(tài)是否得體,活動環(huán)節(jié)能否順利進行等等。朱教授說:“取得成功有兩個重要的前提:一個是追求成功,一個是相信自己能夠成功?!比藖淼绞郎喜⒉恢浪麜蔀槭裁礃拥娜耍挥腥プ矒裘恳粋€可能成功的暗點,才能擦出成功的火花。
一個理想的教師應該有“愛心”。要做有愛心的教師,首先,要愛教育這個職業(yè)。教育中有很多樂趣,我們每天都面對著的是一些個性迥異的孩子,他們都是一個個前程不可限量的個體。一分耕耘會帶給我們多少倍的回報。其次,要愛孩子。首先要相信每個孩子,發(fā)現(xiàn)每個孩子身上的潛能;其次要民主,師生平等。愛心是教育的一個很重要的前提,只有在愛的基礎上,教師才會投入他的全部力量,把他的青春、智慧,無怨無悔地獻給孩子和教育事業(yè)。
一個理想的教師應該“有心”。朱教授說:“理想的教師,應該是一個追求卓越、富有創(chuàng)新精神的教師?!彼膭顝V大教師要做工作的“有心人”,要結合自己的工作實踐搞教育研,從“記錄教育現(xiàn)象、記錄自己的感受、記錄自己的思考開始”展開教科研活動,他一直堅信,只要堅持作“教育日記”,多年以后必有收獲。
一個理想的教師應該“虛心”。幼兒的年齡小,他們對教師的期望很高,在他們眼里,教師是無所不知的,教師要完善自己的知識結構。教育理論、各種文化知識、教育學心理學的理論都要認真學習。
一個理想的教師應該有“責任心”。蘇霍姆林斯基說過,孩子在離開學校的時候,帶去的不僅僅是分數(shù),更重要的是帶著他對未來社會的理想的追求。教授強調也只有教師的社會責任感才能塑造學生的社會責任感。教師要有擔當,要勇于承擔面對社會教師所應該擔負的責任,有社會擔當?shù)慕處煵艜囵B(yǎng)出具有積極的生存心境,以積極的人生態(tài)度對待社會的人。
一個理想的教師應該有“恒心”。面對困難與挫折只會打退堂鼓,只會怨天尤人,不知道困難與挫折才是進身之階,一帆風順的人生怎么會有創(chuàng)造?怎么會有矚目的成就?俗話說,行百里者半九十,許多人跋涉至成功的邊緣,卻又功虧一簣。在這樣的放棄中,信心磨滅了,成功擦肩而過了。所以說,“對一個教師的成長來說,堅韌不拔的意志力非常重要。”

study.Wouldn’t a political system be more efficiently run if hired a crew of executives to handle all of these jobs,one job to a person?Actually,the concept of a multiple executive is not new at all ,and in the history of political systems the multiple executive has been tried.At the Federal Convention in Philadelphia in1787,where the U.S Constitution was
created,the idea of a multiple excutive was suggested.It was

In point of fact,Rossiter’s list of ten roles for the president may be more detailed than is necessary.Political history has shown that we really only need to separate the executive role into two components:a symbolic role and a political role.In the symbolic role,the executive represents the dignity of the state.The executive lays wreaths on tombs,attends funerals,makes national proclamations,and generally
serves a ceremonial function.In the political role,the chief executive “manages the national business,”and makes the hard political decisions that need to be made.In this context the chief executive can be seen to be chief of the executivebranch of government, the ultimate decision makers,the owner of the desk where “the buck stops.”

從教幾十年來,目睹教育現(xiàn)狀,我也產生了很多困惑,卻無處尋覓到完美的答案。朱永新教授的新教育思想,讓我審視自己所做一切的意義,讓我尋找到一條自我突破自我發(fā)展的道路。朱老師說“一個理想的教師,他應該是個天生不安分、會做夢的教師。”“一個優(yōu)秀的教師,必須具有遠大的理想,不斷地給自己提出追求的目標,同時有要有激情。人要會做夢。優(yōu)秀的教師要永遠伴隨著自己的夢想。當生活沒有夢時,生命的意義也就完結了,教育就沒有了意義。教育不是一年一年又一年的簡單疊加,而應是日新月異不斷充實、不斷完善、不斷豐碩的燦爛園。社會在進步,時代在變革,不學習、不充電就要落后,就會被時代所埋沒。朱先生說:“要讀《論語》,讀陶行知,讀杜威,讀蘇霍姆林斯基·”。的確,深厚的底蘊是教育教學的需要,讓我們做學習的有心人,執(zhí)著,有恒心,在學習海洋遨游。
