華為的面試流程 接到華為的面試通知,挺興奮的,覺(jué)得如果可以進(jìn)華為是可以有很大發(fā)展空間的,他們一般 會(huì)把面試安排在周六,集中力量進(jìn)行面試。我是早上 9 點(diǎn)鐘到的,面試職位秘書(shū),到大門(mén)口先等著,有人會(huì)告訴你去哪里等,我在中央 大廳等,第一輪面試是由一位女士給面試,但是很有特點(diǎn),一個(gè)人給兩個(gè)人同時(shí)進(jìn)行面試,問(wèn)了大概 40 分鐘,我前面的一個(gè)先回答的,問(wèn)的問(wèn)題是: 1.請(qǐng)先介紹一下自己的工作經(jīng)歷? 我前面的面試人員先面的,然后是我,我陳述了一下以前的工作經(jīng)歷,面試人員基本上沒(méi)有 表情,你看不出她有什么地方滿意,哪些地方不滿意的。2.你對(duì)秘書(shū)的這個(gè)職位怎么看?我 回答: “秘書(shū)應(yīng)該有調(diào)理性,仔細(xì),認(rèn)真等等?!比缓笈赃叺娜私又勊约旱膬?yōu)勢(shì),我也聽(tīng) 著,因?yàn)楸救耸菑娜耸潞托姓矫娴墓ぷ?,基本他們的提?wèn)都能明白意圖。第一波面試完畢,等待中,半個(gè)小時(shí)后是第二輪筆試,筆試大概 45 分鐘,題量偏大,沒(méi)有 做完,基本來(lái)的面試人員都是沒(méi)有做完,答完題是第三輪面試,第一輪面試的人員基本已經(jīng) 淘汰了一半面試者了,這次是兩個(gè)人一起給面試,同時(shí)給三位人員進(jìn)行同步面試,然后我們 一個(gè)一個(gè)的回答問(wèn)題,我們當(dāng)中有一位面試者,非常有意思,而且回答問(wèn)題很坦誠(chéng),直接問(wèn) 面試人員,華為還有沒(méi)有水果給員工,她就是沖著水果來(lái)的,這一句話可是把大家逗樂(lè)了,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛好了許多,不是那嬤的壓抑了,問(wèn)的問(wèn)題是:你如何看待文秘的工作?我們也分別 按照自己的想法回答了。你的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么?你的缺點(diǎn)是什么?等等,我們逐一回答了。看來(lái) 這輪面試還是比較滿意我們?nèi)齻€(gè)人的回答的,這一輪面試已經(jīng)淘汰的就剩下我們?nèi)齻€(gè)了。然 后是繼續(xù)等待,告訴我們自己去吃飯,2 點(diǎn)回來(lái)繼續(xù)面試,我聽(tīng)了這個(gè)暈啊,沒(méi)見(jiàn)過(guò)這么繁 瑣的面試程序,吃完飯回來(lái)后,接著由面試人員開(kāi)始面試,這次是一對(duì)一的面試,第四輪面 試,由一位人員進(jìn)行單個(gè)面試,等了一個(gè)小時(shí),我前面的人員可是答完了,然后是我了,跟 這個(gè)面試人員單獨(dú)談,基本還是老套,我覺(jué)得具體的相關(guān)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)不在重復(fù)了,我自己都答 的煩了,但是沒(méi)辦法,還要繼續(xù)答,誰(shuí)讓咱想進(jìn)這個(gè)企業(yè)呢,只好忍,也是一位女士,問(wèn)了 一些差不多的問(wèn)題,基本上來(lái)講,思路沒(méi)有太大的變化。接著又淘汰出局一個(gè),我前面的應(yīng) 聘人員,馬上進(jìn)入第五輪面試,這次是一位考官給面試,等了大概 30 分鐘,終于來(lái)了,用 他們的話說(shuō)是面試考官,一位男士,精神頹廢的,開(kāi)始面試了,讓我做一下自我介紹,然后 問(wèn)了一些關(guān)于家庭,愛(ài)人
