我叫李會(huì)艷,是社會(huì)管理學(xué)院思想政治教育專業(yè)111班的一名學(xué)生。轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已是大四了,在這過(guò)去三學(xué)年里,我始終保持積極向上的心態(tài),不斷培養(yǎng)自己的理論思維能力、實(shí)踐操作能力和探索創(chuàng)新能力,不斷提高自身素質(zhì),樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀,努力地全面提高自己。我從入學(xué)起就不斷培養(yǎng)自己的各方面綜合能力和刻苦學(xué)習(xí),力爭(zhēng)成為一個(gè)有用之才!綜合自己的條件,我申請(qǐng)單項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金——英語(yǔ)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng),希望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師能給我這次機(jī)會(huì),我將以此為起點(diǎn),自勤自勉,不斷激勵(lì)自己,不斷進(jìn)步,始終堅(jiān)信:只要努力進(jìn)取,就會(huì)有所收獲。
一、思想方面
我在11年秋季進(jìn)入大學(xué)校園時(shí)就向組織遞交了入黨申請(qǐng)書,積極向黨組織靠攏。一直以來(lái)我以一名黨員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)嚴(yán)格要求自己。在這幾年的學(xué)習(xí)生活中,自己樹立了良好的人生觀和道德觀;積極參加有關(guān)黨的基本理論知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí),努力學(xué)習(xí)黨的工作路線,響應(yīng)黨的方針政策,學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐社會(huì)主義榮辱觀,澄清是非、善惡、美丑的界限,明確堅(jiān)持什么、反對(duì)什么,倡導(dǎo)什么、抵制什么,提高自己的思想道德品質(zhì),為促進(jìn)良好的社會(huì)風(fēng)氣的形成與發(fā)展做出自己的貢獻(xiàn),還要永遠(yuǎn)保持與時(shí)俱進(jìn),時(shí)刻關(guān)注著黨和國(guó)家的發(fā)展形勢(shì),以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的局勢(shì)變化。在嚴(yán)格要求自己的同時(shí),我還不斷地鼓勵(lì)同學(xué)們積極向黨組織靠攏,自己嚴(yán)格要求自己,積極組織﹑參加有關(guān)活動(dòng),態(tài)度積極向上,在同學(xué)中起到了模范帶頭作用,成為班級(jí)精神力量的聚集點(diǎn)!
二、學(xué)習(xí)方面
“學(xué)生的本職是學(xué)習(xí)”,我時(shí)刻銘記于心。走進(jìn)大學(xué)的第一天,我就在心里給自己定下了一個(gè)目標(biāo)。大學(xué)一年級(jí),我給自己制定了一個(gè)四年規(guī)劃,在學(xué)習(xí)上也做了細(xì)致的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。我注重培養(yǎng)自己的科學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)方法和良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,注重合理利用時(shí)間,提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。我很注重利用課堂時(shí)間,抓好課堂聽課效果,課后再加以鞏固就能收到事半功倍的效果。在學(xué)習(xí)上遇到了什么困難,我先是獨(dú)立思考,如果自己解決不了我便會(huì)向同學(xué)、老師請(qǐng)教。大學(xué)兩年來(lái),我都學(xué)習(xí)用功刻苦,一分耕耘一分收獲,我的勤奮換來(lái)了任課老師和同學(xué)們的肯定??炭鄬W(xué)習(xí)和努力拼搏讓我能夠在各項(xiàng)成績(jī)中都躋身于班級(jí)前列。
大二一年的學(xué)習(xí)生活是我人生中一個(gè)極為重要的階段。在這一年中,我在各個(gè)方面都獲得了巨大的進(jìn)步,綜合素質(zhì)得到了很大的提高,在個(gè)人的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)上獲得優(yōu)秀,各方面的表現(xiàn)也獲得了老師和同學(xué)的肯定。這些肯定也讓我對(duì)知識(shí)有了更大的渴望,更讓我對(duì)自己有了更高的要求和目標(biāo)。21世紀(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),是復(fù)合型人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),在學(xué)習(xí)好本專業(yè)知識(shí)的同時(shí),我會(huì)廣泛閱讀和學(xué)習(xí)其他學(xué)科方面的知識(shí),培養(yǎng)自己的科學(xué)素養(yǎng),不斷提升自身的綜合素質(zhì)。在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,除了要消化已有知識(shí),還要學(xué)會(huì)舉一反三,有所創(chuàng)新。在大二學(xué)期間,我通過(guò)了英語(yǔ)四級(jí)、六級(jí)考試,獲得校級(jí)四等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)?cè)诎嗉?jí)也名列前茅。在信息發(fā)達(dá)的今天,電腦十分重要,我努力學(xué)習(xí)電腦方面的知識(shí),并通過(guò)了國(guó)家計(jì)算機(jī)二級(jí)考試,獲得辦公自動(dòng)化證書。
三、實(shí)踐活動(dòng)
除了勤奮學(xué)習(xí),我還積極參加學(xué)生工作和學(xué)校活動(dòng)。我深知:一個(gè)合格的優(yōu)秀大學(xué)生不僅要有優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī),還要有較強(qiáng)的社會(huì)工作能力。因此,我十分注重自己社會(huì)實(shí)際能力的培養(yǎng)。剛一入校,我?guī)е恍┲赡酆捅葎e人多一份的成熟,帶著對(duì)大學(xué)生活的熱情和干勁,我加入了系社團(tuán)組織,我始終以“奉獻(xiàn)學(xué)院,服務(wù)同學(xué)”為宗旨,努力工作,積極配合老師及學(xué)生組織和參加學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。以我特有的工作方式加強(qiáng)了班級(jí)之間的交流也促進(jìn)了同學(xué)之間的友誼。真正做到為同學(xué)服務(wù),代表同學(xué)們行使合法權(quán)益,為校園建設(shè)盡心盡力,工作中大膽創(chuàng)新,銳意進(jìn)取,虛心向別人學(xué)習(xí),做到有錯(cuò)就改,有好的意見就接受,同時(shí)堅(jiān)持自己的原則;在遇到利益沖突的問題時(shí),我堅(jiān)持以學(xué)校、大多數(shù)同學(xué)的利益為重,決不以公謀私。雖然在社團(tuán)只有一年時(shí)間,但是在這期間我學(xué)到了許多。
在學(xué)校和我院舉行運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)期間,我自覺到體育場(chǎng)為運(yùn)動(dòng)健兒們加油助威。在寒暑假期間,我做過(guò)各種兼職,例如在大二的暑假我在學(xué)校外打工、實(shí)習(xí),將自己在書本上學(xué)習(xí)到的理論知識(shí)運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐!工地雖然很苦,可是自己還是堅(jiān)持了下來(lái)!學(xué)會(huì)吃苦是人生的必修課。其實(shí)生活就是要自己多給自己一些壓力然后堅(jiān)持著去完成,而后又一次的歷練讓我們的人生得到又一次的提升。
社會(huì)實(shí)踐讓自己收獲了很多很多,這些都將是自己的精神財(cái)富。這次經(jīng)歷豐富了自己的實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在社會(huì)上有了一些歷練,體會(huì)了生活的艱辛,要自己的付出才會(huì)有收獲。對(duì)人要有責(zé)任心,換位思考,培養(yǎng)吃苦耐勞的精神。作為大學(xué)生的我們,確實(shí)應(yīng)該走出校園,在社會(huì)這個(gè)大舞臺(tái)上去實(shí)踐一下。
四、個(gè)人生活
我是來(lái)自一個(gè)偏遠(yuǎn)的農(nóng)村,父母都是樸實(shí)無(wú)華的農(nóng)民。全家共五口人,父母以務(wù)農(nóng)為生,家庭收入主要來(lái)源于農(nóng)田收入,加之家鄉(xiāng)遭受自然災(zāi)害,家庭生活條件很差,尤其在我考上大學(xué)以后,今年妹妹也在大學(xué)接受高等教育,為支付高昂的學(xué)費(fèi)家里的積蓄已所剩無(wú)幾,生活情況很糟糕。但是農(nóng)村的生活賦予我吃苦耐勞,不畏一切艱難險(xiǎn)阻的品質(zhì)。在節(jié)假日我進(jìn)行了大量的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),包括課余時(shí)間做家教,假期期間去打工等,以此來(lái)減輕家庭負(fù)擔(dān)。我從沒有因?yàn)榧彝ダщy而自卑過(guò),我時(shí)刻告警自己:既然我不能選擇我的出身,我可以把握自己的命運(yùn),掌舵自己的未來(lái)。堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志和不服輸?shù)木褡屛以诖髮W(xué)受益匪淺。
