In my opinion, students and teachers are equal.We should repect them and we can't scold them when they make mistakes.In a word, we should treat children as human being.But it is easy to say that different to achieve.When some parents see a child doing something with difficulty, they tend to help hisher immediately.This response is part of our human nature and should be understood.However, too much attention and care can destroy children's activity and confidence.Instead, we should believe them and encourage them.In school, some teachers do not respect pupils.They would scold, critize children when children misvehave.Such behavior would definately do great harm to children and destroy their dignity, self-confidence and motivation in learning.What's more, teachers and parents tend to think that children are just like a blank piece of paper.They should be fed with knowledge which is useful for their future life.As a result, children are given very little respect and freedom in choosing or developing their own way of thinking and learning.We believe that children should be respected in terms of what to learn and how to learn.Humannistic education requires the teachers to treat children as human being who have their own thoughts and needs.Teachers should never try to force their ideas into children's minds but try to think from the children's point of view.We should So I learn from students that we should be brave to do everything.Interest is the mother of learning.So our students learn English and some other subjects very well.Because they're happy to do it.They will learn faster if they are very happy.However, can we do like this? Adults have clear personal goals and objectives for learning, eg.finding a good job, going abroad, making more money, talking to foreigners.For children, a foreign language is simply another school subject they have to do in school.Children do things that interest them and make them feel good abour themselves.And gradually they become confident and easy and enjoyable to learn.These are the aspects that adults are different from our students.As a teacher, I'm lucky.I'm with them every day and I can learn a lot from my students.Thanks for the children.Teaching is learning should focus on the following:

我是來自 的一名稅務(wù)干部,今天我演講的題目是《奉獻 讓生命綻放輝煌》。
又是一年春來到,春風(fēng)迎面格外俏。時下正是三月陽春之季,徐徐的春風(fēng),吹來了新的生機,喚來了又一年春暖花開。此刻,讓我們備覺溫暖的,除了明媚的陽光,還有帶給我們無限感動和鼓舞的“營山焦裕祿”和“春風(fēng)精神”。

怎樣才能讓一滴水永不干涸?那就讓它融入大海吧。怎樣才能讓愛永不消逝?那就讓它傳承下去吧。保爾柯察金說過:“一個人的生命應(yīng)當(dāng)這樣度過:當(dāng)他回首往事的時候不會因虛度年華而悔恨,也不會因碌碌無為而羞愧!”是的,生命不過短短的幾十年,有的人選擇了平凡的一生,波瀾不驚,倒也逍遙自在;有的人選擇了偉大的一生,轟轟烈烈,倒也舉世驚人;而有的人,選擇了平凡卻偉大的一生,無欲無求,無私奉獻,大愛無言。在我身邊,就有這樣的同志,他們曾經(jīng)用自己的生命和無私譜寫出了一曲動人的楷模之歌。
同志,是 XX科室的一名普通工作員,每日的稅收工作做得一絲不茍,工作態(tài)度認(rèn)真,凡事勤勤懇懇,日子在這樣相安無事的狀態(tài)下慢慢過去。有一天,他遇到了改變自己人生經(jīng)歷的一件重要的事情:那是2006年二月的一天,劉司農(nóng)下班走在回家的路上,路過濱江路的時候,突然聽到一陣急促的呼救聲,他轉(zhuǎn)頭一看,發(fā)現(xiàn)湍急的長江河水里有一名學(xué)生正在拼命掙扎著大喊“救命”!正在這危急的時刻,劉司農(nóng)沒有片刻的遲疑和思索,立馬快步?jīng)_到河邊,來不及解開自己的衣裳,便奮不顧身地跳入冰冷刺骨的江水中,用盡全身力氣將落水的學(xué)生救上岸來。一名普通的 干部,在寒冷的二月冬日,不顧個人生命安危,見義勇為,是需要有多么崇高的思想,多么無私無謂氣概。奉獻,有時是比生命還貴重的品質(zhì)。
XX同志,是 XX科室的一名普通工作員,今年已經(jīng)年近花甲了??墒?,抱著對稅收工作的熱忱,對稅收事業(yè)的無限熱愛。她退休了,可是她依然熱愛著自己堅守了幾十年的工作崗位。年齡雖大了,職位雖退了,無私奉獻和愛崗敬業(yè)的精神沒有變。幾年來,XX同志一直堅持著在原來的工作崗位上認(rèn)認(rèn)真真的做著己所能及的工作。周圍的同事都不解地問他:都退休了,單位也不會給你多發(fā)一分錢的工資,何不在家逗逗小孫兒,頤養(yǎng)天年,安享晚年之樂;非要在這艱苦的辦公環(huán)境里任勞任怨地工作呢。XX同志笑笑說:我不圖多一分工資,也不圖別人對我的贊美,我只是由衷熱愛這份工作,熱愛這個我奉獻了多少年青春的 事業(yè)。雖然我老了,但是我的心沒有老,只要我還能干的動的一天,我就依然堅持著做好每一份工作。
奉獻,有時是不求回報的激情。
多少革命先烈無私奉獻出的生命,才創(chuàng)造出我們國富民安的社會生活;多少英雄模范無私奉獻出的青春,才勾勒出我們和諧美好的社會環(huán)境。是他們的激情,是他們的奉獻,演繹出一個個動人的故事;是他們的執(zhí)著,是他們的堅持,譜寫出一首首感人的歌曲。熱血的青春,應(yīng)該投身到為人民服務(wù)、大膽創(chuàng)新、開拓進取、無私奉獻的時代潮流中。

給自己設(shè)定了多個提高演講和溝通技巧的具體目標(biāo)。
其次,你應(yīng)定階段性的、具體的目標(biāo),再充分發(fā)揮中國人的傳統(tǒng)美德——勤奮、向上和毅力,努力完成目標(biāo)。比如,我要求自己每個月做兩次演講,而且每次都要我的同學(xué)或朋友去旁聽,給我反饋意見。我對自己承諾,不排練三次,決不上臺演講。我要求自己每個月去聽演講,并向優(yōu)秀的演講者求教。有一個演講者教了我克服恐懼的幾種方法,他說,如果你看著觀眾的眼睛會緊張,那你可以看觀眾的頭頂,而觀眾會依然認(rèn)為你在看他們的臉,此外,手中最好不要拿紙而要握起拳來,那樣,顫抖的手就不會引起觀眾的注意。當(dāng)我反復(fù)練習(xí)演講技巧后,我自己又發(fā)現(xiàn)了許多秘訣,比如:不用講稿,通過講故事的方式來表達時,我會表現(xiàn)得更好,于是,我仍準(zhǔn)備講稿但只在排練時使用;我發(fā)現(xiàn)我回答問題的能力超過了我演講的能力,于是,我一般要求多留時間回答問題;我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己不感興趣的東西就無法講好,于是,我就不再答應(yīng)講那些我沒有興趣的題目。幾年后,我周圍的人都夸我演講得好,甚至有人認(rèn)為我是個天生的好演說家,其實,我只是實踐了中國人勤奮、向上和毅力等傳統(tǒng)美德而已。自信心就是確信自己所追求目標(biāo)是正確的,并堅信自己有力量與能力去實現(xiàn)所追求的目標(biāo)。青少年自信心的建立不是天生的,更不會隨心而得。青少年的自信心與他的成功概率成正比。自信心越強,越能夠不畏失敗,不怕挫折,不懈進取。自信心越大,越能夠產(chǎn)生強大的精神動力和進取激情,排除一切障礙去實施自己的目標(biāo)。
如何提高口才能力?