,孩子等等的情況,當(dāng)然上述問(wèn)題,前面的面試過(guò)程中也問(wèn)到了。我還是跟前期回答的差不多,不過(guò)當(dāng)時(shí)已經(jīng) 4 點(diǎn)半了,有些不耐煩了。不過(guò)這輪面試也已經(jīng) 通過(guò),等待下一輪面試。我聽(tīng)了這個(gè)暈喲,心里想這選妃也沒(méi)這么個(gè)選法的吧。沒(méi)辦法,接 著等。這時(shí)來(lái)了一位女士,比較嚴(yán)肅,也算是遇到高手了,這個(gè)人給我留下了非常深刻的印 象,她從提問(wèn)的問(wèn)題來(lái)看,也是跟前期人員的問(wèn)題差不多的,但是最重要的區(qū)別在于她問(wèn)的 非常的細(xì),而且很有邏輯性,有的問(wèn)題我偶爾想偏離一下,但是還是追著你這個(gè)問(wèn)題一直問(wèn) 到你答復(fù)了為止,有種不怕死的精神,哈哈,但是我還是挺欣賞和贊賞她這種工作精神的。是我該學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣。這個(gè)人也很謹(jǐn)慎,因?yàn)樵诿嬖嚻渌藛T時(shí),時(shí)間稍長(zhǎng)了一些,她回到會(huì) 議討論組時(shí),是笑著過(guò)去的,表情的意思是另一個(gè)人面試談的時(shí)間好長(zhǎng)呀,但是這時(shí)我看了 她一眼,她馬上就表情嚴(yán)肅起來(lái)了,警惕性很高。給我面試完也到他們下班的時(shí)間了,大概 快 6 點(diǎn)了,才告訴我一周以后會(huì)有一次復(fù)試。我才終于松口氣,可以回家了。這哪是面試呀? 有些殘酷。一周以內(nèi)還做了一套他們?nèi)A為的心理測(cè)試題庫(kù),是測(cè)試人的心態(tài)的測(cè)試題,一周后接到復(fù) 試通知,挺高興自己能入選,按照相應(yīng)的時(shí)間去復(fù)試,復(fù)試是 10 點(diǎn)去的,到 12 點(diǎn)才給面試 的。這次是一位人力資源的部長(zhǎng)給面試的。本人也是這最后一輪給 OVER 的,當(dāng)時(shí)面試時(shí)談 的問(wèn)題就是自己介紹一下自己,然后問(wèn)了優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么?我說(shuō)是工作效率高,能夠做到今日事 今日畢。然后問(wèn)了缺點(diǎn)是什么?我說(shuō): “是工作的內(nèi)容全而不精,還有就是粗而不精?!边€有 就是問(wèn)到: “你是如何協(xié)調(diào)其他部門(mén)工作的?”我答: “會(huì)協(xié)助其他部門(mén)做好相應(yīng)的工作等?!?br />
接著又問(wèn): “你有沒(méi)有受到過(guò)上級(jí)的批評(píng),舉例說(shuō)明。”最后終于答完了。大概 30 分鐘。告 訴 2 周之內(nèi)通知。后期不會(huì)再有面試了。我自己感覺(jué)整體面試效果還是比較好的。但是后來(lái) 還是沒(méi)有通知上班,有些失望吧,失望的原因是 20 多個(gè)人的文秘面試,本人終于能面到最 后,也算是突出者了。不過(guò)就是不明白自己出在哪個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)上了,沒(méi)被入選。如果知道了,也 好知道以后的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,該注意的方面吧。這就是本人的華為面試經(jīng)歷,僅供參考。

面試小技巧Here are good answers to some of the tougher questions asked in job interviews.If you can smoothly supply answers like these during the interview,you are bound to make agood impression.1.What is important to you in ajob?Mention specific rewards other than apaycheck for example,challenge,the feeling of accomplishment,and knowing that you have made acontribution.2.Why do you want to work for this organization?Cite its reputation,the opportunities it offers,and the working conditions.Stress that you want to work for this organization,not just any organization.3.Why should we employ 第四篇:華為面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)
