      不好溝通者,即便自己再有才,也只是一個人的才干,既不能傳承,又無法進(jìn)步;好溝通者,哪怕很平庸,也可以邊干邊學(xué),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的價值。

      1、溝通和八卦是兩回事;

      2、不說和說得過多都是一種錯;

      3、帶著方案去提問題,當(dāng)面溝通,當(dāng)場解決

      4、培養(yǎng)接受批評的情商;

      5、胸懷大局,既報(bào)喜也報(bào)憂;

      6、內(nèi)部可以有矛盾,對外一定要一致。

      八:合作——團(tuán)隊(duì)提前,自我退后

      團(tuán)隊(duì)提前,自我退后。不管個人能力多強(qiáng),只要傷害到團(tuán)隊(duì),公司決不會讓你久留——不要認(rèn)為缺了你一個,團(tuán)隊(duì)就無法運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)!

      1、滴水融入大海,個人融入團(tuán)隊(duì);

      2、服從總體安排;

      3、遵守紀(jì)律才能保證戰(zhàn)斗力;

      4、不做團(tuán)隊(duì)的“短板”,如果現(xiàn)在是,就要給自己“增高”;

      5、多為別人、為團(tuán)隊(duì)考慮。

      九:積極進(jìn)取——永遠(yuǎn)跟上企業(yè)的步伐

      個人永遠(yuǎn)要跟上企業(yè)的步伐,企業(yè)永遠(yuǎn)要跟上市場的步伐;無論是職場還是市場,無論是個人還是企業(yè),參與者都不希望被淘汰。為此就一定要前進(jìn),停就意味著放棄,意味著出局!

      1、以空杯心態(tài)去學(xué)習(xí)、去汲??;

      2、不要總生氣,而要爭氣;

      3、不要一年經(jīng)驗(yàn)重復(fù)用十年;

      4、擠時間給自己“增高”、“充電”;

      5、發(fā)展自己的“比較優(yōu)勢”;

      6、挑戰(zhàn)自我,未雨綢繆。

      十:低調(diào)——才高不必自傲

      才高不必自傲,不要以為自己不說、不宣揚(yáng),別人就看不到你的功勞。所以別在同事面前炫耀。

      1、不要邀功請賞;

      2、克服“大材小用”的心理;

      3、不要擺架子耍資格;

      4、凡是人,皆須敬;

      5、努力做到名實(shí)相符,要配的上自己的位置

      6、成績只是開始,榮譽(yù)當(dāng)作動力。

      十一:節(jié)約——別把老板的錢不當(dāng)錢

      節(jié)約不是摳門,而是美德。不要把公司的錢不當(dāng)錢,公司“鍋”里有,員工“碗”里才有;同樣,“鍋”里多,“碗”里也自然就多。而掌勺的,恰恰就是你自己。

      1、報(bào)銷賬目,一定要誠信;

      2、不耍小聰明,不貪小便宜;

      3、不浪費(fèi)公司的資源,哪怕是一張紙;

      4、珍惜工作的每一分鐘時間;

      5、每付出成本,都要力爭最大收益;

      6、記住:省下的,就是利潤!

      十二:感恩——想想是誰成就了今天的你

      為什么我們能允許自己的過失,卻對他人、對公司有這么多的抱怨?再有才華的人,也需要別人給你做事的機(jī)會,也需要他人對你或大或小的幫助。你現(xiàn)在的幸福不是你一個人就能成就的。

      1、老板給了你飯碗;

      2、工作給你的不僅是報(bào)酬,還有學(xué)習(xí)、成長的機(jī)會;

      3、同事給了你工作中的配合;

      4、客戶幫你創(chuàng)造了業(yè)績;

      5、對手讓你看到距離和發(fā)展空間;

      6、批評者讓你不斷完善自我。

      職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的高低,品格的優(yōu)劣,對人一生的成就有重大的影響。捫心自問,我認(rèn)為自己并不完全具備這十二種品格,或者說對這些品格的踐行并不到位,那在坐的各位呢?如果我們都能以它為準(zhǔn)繩,那么達(dá)成個人的理想絕不是空談,集體的目標(biāo)也將指日可待!