有位美國政界要人曾說過,個性和口才的能力比起外語知識和哈佛大學(xué)的文憑更為重要。的確,口才很重要。但你也許會說:“我先天不足怕開口,見人就臉紅,沒口才。”那么,我們告訴你:朋友,這不要緊,路就在腳下??诓挪粫c生俱來,也不會從天而降,就像莊稼需要施肥、道路需要整修,口才也要培養(yǎng)。
一切美麗的花朵,都植根于沃土之中,離開了泥土,它也就失去了養(yǎng)分;沒有了泥土,它就會干枯、凋零??罩袥]有盛開的鮮花。
如果我們把口才也看成是百花園中的一朵鮮花,那么它扎根的沃土就是人的思想、知識、能力、毅力,離開了人的這些素質(zhì),那么口才也就成了一朵空中的花,一朵永遠不會盛開的花。崇高的思想、淵博的知識、遠見卓識以及一定的記憶能力、較強的應(yīng)變能力、持之以恒的毅力,這些都是我們培育“口才之花”的“養(yǎng)料”,離開了這些,練口才只能是一句空話。
1、要有崇高的思想
少年朋友們,大家或許都有過這樣的體驗,當(dāng)一個自己言行欠佳的同學(xué)或老師批評你的時候,你的心里一定很不服氣。甚至在心里說:你自己做得也不怎么樣,有什么資格說我呢!你會感到這人言行不一。中國有句老話,叫做“近朱者赤,近墨者黑”,品德、修養(yǎng)惡劣的人帶給別人的也只能是卑鄙的靈魂、低級的趣味,而且很難受到大多數(shù)人的歡迎。這就是一種人格力量。無論是演講、談話、論辯都是一種向聽眾作宣傳的雙重活動,你的思想、品德、感情、修養(yǎng)都會在有意與無意中影響著聽眾的思想、品德、感情、修養(yǎng)。而演講者、說服者只有具備了高尚的思想修養(yǎng),他的話才具有說服力。身教勝于言教就是這個道理。你們聽過曲嘯的《心底無私天地寬》這個演講吧,這個演講所以能打動人、教育人、感染人,是與曲嘯本人的崇高品德分不開的,是與他熱愛黨、熱愛人民的熾烈感情分不開的,也是與他堅定的共產(chǎn)主義信念分不開的。如果一個演講者、一個論辯員沒有高尚的思想修養(yǎng)做后盾,那么他的演講、論辯是不可能成功的,其結(jié)果只能是臺上他講,臺下講他。
所以,我們要練口才,首先就要培養(yǎng)自己的思想美、心靈美、行為美,培養(yǎng)自己熱愛祖國、熱愛人民的高尚情操,學(xué)會使用正確的方法、立場去分析問題、解決問題,只有這樣,你才能用美好的語言去感染聽眾、說服聽眾、宣傳聽眾,你練就的口才也才能為人民服務(wù),為祖國服務(wù)。
2、要有淵博的知識
要想給別人一杯水,自己要有一桶水。這是一個普通的常識。我們要說給別人聽,首先就得自己有。別小看了演講時的幾分鐘,論辯時的幾句話,就這幾分鐘、這幾句話,需要我們有豐厚的知識積累。
我們有些同學(xué)有這樣一個好習(xí)慣:準(zhǔn)備一個小本子,把每天從報紙、雜志、課文中看到的觀點、方法,好的詞、句子都記錄下來,有時間就拿出來看看,天長日久,就形成了自己的思想,有了自己的見解,也有了自己的詞匯庫。說起話來也就頭頭是道,也不覺得沒詞兒可說了,甚至常常能妙語驚人,這就是積累的結(jié)果。
3、要有遠見卓識
遠見卓識是演講者、交談?wù)摺⒄撧q者必須具備的一種素質(zhì)。我們不論是演講,還是談話、論辯,面對的都是人,或是廣大的聽眾,或是單個的個人。但不論是人多,還是人少,誰都不愿意去浪費時間聽那些老掉了牙的、人人皆知的陳詞濫調(diào)。如果你總是人云亦云,從沒有自己的見解,自己的觀點,那么你永遠也不會成為一名受人尊敬、受人歡迎的演講者、談話者、論辯者。你永遠不可能征服你的聽眾。而要想自己的見識超群,見解獨到,就要站得高,看得高,高瞻遠矚,言別人之未言,說別人之難說。但是,我們千萬記住決不要去追求華而不實的噱頭,決不要去嘩眾取寵。
4、較強的應(yīng)變力
著名相聲演員馬季,有一次到湖北省黃石市演出。在他表演之前,有一位演員錯把“黃石市”說成了“黃石縣”,引起了觀眾的哄笑。在笑聲中,馬季登臺演出。他張口就說:“今天,我們有幸來到黃石省演出??”這話把哄笑中的觀眾弄糊涂了。正當(dāng)大家竊竊私語時,馬季解釋道,方才,我們的一位演員把黃石市說成縣,降了一級。我在這里當(dāng)然要說成省,給提上一級,這樣一降一提,哈,就平啦!幾句話,引得全場哄堂大笑,馬季機智巧妙地給圓了場,使演出得以順利進行。