在生活中,我大膽實(shí)踐,不斷積累生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)。人們常說(shuō),“生活是最好的老師”,通過(guò)在實(shí)踐中不斷磨礪,我逐漸提高了獨(dú)立生活的勇氣和能力。在與他人相處上,我做到了平等、誠(chéng)信、寬容、互助,學(xué)會(huì)換位思考,尊重他人,在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,自己也獲得了他人的尊重,在與同學(xué)相處時(shí),學(xué)會(huì)相互理解、接納和信任,并且嚴(yán)以律己,寬以待人,這樣不但為自己創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)良好的生活氛圍,還獲得了真正的友誼。

Leaders! Judges! Since we opened business from birth, it has been a year and a half. The group has developed rapidly ------ but the journey is rugged. I seem to see the vision that the leaders hope to look forward to and the hard work of the employees. From the first opening, I thought of a wish: what do I learn, know, and what do I have for the supermarket? Now, the world is more prosperous! Developed! And I grew up in the warm embrace of supermarkets - I am familiar with shelves, rows of goods, and subtle changes, people and things here, and the development of little drops - so I want to use a “grateful heart” to repay here - the supermarket I love! This love will always be a kind of motivation to encourage my work!
I love my organization and leadership deeply, which is this love - let me become a text of “Shi Ren to go, Begonia is still” in 20xx “grateful heart” solicitation activity, and won the second prize! Seeing all these facts, can we still ignore the counterattack of nature? We are not the masters of nature. Facing all the disasters made by ourselves, we, mankind as a whole should realize that we are just a normal member of the big family of nature. Any mistreatment towards nature will meet only with the revenge from her.
By saying so, I do not mean we should give a sudden stop to any development. Because that will result in a threat to the e xxx istence of human society. I mean we should treat nature equally, leaving the chance of e xxx istence and development to nature as we are obtaining the same thing, and thus we will get the situation of win-win.
I am very pleased to find that now more and more people, from every corner of the planet, have come to realize that harmony with nature is the only way to universal and continuous progress and prosperity. Thank you very much for choosing to come in such a cold night.Today my topic is about choice and process.A research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day.With so many choices one day, people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. In my opinion, the following part is of much more importance than the choice. There is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life, which the process makes the difference.
Life is a box of chocolate,you never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ,the caution, courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. Take myself as an example, I changed my major when I became a postgraduate. After the choice,days have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all. For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself,I persisted. I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life. Gradually I could understand some parts and even found maths interesting.Moreover, I learned to act instead of complaining. In retrospect,the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life.

And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.
A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does successs, so does life. he says: “you need to become a journalist for the movie that is in your head. you need to report on it; every scene has to be real.”
gilroy also thinks you've got to start with a very small idea that you can build on. for example, the bourne films are based on novels by the writer robert ludlum, but gilroy says he didn't actually read them. instead he created a world around the character of jason bourne, a spy who has lost his memory and tries to discover his own identity.
gilroy says: “the smallest thing with bourne was, 'if i don't know who i am and i don't know where i'm from, perhaps i can identify who i am by what i know how to do'. we built a whole new world around that small idea.”
in short, he explains: “you just start small, you build out and you move one step after the next and that's how you write a hollywood movie”.
one thing a screenwriter can't do without though, is a thick skin. you've got to learn how to handle rejection. even when you're successful. gilory was nominated for an Oscar for his script for michael clayton, starring george clooney. but the 20xx award in that category went to brook busey-maurio, for her debut script for the film juno.

