在會(huì)議開(kāi)始之前，我先吟誦一首凈慧大和尚的禪詩(shī)：
燕山修水隔天涯，明月清風(fēng)共一家。千古禪林公案在，逢人且說(shuō)趙州茶。首先，讓我們感恩三寶，感恩政府，感恩上凈下慧老和尚的加持，感恩正信居士的支持,我們今
天才能夠在這里，從容感受、欣賞、品味 禪茶一味。
大家知道，“吃茶去”是唐代趙州大師的公案，被禪門看作是“趙州關(guān)”,至今已經(jīng)有一千多年的歷史。而現(xiàn)在，時(shí)逢金秋十月，正是燕趙大地碩果累累的大好季節(jié)，更是趙州禪茶芳香四溢、惠澤
十方的吉日良辰。
趙州大師的“吃茶去”成為“禪茶一味”的精神的源頭，由此也奠定了柏林禪寺作為“禪茶一
味”發(fā)源地的崇高地位。從此，中國(guó)的禪，中國(guó)的茶，開(kāi)始跋山涉海，惠及鄰邦，它不僅哺育了日本的禪茶文化，而且也哺育了韓國(guó)的禪茶文化。
中韓兩國(guó)的文化交流，山高水長(zhǎng)，成為兩國(guó)人民增強(qiáng)了解、增進(jìn)友誼的黃金紐帶。在中韓兩國(guó)的文化交流中，趙州的禪茶，發(fā)揮了至關(guān)重要的作用：
趙州大師在韓國(guó)被尊為韓國(guó)曹溪禪的祖師。
在韓國(guó)釜山海印寺的最高處，立有 98 歲韓國(guó)茶星崔圭用老先生書(shū)寫的“吃茶去”的碑石；
而我們尊敬的凈慧老和尚，由于對(duì)中韓禪茶文化交流所作出的卓越貢獻(xiàn)，被韓國(guó)禪文化界及茶文
化界所稱道。XX 年 10 月 19 日，凈慧老和尚榮獲第九屆韓國(guó)“茗園 茶文化獎(jiǎng)”。這說(shuō)明，茶“吃去”，不僅僅是屬于中國(guó)的，更是屬于全世界的，是屬于全人類的。我們要把趙州茶的味道，世世代代地傳下去。柏林禪寺現(xiàn)任方丈明海大和尚，深得趙州

今天的會(huì)議，將分別由中方的五位學(xué)者，和韓方的五位學(xué)者，來(lái)發(fā)表他們的研究心得。在這些專
家學(xué)者中，有的是歷盡滄桑、飽參禪茶一味的為茶道界所尊敬的茶人；有的是學(xué)富五車、慧根天成的學(xué)者；有的是揮灑丹青、畫出禪髓茶韻的藝術(shù)家。他們的發(fā)言，我相信，將會(huì)各有各自的特色，但
是，有一個(gè)特征將是共同的，那就是，一定會(huì)很精采。
當(dāng)然，由于會(huì)議的時(shí)間有限，我希望各位專家能夠留一些時(shí)間給大家來(lái)回味。因此，每位代表的發(fā)言，請(qǐng)盡量不要超過(guò) 8 分鐘。韓國(guó)的學(xué)者，建議發(fā)言 5 分鐘，翻譯 3 分鐘。建議所有發(fā)言的學(xué)
者，都能學(xué)習(xí)趙州大師的風(fēng)格，直指人心，簡(jiǎn)要明潔。

余悅 先生在 XX 年10 月19 日下午 2 時(shí)，在柏林禪寺xx閣參加“禪茶一味”學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)
時(shí)，也是第一個(gè)發(fā)言。他所奉獻(xiàn)的頭泡茶，非同凡響，先聲奪人。今天，他又把一杯更好的趙州禪茶
奉獻(xiàn)給大家。我們向他再一次表示感謝。
凈慧老和尚在韓國(guó)接受茗園文化獎(jiǎng)時(shí)，寫有幾首絕句，其中一首是這樣的：茶香禪意海東情，不惜殘年夢(mèng)里身。
千載黃金新紐帶，一杯清茗鑄和平。
現(xiàn)在，有請(qǐng) 第一 位韓國(guó)學(xué)者 崔錫煥 先生發(fā)言。