馬季所以能把場圓下來,關(guān)鍵還在于他有較強的應(yīng)變能力。一個藝術(shù)家如此,一個演講者、談話者、論辯者也是如此。我們無論是演講、談話,不是論辯,都是在與聽眾進行感情交流,在進行信息傳遞。這就需要我們在演講、談話、論辯的過程中隨時地注意對方的變化,觀察對方的表情,掌握聽眾的情緒,并要根據(jù)聽眾的反饋及時調(diào)整我們演講、談話、論辯的內(nèi)容及角度,把聽眾不愿聽而你又打算講的東西刪掉,加進一些聽眾感興趣的內(nèi)容,這沒有較強的應(yīng)變能力是做不到的。
另外,我們在與人交際、交流時,常常還會遇到一些意想不到的事情發(fā)生。如你正在演講時卻有人起哄,正在交談時卻遭人搶白,你的辯詞受到人們的反對,這一切一切都需要有從容鎮(zhèn)定的應(yīng)變力。所以為了使你在窘境中得到解脫,為了練就一副在任何情況下都對答如流的口才,為了在社交場合免受尷尬之苦,為了你臨危不亂,請培養(yǎng)應(yīng)變能力吧。
5、一定的記憶能力
記憶力也是演講者、談話者、論辯者的一項重要的素質(zhì)。我們的演講辭、論辯詞包括談話的一些內(nèi)容都是需要記憶的,通過記憶把演講、論辯的內(nèi)容儲存在大腦中,登臺演講或進行交談、淪辯時,才能張口即來,滔滔不絕。如果記憶力不強,到了臺上,一緊張就會丟三落四,甚至張口結(jié)舌。
我們在積累知識時也需要有較強的記憶力,否則,打開書什么都知道,合上書又什么都忘了,是不行的。
培養(yǎng)記憶力是要下點苦工夫的。我們這個年齡正好是記憶力最好的時期,所以我們一定要抓
緊時間,培養(yǎng)和加強自己的記憶力。記憶的方法很多,我們可以自己從學(xué)習(xí)中尋找、總結(jié)一些記憶規(guī)律,供自己使用。也可以學(xué)習(xí)、借鑒他人的成功方法,如形象記憶法、數(shù)字記憶法、聯(lián)想記憶法等??傊覀冎挥羞^目成誦,才能出口成章。
6、持之以恒的毅力
看了以上幾點,有的朋友可能要說:“練口才還這么難呀!咱也不具備這些素質(zhì),口才也練不成了,不用白費勁了!”那么我要說,你錯了!以上我們談的幾種練口才的必備素質(zhì),是必備的,但不是天生的,不是與生俱來的,而是*后天的苦學(xué)、苦練得來的。有一句名言為:“書山有路勤為徑,學(xué)海無涯苦做舟”。西方也有一句格言為:“詩人是先天的,演說家是后天的?!贝_實,要練就一副懸河之口,非下一番苦工夫不可。古希臘有一位卓越的演講家德摩斯梯尼,年輕時有發(fā)音不清、說話氣短、愛聳雙肩的毛病。最初他的演講很不成功,以致被觀眾哄下了講臺。但德摩斯梯尼沒有因失敗、嘲笑、打擊而氣餒。他一方面博覽群書、積累知識,一方面他又刻苦練習(xí)。為了練嗓音,他把小石子含在嘴里朗誦,迎著呼嘯的大風(fēng)講話;為了克服氣短的毛病,他故意一面攀登,一面不停地吟詩;為了克服聳肩,每次練習(xí)口才時他都在自己的雙肩上方掛兩柄劍,劍尖正對雙肩,迫使自己隨時注意改掉聳肩的不良習(xí)慣。他還在家中安裝了一面大鏡子,經(jīng)常對著鏡子練演講,以克服自己在演講中的一些毛病。經(jīng)過苦練,德摩斯梯尼終于成了世界聞名的大演講家?!皩殑︿h自磨勵出,梅花香自苦寒來?!边@就是德摩斯梯尼成功給我們的啟示。
少年朋友們,我想你一定沒有德摩斯梯尼這么多的苦惱,只要你持之以恒地勤奮學(xué)習(xí),刻苦練習(xí),那么你一定會成功,口才家、雄辯家的桂冠就一定能戴在你的頭上。
7、訓(xùn)練說話能力
一份調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,缺乏語言訓(xùn)練與受過良好語言訓(xùn)練,具有天壤之別的關(guān)系。面對同一件事,沒受過語言訓(xùn)練者的表述,有可能是語無倫次的、雜亂無章的,即使說上一大堆話,也只會是廢話一堆,若是受過良好語言訓(xùn)練的人,他可能只須很少的語句,就會十分簡煉、完整且合乎邏輯地抓住主要情節(jié)和情節(jié)之間的關(guān)系,將事件表述出來。兩者之間,差別之大,不由得不引起我們對口才訓(xùn)練的重視。
在著手訓(xùn)練自己的講話能力之前,不妨自己對自己先做個摸底。我們不妨問問自己——
1.是不是見了別人,覺得無話可說?或只對一部分人才有話說?
2.是不是很難找到一個使說、聽雙方都很有興趣的話題?
3.能否將自己所談的意思,用各種不同的方式去表達,以滿足不同場合、不同對象的需要?在遇到別人的反駁時,是否一再重復(fù)說過的老話?
4.能否調(diào)動別人與你談話的興趣?
5.能否使談話順利而不致中斷?又不會被人認(rèn)為“固
6.改變話題是否自然、巧妙?
7.能否根據(jù)對方的態(tài)度,及時調(diào)整自己的態(tài)度?