其次,大學(xué)為實(shí)現(xiàn)這種成長(zhǎng)提供了最好的土壤,大學(xué)生有必要在這最合適的時(shí)間,做與之相適應(yīng)的事,否則就是資源的浪費(fèi)了;
再次,多數(shù)大學(xué)生的性格、心智、人文素養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)業(yè)的知識(shí)和能力都沒有達(dá)到創(chuàng)業(yè)相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
第四,人的精力都是有限的,尤其對(duì)于正在為自身素質(zhì)提高而努力的大學(xué)生而言,學(xué)習(xí)本身就需要極大時(shí)間和精力,如果再加上創(chuàng)業(yè),那絕大多數(shù)大學(xué)生會(huì)落得賠了夫人又折兵。

誠(chéng)然,創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)遇難得,合適的機(jī)會(huì)降臨時(shí)確實(shí)不該放棄;創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)可以提高創(chuàng)業(yè)能力;也有利于提升社會(huì)創(chuàng)新力,是為利。
但是這些利都是創(chuàng)業(yè)之利,如果放在大學(xué)階段可就不同了。
其一,大學(xué)生不能很好地完成個(gè)人的成長(zhǎng)這一根本任務(wù),因?yàn)閷W(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)業(yè)都要傾注極大的時(shí)間和精力,而這很難做到兼顧。

每個(gè)大學(xué)生都曾有創(chuàng)業(yè)的憧憬和沖動(dòng),但請(qǐng)冷靜想想,什么是創(chuàng)業(yè)?它不是打辯論或是兼職打工這樣簡(jiǎn)單,而是創(chuàng)立事業(yè)的過(guò)程。對(duì)于“大學(xué)在校”這一特定的人生階段,對(duì)于“大學(xué)生”這一特定的社會(huì)角色定位來(lái)說(shuō),不論是從個(gè)人價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)還是社會(huì)良性發(fā)展的角度看,在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)均弊大于利。
首先,看大學(xué)生的人生價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)。一方面,大學(xué)生個(gè)人特殊階段的任務(wù)要求與創(chuàng)業(yè)本身是矛盾的。在校大學(xué)生知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)不完備,社會(huì)化進(jìn)程不充分,社會(huì)實(shí)踐的時(shí)間精力等無(wú)形資本匱乏,而這些缺憾正是大學(xué)階段所要提升與完善的,又是與創(chuàng)業(yè)所需難以匹配的。誠(chéng)然,大學(xué)生需要人生歷練,需要社會(huì)會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我們主張通過(guò)拓寬當(dāng)前的教育手段,增加在學(xué)期間的社會(huì)實(shí)踐和兼職打工來(lái)有益地補(bǔ)充。但這與盲目鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)業(yè)并不等同。創(chuàng)業(yè)與在校的必然沖突,是不可調(diào)和的。另一方面,在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)成本巨大。人生的每個(gè)選擇都意味著得失,但今天的大學(xué)生應(yīng)該理性的權(quán)衡。大學(xué)生所處的人生發(fā)展階段是學(xué)習(xí)能力最強(qiáng),可塑性最佳的時(shí)期。而大學(xué)教育就是讓大學(xué)生在知識(shí)獲得的基礎(chǔ)上,完善認(rèn)知體系、價(jià)值體系,提升人格品質(zhì)。指望創(chuàng)業(yè)來(lái)獲得社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并非大過(guò),卻不明智。以功利思想荒廢學(xué)業(yè),以浮躁氛圍浸染學(xué)術(shù),將物質(zhì)的追求置于品格培養(yǎng)之上——從根本上講,這與大學(xué)的超功利性取向是相背離的。打著“磨礪人生”的旗號(hào)鼓吹創(chuàng)業(yè),以放棄學(xué)業(yè)為代價(jià)也只能換來(lái)失敗,積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)的初衷也只能導(dǎo)致抱憾終生。
其次,從社會(huì)良性發(fā)展的需求和現(xiàn)實(shí)來(lái)看。一方面,人才培育模式本身就考慮了人的發(fā)展階段性特點(diǎn),才組織對(duì)這一年齡段的人進(jìn)行高等教育。個(gè)別令人尊重的成功案例不能掩蓋在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的低成功率預(yù)期。當(dāng)前大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)機(jī)制不健全,信用體系亟待完善,這些都加大了大學(xué)生有形無(wú)形資本的無(wú)效投入。這在客觀上閑置了教育資源的同時(shí),又浪費(fèi)了社會(huì)資本,可謂雙失的下策。另一方面,在校創(chuàng)業(yè)這種單一的甚至是偏激的人才鍛煉模式勢(shì)必造成知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)的單一匱乏,無(wú)法為社會(huì)發(fā)展提供多元的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)體系,使社會(huì)進(jìn)步失去持續(xù)的智力支持。
利弊比較,是要以普遍性為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行衡量,在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)必然對(duì)個(gè)人、社會(huì)產(chǎn)生不良影響,因此必然是弊大于利的。
那就是有利可圖,自然法則告訴我們事物都是朝有利方向發(fā)展的,那啟不是讓所有大學(xué)生都朝“利”的方向發(fā)展?都去創(chuàng)業(yè)? 蓋茨之流畢竟是億里挑一,99.9%的大學(xué)生都是以學(xué)為主,而非創(chuàng)業(yè)。

最后,請(qǐng)問對(duì)方辯友,某高校的一位曾同學(xué)炒股失敗跳樓未遂卻害苦另外一個(gè)女生,創(chuàng)業(yè)成功必然是好,但是創(chuàng)業(yè)也隱藏著巨大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),當(dāng)生命都無(wú)法保障的時(shí)候,對(duì)方辨友還能說(shuō)大學(xué)生在校創(chuàng)業(yè)利大于弊嗎?
對(duì)方辨友說(shuō)這個(gè)例子只是少數(shù),那么請(qǐng)問對(duì)方辯友,一條人命不算人命,多條人命才叫是人命嗎,對(duì)方辯友是想再多死幾個(gè)人才重視創(chuàng)業(yè)這個(gè)無(wú)法避免的缺陷呢?
