Today, I want to talk about these.In the human’s history, the concept of ‘rights of man’ has last for over 200 years, but at first ‘rights of man’ were only for man, so in 1791, a French woman publiced the ‘Declaration of the Rights of Woman’, which was the first literal declaration written for women’ s rights.And, there was a feminism movement happened at the end of 19th century, fighting for the same rights of franchise and freedom for politics.Western women did many things to help females equality, so as Chinese.Since the ancient China opened the door to the outside world, Chinese women became aware of fighting for their rights.A Chinese woman named Bicheng Lv, wrote an article on the newspaper, appealing to improve girl’s education.Nowadays, the movement of female equality is still going on.It can be easily found that women will suffer different words since they’ve gotten an achievement, and many men still hold a traditional thought that women should stay at home and listen to their orders.Last year, Emma Watson made a special speech at UN.She said, ‘No country in the world can yet say they have achieved gender equality’.And, at the end of my speech, I appeal all the people change your mind that woman can only be a women.Although women have gained their franchise, their freedom, their education, the original mind toward female make them hard to live.Don’t let efforts made by the past heroines in vain.Many thanks for your listening.

Where do we go from here? In order to answer this question, girls, we must realize where we are now.In the summer holiday, I attended my older sister's wedding.During her speech what an old lady said was very impressive.She said that women's status has been improved notably since in the ancient times women are not allowed to say a word in the wedding.Yes, I do confess.Women's status has been improved.Yet does it mean that man and women are totally equal? Of cause not.We must realize that there is still a mountain of sexist convinced that women are 60% of a person.Unfair treatment toward women can be found in many spheres.In the occupational area, there is a tragic barrier that closes the door on women.Luckily, some women overcome all the difficulty in the way, but limited tear-drenched money makes them inferior than man, and women are always the first one to be considered in the layoffs and cutbacks.As for the education, a statistic shows that city man's schooling level is generally higher than women.This situation is even worse in the country area.But what makes man's hair stand on end is about the housework.Man thinks it is an unalterable principle that women do the housework.Obviously, old cultural suicide is drinking women's blood.However, we cannot sit still waiting for death.We must rise up with a firm sense of self-esteem and say to ourselves and to the world, “I am a person I am a queen”.We must study hard and work hard to improve the condition of women.We must try our best to create a bright tomorrow that man and women are equal!

第五篇：女性家政服務(wù)員的地位和作用

家政服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展是社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展以及人們生活水平提高的重要表現(xiàn)。而且它的作用也是很明顯的，有利于改善人們生活質(zhì)量，解決部分就業(yè)。

從事家政服務(wù)人員中，女性占了70%，主要從事保姆，保潔員，護理師等服務(wù)。女性心思細膩，適合瑣碎事務(wù)的處理，因此很多家政公司都只招收女員工。女性在家政服務(wù)業(yè)中的作用也是不容忽視的?，F(xiàn)在很多家庭對改善生活環(huán)境，提高生活質(zhì)量的愿望和要求正在逐步增長，生活上的不便需要聘請保姆照料，而且普遍趨于聘請女保姆。女性的性格一般比較隨和，照顧老人可以盡其所能，悉心體貼入微，周到。對于天真活潑的孩子，也可以考慮周到，做飯，洗衣，燒菜，衛(wèi)生清潔，頗有家庭主婦的樣子，比較容易營造家的氛圍。所以有時候會出現(xiàn)某些家庭對某一個保姆產(chǎn)生依賴的心理，一旦保姆不在，就好像失去左右手一樣。

很多女性之所以從事家政服務(wù)業(yè)，大多是由于家庭境況不好，沒有穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)濟來源，迫使她們成為打工一族。這些人一般沒有什么學(xué)歷，受教育程度低，除了會洗衣，做飯，帶孩子外，基本上沒有什么特別技能。所以有時候會出現(xiàn)女保姆備受歧視和欺凌的現(xiàn)象，其根本原因大概就是文化的差異和水平的懸殊導(dǎo)致的矛盾糾紛。

社會對女性家政人員的需求決定了她們的重要作用，但同時她們自身的局限性又造成其地位一直提不上去的結(jié)果，要改善這種局面家政市場應(yīng)該提供更多的培訓(xùn)機會。