8.口齒是否清晰,聲音是否悅耳?
9.應(yīng)當(dāng)知道在何處結(jié)束自己的談話?
此外,必要的訓(xùn)練還包括諸如概括力、條理化、用語準(zhǔn)確生動等基本內(nèi)容。
你完全有必要根據(jù)上述要求來檢審一下你自己,看看你具備些什么,又缺乏些什么?缺乏的主要原因是什么?總之,你要自己給自己的講話能力作個診斷,找出原因,才能對癥下藥演講能力是每個人特別需要的能力,大家對訓(xùn)練演講能力的速成方法很感興趣、卻又信心不足,其實這并不難,掌握了以下方法就可以建立穩(wěn)固的基礎(chǔ),大大提高演講能力。
我認(rèn)為造成演講恐懼心理的4個事實:1)并非只有你害怕當(dāng)眾演講,通常80%以上的人都有臨場恐懼癥;2)適度的臨場恐懼感是有用的,當(dāng)你發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的脈搏加速、呼吸急促時,別著急,這都是你身體對外界刺激的警覺反應(yīng),也隨時預(yù)備好要采取行動。假如這些生理上的反應(yīng)都在合理范圍內(nèi),反而可以幫助你想得更快,講得更流利,一般說來,都比在正常情況下要顯得更有效率;3)許多職業(yè)演說家均承認(rèn),他們也一樣有臨場恐懼感;4)害怕在群眾之前演講,最主要的原因就是還不習(xí)慣在群眾之前演講。只要足夠的鍛煉,恐懼感會逐漸減低,直到只剩下對你有益的部分,而不致對你有任何妨礙。準(zhǔn)備方法只有充分準(zhǔn)備的演講者,才會有充分的信心
平常,我們講話十分自然,想的是觀念而不是字句,一旦觀念清楚,字句很自然地就脫口而出,就像呼吸空氣一樣。有效的準(zhǔn)備方法是事先把想法脈絡(luò)理清。從過往的經(jīng)驗中,找出對生命最有意義的事情,然后把這些事情的想法、看法和信念組織起來,便是最好的演講內(nèi)容了。演講的真正準(zhǔn)備工作,是指對題意的整個思考過程。具體說來,就是先把你的題目好好思考過,使其漸趨成熟、深入......然后,再把這些想法變成文字——僅用簡單的文字把想法固定下來,寫在紙上——這樣會比較容易組織安排,使松散的觀念變得有條理、有秩序。這并不是特別困難,需要的是專注和清晰的目標(biāo)。當(dāng)你把觀念理清之后,有個簡單有效的演練方法,就是用準(zhǔn)備要演講的那些觀念,利用平常和朋友同事聊天的機會,拿來當(dāng)作談話的材料。注意看對方的反應(yīng),看他們對這件事有什么看法,也許他們的想法對你有用,你可能會發(fā)現(xiàn)哪些地方解釋得還不夠詳盡,哪些觀點或許會引起爭議,或何種形式最適合你所要表達的主題。
讓演講更生動演講本身要注意的是:主題不要過于分散,多用描述和例證。記住,只有故事,才是真正具有可讀性。《時代》、《讀者文摘》等銷量極大的文章,大都采用故事體或軼事形態(tài)的方式寫出,演講也是一樣,平易近人的方式,永遠能抓住聽眾注意力。如何得到這種“運用描述性材料”的重要技巧呢?有5個方法可以達到這個目的——有人情味、有個性、強調(diào)某一特點、戲劇性表現(xiàn)、活潑生動。在演講中,要利用姓名使內(nèi)容具體化,加入你覺得不方便,也可以使用化名。演講中盡量對細節(jié)詳加說明,在你準(zhǔn)備敘述一段劇情的經(jīng)過時,問自己5W:When(何時)?Where(何地)?Who(何人)?What(何事)?Why(何故)?當(dāng)然過多的細節(jié)會讓聽眾不耐煩,會嚴(yán)重影響演講效果。演講時,合理利用對白可以使演講變得戲劇化。加入你能夠模仿當(dāng)事人的聲調(diào)或語氣,效果會更好。此外,由于對白所使用的均是日常用語,就會使演講顯得更為親切自然。影響化也可以提高演講的效果,利用影像做示范能讓演講更為生動,比如說到高爾夫時,你可以做些打高爾夫的動作。與聽眾合而為一演講不是自己講話給自己聽,而是要向聽眾傳達信息。你的態(tài)度決定了聽眾的態(tài)度,放下身段,用真誠、謙虛來影響聽眾。演講內(nèi)容必須針對不同聽眾的需要,對聽眾要給予誠摯的贊賞,在開始講話之后,盡量想辦法講些能與聽眾建立起關(guān)系的話來,另一個打開交流之道的方法,是叫出聽眾當(dāng)中的某些人的名字。演講和背誦的根本區(qū)別就在于,演講是用來聽到觀眾的反應(yīng),讓聽眾成為演講的參與者。最容易招致反感的演講,就是讓聽眾覺得你高高在上,謙虛可以提高信心和親和力,演講者的一點點優(yōu)越感都會被聽眾感受到。想要贏得聽眾的敬重與愛慕,最好的方法就是保持較低姿態(tài)。練習(xí)聲音演講時,我們有時要聳聳肩,揮動一下手臂,皺一下眉頭,提高音量,改變抑揚頓挫,或是隨著情境講得或快或慢等等。我們要記住,這些生理上的動作,都是結(jié)果而非原因,都是受我們的精神和情緒狀態(tài)所影響。隨著年齡的增長,我們漸漸失去了個性中自然的本質(zhì)。我們的談話已經(jīng)失去了本性中的純樸自然,我們不是說得太快就是說得太慢,措辭也顯得凌亂輕率?;蛟S你會覺得,凌亂輕率正是自然的表現(xiàn),但演說家不允許自己不求長進,還是盡量要在字的發(fā)音、措辭、表達的方式上力求改進。嘗試著對自己的音量、聲調(diào)和速度做個評估,只要有個錄音機便可做到。

導(dǎo)入:演講,亦稱“演說”,是在特定的環(huán)境下,講話者借助有聲語言和態(tài)勢語言,針對現(xiàn)實生活中的某個問題,向聽眾發(fā)表意見、抒發(fā)感情,從而達到感召聽眾的一種現(xiàn)實的社會實踐活動。

一、演講的特點
演講的常見形式是命題演講和即興演講。其特點有:
