例如，由于缺乏人在說話時(shí)的感情和面部表情，電子郵件給人的感覺可能是缺乏活力、生硬和簡(jiǎn)短草率。而且當(dāng)這種不禮貌是有意為之時(shí)，產(chǎn)生的影響甚至?xí)?。我們中想必有很多人都?jīng)歷過令人不快的電子郵件吧？ 這種郵件不僅讓人的心情很難平復(fù)，而且經(jīng)常讓您的一整天蒙上陰影。重要的是冷靜地分析電子郵件，確定對(duì)方是否故意采用這種不禮貌的行為。