      最后送諸位一句我深信的名言:“能力決定你所在的位置,品格決定你能在這個位置待多久!”

      要成功不需要什么特別的才能,只要把你能做的小事做得好就行了

      介紹我的時候感覺我像個政府官員,其實(shí)我還是一個創(chuàng)業(yè)者。其實(shí)去年這個時候還有周其仁教授,很多的學(xué)者、專家、教授已經(jīng)感覺到,只不過是我膽子比較大,把話說出來,而且說得難聽一點(diǎn)。

      我走了一大圈,分析一下我自己對于目前經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的看法,也許我自己的思考未必對,但我也不需要得到大家的認(rèn)同,只是希望大家回去思考一些想法。我最近在全世界各地聽了太多的災(zāi)難要來了,每個人都很沮喪和失望。我覺得在7、8月份可以稱為是災(zāi)難和危機(jī),今天已經(jīng)是發(fā)生了質(zhì)的變化,今天不能稱為災(zāi)難,如果今天稱為災(zāi)難那是災(zāi)難控制,你沒有辦法。而今天應(yīng)該是重建體系,所以性質(zhì)發(fā)生了劇烈的變化。

      第二,如果你以前沒有擔(dān)心過,今天開始擔(dān)心,我已經(jīng)覺得太晚了。你已經(jīng)擔(dān)心了2、3個月,你就別擔(dān)心了。我覺得今天應(yīng)該是采取行動,思考我們該做些什么事情的時候。我們也沒有必要去思考,這個災(zāi)難2年以后會過去還是3年以后會回來。今天中午我在外面吃飯,餐廳的老板問我,你估計(jì)明年會回來嗎?我說明年下半年就可以,他說明年下半年就可以?我說明年下半年你適應(yīng)了。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)家必須學(xué)會比別人提前適應(yīng)這個環(huán)境,這個災(zāi)難一定在2、3年打擊每一個人,誰先適應(yīng)誰就有機(jī)會。做企業(yè)至少是5年和10年的考慮,2、3年的災(zāi)難不算什么災(zāi)難,假如你沒有思考過5年和10年,我覺得2、3年內(nèi)的打擊,那是沒什么意義的。

      另外一個,假如說我認(rèn)為再有災(zāi)難的話,即將到來的災(zāi)難,是信心危機(jī)、信任危機(jī)。在舊的商業(yè)體系破壞,而新的商業(yè)體系沒有建成之間的空隙之中,我相信很多的問題會爆發(fā)出來。在救難的過程中、救危機(jī)的過程中,所有的人會團(tuán)結(jié)在一起,在明年、后年的發(fā)展過程中,各個政府和企業(yè)家會想各種的辦法,但是矛盾又來了,問題又來了,所以做企業(yè)永遠(yuǎn)不要失去信心。

      所有的人都說危機(jī),但是我覺得是機(jī)會,危機(jī)危機(jī)是危險中的機(jī)會。我的感受從香港日本跑下來以后,我覺得第一,這次所謂的危機(jī)是人類社會進(jìn)入商業(yè)社會全球化的陣痛,人類社會要進(jìn)入商業(yè)社會走全球化,你必須面臨這樣的挑戰(zhàn)。以前的全球化我認(rèn)為是美國化,美國把自己的價值觀、金融觀,把自己的一切通過所有的手段傳給了全世界,而由于信息時代,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)讓人們理解到,這樣的價值觀、這樣的機(jī)制、這樣的體系已經(jīng)不能存在。

      美國的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家說,美國的文化是不太好,我們太會消費(fèi),你們中國也要承擔(dān)很大的責(zé)任,你們不會消費(fèi)。我說你們太胡說八道,比如說世界生產(chǎn)了10瓶酒,你們喝掉了8瓶,你自己喝醉了,把別人的也喝掉了,你會說是因?yàn)閯e人不會喝酒所以你醉了?;蛘哒f因?yàn)槟銜染疲阅阕砹?。如果說這個用錢來解決,我認(rèn)為這不是一個辦法,這是全球化的陣痛,而且我們必須面對這樣的陣痛。第三個,我認(rèn)為這是原來勞動密集型向知識經(jīng)濟(jì)過渡的機(jī)會。假如沒有這樣的向知識經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,就沒有我馬云站在這里。我相信未來,由于知識經(jīng)濟(jì)過渡的機(jī)會,會有更多的企業(yè)家站在這里跟大家溝通。

