一般來(lái)說(shuō)，公證書(shū)翻譯為“Notary Certificate”。要注意，切忌將公證書(shū)翻譯成“Notarial Certification”。

二、公證詞的翻譯
我國(guó)公證書(shū)公證詞多以“茲證明??”開(kāi)頭，其英文翻譯（English Equivalent）應(yīng)該是：“This is to certify that?”。
而外國(guó)公證書(shū)公證詞開(kāi)頭一般為“我，xxxx，xxxx公證員，特此證明??”（I, xxxxx，Notary Public, duly authorised, admitted and sworn, practising in the City and County of Dublin DO HEREBY CERTIFY that??)。
2.公證詞翻譯應(yīng)忠實(shí)于原文（Conformity）
在結(jié)尾方面，中國(guó)公證書(shū)一般為“特此證明”，翻譯為“It is hereby certified”。
而外國(guó)公證書(shū)結(jié)尾一般為一段宣誓這類(lèi)的語(yǔ)句，如“In Faith and Testimony whereof I have hereunto set may hand and affixed my Seal of Office this10th December 2008”。這段公證詞翻譯成中文比較費(fèi)解，一般來(lái)說(shuō)采用意譯更符合中國(guó)國(guó)情，翻譯成“我宣誓，上述公證屬實(shí)??”。特別注意，英文公證詞結(jié)尾在描述日期上不使用“on”這個(gè)詞。

一、公證處服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”的現(xiàn)況
（一）公證作為一項(xiàng)預(yù)防性的司法制度，在保護(hù)自然人、法人和其他組織合法權(quán)益、預(yù)防糾紛、減少訴訟方面起著獨(dú)特的作用。近年來(lái)，我國(guó)不斷重視農(nóng)村繁榮、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和農(nóng)民增收，以促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、國(guó)家富強(qiáng)。公證作為法律服務(wù)的一部分，在服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”改革與發(fā)展方面起到了積極的作用。自至4年間，勐臘縣公證處辦理的主要涉農(nóng)公證大多數(shù)為土地承包（租賃）、林地承包、集體土地發(fā)包競(jìng)標(biāo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督等幾種事項(xiàng)，基本沒(méi)有新型的涉農(nóng)公證事項(xiàng)。農(nóng)林牧副漁業(yè)承包公證事項(xiàng)372，收費(fèi)115588元；農(nóng)林牧副漁業(yè)承包公證事項(xiàng)169件，收費(fèi)98750元；農(nóng)林牧副漁業(yè)承包公證事項(xiàng)95件，收費(fèi)75658元；農(nóng)林牧副漁業(yè)承包公證事項(xiàng)39件、農(nóng)村集體土地發(fā)包競(jìng)標(biāo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督1件，收費(fèi)50340元。

二、公證服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”現(xiàn)狀的成因
公證作為一種預(yù)防性的司法制度，是國(guó)家法律制度的重要組成部分，農(nóng)村中長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)形成的對(duì)法律權(quán)威和法律信仰的淡漠直接導(dǎo)致了對(duì)公證意識(shí)的缺失，很多農(nóng)民甚至不知道“公證”是什么，遇到問(wèn)題想不到公證，對(duì)公證的作用不了解，即使想公證，也是“怕麻煩、怕花錢(qián)、怕沒(méi)用”，因此，目前涉農(nóng)公證的農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)包和出租的過(guò)程中，大多數(shù)農(nóng)民簽訂了書(shū)面合同后，不會(huì)想到辦理公證。
三、勐臘縣公證處服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”的主要做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
（一）建立常規(guī)宣傳制度，組織公證人員利用節(jié)假日走進(jìn)農(nóng)村、社區(qū)開(kāi)展公證法律服務(wù)。采用法律咨詢(xún)、發(fā)放宣傳單、宣傳手冊(cè)之外，舉辦公證知識(shí)講座、知識(shí)競(jìng)猜等方式逐步在農(nóng)村、社區(qū)營(yíng)造濃厚的公證氛圍，重點(diǎn)宣傳《公證法》及《農(nóng)村土地承包法》、《土地管理法》、《村民委員會(huì)組織法》、《勞動(dòng)法》、《勞動(dòng)合同法》等涉農(nóng)法律法規(guī)，讓農(nóng)民了解公證知識(shí)，認(rèn)識(shí)公證的作用，知道怎么運(yùn)用公證來(lái)維護(hù)自己的合法權(quán)益。為拓展公證工作的發(fā)展空間打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)，為社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村法治文化建設(shè)出一份力。
（二）建立“上門(mén)聯(lián)系、上門(mén)受理、上門(mén)辦證、上門(mén)送證”的“上門(mén)服務(wù)、就地辦證”機(jī)制，節(jié)省農(nóng)民的勞動(dòng)時(shí)間，使農(nóng)民不出村便可享受優(yōu)質(zhì)的公證服務(wù)。
四、公證服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的意見(jiàn)和建議
（一）加強(qiáng)涉農(nóng)法律法規(guī)學(xué)習(xí)，提高公證員服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”水平。針對(duì)農(nóng)村工作的實(shí)際和對(duì)公證服務(wù)的特殊要求，公證人員必須加強(qiáng)對(duì)涉農(nóng)法律、法規(guī)和其他相關(guān)政策的學(xué)習(xí)力度，努力提高公證服務(wù)
“三農(nóng)”質(zhì)量和水平、最大限度地滿足當(dāng)事人的需求，用優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的服務(wù)讓農(nóng)民朋友滿意。
（二）加強(qiáng)與相關(guān)部門(mén)的溝通聯(lián)系，不斷拓展涉農(nóng)公證證源。積極主動(dòng)與農(nóng)業(yè)局、基層司法所等部門(mén)聯(lián)系，及時(shí)了解掌握涉農(nóng)公證信息情況和群眾期望辦理的有關(guān)公證事項(xiàng)，不斷拓展涉農(nóng)公證證源。
（三）公證人員要進(jìn)一步對(duì)農(nóng)村情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研，關(guān)注農(nóng)村政策、實(shí)際情況的發(fā)展、變化新農(nóng)村建設(shè)過(guò)程中涉及的社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，了解現(xiàn)狀、分析原因、尋找對(duì)策，從中了解農(nóng)民對(duì)公證的需求所在，立足新農(nóng)村建設(shè)發(fā)展，找準(zhǔn)農(nóng)村公證工作的突破口。通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)村集體土地發(fā)包競(jìng)標(biāo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督、土地承包經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)流轉(zhuǎn)所涉及的合同公證等公證事項(xiàng)逐步介入，讓農(nóng)民切實(shí)了解公證帶來(lái)的好處。