晚上就收到第二天早上面試的電話,于是就放棄了深圳雙選會(huì),呆在宿舍玩了一個(gè)晚上的dota,第二天一早起來(lái)屁顛屁顛的趕到了酒店參加面試,遲到了幾分鐘。。一面等了很久,起碼一個(gè)半小時(shí),進(jìn)去面試以后,先面了財(cái)務(wù),主要是一些諸如財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理,財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表分析的題目,英文很簡(jiǎn)單,答得不好也不要緊,不要緊張就好了,主要是專業(yè)問(wèn)題要稍微準(zhǔn)備一下,一面主要是技術(shù)面了,答得比較靠譜,就能進(jìn)了,當(dāng)然啦,我有些同學(xué)說(shuō)答得幾近空白,但是還是過(guò)了一面,不知道是謙虛還是怎么回事,可能每個(gè)面試官的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都不一樣,但是能夠很好的回答技術(shù)問(wèn)題過(guò)的可能性可就要大很多了。
一面過(guò)后在休息室等了一會(huì),就收到了下午二面的通知。二面在旁邊的會(huì)議廳進(jìn)行,一開(kāi)始先是簡(jiǎn)單的自我介紹,要求:從小到大的愿望,優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),專業(yè)介紹,關(guān)于其他同學(xué)的自我介紹大家需要把重點(diǎn)介紹一下,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有紙和筆,因?yàn)榈纫幌旅嬖嚬贂?huì)針對(duì)你說(shuō)的或別人說(shuō)的問(wèn)問(wèn)題,所以也要對(duì)自己說(shuō)過(guò)的話負(fù)責(zé),因?yàn)榭脊俣际桥H?,很容易就你一點(diǎn)回答慢慢推敲出你是一個(gè)個(gè)怎樣怎樣的人,這個(gè)時(shí)候你就需要據(jù)理力爭(zhēng),一方面不要怕,當(dāng)然現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛其實(shí)很不錯(cuò),我們的面試官也是很nice的~然后就是發(fā)案例,先是自己寫(xiě)答題思路等等東西,然后就是小組討論,注意邏輯,注意找亮點(diǎn),因?yàn)閮山M的答案會(huì)有很多雷同,所以亮點(diǎn)很重要,不要討論的時(shí)候不要重復(fù)說(shuō)過(guò)的,寫(xiě)下的東西,浪費(fèi)時(shí)間的,總之亮點(diǎn)很重要,然后就是組長(zhǎng)陳述,組員要記住兩組間的差異,特別是邏輯方面的,結(jié)構(gòu)方面的問(wèn)題,可能會(huì)說(shuō)的比較抽象,所以記住要組織好話語(yǔ),組員有想法要說(shuō)出來(lái),不要不說(shuō)話,這樣其實(shí)就等于你默拒了華為了。面試官會(huì)問(wèn)一下很tough的問(wèn)題,甚至?xí)赋瞿愕腻e(cuò)誤,想清楚,想好自己真的錯(cuò)了,就勇敢承認(rèn),沒(méi)錯(cuò),就要據(jù)理力爭(zhēng),這是個(gè)人感受,下面是刷人環(huán)節(jié),就是組人間挑人來(lái)刷,其實(shí)最后決定權(quán)在面試官手上,主要是看你刷人的理由充不充足,而不是為了保全自己而故意去滅了別人,切記~ 早點(diǎn)面的人有優(yōu)勢(shì),前面是一組十二人刷四人,后面是刷一半,所以能早面就早面。
三面是性格測(cè)試,基本過(guò),除非你心理不正常。
四面很輕松,隨便說(shuō)點(diǎn)東西就可以,不要緊張,面完后,放松,這次是真的會(huì)去等消息了~我也還再等,雖然很累,今天一共面了,一面四十分鐘,二面兩個(gè)小時(shí),三面忽略,四面五分鐘,也用了差不過(guò)三個(gè)小時(shí),但也很喜歡華為的效率,厭惡在家里等消息了~所以大家要吃早餐!