對(duì)方辨友和我們舉了很多的例子,業(yè)無(wú)非是想說(shuō)明大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)利大于弊,但是,在這些例子中,有幾個(gè)是在校的大學(xué)生呢,大學(xué)生來(lái)到學(xué)校就是來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí),提高文化素養(yǎng)的,如果我們鼓勵(lì)一個(gè)知識(shí)體系并不完善,文化素養(yǎng)還有待提高的學(xué)生直接走出社會(huì)接受一切的風(fēng)吹雨打,于人于己來(lái)說(shuō),都是弊大于利的,其實(shí)我方觀點(diǎn)并不是反對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè),而是不贊同大學(xué)生在校創(chuàng)業(yè),如果一個(gè)學(xué)生把握人生中僅有四年的大學(xué)生生活,好好的學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)技術(shù),提高自己的精神內(nèi)涵,這樣他以后獲得的財(cái)富遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)多于想急于求成,一步登天的在校創(chuàng)業(yè)。
學(xué)生的主業(yè)是學(xué)習(xí)
姚曉波(中山職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)工組長(zhǎng)高級(jí)講師):在校大學(xué)生還屬于長(zhǎng)知識(shí)、長(zhǎng)身體的年齡,無(wú)論是生理還是心理都沒有完全成熟,還不能承擔(dān)創(chuàng)業(yè)的各種壓力。磨刀不誤砍柴工,在校大學(xué)生還是把書讀好要緊。創(chuàng)業(yè)可以說(shuō)是急功近利的一種表現(xiàn),不應(yīng)該提倡。
大學(xué)生在校期間搞創(chuàng)業(yè)必然會(huì)占用學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間,學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)送孩子上學(xué)的目的是學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí),而不是賺錢。如果大學(xué)生投資創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗,反而會(huì)加重父母的負(fù)擔(dān)。我們只提倡學(xué)生利用寒暑假進(jìn)行社會(huì)實(shí)踐,先了解社會(huì),為將來(lái)就業(yè)打基矗大學(xué)還不是最好的創(chuàng)業(yè)階段程為允(大四學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)):在校大學(xué)生還生長(zhǎng)在家庭的搖籃中,社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,常常盲目樂觀,還未具備創(chuàng)業(yè)的心理?xiàng)l件;學(xué)生所學(xué)的知識(shí)僅限于課堂,社會(huì)關(guān)系缺乏,在這種情況下創(chuàng)業(yè),可想而知遇到的困難比別人多;很多大學(xué)生看到的都是著名人物的成功例子,自然把創(chuàng)業(yè)理想化;對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)中的挫折和失敗,他們還沒有足夠的思想準(zhǔn)備。從這幾方面可以看出,年輕的大學(xué)生在很多情況下缺乏理智,還不是最好的投資階段,大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后應(yīng)該在較具規(guī)模的企業(yè)工作實(shí)踐幾年,積累下第一桶金,同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)一些大公司管理、財(cái)務(wù)等各方面的知識(shí),為自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)打下基礎(chǔ),這樣創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的幾率才高
個(gè)人創(chuàng)業(yè)要循序漸進(jìn)
王金紅(中山職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)管理副教授):在校大學(xué)生所謂的“創(chuàng)業(yè)”嚴(yán)格來(lái)說(shuō)只能算是“社會(huì)實(shí)踐”。學(xué)生們雖然掌握了一定的書本知識(shí),但終究缺乏必要的實(shí)踐能力和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。此外,由于大學(xué)生對(duì)市嘗營(yíng)銷、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況等缺乏足夠的認(rèn)識(shí),在創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中除了能“紙上談兵”之外,很難一下子勝任投資者的角色。
在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)還有關(guān)于心態(tài)、技術(shù)、資金等難題。在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗的多,是因?yàn)楹芏啻髮W(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)沒有具備“風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)”,沒有責(zé)任感,沒有想到要對(duì)公司、員工、投資者負(fù)責(zé);同時(shí)忽視技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,作為在校大學(xué)生,沒有雄厚的物資基礎(chǔ),資金有限,唯有利用專利、專業(yè)技術(shù)或者高新技術(shù)成果等無(wú)形資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行投資,多數(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)者都是由技術(shù)人員向管理和經(jīng)營(yíng)人員轉(zhuǎn)化的。所以說(shuō)大學(xué)生在校期間就要把重點(diǎn)放在專業(yè)上,才能在以后創(chuàng)業(yè)擁有專業(yè)技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。對(duì)于尚處早期的創(chuàng)業(yè)公司來(lái)說(shuō),要暫時(shí)放棄一些眼前的利益,引入一些真正有實(shí)力、能提供增值服務(wù)、與創(chuàng)業(yè)者理念統(tǒng)一的投資者,而這些要求都不是在校大學(xué)生力所能及的。
從以下四個(gè)方面闡述我方觀點(diǎn):
第一:在校大學(xué)生社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,常常盲目樂觀,創(chuàng)業(yè)心理準(zhǔn)備不足。他們所學(xué)知識(shí)僅限于課堂,社會(huì)關(guān)系缺乏,在此情況下創(chuàng)業(yè),難度可想而知;很多大學(xué)生平常看到的都是著名人物的成功案例,自然把創(chuàng)業(yè)理想化,對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)中的挫折和失敗,缺乏足夠的心理準(zhǔn)備,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)淡薄,創(chuàng)業(yè)僅憑一己之想,策劃難免“紙上談兵”,而一旦失敗往往是一蹶不振,所謂越挫越勇的情況在現(xiàn)實(shí)中也是鳳毛麟角。一番打拼之后多半是在現(xiàn)實(shí)面前碰的頭破血流,最終惺惺而歸。
第二:在校大學(xué)生急于求成,缺乏市場(chǎng)意識(shí)及商業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在外部環(huán)境上,目前整個(gè)社會(huì)處于轉(zhuǎn)型期,創(chuàng)業(yè)所需的各種服務(wù)還不完善,社會(huì)關(guān)系的復(fù)雜讓在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)舉步維堅(jiān)。從在校大學(xué)生本身來(lái)看,也是“眼高手低”“好高騖遠(yuǎn)”,經(jīng)驗(yàn)、管理能力不足,不能從職業(yè)角度整合資源,資金渠道不暢通,而且缺乏財(cái)務(wù)稅法和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)知識(shí)及經(jīng)驗(yàn),這些在校大學(xué)生的“軟肋”,導(dǎo)致創(chuàng)業(yè)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
第三:在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)容易受社會(huì)不良習(xí)氣的影響。由于在校大學(xué)生心理承受能力以及社會(huì)閱歷的不足,極易在創(chuàng)業(yè)的過(guò)程中沾染社會(huì)不良習(xí)氣,而這對(duì)大學(xué)生以后的個(gè)人發(fā)展、個(gè)人素養(yǎng)產(chǎn)生不利影響。作為祖國(guó)的未來(lái),沒有良好的素養(yǎng),又如何做祖國(guó)的棟梁。第四:大學(xué)教育的性質(zhì)不適宜在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)。在校創(chuàng)業(yè)這種單一的甚至是偏激的人才鍛煉模式勢(shì)必造成知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)的單一匱乏,無(wú)法為社會(huì)發(fā)展提供多元的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)體系,使社會(huì)進(jìn)步失去持續(xù)的智力支持。
有人說(shuō):年輕,一切可以再來(lái)!可是,我要說(shuō),因?yàn)槟贻p沖動(dòng)而盲目的創(chuàng)業(yè),有可能既浪費(fèi)了打好堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)的光陰,而在創(chuàng)業(yè)路上又一事無(wú)成,豈不是“賠了夫人又折兵”?為什么我們不退一步,潛心努力,待到我們知識(shí)技能的土壤肥沃后,再播撒種子?
