暑期英語(yǔ)家教社會(huì)實(shí)踐報(bào)告
漫長(zhǎng)的暑期生活,炎炎夏日激起了我要參加暑假社會(huì)實(shí)踐的決心,說(shuō)老實(shí)話這個(gè)想法早就在學(xué)期結(jié)束之前就有打算了?;叵氘?dāng)初剛跨進(jìn)大學(xué)校門的那天我就下定決心要做一個(gè)獨(dú)立自強(qiáng)的新一代好青年,我要學(xué)會(huì)通過(guò)自己的雙手和大腦去創(chuàng)造屬于自己的未來(lái)!
有的想繼續(xù)留在學(xué)校,直接在附近找份工作,這樣既可以既遠(yuǎn)離父母過(guò)獨(dú)立的生活,又可以真正的進(jìn)入社會(huì),能更快地了解并認(rèn)知社會(huì)。有的說(shuō)去當(dāng)家教,這樣也可以過(guò)一把當(dāng)老師的癮同時(shí)也可以鞏固自己的知識(shí)。大家都顯現(xiàn)出空前的積極性,其實(shí)我們?cè)缇蛯?duì)學(xué)姐學(xué)長(zhǎng)們能夠利用學(xué)習(xí)之余的時(shí)間去做兼職佩服的五體投地?,F(xiàn)在我們也終于輪到我們了。
回到家我跟爸媽商談了暑假任務(wù),他們都很支持我的決定,幾經(jīng)考慮我接了兩個(gè)學(xué)生。一個(gè)是小學(xué)三年級(jí)的女生,一個(gè)是初中三年級(jí)的女生。當(dāng)然了,根據(jù)他們家長(zhǎng)的要求我所要教的內(nèi)容也是不一樣的。
小學(xué)三年級(jí)的小妹妹我是要輔導(dǎo)她完成暑假作業(yè),以及擴(kuò)展一些四年級(jí)的課本內(nèi)容,主要以語(yǔ)文,數(shù)學(xué),英語(yǔ)為主。每周單數(shù)日從早上九點(diǎn)到十二點(diǎn)的教學(xué)
初中二年級(jí)的女生主要是教英語(yǔ)和數(shù)學(xué),雖然我是英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的學(xué)生,不過(guò)因?yàn)閺男?duì)數(shù)學(xué)很是感興趣,所以對(duì)去高中數(shù)學(xué)還是可以應(yīng)付的。每周雙數(shù)日早上十點(diǎn)到十二點(diǎn)
首先講的是那個(gè)小學(xué)三年的女孩子,一開(kāi)始是興趣盎然,樂(lè)在其中,在一兩個(gè)星期過(guò)后就深覺(jué)得每天三個(gè)個(gè)多小時(shí)的過(guò)程真的好累,有時(shí)候還覺(jué)得時(shí)間怎么就過(guò)得那么慢,講三科的內(nèi)容,像是幫她們復(fù)習(xí),幾乎是一科講一個(gè)多鐘的時(shí)間,包括教科書和一些她們自備的練習(xí)冊(cè)。有時(shí)候真的是口干舌燥,回到家時(shí)心情也特?zé)┰辏饕际菚r(shí)間太長(zhǎng),一點(diǎn)休息的空隙都沒(méi)有不適應(yīng),每天回來(lái)都是帶回一大袋子的書備課,因?yàn)橐粋€(gè)下午要幾乎不間斷地講四個(gè)鐘,要是不備課的話就不知道講些什么好。也趁這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)把自己的任性改改還有那急急躁躁的作風(fēng),特別是在給別人講一個(gè)具體內(nèi)容時(shí),每次都是要很快地決定要怎樣來(lái)講而她們又聽(tīng)得懂不會(huì)越講越糊涂了,要效果好是其它時(shí)間一定要準(zhǔn)備充分了,要不然問(wèn)到一個(gè)問(wèn)題自已要想很久很久就不是很好了,要是一個(gè)問(wèn)題已講得不能再怎樣講了學(xué)生還是不明白,急躁是沒(méi)用的只會(huì)讓彼此不開(kāi)心,只能心平氣和了或是換個(gè)角度再好好講,主要還是自己的問(wèn)題不能表現(xiàn)得沒(méi)耐心之類的。除些之外還有就是彼此的溝通也是很重要的,這樣彼此心無(wú)介蒂也會(huì)事事順利一點(diǎn)。