1、現(xiàn)實性。現(xiàn)實性是演講的本質(zhì)特征。演講是為實現(xiàn)某種目的而影響聽眾行為的社會實踐活動。演講的內(nèi)容與現(xiàn)實生活緊密相關(guān),它針對現(xiàn)實生活中人們關(guān)心和矚目的問題,當(dāng)眾發(fā)表自己的見解主張,使聽眾受到教育、啟迪,從而振作精神,明辨是非。
2、鼓動性。演講是一種形象生動、聲情并茂、富有吸引力和感召力的宣傳形式。它比一般的語言形式更富有鼓動性和感染力,因而它不僅使人知,使人信,使人感動,使人贊同,而且使人行動。
3、藝術(shù)性。演講是一種講究藝術(shù)性的現(xiàn)實活動,它綜合運用多種藝術(shù)形式為演講服務(wù)。例如舞臺藝術(shù)、語言藝術(shù)等等,把聽眾的視覺、聽覺都調(diào)動起來,使之產(chǎn)生興趣,引發(fā)共鳴。
二、演講前做好充分的準(zhǔn)備 演講大師林肯曾指出:“即使是有實力的人,若缺乏周到的準(zhǔn)備,也無法做到有系統(tǒng)、有條理的演說”,那些經(jīng)驗不足和缺乏實力的演講新手就更不待說了。充分準(zhǔn)備對于演講十分必要,其意義在于不僅可以保證演講更有質(zhì)量、更有成功的把握,最重要的還在于能夠增強演講者的信心。
第一,選題。
一個成功的演講,離不開一個好的話題。選題話題,(1)必須是自己熟悉的內(nèi)容。只有熟悉,才能擁有大量的素材,才能具有自己切身的體會,因而也才能談得真切、講得深入。(2)必須考慮聽眾的興趣。在演講前,應(yīng)了解聽眾,掌握他們的思想水平、文化程度、職業(yè)狀況、興趣愛好等基本情況,抓住普遍關(guān)注的問題。例如,對農(nóng)民朋友談減輕農(nóng)民負擔(dān),對大學(xué)生介紹就業(yè)形勢,就有可能切合他們的口味。如果對中老年談追星族,對工人講解科學(xué)種田,談得再好恐怕也不會受到歡迎。
第二、立意。
立意是指確定自己的立場和觀點,必須正確、深刻、新穎。(1)演講 1 是一種旨在傳播真理的信息交流活動,演講成功與否,首先取決于是否有一個正確的立意。(2)立意正確,才能表達積極向上的情感,給自己和別人以教育和啟發(fā)。深刻就是透過表面現(xiàn)象,抓住問題的實質(zhì)。這樣主題就會具有鮮明的共性,就會走向深刻。例如,李大釗高呼“庶民的勝利”,電亮了茫茫黑夜中的共產(chǎn)主義之燈;亨利“不自由,毋寧死”的口號,鼓舞著廣大民眾投入爭取自由與解放的斗爭。(3)立意新穎指的是主題有新意,有創(chuàng)新。如果演講的主題盡是機械的模仿,一味因襲別人的思路,聽眾得不到新的知識和啟迪教育,怎能不大倒胃口呢?立意新穎,演講才能吸引人、鼓舞人,才能更耐人尋味。例如《狗拿耗子也無妨》
第三,擬稿。
在時間許可的條件下盡可能寫出講稿、提綱或打出腹稿,設(shè)法進行試講,體味效果,不斷完善講辭,對可能影響演講的某些意外情況制定應(yīng)對措施。
例如教材【范例2】中林肯《在葛底斯堡國家烈士公墓落成典禮上的演說》)1863年11月19日,林肯應(yīng)邀發(fā)表了此次演說。這次演講是在一個充分準(zhǔn)備下而獲巨大成功的典范。他在兩周時間內(nèi)反復(fù)琢磨思考,不斷修改刪減,又多次面對白宮職員試講并虛心聽取他們的意見,最后以十分簡潔凝練的十句話作了這次符合身份、切合場景地點又滿足聽眾情感、愿望的名垂青史的演講。1984年8月20日,美國國家人文科學(xué)促進委員會已將這篇演說詞列為美國中學(xué)生必讀著作之一。
第四,心理準(zhǔn)備。
堅定自信心,克服怯場心理。走上演講臺,面對觀眾,每個人都會產(chǎn)生緊張、怯場的心理,這就需要演講者在演講前做好心理準(zhǔn)備。樹立自信心,相信自己會取得演講的成功。有了自信心才能在演講時克服怯場心理,表現(xiàn)出從容自若、思維敏捷、言語流利。
材料:《比爾·蓋茨是如何準(zhǔn)備演講的》(《演講與口才》2007 11)2007年6月7日,從哈佛大學(xué)輟學(xué)30余年的比爾·蓋茨,應(yīng)邀在母校的畢業(yè)典禮上發(fā)表了25分鐘的演講,獲得極大成功。為了這次演講,比爾·蓋茨花了足足6個月的時間準(zhǔn)備。(1)鄭重其事,周密規(guī)劃。從搜集資料、確立主題、形成初稿,再到修改、定稿直至演講之前的演練,都進行了周密細致的安排和規(guī)劃。(2)集思廣益,精雕細刻。先是和助手一起對材料進行分類、加工、提煉,直到敲定演講主題。接著親自動手,一連寫出6個草稿。然后把草稿發(fā)給信得過的同事,請他們提意見、出點子。最后親自拜訪股神巴菲爾,當(dāng)面征求他的看法。(3)品讀經(jīng)典,用心領(lǐng)悟。為了提高演講技能,領(lǐng)悟交流技巧,比爾·蓋茨在打磨演講稿的同時,還 2 反復(fù)誦讀和品位愛因斯坦、居里夫人等名人的經(jīng)典演講,對演講中口頭語言、態(tài)勢語言的作用和運用以及與聽眾的交流技巧,都有了更深層次的理解。(4)反復(fù)模擬,細心揣摩。2007年5月底,對演講稿最后一次修改完善后,比爾·蓋茨在自己的辦公室里反復(fù)演練,細心揣摩。他不僅把自己要講的主題及相關(guān)材料爛熟于心,而且做到對演講中的語氣、手勢,甚至包括停頓都了然于心。
三、演講中語言技巧
演講是講給觀眾聽的語言藝術(shù),要收到好的演講效果,就要注意演講中的語言運用。要通俗易懂,充滿激情。注意突出重音,語速的快慢有變化,語調(diào)的高低有變化,注意停頓。這樣使語言有節(jié)奏,抑揚頓挫,形成悅耳動聽的表達效果,能更有效地表達思想感情。
四、即興演講的類型及技巧 即興演講又稱即席演講,是在演講者事先沒有充分準(zhǔn)備的情況下而主動或被動地當(dāng)場發(fā)表的演講。
