experience they gain may help them understand the knowledge they acquire in class.On the other hand, if they know how they are going to use the knowledge, they will make more effort to master it better.On the other hand, traveling, as another real life experience, can enrich knowledge and enlarge horizons.Students can obtain what they can not learn out of textbooks in class.Though in college, students do have time to travel, yet the holidays that can be used for travel are more often than not too short for long distance trips.One year will be enough for most to travel extensively.This experience will bring them endless topics to socialize with people.What is more, both practice can help students improve their independence, enhance their problem-solving abilities and communicative skills, all of which are indispensable for a successful college life.However, problems also exist.Students may lose their interest for study and become money-oriented ending up quitting school completely.Moreover, they may be

influenced by social evils and go astray, for they are not mature enough to distinguish good from bad, right from wrong.In addition, traveling is very costly, which adds financial burden to families.There can always be unexpected difficulties and dangers in one’s journey that students might not be able to deal with.Besides, working or traveling for one year might be too long.Being away from school for too long may damage their academic performance in the future.Study needs to be a constant process.In summary, there are both benefits and harms.Students or parents need to balance all these positive and negative aspects and make their own decision.

望著臺歷上的日期，紅色的“9月”二字格外耀眼，恍然，方覺時(shí)光匆匆，不經(jīng)意間我來到公司已經(jīng)將近一年零半了。翻看著電腦里的照片與文字，回憶這交織著挫折、感悟、收獲與成長的一年半，心中感慨萬千。客觀地說，這一年多確實(shí)很累、壓力也大，但我也在不停地成長，不斷地充實(shí)。在這已然成為回憶的一年半時(shí)間里，在這期間積累的一磚一瓦中，真實(shí)地經(jīng)歷除了直接的獲得了專業(yè)知識、提高了專業(yè)技能外，更多的是從項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐中得到的足以讓我受益終生的成長與感悟。

去年的4月，正是萬物復(fù)蘇，綠草萌芽之季，我走出了校園，走入了公司。于我來言，我是十分幸運(yùn)的，一如所學(xué)的專業(yè)，如愿被分配到了安全質(zhì)量部，2014年4月，我來到了xxxx項(xiàng)目部，同年7月，轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)至xxxx項(xiàng)目部。我就是這樣揚(yáng)起了理想的風(fēng)帆，開啟了夢想的航程……

我自認(rèn)不是項(xiàng)目部中最聰明、最優(yōu)秀的，技術(shù)也談不上最牛，但我從未有過妄自菲薄。但我通過踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)，勤勤懇懇的付出，點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴的經(jīng)歷，在不斷犯錯(cuò)，不斷成長中得到了些許真真切切的感悟：

（一）心態(tài)平，態(tài)度謙

進(jìn)入職場要擺正自我的心態(tài)。首先要放低姿態(tài)，要明白我們無非是多上了幾年學(xué)，然并卵，且不說你大學(xué)真正學(xué)了多少。進(jìn)入職場后就要不恥“下”問，趁年輕，放低姿態(tài)，多問多看，別不好意思，沒人會笑話你，等有了些年紀(jì)的時(shí)候肯能就真的張不開嘴問了；其次，態(tài)度謙遜待人，可能我們被公司定位就是現(xiàn)場的管理層，但要明白，那只是公司給一個(gè)的職位，其實(shí)我們懂的不多，說話做事前態(tài)度要謙虛，記得換位思考，對下切不可盛氣凌人，對上不可持“才”傲物；再有就是，不要干著干著就認(rèn)為學(xué)不到啥了，那不是學(xué)不到啥，是我們根本沒去用心，沒想學(xué)。進(jìn)入職場要學(xué)得東西多了，可能這階段技術(shù)學(xué)的少點(diǎn)，我們可以學(xué)學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的管理技巧；要是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)看不見，也可以看看行業(yè)規(guī)范、規(guī)章；哪怕是在現(xiàn)場看看工人干活，只要用心，我們會發(fā)現(xiàn)收獲很多。所以說不是你學(xué)不到都東西，是我們只知抱怨，卻放棄了學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會。

（二）團(tuán)隊(duì)和，互協(xié)作

初入職場，在團(tuán)隊(duì)里的成長是最直接、最快速的。當(dāng)來到團(tuán)隊(duì)一刻，我們必將榮辱與共，你不是一個(gè)人在“戰(zhàn)斗”。首先要找準(zhǔn)自己在團(tuán)隊(duì)中的定位，以整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)整體目標(biāo)為參考，合理的安排好自己的工作，最大的發(fā)揮自己的作用；再就是需要學(xué)會團(tuán)結(jié)，和睦相處。一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的基礎(chǔ)是團(tuán)結(jié)，學(xué)會與人謙遜，為人著想，與伙伴們和睦相處，才能使得團(tuán)隊(duì)心往一處想，勁往一處使，讓團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)揮出最大限度的能量；最后要懂得合作、學(xué)會合作。合作的意義在于互補(bǔ)，而不是苛刻地要求對方須與自己保持各種一致，大家互利互助，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作。