已經(jīng)不能像以前一樣,想到什么就講什么,就算是講過(guò)的話事后也會(huì)反過(guò)去好好想想這樣講適不適合自己的身份,會(huì)不會(huì)對(duì)別人造成不必要的影響或是這樣講這樣做會(huì)不會(huì)引起家長(zhǎng)的什么意見(jiàn),總之就是在學(xué)生面前,一個(gè)動(dòng)作一個(gè)話語(yǔ)都要經(jīng)經(jīng)大腦判斷之后才能表現(xiàn),事事小心翼翼,時(shí)時(shí)敏言慎行。接下來(lái)就是初三的女生,本以為年紀(jì)大一點(diǎn)的就會(huì)懂事一些會(huì)讓我比較省心,誰(shuí)知卻讓我更苦不堪言。她在我講課的時(shí)候總是喜歡打岔,比如有事沒(méi)事就會(huì)拿出一本歷史小冊(cè)子然后給我講每個(gè)皇帝有什么怪癖逸事。。。要不然就打開(kāi)自己的抽屜給我細(xì)講他的那些個(gè)錢包,書本,筆記本,的來(lái)歷。作為一個(gè)老師,我覺(jué)得對(duì)學(xué)生是不可以“暴力”的。當(dāng)然我所說(shuō)的事語(yǔ)言暴力。所以一開(kāi)始我也是好言相勸的,奈何一點(diǎn)效果都沒(méi)有。而且,她竟當(dāng)我面說(shuō)不想學(xué)英語(yǔ),真心討厭英語(yǔ),以后自己偏科不考英語(yǔ)諸如此類的話。其實(shí)仔細(xì)想想自己初中的時(shí)候確實(shí)也是討厭自己不擅長(zhǎng)的科目。其實(shí)這只是叛逆的現(xiàn)象!不過(guò)后來(lái)我也找到了克她的方法。每次我講課她岔開(kāi)話題的時(shí)候我就假裝沒(méi)有聽(tīng)到,繼續(xù)我的講課。這樣她說(shuō)久了也就沒(méi)有興趣了,畢竟沒(méi)有觀眾捧場(chǎng)的獨(dú)角戲他是唱不下去的。有了第一次好的開(kāi)始,我對(duì)我下面的講課內(nèi)容有了很大的信心,鑒于學(xué)生的現(xiàn)狀,我知道在除了學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度方面以外,我要幫她補(bǔ)習(xí)的就是關(guān)于英語(yǔ)方面的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。說(shuō)到基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),我首先想到了書本也就是教材上的語(yǔ)句,因?yàn)樵谖覀兯佑|的學(xué)習(xí)資料方面,教材作為最核心的內(nèi)容有它的旗幟性,它是一個(gè)藍(lán)本,首先要讓學(xué)生了解自己的教材,認(rèn)識(shí)到教材的邏輯性。第二天我讓學(xué)生帶了教材,首先帶她翻看了目錄,聽(tīng)她給我朗讀目錄的內(nèi)容,這樣一是看她的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)了解她的口語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ),二是培養(yǎng)她在敢讀敢表現(xiàn)這方面的訓(xùn)練。從她朗讀目錄的語(yǔ)調(diào)語(yǔ)音,我了解到在語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)方面存在的問(wèn)題并不是很大,只是缺少一定的自信心。這時(shí)候我的角色就變成了她的朋友來(lái)鼓勵(lì)本文來(lái)自小草范文網(wǎng)她,激勵(lì)她是一個(gè)很好的學(xué)生。