大家晚上好!歡迎大家來到由武漢軟件工程職業(yè)學院院社團聯(lián)合會主辦，語言藝術協(xié)會承辦，院學生會學習部、各系學習部、組織部協(xié)辦的我院首屆“一零新勢力”辯論賽現(xiàn)場。即將在這里進行的是此次辯論賽決賽的 辯。每一輪盤問階段為90秒，盤問方每次提問不得超過10秒，被盤問方每次回答不得超過20秒。每輪必須提出三個或以上的問題。盤問方可指定對方三或四辯回答問題，但不得只針對一位辯手發(fā)問，否則適當扣分。

盤問雙方必須正面回答對方問題，提問和回答都要簡潔明確。重復提問和回避問題均要被扣分。每一輪盤問，盤問角色不得互換，被盤問方不得反問，盤問方也不得回答問題?，F(xiàn)在有請正方三辯開始。
