另一方面,我的學(xué)生都是97后,他們不喜歡老師高高在上地滿(mǎn)堂灌,我根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際,做到認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n。課堂教學(xué)組織形式上采用多樣化,加強(qiáng)教學(xué)過(guò)程中活動(dòng)和師生交往,創(chuàng)設(shè)生動(dòng)活潑的課堂氣氛。課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng)是以學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展為主的一種精神生活方式。教學(xué)中,備課是一個(gè)必不可少,十分重要的環(huán)節(jié),備學(xué)生,又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好,會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響課堂氣氛和積極性,曾有一位英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的老前輩對(duì)我說(shuō):“備課備不好,倒不如不上課,否則就是白費(fèi)心機(jī)?!蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性,因此,每天我都花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間在備課之上,認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法,不滿(mǎn)意就不收工。雖然辛苦,但事實(shí)證明是值得的。備課充分,能調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,上課效果就好。但同時(shí)又要有駕馭課堂的能力,因?yàn)閷W(xué)生在課堂上的一舉一動(dòng)都會(huì)直接影響課堂教學(xué)。因此上課一定要設(shè)法令學(xué)生投入,不讓其分心,這就很講究方法了。上課內(nèi)容豐富,現(xiàn)實(shí)。教態(tài)自然,講課生動(dòng),難易適中照顧全部,就自然能夠吸引住學(xué)生。所以,老師每天都要有充足的精神,讓學(xué)生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣,授課就事半功倍?;乜醋约旱氖谡n,我感到有點(diǎn)愧疚,因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)我并不能很好地做到這點(diǎn)。當(dāng)學(xué)生在課堂上無(wú)心向?qū)W,我的情緒就受到影響,并且把這帶到教學(xué)中,讓原本正常的講課受到?jīng)_擊,發(fā)揮不到應(yīng)有的水平,以致影響教學(xué)效果。我以后必須努力克服,研究方法,采取有利方法解決當(dāng)中困難。
第三,要求學(xué)生通過(guò)每節(jié)課進(jìn)行presentation,達(dá)到自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的目的。
高二一班有30位學(xué)生,共6組,每組5位同學(xué)。每節(jié)課要求1-2位同學(xué)(事先準(zhǔn)備好)做presentation,問(wèn)自己的組員一個(gè)問(wèn)題,要求對(duì)話盡量長(zhǎng)。
我首先引導(dǎo)學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀來(lái)著手presentation,要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生拓展presentation的內(nèi)容,Presentation的內(nèi)容不僅是對(duì)周?chē)h(huán)境的觀察和匯報(bào),如天氣變化,學(xué)校生活中的大事等,也可以是自己昨天或以前的某段經(jīng)歷,某種對(duì)人對(duì)事的感受。還可以是學(xué)生對(duì)某門(mén)學(xué)科或技能或社會(huì)現(xiàn)象的看法及感受。學(xué)生對(duì)自己在學(xué)習(xí)中遇到的問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的過(guò)程,如英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中碰到的某個(gè)不懂的語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象是如何把它弄懂的。還可以是經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹,如怎樣記單詞,怎樣練聽(tīng)力,怎樣練會(huì)話,怎樣練寫(xiě)作等。另外學(xué)生也可以通過(guò)presentation對(duì)教師的教學(xué)、作業(yè)和班級(jí)管理等方面提出個(gè)人的看法和建議??傊?,presentation 的內(nèi)容沒(méi)有大小之分,沒(méi)有重要不重要之分;但要求內(nèi)容有一定的真實(shí)性,要求用正確的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言表達(dá)一定的中心。這樣,通過(guò)對(duì)presentation的準(zhǔn)備和進(jìn)行,使學(xué)生達(dá)到一種自我定位和自我實(shí)現(xiàn)。另一方面,我也從他們的presentation中進(jìn)一步了解我高二一班的學(xué)生。第四,我認(rèn)真批改作業(yè)。布置作業(yè)時(shí),堅(jiān)持做到有針對(duì)性,有層次性,形式多樣化。