即興演講因其沒有充足的時間準(zhǔn)備,不容演講者深思熟慮,字斟句酌。這就需要演講者具備敏銳的觀察力,豐富的知識儲備,良好的綜合概括分析能力和快速組合思想觀點能力。具備隨時準(zhǔn)備演講的心理狀態(tài)。
(一)生活場景式
這種演講是在特定的場合中,以特定的身份,針對特定的事情和特定的聽眾對象而言的。要想成功地進行“生活場景式”即興演講,須做到:
1、把握現(xiàn)場氣氛,即景生情 不同的場合會有不同的現(xiàn)場氣氛,所以演講者即興演講的感情基礎(chǔ)一定要與場合氣氛和諧一致,這樣才能產(chǎn)生好的效果。
例如教材【范例5】
又如:文物收藏家鄧?yán)舷壬群蠓秩蚰呈胁┪镳^捐贈文物1300多件,在他70大壽壽宴上,一位市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)代表受贈單位,同時作為老先生的朋友作了即興講話:
今天我要送給鄧先生兩句話:“大德必壽(出自《禮記》),美意延年(出自《荀子》)。”意思是說有高尚品德的人會得到長壽,心情愉快就能延年益壽。養(yǎng)生不僅僅是一種健身手段,更是一種人生哲學(xué)??鄧先生平時自稱是“五樂老人”,即助人為樂、知足常樂、自得其樂、與眾同樂、苦中尋樂。我要說,你的“五樂”應(yīng)加上一樂——為善最樂,你是“六樂”老人。
這段即興講話,考慮到在座的來賓多是文化界人士,很多是文物鑒賞家、教授學(xué)者,固引用文言古語,彰顯出濃厚的文化氛圍,既切合了壽宴 3 的主題——祝壽,而且又能跳出諸如“福如東海,壽比南山”的俗套符合現(xiàn)場氣氛,應(yīng)景又應(yīng)人。
2、了解聽眾,把握講話分寸 在各種場合的即興演講中,聽眾的構(gòu)成或單一或復(fù)雜,一定要了解他們的身份、年齡、職業(yè)、知識修養(yǎng)等方面的差異,才能出言得體,恰到好處。
例如教材【范例6】 又如:在一次離退休干部座談會上,分管老干部工作的副書記講了這樣一段話:
趁這次相聚的機會,我想提出十六個字與大家共勉。這十六個字是:養(yǎng)心健體,繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí),發(fā)揮余熱,保持晚節(jié)。保持晚節(jié),就是在老年階段仍要重視氣節(jié)、保持氣節(jié)。有氣節(jié),就能堅持正義,不為惡勢力所屈服。清末明初的林琴南說過:“為人重晚節(jié),行文看結(jié)穴?!保ńY(jié)穴:結(jié)尾)晚節(jié)不保,是一個人最大的悲哀。要保持晚節(jié),就要防止精神缺鈣癥,要培養(yǎng)無畏的精神。但對無畏要具體分析,有的人是無私無畏,有的人是無知無畏,有的人是無恥無畏!我們應(yīng)該培養(yǎng)無私無畏的精神,克服無知無畏,反對無恥無畏??
這段話最能打動人、給人以啟發(fā)的,就是關(guān)于“無畏”的分析。
3、把握事情實質(zhì),借題發(fā)揮 在即興演講時,一定要準(zhǔn)確抓住不同生活場景中不同事件的實質(zhì)性意義,這樣才能獲得成功。
例如教材【范例7】在上海市“鉆石表杯”業(yè)余書評授獎大會上,《書訊報》主編赍偉先生作了如下一段即席講話:
今天,我參加“鉆石表杯”業(yè)余書評授獎會,我想說的一句話是:鉆石代表堅韌,手表意味時間,時間表示效率??堅韌與效率的結(jié)合,這是一個人讀書的成功所在,一個人的希望所在。謝謝大家?!?/p>
這篇演講十分得體,他抓住了會議的宗旨,把鉆石、手表、讀書三者拆開,運用貼切的象征和準(zhǔn)確的推理,揭示了珍惜時間、持之以恒、讀書成才的道理,言簡意賅,回味無窮。
又如著名演員趙子岳在北京監(jiān)獄向服刑人員所作的即興演講: 各位干警、各位失足的孩子們:今天我和你們一起參加除夕之夜的活動。離開家的時候,我的兒子和孫子都一再挽留我,原因是什么呢?他們說您今年已經(jīng)81歲了,應(yīng)該在咱們家里過個團圓年。我說不行,因為咱們家里只有一個兒子、兩個孫子,可是在那里,在大墻里頭有許許多多青年。我就這樣來了,不但我來了,我的老伴也來了。
我和你們一道來辭舊迎新。辭舊迎新就是總結(jié)過去,展望未來:你們辭舊迎新應(yīng)該是樹立新的“我”,甩掉舊的“我”。首先要正視舊的“我”,然后要痛恨舊的“我”,只有這樣新的“我”才能樹立起來。我今年來看你們,說不定明年這個時候我還來看你們,可是我希望明年再來的時候,你們都有一個新的“我”。
趙子岳的即興講話是借特定時間(新年、除夕)、特定地點(監(jiān)獄)之“題”圍繞著“辭舊迎新”構(gòu)成的一篇講話,是借“境”發(fā)揮(此外還有借“事”發(fā)揮、借“物”發(fā)揮等),一段不長的講話,撒得開,聚得攏,切境切旨,也十分感人。
【活動設(shè)計7】模擬一次在招聘業(yè)余導(dǎo)游員口試場上的即興演講,抓住我為什么報考導(dǎo)游員這一主題,進行發(fā)揮。(利用課上10鐘左右的時間,讓學(xué)生自由發(fā)言,要注意條理清晰,語言簡潔。)
各位主考,晚上好!本來我想朗誦一首詩,但在看了前面幾位考生的口試后,我忽然覺悟到;導(dǎo)游工作更多的是娓娓而談,才能更好地完成導(dǎo)游任務(wù)。因此,我早這兒想和各位主考說說心里話題目叫《我為什么報考導(dǎo)游》

舊時候,人們常說“人生如夢”,不無道理。但我覺得,就我們這一代人來說,似乎以“人生如歌”來形容更為恰當(dāng)一些。從總體上來說,我們大致經(jīng)歷過:悲歌、情歌、頌歌、戰(zhàn)歌、凱歌、幸福歌等階段。我們唱悲歌而不消沉,唱情歌而不沉迷,唱頌歌而不盲從,唱戰(zhàn)歌而不冒進,唱凱歌而不驕傲,唱幸福歌而不忘知恩圖報??
