伊朗455鋁合金車電熱器罩板我公司已生產(chǎn)完畢9列，其余6列車已是半成品，處于裝配階段。原先已生產(chǎn)完畢并已裝車的電熱器罩板需增加擋條，其中帶滅火器的電熱器罩板要重新生產(chǎn)更換，原先已生產(chǎn)的作報(bào)廢處理。

我公司經(jīng)考慮決定采取如下措施：

：已裝車的一列車，由我公司服務(wù)人員現(xiàn)場處理，并重新配發(fā)一列車帶滅火器電熱器罩板到長客更換。

：重新發(fā)5列車電熱器罩板用以替換已裝車和已到貨的5列車，已裝車的3列車由阿爾斯通公司負(fù)責(zé)更換；替換下來的電熱器罩板由我公司負(fù)責(zé)打包運(yùn)回；原先已生產(chǎn)的和已發(fā)貨的帶滅火器電熱器罩板需作報(bào)廢處理，并重新生產(chǎn)。

根據(jù)通知內(nèi)容整改后我公司將產(chǎn)生如下費(fèi)用：

1、發(fā)往長春的配件包裝費(fèi)、運(yùn)費(fèi)1850元；現(xiàn)場更改費(fèi)用、工資3000元；增加擋條配件104根/列*10元/根= 1040元；重新生產(chǎn)的一列車帶滅火器罩板5塊*1773元塊=8865元。以上幾項(xiàng)費(fèi)用合計(jì)共14755元（不含稅）。

2、發(fā)往上海的5列車往返運(yùn)費(fèi)計(jì)8000元；現(xiàn)場打包服務(wù)費(fèi)、工資、補(bǔ)貼、差旅費(fèi)計(jì)2200元；重新加裝的14列車擋條104根*10元/根*14列

=14560元；報(bào)廢14列車帶滅火器罩板14列車，每列5塊*14列*1773元=124110元。以上幾項(xiàng)費(fèi)用合計(jì)共148870元（不含稅）。我公司已根據(jù)通知內(nèi)容將長客1列車已整改完畢，也已發(fā)2列，其余正在積極整改、配合，由于上述整改費(fèi)用數(shù)額較大，希貴公司充分支持我司的發(fā)展，將以上費(fèi)用重新計(jì)算在合同之內(nèi)。

光通量 luminous flux

光通量是指光源在單位時(shí)間里向周圍空間輻射的，能引起視覺反應(yīng)能量，即可見光的能量。它描述的是光源的有效輻射值，單位是1m（流明）。

同樣功率的燈具的光通量可能完全不同，這是因?yàn)樗鼈兊墓庑Р煌木壒?。比如：普通照明燈泡只?0 1m/瓦，而金屬鹵素?zé)艨梢赃_(dá)到80 1m/瓦。

照度 illuminance

照度是指在一個(gè)面上的光通密度，它是射入單位面積內(nèi)的光通量，單位是Lx。

照度的定義和測量比較復(fù)雜，象平均柱面照度、等效球照度、標(biāo)量照度等，它們的測量條件和計(jì)算方法有所不同。在建筑和裝飾工程中經(jīng)常會遇到、燈光系統(tǒng)中偶爾也涉及到照度概念。

發(fā)光強(qiáng)度 luminous intensity

發(fā)光強(qiáng)度簡稱光強(qiáng)，國際單位是candela（坎德拉）簡寫cd。Lcd是指光源在指定方向的單位立體角內(nèi)發(fā)出的光通量。