在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)弊大于利 定義和要點(diǎn): 限定范圍:在校大學(xué)生,是一個(gè)平均的水平,平凡的大多數(shù)。限定方向:創(chuàng)業(yè)。大學(xué)教育的范圍更廣,包括實(shí)習(xí)、實(shí)踐、打工。
落腳點(diǎn):利弊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的討論,是否有利于個(gè)人的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,是否符合社會(huì)資源優(yōu)化配置。還有一個(gè)時(shí)限,即針對(duì)當(dāng)前的中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、政治等社會(huì)狀態(tài)。審時(shí)度勢(shì),在恰當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)機(jī)做恰當(dāng)?shù)氖虑?。社?huì)條件、個(gè)人因素、兩者銜接的契合點(diǎn)都不成熟。國(guó)家政策:鼓勵(lì)在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)辦高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)。
1、對(duì)方易犯的幾大問題及針對(duì)的方案。
剛才我們和對(duì)方辯友在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的利弊問題中探討了這么久,對(duì)方辯友雄辯的口才、誠(chéng)懇的風(fēng)度確實(shí)非常感人,但是細(xì)細(xì)想來(lái),這似乎并沒有遮蓋住他們的某些偏誤。首先請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我指出對(duì)方辨友的幾點(diǎn)美中不足。
⑴曲解辯題,還一笑而過(guò)。脫離辯題。忽略了主體和時(shí)限。⑵類比不當(dāng)。外部條件和內(nèi)部條件都不是一個(gè)層次的。⑶邏輯不恰當(dāng)。對(duì)自己失敗經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)習(xí)就能推導(dǎo)出在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)好?這里缺少了利弊的比較和衡量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
⑷用了一些非典型的例子來(lái)以偏概全。作論據(jù)的事例必須典型,而正方的論證正是違反了我們討論問題所必須遵守的邏輯規(guī)則,利弊比較,是要以普遍性為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行衡量。⑸沒有科學(xué)分析,要一分為二地看問題。⑹學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn),過(guò)程論。
一個(gè)好的行為過(guò)程應(yīng)當(dāng)能推出一個(gè)好的結(jié)果。這應(yīng)當(dāng)是大概率事件。同時(shí)我也承認(rèn)同樣一個(gè)好的行為過(guò)程卻得到了一個(gè)不好的結(jié)果這樣的小概率事件。但是統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)告訴我們,我們要論證討論問題的時(shí)候,論據(jù)必須是大概率事件。如果所有的結(jié)果都是不好的,那么還能說(shuō)這個(gè)過(guò)程好嗎?過(guò)程論是另種意義的結(jié)果論,只是退而求其次的心態(tài),而其求的就是學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)這個(gè)結(jié)果。這里要看到對(duì)個(gè)人和社會(huì)兩方面的利弊對(duì)比。一個(gè)行為最可能帶來(lái)的后果卻是應(yīng)該被優(yōu)先考量的!《非經(jīng)典管理》。失敗率要對(duì)誰(shuí)來(lái)說(shuō),一個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)得好的人他的失敗率低,一個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)得不好的人他的失敗率高。事實(shí)上我絕對(duì)贊成考研究生失敗率非常大的人就不要去考了,人生路很多。不一定要成了范進(jìn)才高興。戀愛也是一樣,你追一個(gè)女孩子,明知用盡心力都還是要失敗,又何必繼續(xù)做無(wú)用功?我們更提倡珍惜喜歡自己的人,我到覺得這樣的做法比明知失敗率高還要去做好得多。人貴在自知之明。
⑺創(chuàng)業(yè)是不是學(xué)習(xí)的一部分?在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的最大阻礙是什么?是主要任務(wù)嗎?是學(xué)業(yè)還是學(xué)習(xí)?文憑不是不能代表真材實(shí)料嗎? 但是只是學(xué)習(xí)的一部分,大學(xué)的學(xué)業(yè)包括除專業(yè)之外的各種學(xué)習(xí)。而創(chuàng)業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)更功利地側(cè)重于周旋于商業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)。導(dǎo)致知識(shí)體系的單一。在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)只能局限在一定的專業(yè)、一定的能力和素質(zhì)的圈子內(nèi)。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗原因:第一,缺乏長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的目光和理智的分析。第二,對(duì)自身認(rèn)識(shí)不足。第三,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)的成功期望過(guò)高 ⑺認(rèn)清現(xiàn)實(shí),把握主要任務(wù),有自知之明。大學(xué)為實(shí)現(xiàn)我們的成長(zhǎng)提供了良好的土壤,大學(xué)生有必要在這最合適的時(shí)間,做與之相適應(yīng)的事,否則就是資源的浪費(fèi)了。經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)上,不講究最好的理論,只講究適合當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論。在恰當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)機(jī)做恰當(dāng)?shù)氖虑?,識(shí)時(shí)務(wù)者為俊杰。
多數(shù)大學(xué)生的性格、心智、人文素養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)業(yè)的知識(shí)和能力都沒有達(dá)到創(chuàng)業(yè)相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。人的精力都是有限的,尤其對(duì)于正在為自身素質(zhì)提高而努力的大學(xué)生而言,學(xué)習(xí)本身就需要極大時(shí)間和精力,而且在那么多校規(guī)的條條框框下,學(xué)生受到的約束和限制也相當(dāng)多,如果再加上創(chuàng)業(yè),那絕大多數(shù)大學(xué)生會(huì)落得賠了夫人又折兵。