這段即興講話,以“人生如歌”為話題,從“悲歌、情歌、頌歌、戰(zhàn)歌、凱歌”一直講到“幸福歌”,串起了他們這一代人的人生經(jīng)歷和感悟,表達了今后要繼續(xù)唱好這人生之歌的愿望和決心。
(二)命題測賽式
這種即興演講實際上是一種命題式的口頭作文,它受現(xiàn)場氣氛和聽眾對象的制約較少,而受所抽題目的制約較大。所以,這種演講最關(guān)鍵的問題就是處理好審題和取材這兩個環(huán)節(jié)。
1、審題
審題是命題測賽式即興演講的第一步,也是最重要的一步。如果審題出現(xiàn)了偏差,整個演講就會失敗。
人們最熟悉、最了解、最熱愛的莫過于自己的家鄉(xiāng),抽到這個題目肯定會以家鄉(xiāng)為題。審題時扣住“家鄉(xiāng)”這一題眼,然后確定演講的主題“什么是家鄉(xiāng)的驕傲呢?”
2、取材
在較短的時間內(nèi),迅速地組織充分、精當(dāng)?shù)牟牧鲜亲罾щy的環(huán)節(jié)。一般有三種方法:
一是“縱向掃描法”,即扣住主題,從歷史發(fā)展的角度看問題,以前怎樣,現(xiàn)在怎樣,將來怎樣,或?qū)栴}進行由淺入深的思考,選取恰當(dāng)?shù)牟牧稀?/p>
二是“橫向擴展法”,即根據(jù)事物的多面性,從不同的角度,或者從此事物與其他同類事物的比較中思考,抓住事物的本質(zhì)特征,選擇合適的事例。
三是“正反對照法”,即把所談事物或問題的正反兩個方面進行對照,選取相應(yīng)的事例展開演講。

演講者的素質(zhì)要求
(一)演講者的心理素質(zhì) 演講者的心理素質(zhì),即演講者在演講實踐活動中自然產(chǎn)生并表現(xiàn)出來的比較穩(wěn)定的個性心理特征。
一個人的心理素質(zhì)具有某些先天的遺傳成分,但決定演講心理素質(zhì)高低、優(yōu)劣的是演講實踐。演講實踐越多,其心理素質(zhì)就越好。
演講者登臺演講出現(xiàn)怯場心理,主要原因有缺乏自信、怕忘講稿、害怕強者、準(zhǔn)備不足、感到孤獨、聽眾干擾和環(huán)境影響等。要想切實有效地克服怯場情緒,演講者在演講前必須做到以下幾點:
1、要有強烈的成功欲 拿破侖有句名言:“因為我決心要成功,所以凡是我做的事都得到了成功。”在演講活動中,只有具有強烈的成功欲,才有可能觸發(fā)演講者的心理動機,使演講者對演講效果高度關(guān)注,從而不斷提高演講的質(zhì)量。
2、要有充分的自信心
自信心是演講者重要的心理支柱,它既可以堅定演講者的意志,增強其自制力,又能充分發(fā)揮演講者的創(chuàng)造力,較好地進行臨場發(fā)揮。這需要演講者首先要選擇自己熱切關(guān)心、能顯示自己特長的話題,這樣演講時就會胸有成竹。其次要假定聽眾“一無所知”。這也是法拉第(著名科學(xué)家)演講成功的秘訣。
3、要有堅強的自制力 自制力就是對自我情緒、情感進行調(diào)節(jié)控制的能力。在演講活動中,首先要堅定目標(biāo)方向,也就是演講的目的和宗旨,這樣有助于凝神集思,排除不良情緒的干擾。其次要保持頭腦冷靜,才能較好地進行自我克制和調(diào)節(jié),才能面對不利因素的干擾采取恰當(dāng)?shù)姆椒▉斫鉀Q問題。
例如教材【范例9】1959年赫魯曉夫在聯(lián)合國會議上發(fā)表演講,由于過于冗長,引起聽眾的反感,會場秩序很亂,于是赫魯曉夫暴怒起來,脫下皮鞋猛敲講臺,企圖以此來回敬和制止不安靜的聽眾,結(jié)果遭到聽眾加倍的反對和蔑視。
(二)演講者的自身修養(yǎng)
1、思想品德修養(yǎng)
思想是演講的靈魂。思想有深度,思路開闊,內(nèi)容充實,演講才能使人信服?!俺稣Z不凡”的演講者,令人刮目相看。演講者道德水平的高低,決定了他語言的可信程度。品德高尚的人往臺上一站,就讓聽眾肅然起敬。所以演講者一定要使自己成為德才兼?zhèn)涞娜恕?/p>
2、文化學(xué)識修養(yǎng)
演講水平的提高必須以廣博的學(xué)識為基礎(chǔ)。演講者學(xué)識越廣泛、越豐富,演講的底氣越足。古今著名的演講家,都是以雄厚的知識作為自己演講的基礎(chǔ)的。當(dāng)然演講的文化知識,除了書本上學(xué)到的理論知識外,還包括從生活中體驗的實踐知識。所以演講者不僅要博覽群書,還要去讀生活這本大書,以便更好地打開聽眾的心扉,收到一呼百應(yīng)的理想效果。
(三)演講者的表達技能
演講的關(guān)鍵在于“講”和“演”的密切配合,要求演講者能言其所想而又能演其所論,產(chǎn)生一種特殊的藝術(shù)魅力。
1、語義表達
在演講中,演講者的思想、學(xué)識和情感,都要先靠語義的表達來顯現(xiàn)。語義表達的基本要求是做到準(zhǔn)確貼切,演講的語言必須符合客觀事物的實際,同時使用正確的詞句,以能夠表情達意為目的,不必追求形式上的華麗。要做到簡潔明快,也就是要言不煩,切中要害,杜絕廢話,同時盡量使用短句。要做到通俗易懂,這就要多用口語化、大眾化、規(guī)范化的語言。要做到形象生動,把抽象的事物具體化,把概念的東西形象化,把深奧的道理淺顯化,這就需要注意修辭格的運用,如比喻、排比、反復(fù)、引用等。

(1)有位演講者講到他父親在“文革”中被迫害致死的傷心情景時說:“我的心海蕩起悲哀的浪潮,兩眼猶如雙泉,盈滿晶瑩的淚水;最后,我的兩行淚水象斷線的珍珠紛紛落下?!?/p>
