福州第六屆口腔醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議暨福州市口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)第二屆會(huì)員代表大會(huì)定于2014年11月28-30日在福州市召開。現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：

1.會(huì)議時(shí)間：2014年11月28-30日，會(huì)議地點(diǎn)：福州市交通路88號(hào)，福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)交通路校區(qū)鶴齡樓四樓會(huì)議廳。報(bào)到時(shí)間：27日下午13：30—18：

00，報(bào)到處設(shè)在一樓大堂。

2.本屆會(huì)議安排了精彩的學(xué)術(shù)講座，邀請(qǐng)了臺(tái)北醫(yī)學(xué)大學(xué)鄭信忠教授，北京大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)院張成飛教授，于曉潛教授，上海第二醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第九人民醫(yī)院副院長(zhǎng)張建中教授，上海同濟(jì)大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)院趙守亮教授，福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)閆福華教授等專家講述關(guān)于口腔各熱門學(xué)科的最新進(jìn)展。

3.本次大會(huì)將選舉產(chǎn)生福州市口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)第二屆理事會(huì)，并表彰2014－2014年度我會(huì)優(yōu)秀會(huì)員，授予獎(jiǎng)牌或證書。

4.會(huì)議期間將舉辦醫(yī)療器械展及盛大的聯(lián)歡抽獎(jiǎng)晚宴，并授予繼續(xù)教育學(xué)分。

1.prologue

thank you, mr.chairman, for your gracious introduction.i am honored to have the chance to address you on this special occasion.the topic of my paper is “transaction cost and farmers’ choice of agricultural products selling”.the outline of my talk as follows.the first part i want to introduce the background of this research.the second part suggests a simple household choice model.the third part covers the data used in this research.and then, we introduce the empirical results.finally, a simple conclusion is given.2.introduction

well, let’s move on the first part of

this topic.the motivation of this work like this.institutional economics posits that agents making decisions on different types of transactions do so in a costly way.for example , farmers deciding sell a particular crop to whom base their decisions not only on the price they expect to receive in each market choice but also on additional costs related to transacting in these markets.i want to use a picture to illustrate it.for example, given some market channels, farmers’ choices can be regarded as equilibrium between the surplus and the additional costs that related to transacting.especially in developing countries, high-value crop producers fully participate in the market and the transaction cost has been the hard constraint to farmers.furthermore, farmers’ market choices can be taken as a choice dilemma of transaction cost and production surplus.consequently, the

scientific question of this research is how transaction cost affects planters’ choices.3.methodology

let’s move to the theoretical model of our research.consider a household model in one rotation.in stage 1 , famer η needs to allocate the input factors.this process can qbe set into a function like this q? ? q , qη means the output farmers decide qto produce.p implies the output price w implies input price and.z: ? is fixed input.once produce what and produce how many are decided, next question to be considered is how much products to be transacted in market.here we use three cccη means how functions to describe this question.the first equation, c ? ?p , z ?

agricultural products transacted in

and then farmers’ choice can be expressed in a typical choice model

based on the choice model, another important concept is famers’ channel choice.here, we set five types.they rank by the market barriers.accordingly, we set a group discrete number to express them.y: dependent variable y=5,means farmer choose

brokers.y=1, farmers sell products to consumers directly.4.data and estimation procedures

here, we illustrate the data distribution with this map.according to the agricultural regionalization from department of agriculture, the apple specialization areas in china contain two parts: bo sea area and loess plateau.bo sea area in red color, contains hebei, shandong and liaoning 3 provinces.and loess plateau in green color, contains shanxi, henan, shaanxi and gansu 4 provinces.firstly, we use pps method to get the first stage sampling unit 14 counties in 7 provinces.then use random sample method to get village and household.they are our sample distribution.5.empirical results

由中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會(huì)、全國(guó)高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)會(huì)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育分會(huì)、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)組主辦的第六屆全國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)暨2014年國(guó)際口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育研討會(huì)于2014年11月30-12月1日在廣州召開！來自全國(guó)26個(gè)省市的口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育工作者和教學(xué)管理人員223人參加了此次會(huì)議。會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)4位國(guó)際口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專家、14位國(guó)內(nèi)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專家做專題報(bào)告或大會(huì)發(fā)言。教育部高教司農(nóng)林醫(yī)藥處王啟明處長(zhǎng)及中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)王興會(huì)長(zhǎng)光臨會(huì)議指導(dǎo)。