禪是莊嚴(yán)的，是寂靜的，是凝重的；
禪也是活潑的，是飛揚(yáng)的，是詩(shī)意的。
在禪茶文化界，陳云 君老師就是這樣的一位學(xué)者。他的發(fā)言，將使大家領(lǐng)略到什么是藝術(shù)家化的禪，什么是詩(shī)化了的禪?，F(xiàn)在，有請(qǐng) 天津書(shū)畫藝術(shù)家、詩(shī)人 陳云 君先生 發(fā)言。

中的一句話：“直心是道場(chǎng)”。這是深得趙州禪茶三昧的。對(duì)此我深為贊賞：云 君先生，真性情，真詩(shī)人，真赤子，真凈慧老和尚之弟子也。

理的說(shuō)明。
這種說(shuō)明是作者建立在文本研究基礎(chǔ)上的結(jié)論，而這個(gè)結(jié)論可以給我們認(rèn)識(shí)禪茶一味、體驗(yàn)茶禪
一味提供有益的參考。它能夠使我們對(duì)禪茶一味的朦朧的、直觀的感知的同時(shí)，多了一份理性的、學(xué)
術(shù)的參照。對(duì)這樣的學(xué)術(shù)理路，佛教界應(yīng)該予以重視，而絕對(duì)不能夠因?yàn)?/p>
其細(xì)致、縝密、深刻而加以
排斥。當(dāng)然，在佛學(xué)界，在禪門里面，體驗(yàn)的部分也是非常重要的?！坝U河深多少，且向深深海底
行?！彼援?dāng)參學(xué)者問(wèn)臨濟(jì)大師什么是禪河深處的時(shí)候，臨濟(jì)禪師把他一把抓住，要把他丟到河里
去；所以趙州大師才時(shí)時(shí)刻刻指示學(xué)人“吃茶去”。
由此可見(jiàn)，如何把分析性的方法、體驗(yàn)性方法結(jié)合起來(lái)、圓融起來(lái)，是佛教界、學(xué)術(shù)界應(yīng)當(dāng)共同
努力的問(wèn)題。
方 教授自己也認(rèn)識(shí)到了這一點(diǎn)，主張?jiān)诤炔柚畜w驗(yàn)什么是真正的禪茶一味。這是一個(gè)非常可喜的現(xiàn)象。我們祝福中國(guó)佛學(xué)界的青年研究者，能夠綜合理性分析和實(shí)踐修持兩方面之長(zhǎng)，承擔(dān)這一
份歷史的賦予，為中國(guó)佛學(xué)、為趙州禪茶的振興，作出更大的貢獻(xiàn)?，F(xiàn)在，有請(qǐng) 第三位 位韓國(guó)學(xué)者 金大哲 先生發(fā)言。

在今天下午的諸位韓國(guó)學(xué)者的發(fā)言中，最讓我印象深刻的是，韓國(guó)學(xué)者能夠尊重歷史事實(shí)，正視歷
史事實(shí)，將韓國(guó)茶禪文化，溯本推源，歸功于中國(guó)禪，歸功于趙州禪茶的影響，這是非常值得稱道的。不像有些個(gè)別的國(guó)家、民族，由于民族主義的過(guò)度膨脹，而否定其佛學(xué)傳統(tǒng)與中國(guó)佛學(xué)的關(guān)系。