在校創(chuàng)業(yè)更把握學(xué)習(xí)作為學(xué)生的主要任務(wù),切勿舍本逐末。讀書就是讀書,就要好好的讀書。創(chuàng)業(yè)的路長(zhǎng)著呢,沒必要現(xiàn)在就急慌慌地上陣。要?jiǎng)?chuàng)業(yè)等踏上社會(huì)以后也不遲啊!因?yàn)樵诖髮W(xué)中失去的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)以后是不能彌補(bǔ)的。其實(shí)大學(xué)如果要真的好好學(xué)的話也會(huì)學(xué)到很多東西。過(guò)早地上陣,很可能會(huì)把兩方面的事情都耽誤了。這是一項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資,結(jié)果是難以預(yù)測(cè)的。學(xué)業(yè)或創(chuàng)業(yè)都不能專心,于是都搞不好,所以不利于大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。相對(duì)于其他群體或者在其他時(shí)間段創(chuàng)業(yè),顯然弊大于利。而至于個(gè)別可以得兼的,學(xué)會(huì)了雙手互搏的人,鳳毛麟角,并不值得向群體推廣。你不能說(shuō)對(duì)于所有人來(lái)說(shuō)跳級(jí)都是利大于弊啊。我們說(shuō)的是對(duì)在校大學(xué)生這個(gè)群體中的大部分來(lái)說(shuō)不可兼得。如果休學(xué)創(chuàng)業(yè)效果會(huì)更好,對(duì)他們來(lái)說(shuō)也不一定就是利大于弊。
學(xué)中文的更適合待在學(xué)校里做學(xué)問而不是去創(chuàng)業(yè)。學(xué)業(yè)是基礎(chǔ),創(chuàng)業(yè)是深入,大學(xué)生首先要擁有堅(jiān)實(shí)的本領(lǐng)才能言創(chuàng)業(yè)。沒有一定的技術(shù)背景,要想創(chuàng)業(yè),一開始就處于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的不利地位?,F(xiàn)在創(chuàng)業(yè)條件不成熟得不償失,所以弊大于利,即使現(xiàn)在有機(jī)會(huì)也不抓,以后會(huì)有更大的機(jī)會(huì)。
中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)景氣監(jiān)測(cè)中心日前對(duì)北京、上海、廣州三城市900余位城市居民進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示,過(guò)半居民認(rèn)為,學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)利在提高能力,弊在盲目樂觀,眼高手低。調(diào)查顯示,超過(guò)70%的學(xué)生還缺少膽識(shí)、勇氣、穩(wěn)重、魄力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和挑戰(zhàn)性等創(chuàng)業(yè)精神。學(xué)生自身的不足也逐漸地暴露了出來(lái)。由于大學(xué)生們對(duì)市場(chǎng)、營(yíng)銷等缺乏足夠的認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)于學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者來(lái)說(shuō),由于執(zhí)行能力較差、過(guò)于樂觀、缺少工作經(jīng)歷、商務(wù)談判經(jīng)驗(yàn)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)等,在剛剛引入風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)制、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)還不成熟的大環(huán)境內(nèi),創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的機(jī)率則更低。中國(guó)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資體系也不完善,可享用的資源太少。心理素質(zhì)較差,真正操作起來(lái)往往眼高手低、急功近利;有的創(chuàng)業(yè)者一時(shí)受到挫折難以承受,沮喪消沉,甚至一蹶不振。
正確認(rèn)識(shí)自己,認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì),找準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)業(yè)的最佳時(shí)機(jī)和最佳位置,對(duì)于投身創(chuàng)業(yè)的大學(xué)生十分重要。僅僅靠一個(gè)設(shè)想是不能創(chuàng)業(yè)的。我們能想到的,別人早已想到,我們還有學(xué)習(xí)的壓力。對(duì)社會(huì),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)會(huì)浪費(fèi)資金、時(shí)間、機(jī)會(huì),影響教學(xué)打破平衡,所以弊大于利。
看清自己很重要了,如果你說(shuō)話都會(huì)臉紅,那么建議先把你的學(xué)業(yè)弄好再說(shuō)吧。看準(zhǔn)形勢(shì)很重要,刺秦王也無(wú)法改變統(tǒng)一的必然命運(yùn),那只是一種悲壯無(wú)謂犧牲。內(nèi)外條件是否能協(xié)調(diào),如時(shí)代需求和個(gè)人能力等。就算完全符合,也不能就下定言利大于弊,看標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。個(gè)別大學(xué)生可以自主創(chuàng)業(yè),但是在校大學(xué)生往往缺乏創(chuàng)業(yè)的條件(能力、技術(shù)、資金等),缺乏對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)的基本認(rèn)識(shí),發(fā)揮價(jià)值不一定要自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。
盡管對(duì)于大學(xué)生自身來(lái)說(shuō),得到所謂的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和閱歷,但拿寶貴的光陰去換取未知的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為學(xué)習(xí)失敗的經(jīng)歷而支付高昂的學(xué)費(fèi),恐怕代價(jià)太高了吧!況且其對(duì)未來(lái)能否起到作用還是個(gè)未知數(shù)。
有人說(shuō)年輕,一切可以再來(lái)??墒?,我認(rèn)為,因?yàn)槟贻p而沖動(dòng)盲目的創(chuàng)業(yè),有可能既浪費(fèi)了打好堅(jiān)實(shí)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)的光陰,又使自己背上沉重的債務(wù)或者包袱,弄得進(jìn)退兩難,一身狼狽。創(chuàng)業(yè)必須投入的時(shí)間精力非常大,絕非對(duì)方辯友所說(shuō)的一小部分,魚與熊掌不可兼得。
誠(chéng)然,創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)遇難得,合適的機(jī)會(huì)降臨時(shí)確實(shí)不該放棄,但是這些利都是創(chuàng)業(yè)之利,如果放在大學(xué)階段可就不同了。對(duì)方辯友要把握好主體啊!