這次會(huì)議圍繞中國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定為中心議題進(jìn)行較詳細(xì)研討，王松靈教授代表口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會(huì)做了關(guān)于中國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主題報(bào)告，詳細(xì)解讀了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定背景和主要內(nèi)容；國(guó)際牙科教育聯(lián)盟主席、美國(guó)太平洋大學(xué)牙科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)patrick j.ferrilo教授做了“全球化趨勢(shì)及對(duì)牙科教育的影響”的報(bào)告，介紹了美國(guó)

牙科教育趨勢(shì)、牙科健康情況和國(guó)際牙科教育情況；日本口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、東京醫(yī)科齒科大學(xué)江藤一洋教授做了“日本齒科醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革的現(xiàn)狀與展望”的報(bào)告，介紹了日本開展口腔醫(yī)學(xué)核心課程和共同考試制度的改革情況，為規(guī)范全日本國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育質(zhì)量，盡快與國(guó)際接軌提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn)；國(guó)際牙科研究協(xié)會(huì)牙科教育委員會(huì)顧問best h教授做了“教育研究的國(guó)際合作重要性及其發(fā)展方向”的報(bào)告，詳細(xì)介紹了教育計(jì)劃的指導(dǎo)和發(fā)展意義，分析了影響教育體系的因素，從臨床管理上強(qiáng)調(diào)本科生應(yīng)該注重與病人交流，加強(qiáng)仿頭模訓(xùn)練，注重服務(wù)質(zhì)量、安全性和學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量提高的重要性；泰國(guó)國(guó)立牙科學(xué)院prathip phantumvanit教授做了“泰國(guó)牙科教育課程：基于社區(qū)教育教學(xué)課程體系”的報(bào)告，詳細(xì)介紹了一種全新的口腔醫(yī)學(xué)社區(qū)教育方法和理念。他們的報(bào)告從不同角度展示了國(guó)際口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的現(xiàn)狀和形勢(shì)，也為國(guó)內(nèi)開展口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革

拓寬了思路。全國(guó)高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)會(huì)名譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng)王鐳教授以“規(guī)范口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量”為題重點(diǎn)介紹了口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展過程，用目前口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院校實(shí)際情況分析進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育必須重視質(zhì)量，建立口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)十分必要；全國(guó)高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)呂兆豐教授所做的“醫(yī)學(xué)文化理念的錯(cuò)位與醫(yī)學(xué)教育的困境”報(bào)告從文化內(nèi)涵和發(fā)展的理念精辟剖析了我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)界當(dāng)前存在醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張現(xiàn)狀形成的原因，并提出建設(shè)性對(duì)策。中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)名譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會(huì)顧問張震康教授所做的“大學(xué)的目的和精神——構(gòu)建中國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育體系”，闡明了大學(xué)的目標(biāo)內(nèi)涵和求真務(wù)實(shí)的理念。中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)名譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會(huì)顧問王大章教授的“再議我國(guó)高等口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的改革與發(fā)展”的報(bào)告，結(jié)合我國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展歷史的演進(jìn)過程回顧，提出口腔醫(yī)學(xué)

教育的根本是基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)教育，口腔本科教育與畢業(yè)后教育是“一根鏈條三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)”。中華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)名譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會(huì)顧問樊明文教授做了“關(guān)于中國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的思考”的報(bào)告，分析了口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題等。首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)白玉興教授介紹了出席國(guó)際牙科教育大會(huì)的情況，將國(guó)際口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的最新信息傳達(dá)給了大家，使大家對(duì)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教

育的發(fā)展前景有了更廣闊的期待。首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院白玉興副院長(zhǎng)、中山大學(xué)光華口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院凌均棨院長(zhǎng)、北京大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院郭傳璸副院長(zhǎng)、四川華西口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院石冰副院長(zhǎng)、上海交通大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院郭蓮副院長(zhǎng)、第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院李東副院長(zhǎng)以及湖北武漢大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院臺(tái)保軍副書記等就各校開展教學(xué)改革和教學(xué)實(shí)踐的具體體會(huì)進(jìn)行了經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流，使大家在相同時(shí)間里獲得了國(guó)內(nèi)難得的橫向的、廣泛的

教學(xué)管理信息。會(huì)議自始至終洋溢著濃厚的學(xué)術(shù)氣氛，大家互相交流教育教學(xué)信息，研討教學(xué)中遇到的各種情況。會(huì)議還分組對(duì)我國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真討論，大家一致認(rèn)為：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)對(duì)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)的需求，我國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育近期發(fā)展較快，相對(duì)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育資源缺乏造成一系列矛盾正在顯現(xiàn)，非常有必要制定口腔醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