(2)林肯的演講中有這樣一段話:一幢裂開的房子是站立不住的。我相信這個政府不能永遠保持半奴隸半自由的狀態(tài)。我不期望聯(lián)邦解體,我不期望房子崩塌,但我的確期望它停止分裂。
2、演講者的儀表
在演講中,面部表情最富表現(xiàn)力,使用的頻率最高。在運用時,首先要注意突出眼神的運用,眼神必須隨著演講內(nèi)容和感情的變化而變化,不能始終無動于衷,也不能總是亂轉(zhuǎn),眼神的變化要有目的,要多樣同時要顧及全場,這樣在感染聽眾的同時也能夠從聽眾那里得到反饋信息。面部表情要自然,是發(fā)自內(nèi)心的感情流露,不能做作。其次得體的手勢能輔助口語的表達,運用手勢要簡約明快,不能過多,過于煩瑣,同時表意要清楚,干凈利索,同一手勢不能重復(fù)使用;手勢要與感情、語言協(xié)調(diào)一致,雅觀自然,動作幅度大小要恰當(dāng)。再有恰到好處地移動身姿,不僅有助于演講內(nèi)容的表達,而且可以顯示出演講者優(yōu)美的風(fēng)度。

大家下午好,我叫,現(xiàn)任鎮(zhèn)民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展辦公室副主任,主要負責(zé)民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、工業(yè)統(tǒng)計等工作。
今天我演講的題目是:《奉獻在平凡的崗位上》,任何平凡的崗位都是展示各種才華的舞臺。在本職崗位上恪盡職守、埋頭苦干,是一種奉獻,是一種真誠的付出,是一種愉悅?cè)诵牡墨@得;是一種純潔高尚的精神,更是一種升華自我的境界。
歲月如梭,轉(zhuǎn)眼間我在民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、工業(yè)統(tǒng)計的工作崗位上工作12個年頭了,12年來,沒有驚天動地的業(yè)績,只有長期默默無聞地工作。每天面對一堆厚厚的報表、干巴巴的數(shù)據(jù)和無休止的通知文件是枯燥和乏味的,但是既然鎮(zhèn)黨委政府安排我從事這項工作,那我就必須盡力把它做好、就要達到黨委政府的要求。
過去的2011年,在黨委政府的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們的關(guān)心幫助下,個人在政治覺悟、工作能力上有了很大的提高,所負責(zé)的工作也取得了較好的成績,得到了上級業(yè)務(wù)主管部門和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的肯定,各項經(jīng)濟指標(biāo)在全市的排名有了很大的提高。
2012年我鎮(zhèn)提出的各項工作爭先進位的目標(biāo)要求,這就對民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和工業(yè)統(tǒng)計工作提出了更高的要求和
目標(biāo)。為更好的完成本職工作,服務(wù)我鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展工作大局,新的一年我將做到以下幾點:
一、不斷加強思想、政治理論學(xué)習(xí)不斷提高個人的政治素質(zhì)和理論水平,在政治上與黨委政府保持一致,工作上服從黨委政府安排。
二、不斷加強經(jīng)濟理論知識的學(xué)習(xí)。作為一名從事經(jīng)濟發(fā)展工作的工作人員,必須認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)各類經(jīng)濟理論知識、研究當(dāng)今的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形式、國家發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的政策措施和宏觀調(diào)控方向,不斷提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和工作能力,提高服務(wù)民營企業(yè)發(fā)展的能力。
三、加強統(tǒng)計業(yè)務(wù)知識學(xué)習(xí),不斷提高個人統(tǒng)計工作能力,為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和上級主管部門準(zhǔn)確及時提供各類統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)。今年是全國實行規(guī)模以上企業(yè)聯(lián)網(wǎng)直報的第一年,全鎮(zhèn)的二十五家規(guī)模以上企業(yè)必須自己上報數(shù)據(jù),這要求我們一定要深入企業(yè)加大對企業(yè)督促、監(jiān)管力度、做好企業(yè)的工作、打消企業(yè)顧慮,保證每一個規(guī)模以上企業(yè)準(zhǔn)確及時上報數(shù)據(jù)、保證上報數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量和銜接。實現(xiàn)我鎮(zhèn)各項經(jīng)濟指標(biāo)排名在全市位次的前移。
