RO機(jī)安裝手冊
一、安裝(1):連接電源、管接、原水,注意對所有連接件做詳細(xì)的二次檢查。關(guān)閉自來水總開關(guān),拆下水龍頭,將零配件包內(nèi)的進(jìn)水三通,在水龍頭和水源中間接入直通,在三通側(cè)孔處接2分或3分球閥,球閥出口處接2分或3分管線,再通過進(jìn)水接頭接到機(jī)內(nèi)第一級濾桶進(jìn)水口接頭。安裝好前三級濾芯,接廢水排水管導(dǎo)入下水道,打開球閥放水,等前三道濾芯滿水后接通電源。(2):沖洗活性炭,斷開RO膜殼進(jìn)口CCK管,接通電源,打開進(jìn)水球閥,用凈水沖洗各級濾芯,待帶有黑色粉末水流出,水干凈之后,再將PE管與RO膜殼連接,在沖洗時可用手搖晃后置活性炭幫助沖洗!
也可拆下后置活性炭,并將其倒置過來與隔膜泵的出水相連接,把后置活性炭的有三通一端放置于容器內(nèi),此時即可進(jìn)行沖洗。(注意沖洗完畢后管線按原樣接回)(3):沖洗RO膜,暫時關(guān)閉電源,然后將RO膜裝入膜殼內(nèi),緊緊配合,還原各管路并加以確認(rèn),此時仍然不要連接儲水桶,然后進(jìn)行沖洗,至少沖洗20分鐘以上。(4):初始制水,此時方可連接儲水桶,打開球閥,關(guān)掉純水龍頭,開始制水,直至制滿。斷開水源、電源,將第一桶水經(jīng)純水龍頭放空。(5):第二次制水并檢測水質(zhì),總?cè)コ蔬_(dá)95%以上為正常。同時查水路、電路。第六步:檢查各管路、管件是否有滲漏現(xiàn)象。
2、調(diào)試(1)、調(diào)試高壓開關(guān)功能:
關(guān)閉鵝頸龍頭,此時系統(tǒng)壓力升高,高壓泵在高壓開關(guān)控制下自動關(guān)機(jī),斷開進(jìn)水電磁閥,此時沒有濃縮水排出,反復(fù)試驗(yàn)幾次,并檢查各管路、管件是否有滲漏現(xiàn)象。(2)、調(diào)試低壓開關(guān)功能:
關(guān)閉鵝頸龍頭,此時高壓泵處于正常制水狀態(tài),關(guān)閉原水進(jìn)水球閥,此時低壓開關(guān)能否控制自動開停機(jī),反復(fù)試驗(yàn)幾次。(3)、測試進(jìn)水電磁閥功能:
關(guān)閉壓力桶開關(guān),關(guān)閉水龍頭,在幾分鐘內(nèi)管線里面水滿,機(jī)器停機(jī),查看費(fèi)水是否在一分鐘內(nèi)停止,反得試驗(yàn)幾次。(4)、系統(tǒng)制水時,首先關(guān)閉壓力桶球閥,打開鵝頸龍頭,待制水系統(tǒng)正常出水后,關(guān)閉鵝頸龍頭,打開儲水桶上球閥。注意:所制第一桶水不能飲用,須經(jīng)鵝頸龍頭放掉,此時要切斷電源以后享受甘甜純凈水。(5)、立式管線機(jī)、掛壁管線機(jī)必須待熱水龍頭出水之后方能打開加熱開關(guān)。
3、驗(yàn)收
產(chǎn)品安裝:測試完成后,交于用戶驗(yàn)收,并請用戶在保修卡簽字認(rèn)可。
4、交付使用:
驗(yàn)收合格之后,應(yīng)向用戶介紹產(chǎn)品使用知識及性能。
5、巡檢:
安裝后每季必須巡檢一次,了解用戶使用情況。