      還有,人類的商業(yè)文明不會停止,10年以后會有更多的富翁和更多的成功企業(yè),還會站在這里跟大家溝通。

      昨天的已經(jīng)過去,我們今天很多在悲哀的人,事實(shí)上我覺得悲哀的都是既得利益者,假如沒有這場變革,怎么會有中小企業(yè),假如沒有變革,我們這些所有壟斷的企業(yè),怎么有利益在?所以說不破不立。

      我聽過很多的銀行講,我們給中小型企業(yè)貸款,我聽了5年了,但是有多少的銀行真正腳踏實(shí)地的在做呢?很少。如果銀行不改變,我們改變銀行,我堅(jiān)信一點(diǎn),3年以后今天的談?wù)撝行∑髽I(yè)的貸款銀行,像馬行長講的,3年以后,這個國家、這個世界將會有更加完善的貸款體系給中小企業(yè)。以前只能聽“今后可能會變成現(xiàn)實(shí)”,我相信這個建設(shè)的機(jī)制會更加好。

      假如你認(rèn)為這是一個災(zāi)難,災(zāi)難已經(jīng)來臨,假如你認(rèn)為是一個機(jī)遇,那么機(jī)遇即將成型。去年我跟大家講,災(zāi)難可能會來,現(xiàn)在我告訴大家,機(jī)會的形成已經(jīng)開始,大家開始進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備吧,我們讓經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家去分析,為什么、還有多久,我們畢竟不是預(yù)測家。因?yàn)槲覉?jiān)信,在順境的時代會誕生偉大的企業(yè),但是順境的時代也有垃圾企業(yè)。在逆勢的時代也有偉大的企業(yè),而且像日本的索尼公司就是在非常低迷的時期誕生了偉大的企業(yè),所以對于企業(yè)家來講,我們今天在這里呼吁的是企業(yè)家的精神。這個世界缺失的不是錢,商業(yè)社會缺失的是企業(yè)家的精神、企業(yè)家的夢想、企業(yè)家的價值觀,是價值觀的缺失,是夢想的缺失。為什么我們?nèi)ツ昱袛?,我并不是從?jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)上判斷經(jīng)濟(jì)出問題,我前幾年聽到最多在臺上講的人都是銀行家,都是講PE、IPO,都是講市盈率多少倍,所有人不講為客戶創(chuàng)造價值,為社會創(chuàng)造價值,很少人講理想、夢想、關(guān)心自己的員工,這個災(zāi)難一定到來。

      所以,今天我們不能等待政府,不能等待政治家。今天在呼喚政治家的時候,我希望我們能呼喚企業(yè)家的夢想、理想、價值觀。呼喚起企業(yè)家的精神,共同參與應(yīng)對人類最大的災(zāi)難。

      我自己的,假如2002年我沒有和阿里巴巴 公司一起度過那次的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)泡沫的危機(jī),那次我的口號是“成為最后一個倒下的人”。即使跪著,我也得最后倒下。而且,我那時候堅(jiān)信一點(diǎn),我困難有人比我更困難,我難過對手比我更難過,誰能熬得住誰就贏。放棄是最大的失敗,假如你關(guān)掉你的工廠,關(guān)掉你的企業(yè),你永遠(yuǎn)沒有再回來的機(jī)會。

      我覺得該做什么,該保留現(xiàn)金的保留現(xiàn)金,該關(guān)掉一些部門的關(guān)掉一些部門,該合并的合并,該做的做,但是永遠(yuǎn)不要放棄自己的信心,永遠(yuǎn)不要放棄當(dāng)?shù)谝坏膲粝?,這是我自己的想法。我看到去年最大的災(zāi)難開始的時候,我們大部分的企業(yè)家的朋友,他們都說我去年掙了多少錢,但是告訴我掙來的錢都是股市上掙來的錢的時候,我覺得災(zāi)難也會來,今天不來明天也來。2002年我有機(jī)會接受這樣的挑戰(zhàn)。過了2002年,我跟自己講,我的一輩子的商業(yè)生活中,將經(jīng)歷這樣無