此次會(huì)議進(jìn)行了新一屆口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會(huì)的換屆選舉，由57名國(guó)內(nèi)各院校的口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育專家組成。會(huì)議對(duì)上一屆卸任的專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員頒發(fā)了感謝狀，向新當(dāng)選的主任委員、副主任委員、常委、委員以及青年委員們頒發(fā)了聘書。當(dāng)選的新一屆專業(yè)委員會(huì)表示和全國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育界同仁一道，秉承老前輩開創(chuàng)的我國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育理念和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，努力探索中國(guó)特色的口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育規(guī)律和人才培養(yǎng)模式，為我國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育快速健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)多

層次口腔醫(yī)學(xué)人才，提升我國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育的國(guó)際地位共同努力！

這次口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)最重要的成果是初步形成了全國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育本科教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)討論稿，它將從辦學(xué)宗旨、目標(biāo)到軟、硬件條件建設(shè)上都對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出了最低要求，經(jīng)過進(jìn)一步細(xì)化，并與國(guó)家有關(guān)行政部門匯報(bào)溝通獲準(zhǔn)實(shí)施后，該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有望對(duì)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育規(guī)范化辦學(xué)，確保人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，爭(zhēng)取多方資源支持口腔醫(yī)學(xué)教育，促進(jìn)我國(guó)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)又好又快的發(fā)展起到重要的推動(dòng)作用。

good morning,ladies and gentleman.welcome to harbin,a beautiful northland ice city of china.i’m abc,from school of economics and management of hit.its a very very great pleasure to

thank you, mr.chairman, for your gracious introduction.i am honored to have the chance to address you on this special occasion.the topic of my paper is “transaction cost and farmers’ choice of agricultural products selling”.the outline of my talk as follows.the first part i want to introduce the background of this research.the second part suggests a simple household choice model.the third part covers the data used in this research.and then, we introduce the empirical results.finally, a simple conclusion is given.2.introduction well, let’s move on the first part of this topic.the motivation of this work like this.institutional economics posits that agents making decisions on different types of transactions do so in a costly way.for exle , farmers deciding sell a particular crop to whom base their decisions not only on the price they expect to receive in each market choice but also on additional costs related to transacting in these markets.i want to use a picture to illustrate it.for exle, given some market channels, farmers’ choices can be regarded as equilibrium between the surplus and the additional costs that related to transacting.especially in developing countries, high-value crop producers fully participate in the market and the transaction cost has been the hard constraint to farmers.furthermore, farmers’ market choices can be taken as a choice dilemma of transaction cost and production surplus.consequently, the scientific question of this research is how transaction cost affects planters’ choices.3.methodology let’s move to the theoretical model of our research.consider a household model in one rotation.in stage 1 , famer η needs to allocate the input factors.this process can qbe set into a function like this q? ? q(p , w , z ?), qη means the output farmers decide qto produce.p implies the output price w implies input price and.z: ? is fixed input.once produce what and produce how many are decided, next question to be considered is how much products to be transacted in market.here we use three cc()cη means how functions to describe this question.the first equation, c ? ?p , z ? much agricultural products used by famers themselves.p implies the price the cagricultural product,z ?suggests the fluctuation of cη.the second equation q ? ? q ? ?c?, qη means the amount of agricultural products transacted in q?n?market.the third equationi ? q ?implies the amount exchanged in nth time.in stage 3, farmers will decide to sell the products to whom.chanel j’s market price is bdecided by an exogenesis price and farmers’ negotiating power.pij?p* j?b(qi,zi)besides this, we use a matrix to show the net profit of chanel

今天的會(huì)議有以下3個(gè)亮點(diǎn)

一、通過此次表彰大會(huì)，要求各部室、各項(xiàng)目部員工以先進(jìn)單位、先進(jìn)個(gè)人為榜樣，在全公司展開學(xué)先進(jìn)、比先進(jìn)、趕先進(jìn)、超先進(jìn)的工作風(fēng)氣，帶動(dòng)全體員工的工作積極性、主動(dòng)性，以飽滿的熱情投入工作崗位。

二、結(jié)合總經(jīng)理的講話精神，在2012年的工作中，公司全體員工要本著高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高起點(diǎn)、高要求、高效率的工作作風(fēng)，求真務(wù)實(shí)、真抓實(shí)干，按質(zhì)按量完成目標(biāo)產(chǎn)值，努力開創(chuàng)金豐公司的新局面。