（三）多干活，多收獲

我看過這么兩句話“人吶，只要你勤奮，你的目標(biāo)都能達(dá)到”，“要眼睛里有活兒，自己要主動找到能做的事情”，話好像挺粗，但是道理很正。我們都有惰性，可能不喜歡多干活，為啥？我們想到的只是我們失去了什么——精力、時(shí)間、休息。但換個(gè)角度想這事兒，多干些活我們得到了什么。多干一點(diǎn)活兒，我們自己增長了見識，積累了經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同事感到了你為他分擔(dān)，很舒心，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)看你挺能干，很肯定，相較我們花費(fèi)的那一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)時(shí)間、精力，多劃算。

我們xxxx項(xiàng)目部人很少，一直就那么五六個(gè)人，但麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，我們也有預(yù)算、綜合、安全、質(zhì)檢、施工、通訊等等一系列的活兒，人少咋整，每個(gè)人多干幾樣唄。大飛把資料、報(bào)表和辦公室的活兒都包了，我和徐哥就天天跑現(xiàn)場，沒事還得寫幾篇稿件，胡哥天天跑業(yè)主，談業(yè)務(wù)，每天忙得暈頭轉(zhuǎn)向。但是沒有人有怨言，累是累點(diǎn)，可能也忙活了點(diǎn)，但卻很打心眼里的充實(shí)。我就覺得自己學(xué)會好多樣的東西，漲了不少見識，捎帶著還能減肥，何樂而不為呢。

（四）學(xué)知識，不間斷

進(jìn)入職場后知識的也是必不可少的，公司還是更需要有專業(yè)技術(shù)的人才。但我們剛畢業(yè)，懷揣著“一身本事”來到公司，會“驚喜”的發(fā)現(xiàn)，我們學(xué)的好像用到的不多，我們大體上還是不懂得，會有迷茫，有失落，但別放棄，去學(xué)習(xí)那些書本以外的知識，工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，溝通的技巧，處理事情的方法等等都是我們在學(xué)校很難學(xué)到的知識。再有，你現(xiàn)在的理論知識真的硬了嗎？即使現(xiàn)在可以了，你及時(shí)更新了嗎？建筑行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，導(dǎo)致在學(xué)校學(xué)到的那點(diǎn)知識差不多每年25%的都過時(shí)了，也就是說5年后你學(xué)到的東西基本都過時(shí)了，所以只是要不斷地補(bǔ)充和更新。

我剛來到xx的時(shí)候就深有感觸。大學(xué)期間我的專業(yè)課水平還是比較好的，自信滿滿的我感覺我這小知識水平應(yīng)付項(xiàng)目工作還不是小菜一碟，但當(dāng)我來到xx項(xiàng)目，傻眼了，這都是啥造型啊？用的都是啥材料??？這玩意怎么施工??？由于這博物館的特殊性質(zhì)，大量使用了新材料，新工藝，別說是我，就是有多年施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理也沒見過??！咋整，學(xué)吧。大家一起查資料，問專家，把這些新的知識體系通通更新到腦子里，我們要時(shí)刻追趕著知識前進(jìn)的腳步。

（五）懂規(guī)矩，講規(guī)則

國有國法，家有家規(guī)，企業(yè)也有自己的制度。既然進(jìn)入公司，就要按照公司的規(guī)矩辦事，既然來到項(xiàng)目，就要遵守行業(yè)的規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和項(xiàng)目制度，這是身為一名職業(yè)人的底線和原則。雖然有時(shí)工作要講方法，有些時(shí)候要學(xué)會變通，但是最基本的原則一定要堅(jiān)守，這是行業(yè)的底線，也是企業(yè)的根本。個(gè)人的激情可以使得工作效率大大提高，但是個(gè)人的行為一定要靠規(guī)矩約束。

（六）結(jié)語

在過去的一年半里，我只是對項(xiàng)目工作有了一點(diǎn)初步的了解與認(rèn)知，也只是剛剛適應(yīng)這個(gè)工作崗位罷了。回望來路，迷惘過，犯錯(cuò)過，卻不曾放棄過，后悔過。前面的道路還很長，也許前路荊棘遍布，也許未來困難重重，但我始終相信：“青年之字典，無“困難”之字，青年之口頭，無“障礙”之語。”因此，作為青年，在常懷感恩之心的基礎(chǔ)上，我必須勤于學(xué)習(xí)，用知識理論武裝自己，打造用青春服務(wù)企業(yè)發(fā)展的深厚根基；必須善于創(chuàng)造，以敢于挑戰(zhàn)的勇氣鼓舞自己，積極投身青春創(chuàng)新的廣闊戰(zhàn)場；必須甘于奉獻(xiàn)，把知識和行動統(tǒng)一起來，用青春與努力積極為xxxx的璀璨流芳獻(xiàn)上微薄的力量！