每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)課堂上的知識(shí)掌握程度,都會(huì)在作業(yè)中得以直接體現(xiàn)出來(lái)。對(duì)于難度較大的題目,學(xué)生出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤較多的作業(yè),課上利用時(shí)間統(tǒng)一詳細(xì)講評(píng)每個(gè)錯(cuò)誤;對(duì)于學(xué)生不該出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生及時(shí)糾正。每周進(jìn)行兩次聽(tīng)寫(xiě)測(cè)試,對(duì)所學(xué)新單詞、新短語(yǔ)、好句子進(jìn)行聽(tīng)寫(xiě)。認(rèn)真及時(shí)地批改聽(tīng)寫(xiě)。并針對(duì)學(xué)生的聽(tīng)寫(xiě)情況,認(rèn)真透徹地進(jìn)行講評(píng),根據(jù)其情況不斷改進(jìn)教法。從而做到因材施教,教學(xué)相長(zhǎng)。
第五,狠抓詞匯,交會(huì)學(xué)生通過(guò)語(yǔ)音,構(gòu)詞法,詞性,諧音等方式讓學(xué)生背單詞變輕松,每天基本都有dictation,循環(huán)復(fù)習(xí),配合閱讀文章加強(qiáng)理解鞏固。讓每一位學(xué)生的單詞和短語(yǔ)都要過(guò)關(guān),制定獎(jiǎng)勤罰懶的措施,并為每位學(xué)生制作聽(tīng)寫(xiě)檔案,裝訂成冊(cè)。
第六,精講多練。精講多練是我采取的另一個(gè)鞏固學(xué)生所學(xué)知識(shí)的方法。在課堂上,我少講精講,讓每位同學(xué)做好筆記,掌握知識(shí)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn),然后給予他們更多的時(shí)間練習(xí)加以鞏固,課后留有適當(dāng)不同層次的作業(yè)讓不同層次的學(xué)生去練習(xí),這樣通過(guò)精講,多練,讓學(xué)生在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中掌握知識(shí),在練的過(guò)程中鞏固知識(shí)。同時(shí),我又讓每位同學(xué)準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)錯(cuò)題本,在我每次評(píng)講習(xí)題的過(guò)程中,把他們易錯(cuò)的習(xí)題和知識(shí)點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)記在錯(cuò)題本上,以便于平時(shí)有重點(diǎn)地去記憶和理解。將每次做錯(cuò)的題和不會(huì)做的題目記錄在本子上,并將作錯(cuò)的原因和正確答案一并記錄在案。以后還要不斷地翻閱,加強(qiáng)記憶。這樣就可以有效地避免再犯類(lèi)似的錯(cuò)誤。事實(shí)證明,這一方法切實(shí)可行,行之有效。
第七,多聽(tīng)課。聽(tīng)課也是提高自身教學(xué)能力的一個(gè)好方法,只有多聽(tīng)課才能夠逐漸積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。所以對(duì)每一次聽(tīng)課的機(jī)會(huì)我都十分珍惜。聽(tīng)課的主要對(duì)象是我們組的優(yōu)秀老師的課,同時(shí)也聽(tīng)其他老師的課。本學(xué)期,我聽(tīng)了十多節(jié)課,我的收獲很大,逐步掌握了一些駕馭課堂的技巧。聽(tīng)完課之后,把教師們上課時(shí)講到的記在聽(tīng)課記錄上,然后對(duì)我自己的備課教案進(jìn)行修改,將他們很多優(yōu)點(diǎn)和長(zhǎng)處應(yīng)用到我的課堂教學(xué)當(dāng)中去,取得了較好的效果。
提高高二學(xué)生英語(yǔ)成績(jī)的關(guān)鍵在于教師幫助學(xué)生并進(jìn)行學(xué)法指導(dǎo),只要我們面對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí),從學(xué)生的實(shí)際出發(fā),注重加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,學(xué)生的成績(jī)一定會(huì)提高。經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的努力,期末考就是一種考驗(yàn)。無(wú)論成績(jī)高低,都體現(xiàn)了我在這學(xué)期的教學(xué)成果。我明白到這并不是最重要的,重要的是在本學(xué)期后如何自我提高,如何共同提高高二一班的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)。因此,無(wú)論怎樣辛苦,我都會(huì)繼續(xù)努力,多做,多想,多向同行學(xué)習(xí),爭(zhēng)取更大的進(jìn)步。
我在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,特別強(qiáng)調(diào)營(yíng)造一個(gè)輕松、愉快的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境;充分調(diào)動(dòng)全班學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性和主動(dòng)性,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣和求知欲。
以上就是我在本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作總結(jié)。由于經(jīng)驗(yàn)頗淺,許多地方存在不足,希望在未來(lái)的日子里,能有機(jī)會(huì)在其他老師的指導(dǎo)下取得更好成績(jī)。