這樣一批素質(zhì)不高的創(chuàng)業(yè)者會(huì)導(dǎo)致創(chuàng)業(yè)的低水準(zhǔn),影響未來(lái)商業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)模和水平。
創(chuàng)業(yè)本身沒有錯(cuò),一個(gè)在校大學(xué)生如果同時(shí)具備了知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、心態(tài)、創(chuàng)新這四個(gè)條件,在遇上一個(gè)合適的機(jī)會(huì),那么他當(dāng)然也應(yīng)該去創(chuàng)業(yè)。但是,對(duì)于廣大普普通通的在校大學(xué)生而言,他們還不具備上述條件。所以,對(duì)于廣大在校大學(xué)生,創(chuàng)業(yè)弊大于利。在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)成本巨大。人生的每個(gè)選擇都意味著得失,但今天的大學(xué)生應(yīng)該理性的權(quán)衡。大學(xué)生所處的人生發(fā)展階段是學(xué)習(xí)能力最強(qiáng),可塑性最佳的時(shí)期。而大學(xué)教育就是讓大學(xué)生在知識(shí)獲得的基礎(chǔ)上,完善認(rèn)知體系、價(jià)值體系,提升人格品質(zhì)。指望創(chuàng)業(yè)來(lái)獲得社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并非大過(guò),卻不明智。以功利思想荒廢學(xué)業(yè),以浮躁氛圍浸染學(xué)術(shù),將物質(zhì)的追求置于品格培養(yǎng)之上--從根本上講,這與大學(xué)的超功利性取向是相背離的。打著“磨礪人生”的旗號(hào)鼓吹創(chuàng)業(yè),以放棄學(xué)業(yè)為代價(jià)也只能換來(lái)失敗,積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)的初衷也只能導(dǎo)致抱憾終生。

首先,我們要感謝對(duì)方辯友精彩的表演,剛才我方辯手的發(fā)言,若非對(duì)方出手相救,恐怕早已離題萬(wàn)里了,真是讓我方感激涕零啊。
剛才我們和對(duì)方辯友在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的利弊問題中探討了這么久,對(duì)方辯友雄辯的口才、誠(chéng)懇的風(fēng)度確實(shí)非常感人,但是細(xì)細(xì)想來(lái),這似乎并沒有遮蓋住他們立論上的某些偏誤。
1.對(duì)方辯友強(qiáng)調(diào),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)會(huì)浪費(fèi)精力耽誤學(xué)習(xí),那么請(qǐng)問:一個(gè)不能學(xué)會(huì)權(quán)衡而找到學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)業(yè)二者完美結(jié)合點(diǎn)的人,又怎能處理現(xiàn)代社會(huì)各種復(fù)雜關(guān)系呢?對(duì)于聰明而勤奮的對(duì)方辯友摸索出一條促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)的創(chuàng)業(yè)之路,應(yīng)該不是難事吧?
2.對(duì)方辯友還強(qiáng)調(diào),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗會(huì)浪費(fèi)社會(huì)資源,那么請(qǐng)問:大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后在社會(huì)上的創(chuàng)業(yè)就一定會(huì)一帆風(fēng)順嗎?如果把那時(shí)的慘敗與以前在校期間的小小挫折相比,對(duì)方辯友認(rèn)為孰大孰小呢?
3.究竟是什么原因關(guān)鍵地影響著在校大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)的成???是精力嗎?不是,是大學(xué)生自身能力修養(yǎng)問題。就算退學(xué)也解決不了大學(xué)生自身能力不足的問題。所以就算是退學(xué)了去創(chuàng)業(yè),和在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)并沒有本質(zhì)的區(qū)別。
下面我進(jìn)一步總結(jié)我方觀點(diǎn):
1.我方所強(qiáng)調(diào)的創(chuàng)業(yè)利弊是重在過(guò)程,而不是結(jié)果。我方承認(rèn),對(duì)于還在象牙塔中的大學(xué)生而言,開創(chuàng)自己的一番事業(yè)的確面臨著很多的困難,比如:資金和精力的缺乏,還有擔(dān)負(fù)創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等等。但是,我們今天所要談?wù)摰氖且粋€(gè)利與弊的比較性命題,最終結(jié)果的成敗以及創(chuàng)業(yè)業(yè)績(jī)的大小與創(chuàng)業(yè)的利弊沒有很多必然的聯(lián)系,創(chuàng)業(yè)成功自然是喜事,可就算是失敗也可以算是利大于弊,也是一種人生磨練啊。瀟灑走一回,理論用于實(shí)踐,認(rèn)清自己的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),為下一段充電學(xué)習(xí)定好方向何樂不為?(國(guó)家每年的創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽還有我們學(xué)校的挑戰(zhàn)杯大賽難道僅僅是要看到同學(xué)們都實(shí)現(xiàn)了什么樣的宏偉業(yè)績(jī)嗎?不是的。得獎(jiǎng)的畢竟少數(shù),)關(guān)鍵是參與其中,倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐,學(xué)有所用,在創(chuàng)業(yè)中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己學(xué)習(xí)的盲點(diǎn)和死角,進(jìn)一步提升自己的能力,把學(xué)術(shù)的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)。我們現(xiàn)在的大學(xué)缺的不就是把科研轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)力的能力嗎?
2.大學(xué)生比一般人更有創(chuàng)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)。大學(xué)生已經(jīng)有了足夠的能力和頭腦來(lái)做好自我創(chuàng)業(yè),而且現(xiàn)在國(guó)家也出臺(tái)政策鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè),把所學(xué)得的書本知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力。清華、北航有創(chuàng)業(yè)研究中心。竺可楨學(xué)院專門把各個(gè)系各方面品學(xué)兼優(yōu)、活動(dòng)能力很強(qiáng)的學(xué)生,組織到一個(gè)班,專門培養(yǎng)他們專業(yè)知識(shí)之外的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。(由此可見,國(guó)家、社會(huì)和學(xué)校,對(duì)于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)都是給予了很高的寬容與優(yōu)惠政策。)而且,即使創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗,大學(xué)生也不必象社會(huì)中人那般狼狽,仍然可以風(fēng)雨過(guò)后在課堂上繼續(xù)讀書學(xué)習(xí)以待將來(lái)放手再搏。因?yàn)楫吘顾麄兡贻p,不用過(guò)多地考慮功利的結(jié)果,也能夠承擔(dān)或者忍受失敗?,F(xiàn)在社會(huì),大學(xué)生畢業(yè)就業(yè)難已經(jīng)成為了一個(gè)社會(huì)問題,既然我們有這個(gè)能力來(lái)做自己的老板,那為什么非要削尖腦袋去擠人才市場(chǎng),而不在在校期間就為自己將來(lái)的事業(yè)奏響華美的序曲呢?