總結(jié)本次的面試,有如下幾條,希望對(duì)以后參加華為財(cái)經(jīng)招聘的人有用:
1、端正自己的態(tài)度,表現(xiàn)出熱情和渴望,比如:很想加入華為,愿意去艱苦的地方長(zhǎng)駐。
2、記得面試是有三到四輪。
3、還是穿職業(yè)正裝比較好。
4、最好能認(rèn)真的將自己實(shí)際工作中的內(nèi)容有條理的說(shuō)出來(lái)。
一面要英文自我介紹,HR會(huì)不停打斷你,問(wèn)你其中的問(wèn)題$~8`0e p 3g
接著說(shuō)專業(yè)問(wèn)題,都是很深很難的,比如CPA新準(zhǔn)則,合并報(bào)表,個(gè)人所得稅,投資改變
不過(guò)還是和你要投的崗位結(jié)合起來(lái)的,所以針對(duì)自己的崗位要好好準(zhǔn)備。面我的HR很nice, 還跟我探討了去海外的問(wèn)題,我說(shuō)不想去危險(xiǎn)的地方,他說(shuō)我們的想法真是很好玩,要真的是這樣,華為每天都要死人了,他們都想去海外去不成,只有最優(yōu)秀的人才能去海外,呵呵,原來(lái)這樣。。。
第五篇:親歷華為面試
星期四晚上8點(diǎn)莫名其妙的接到華為的電話,簡(jiǎn)單的問(wèn)了下基本情況,說(shuō)在星期六南山有專場(chǎng)招聘會(huì),到時(shí)候可能請(qǐng)你參加,親歷華為面試。
有機(jī)會(huì)還是要去試試的,華為早有耳聞,但一直沒(méi)仔細(xì)了解,上網(wǎng)查了才知道華為老總原來(lái)叫任正華,(暈 我又記錯(cuò)了應(yīng)該是任正菲)又了解到才華橫溢,及有可能是下一個(gè)接班人的李一男自立門(mén)戶“背叛”華為,后終被華為絞殺的事跡。簡(jiǎn)單的看了下前輩們所經(jīng)歷的華為面試,有所心里準(zhǔn)備。
以下是今天本人親歷的面試過(guò)程,與網(wǎng)上流傳的如出一轍。
8點(diǎn)起床,8點(diǎn)50到達(dá)地點(diǎn),地點(diǎn)是錦繡中華對(duì)面的一家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4星級(jí)酒店。在門(mén)外認(rèn)識(shí)了共同戰(zhàn)斗到最后的鄒兄。大廳已經(jīng)有不少先到的,報(bào)上手機(jī)號(hào),領(lǐng)取求職登記表,填完基本信息,上交。
不到半小時(shí)有人叫我名字,一面到了,專業(yè)面。簡(jiǎn)單介紹下自己,之前的主要工作內(nèi)容,用框圖描述下原理。不到10分鐘完成,然后又用10分鐘做了份不難不易的試卷,上交,座定,等。
這一等就從10點(diǎn)等到了下午1點(diǎn),還沒(méi)結(jié)果,旁邊一位老兄此時(shí)還未輪到一面。領(lǐng)飯票,到旁邊的快餐店吃飯,哎,還以為會(huì)請(qǐng)酒店給我們預(yù)備餐點(diǎn)呢,真小氣。吃完之后馬上走開(kāi),不許回來(lái)。開(kāi)玩笑,吃完立馬回大廳繼續(xù)等。
2點(diǎn)半左右,接到一女陌生電話:“黎理茂嗎,你在哪。”我說(shuō)我就在大廳?!翱爝^(guò)來(lái)”就掛電話了,語(yǔ)氣很不善。半天才反應(yīng)過(guò)來(lái),應(yīng)該是叫我名字了但我在后排沒(méi)聽(tīng)到。果然,二面,人事部面試。很漂亮很有氣質(zhì)很發(fā)福的一位中年女。邊看我填的登記表。就一些細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題對(duì)我進(jìn)行確認(rèn),看證書(shū)。10分鐘不到,完。
繼續(xù)回去等,半小時(shí)后,又被叫到名字,是做一份上機(jī)心理測(cè)試,80道題,15分鐘,小兒科,大四畢業(yè)就做過(guò)好多,無(wú)非是測(cè)試你心理是否***的選擇題,自我介紹《親歷華為面試》。8分鐘搞定,三面完。