然后我就對(duì)于教材目錄的編排進(jìn)行了有序的講解,從我的講解以及我的鼓勵(lì)中,學(xué)生已經(jīng)有了問(wèn)問(wèn)題的想法,對(duì)于這樣的機(jī)會(huì)我當(dāng)然要抓住,認(rèn)真詳細(xì)的對(duì)她的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了講解,她對(duì)我的回答也是相當(dāng)滿意。為了確定她是真正了解了教材的實(shí)用性以及知識(shí)性,我對(duì)她提出了幾個(gè)引申的問(wèn)題,盡管回答的不是很到位,但是從她的回答中我已經(jīng)了解到她對(duì)課程編排的了解已經(jīng)有了自己的看法,實(shí)屬不易。
家教進(jìn)行的很順利,我的家教生活也是苦中有甜,喜憂參半。由于是每天早上進(jìn)行家教,這就改掉了我愛(ài)睡懶覺(jué)的毛病。盡管前幾天確實(shí)很累,但是后面幾天已經(jīng)覺(jué)得是自然的事了。也有的時(shí)候,我講解了好幾遍的問(wèn)題,學(xué)生也貌似是懂了,可是再過(guò)幾天來(lái)提問(wèn)時(shí),又不知道了,這時(shí)覺(jué)得自己特?zé)o力,覺(jué)得自己之前的努力都白費(fèi)了。但是轉(zhuǎn)念一想,學(xué)習(xí)本來(lái)就是一個(gè)循序漸進(jìn)的過(guò)程,并不是一蹴而就的,自己以前在學(xué)習(xí)的本文來(lái)自小草范文網(wǎng)時(shí)候不也經(jīng)常遇到這樣的問(wèn)題嗎?只要這樣一想,又覺(jué)得自己的所有付出都是很值得的。也許講解一次不是很理解,但是只要我再接再厲,這樣堅(jiān)持下去,總有一天學(xué)生會(huì)了解我所表達(dá)的意思。
第一,從事教學(xué)工作需要“專(鉆)心”:我為這次實(shí)踐的順利進(jìn)行,我投入了大量的精力準(zhǔn)備。雖然說(shuō)對(duì)于他們所學(xué)知識(shí)不在話下,但我還是找來(lái)了教材和教參等專心備課,力求做到在知識(shí)上準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤;除了在“教什么”上下功夫,我在“怎樣教”也絲毫不敢馬虎,我翻閱了《小學(xué)語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)法等專業(yè)書籍,上網(wǎng)查詢了有關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流,在充分尊重兒童身心發(fā)展規(guī)律的前提下開(kāi)展教學(xué)活動(dòng)。
第二,從事教學(xué)工作需要“耐心”:面對(duì)不同階段的,從未接觸過(guò)的學(xué)生,我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)中不能從自身主觀出發(fā)“想當(dāng)然之”.對(duì)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中所遇到的障礙要“耐心”的講解,一遍不行就兩遍,兩遍不行三遍,同時(shí)也應(yīng)該反省自己的教學(xué)方式是否對(duì)路,切忌“簡(jiǎn)單粗暴”.第三,從事教學(xué)工作需要與人“交心”:在教學(xué)中不能夠“閉門造車”、“一葉障目,不視泰山”,要多與外界交流,掌握更多的信息,豐富自己的教育背景。我注意了與家長(zhǎng)的交流,一方面更深入了解學(xué)生的情況,有利于我“有的放矢”;另一方面我及時(shí)將教學(xué)進(jìn)展及時(shí)反饋給家長(zhǎng),有利于家長(zhǎng)的配合與支持。同時(shí),我還向多位我以前的老師請(qǐng)教,他們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)都給了我莫大的幫助。個(gè)人述職報(bào)告