第一條信息，本次研討會(huì)的論文，具有比較高的學(xué)術(shù)含量，有極強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐意義和極高的交流價(jià)
值，應(yīng)當(dāng)讓更多的人通過(guò)閱讀的形式，來(lái)分享它們，研究它們，實(shí)踐它們。因此，征得凈慧老和尚和
明海大和尚的同意，征得諸位學(xué)者的同意，我們將把這些文章收到《中國(guó)禪學(xué)》第 5 卷中，將它們?nèi)?/p>
文發(fā)表，讓這趙州茶的香味，傳得更遠(yuǎn)、更廣！由于本次會(huì)議收到的論文很多，限于時(shí)間，沒(méi)能一一
安排發(fā)言。這些文章，像西安的馬守仁先生寫的《生活禪與茶道修持》，在這個(gè)專題上作了積極的探
索。這種勤于探索的勇氣，也是值得肯定的。
第二條信息，我要向凈慧老和尚和明海大和尚報(bào)喜，和在座的各位專家學(xué)者報(bào)喜。昨天下午，我接到陜西師 范大學(xué)主管研究生工作的校長(zhǎng)的電話，他告訴我，陜西師范大學(xué)今年向國(guó)家申請(qǐng)的培
養(yǎng)宗教學(xué) 博士研究生的申請(qǐng)，已經(jīng)得到了專家組的通過(guò)。也就是說(shuō)，從明年開(kāi)始，陜西師范大學(xué)佛
教所將可以正式招收宗教學(xué)專業(yè)佛教研究方向的研究生了。在這里，向支持我們事業(yè)的專家學(xué)者、向
一貫支持我們學(xué)術(shù)研究的柏林禪寺的常住，表示由衷的感謝！
第三條信息：會(huì)議開(kāi)始前，明奘法師的介紹中，介紹我是陜西師范大學(xué)佛教研究所的所長(zhǎng)，是河
北禪學(xué)研究所的副所長(zhǎng)，是博士生導(dǎo)師，這都沒(méi)錯(cuò)，但有一條最重要的信息、是我非常自豪、非常驕
傲的信息，就是：在去年，在我生命的年輪步入四十周年的不惑之年，我，正始成為凈慧老和尚的皈
依弟子！
是師父的弟子，當(dāng)然要繼承師父的事業(yè)。我將一如既住地繼續(xù)從事趙州禪茶文化的研究與弘揚(yáng)，使禪宗思想、禪宗文化，為建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)發(fā)揮出積極的作用。前中國(guó)佛教協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)趙樸老詩(shī)云：
七碗受至味，一壺得真趣。萬(wàn)語(yǔ)與千言，不如吃茶去。
我希望各位有緣人，從今天的學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議中，能夠領(lǐng)悟到“吃茶去”的主旨，那就是體驗(yàn)當(dāng)下，珍重當(dāng)下，愛(ài)惜當(dāng)下。因?yàn)?，禪，永遠(yuǎn)是現(xiàn)成的，永遠(yuǎn)是當(dāng)下的，永遠(yuǎn)是生活的。請(qǐng)大家務(wù)必牢記
這一杯茶中的禪的宗旨，這就是：
將信仰落實(shí)于生活，將修行落實(shí)于當(dāng)下，將佛法融化于世間，將個(gè)人融化于大眾。
人生在世，要覺(jué)悟，要奉獻(xiàn)。覺(jué)悟的人生，就是奉獻(xiàn)的人生，就是這樣的一片片茶葉，在滾水的煎泡之中涅槃，在涅槃中把它的生命，把它的清香，無(wú)償?shù)胤瞰I(xiàn)給眾生，奉獻(xiàn)給我們每一個(gè)有緣人。
本次交流，對(duì)中國(guó)禪茶文化的普及，對(duì)趙州禪茶進(jìn)一步走向生活，走向世界，深入人心，將起到
積極的推進(jìn)作用。正如凈慧老和尚所說(shuō)，“禪茶一味”是一個(gè)永恒的話題，一千年也說(shuō)不完，兩千
年也說(shuō)不完。剛才的學(xué)術(shù)研討，也可以說(shuō)是滴滴香濃，意猶未盡。但沒(méi)關(guān)系，關(guān)于趙州禪，關(guān)于趙
州茶，我們還會(huì)繼續(xù)“說(shuō)”下去，大家也會(huì)有機(jī)會(huì)繼續(xù)聽(tīng)下去，繼續(xù)品下去。