繼續(xù)等,快到5點(diǎn)的時(shí)候,大廳由最初的滿座200多人,剩下不到一半人。聽(tīng)到有人接到這樣的通知:你今天的面試完了。其實(shí)真實(shí)要說(shuō)的話應(yīng)該是這樣的:你今天的面試掛了。然后在百無(wú)聊賴中聽(tīng)到了自己的名字,晃晃睡的有點(diǎn)發(fā)暈的頭走過(guò)去。四面,傳說(shuō)中的群面。12個(gè)人分成2組,對(duì)面那組就有我之前說(shuō)的鄒兄。2個(gè)男面試官,1個(gè)女面試官。先讓我們一個(gè)個(gè)的自我介紹,哇塞,一個(gè)個(gè)的最少4年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有個(gè)面相足以當(dāng)我叔叔了。還是比較鎮(zhèn)定的說(shuō)了自己的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),職業(yè)規(guī)劃,興趣愛(ài)好等。然后每人一張紙:曹操、諸葛亮、孫權(quán)、劉備誰(shuí)最適合當(dāng)總經(jīng)理,小組討論,依次做排序。10分鐘的時(shí)間。討論的時(shí)候小組內(nèi)有2個(gè)人比較少發(fā)言,我心里就知道他們兇多吉少,因?yàn)槲铱吹矫嬖嚬僭谝慌钥粗?。由?年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的做代表發(fā)言。然后面試官一次叫每個(gè)人補(bǔ)充,拿我先開(kāi)刀,我說(shuō)的有點(diǎn)牛頭不對(duì)馬嘴,甚至說(shuō)到了對(duì)方陳述有不恰當(dāng)?shù)牡胤?,但心想總比不說(shuō)好,然后面試官抓住我的一個(gè)漏點(diǎn):你的意思是不同意曹操排第一嗎?我想了一秒鐘后說(shuō):我很同意我們小組的觀點(diǎn)(我們小組也是曹操排第一),只是對(duì)對(duì)方的理由有點(diǎn)不贊同。面試官撇撇嘴沒(méi)在說(shuō)話。接著問(wèn)到4個(gè)倒霉蛋:你認(rèn)為你們這組討論中誰(shuí)貢獻(xiàn)最大,誰(shuí)貢獻(xiàn)最小。我忍不住想笑:跟我預(yù)料的問(wèn)題一模一樣,典型的挑撥離間法,互掐的來(lái)由。有人就直接說(shuō)自己貢獻(xiàn)最小,面試官:如果我說(shuō)貢獻(xiàn)最小的會(huì)被淘汰,你還會(huì)選自己?jiǎn)帷W詈竽侨诉€是堅(jiān)持選自己。每人問(wèn)個(gè)問(wèn)題就完了,沒(méi)有我想象中的互相辯論,大規(guī)?;テ沫h(huán)節(jié)。
6點(diǎn)出來(lái),發(fā)現(xiàn)人又少了不少,在過(guò)了會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)只剩下30個(gè)人左右,一起進(jìn)去的12個(gè)人只有6個(gè)人還在,也就是說(shuō)群面淘汰了一半的人,那個(gè)堅(jiān)持說(shuō)自己討論貢獻(xiàn)最小的還在。半小時(shí)候叫去復(fù)印證件。
6點(diǎn)40左右又叫到我的名字。四面,一個(gè)面無(wú)表情,長(zhǎng)了不少豆豆的中年男面試,又是自我介紹,暈,又是工作內(nèi)容,又是有沒(méi)有女朋友,暈。一一作答。還等著他繼續(xù)發(fā)問(wèn),結(jié)果他說(shuō):你的面試到此結(jié)束,你可以回去等通知了。暈,居然不跟我提工資的事,就這樣在最后一面給掛了?瞬間跌到低谷。其他人都提及工資待遇要求了呀。我填的工資要求是4000,或者是他認(rèn)為我填的太低,損壞了他們的形象?切··· 打車(chē),不,座公交回了,看下表正好是晚上7點(diǎn),華燈初上的時(shí)間,還在下雨,心情···