3.大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)可以培養(yǎng)合作精神以及綜合能力。2002年,聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織提出學(xué)習(xí)的“第三本護(hù)照”是創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)并不是放棄了學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),大學(xué)生即將進(jìn)入社會(huì),創(chuàng)業(yè),可以使大學(xué)生在社會(huì)這所人生大學(xué)中學(xué)到在課堂上學(xué)不到的東西,而更多的知識(shí)是在社會(huì)中學(xué)得的。常言道:商場(chǎng)如戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。而大學(xué)生本身在這種創(chuàng)業(yè)中得到的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)、先機(jī)意識(shí)、挑戰(zhàn)意識(shí)、合作意識(shí)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí),還有那種不屈不撓、堅(jiān)持到底的毅力和精神,難道不會(huì)使其收益終生嗎?
4.大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)可以建立高知識(shí)團(tuán)隊(duì),促進(jìn)技術(shù)市場(chǎng)的良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。來(lái)自新華網(wǎng)的報(bào)道,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的公司,80%以上的技術(shù)成果都是比較先進(jìn)的。而正因?yàn)榇髮W(xué)生這種特殊的文化群體,他們更有優(yōu)勢(shì)去實(shí)踐自己的所學(xué),開發(fā)和利用自己的技術(shù)專長(zhǎng),如果沒有一定的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),不能夠達(dá)到一定水平的話,不可能有人給他們投資,他們也不可能生存?,F(xiàn)在的社會(huì)創(chuàng)業(yè)著重的是科技的互動(dòng),理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合,這種大學(xué)生群體的高技術(shù)含量創(chuàng)業(yè),可以帶動(dòng)整個(gè)社會(huì)的企業(yè)改良,形成整個(gè)市場(chǎng)重技術(shù)重知識(shí)的優(yōu)良氛圍?;鹨粯拥挠兄k爛青春的大學(xué)生,給中國(guó)市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)的不正是一場(chǎng)革命嗎?
社會(huì)的進(jìn)步歸根到底就是人的進(jìn)步,而人的進(jìn)步就是人的發(fā)展。今天,我們站在21世紀(jì)的起點(diǎn)上,感受到的是一種中國(guó)社會(huì)向前飛速發(fā)展的歷史感和責(zé)任感。身為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的大學(xué)生,我們有勇氣、有知識(shí)、有頭腦、有能力,(隨著中國(guó)邁入WTO的大門,隨著外來(lái)文化一步步的改變我們的生活,隨著社會(huì)機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)正進(jìn)一步的加大,)我們完全可以開創(chuàng)自己的事業(yè),成就自己的夢(mèng)想。我們需要的不但是睿智的大腦和豐厚的課本知識(shí),更需要的是寶貴的社會(huì)實(shí)踐創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),我們需要行之、為之。最后,讓我們記住阿基米德的名言吧:“給我扛桿和支點(diǎn),我將撐起地球!”
綜上所述,我方重申:在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)利大于弊!謝謝!

社會(huì)應(yīng)對(duì)在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)這個(gè)新生事物的態(tài)度!
(2)對(duì)方割離了創(chuàng)業(yè)與學(xué)業(yè),其實(shí)啊他們是統(tǒng)一的,是知與行,是理論與實(shí)踐的統(tǒng)一,創(chuàng)業(yè)是學(xué)習(xí)的一部分,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)指南說(shuō)“創(chuàng)業(yè)是創(chuàng)新教育的實(shí)踐課堂”古
語(yǔ)格物致知也與此暗暗相符!所以根本不存在兼不兼得的問題!同時(shí)孟子曾說(shuō):魚我欲也,熊掌亦我所欲也,兩者不可兼得,舍魚而取熊掌也.可見不可兼得是指水火不
融,兩者只可選其一,而學(xué)業(yè),學(xué)習(xí)絕非水火不融!
(3)對(duì)方辯友類比不當(dāng),說(shuō)打工好,畢業(yè)后創(chuàng)業(yè)好就能否定在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)好
???我們今天討論的是利大于弊,而不是最優(yōu)化選擇,比如說(shuō)喝牛奶對(duì)人體是利大于
弊,至于是否最有利,最優(yōu)化不是今天的討論的范圍!
(4)對(duì)方說(shuō)大學(xué)生知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備不足,經(jīng)驗(yàn)不夠,那我就不明白了,那什么時(shí)候是
足呢?農(nóng)民叔叔沒有讀過(guò)大學(xué)去創(chuàng)業(yè)是不是就該千刀萬(wàn)剮,比爾。蓋茲錯(cuò)了,應(yīng)該考
上博士才去創(chuàng)業(yè)呢?其實(shí)啊正在創(chuàng)業(yè)的大學(xué)生已比一般人多些準(zhǔn)備了,遇到機(jī)遇創(chuàng)業(yè)
也不意味著知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)的終止,提倡終身教育的今天社會(huì)也是最好的大學(xué)!
我方整場(chǎng)比賽論證了在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)仔個(gè)人。國(guó)家。民族的利與弊,有利于個(gè)人素質(zhì)
全面提高,推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,教育資源多元化,民族創(chuàng)新精神的發(fā)揚(yáng)。
正在創(chuàng)業(yè)的大學(xué)生是一群充滿激情與創(chuàng)新,知識(shí)與勇氣,自強(qiáng)不息,躬行實(shí)踐的驕子,他們一個(gè)人的力量可能是不夠的,但他們整合起來(lái)就是一個(gè)無(wú)窮潛力與創(chuàng)造力的團(tuán)隊(duì)。