      數(shù)的災(zāi)難,我想看的是,我一輩子可以經(jīng)歷多少的災(zāi)難。這是人類100年才一遇的這樣的一次金融風(fēng)暴,如果這樣的金融風(fēng)暴你度過了,你年老離開的時候,你可以告訴別人,我當(dāng)年經(jīng)歷過這樣的災(zāi)難,我爺爺沒有經(jīng)歷過,我爸也沒有這個資格,我有了。

      所以,我覺得我們應(yīng)該感到榮幸、驕傲,因?yàn)槲覀冞€年輕。我跟我的同事講,我今年40多歲,他們20多歲,在他們20多歲的時候我們經(jīng)歷了這次災(zāi)難,而這次災(zāi)難給了我們無數(shù)的機(jī)會。我相信優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)在順境中可以發(fā)展,但是在逆境中還可以照樣發(fā)展是最好的。

      所以,我堅(jiān)信一點(diǎn),10年以后社會將進(jìn)入新的時代,商業(yè)社會將進(jìn)入新的商業(yè)文明的階段,我們將更加統(tǒng)一、更加和諧、更加開明、更加開放,市場將會更加繁榮。所有人做10年以后的夢想,做3年以后的規(guī)劃。所以,我自己在公司里面已經(jīng)做了規(guī)劃。

      人類步入了21世紀(jì),21世紀(jì)的第一步的陣痛告訴我們,只有更加開放、具有眼光,才能走得久。所有的企業(yè)只要你想活,你一定能活下去,連“朱堅(jiān)強(qiáng)”都能活,你為什么不可以?謝謝大家!

      最近我發(fā)現(xiàn)很多阿里人非常郁悶和難過,大批網(wǎng)絡(luò)報(bào)道指責(zé)淘寶網(wǎng)調(diào)整搜索結(jié)果,甚至還惹起了某些賣家來淘寶網(wǎng)門口抗議示威…看到那么多同事很委屈,甚至流下了眼淚,也發(fā)現(xiàn)不少年輕的淘寶人在不斷自問:”我們到底做錯了什么,為了鼓勵大家在淘寶上創(chuàng)業(yè),堅(jiān)持七年不向會員強(qiáng)制收取開店費(fèi)和交易費(fèi),堅(jiān)持扶持發(fā)展創(chuàng)業(yè)者和中小賣家,七年多的日日夜夜奮斗,結(jié)果換回來的是各種各樣的指責(zé),我們值得這樣嗎?我們選擇的路對嗎?我們是否應(yīng)該放棄自己促進(jìn)新商業(yè)文明的使命而回到僅僅是一家普普通通的賺錢公司……”

      幾天前,有朋友問我今生最相信什么,我說:”我相信相信!”。

      本來應(yīng)該早點(diǎn)和大家做一個交流,談?wù)勎业目捶ǎ罱幌盗械膯栴}…呵呵,我覺得阿里人必須有這么一個經(jīng)歷,阿里人需要有時間接受各種各樣的挑戰(zhàn),”男人的胸懷是由冤枉撐大的”,我覺得阿里人需要有在紛亂的外部環(huán)境中學(xué)會用自己的腦袋思考問題和判斷問題的能力。選擇今天和大家交流是因?yàn)榭斓桨⒗锸恢苣陸c了,到了我們重溫去年這時候提出的:阿里巴巴要促進(jìn)開放、透明、分享、責(zé)任的新商業(yè)文明,為全世界一千萬家中小企業(yè)提供一個生存和發(fā)展的平臺,為全世界解決一個億的就業(yè)機(jī)會,為全球十億人提供一個消費(fèi)的平臺……的時候。

      從提出這么一個偉大的使命和目標(biāo)起,我就覺得我們從此以后會走上一條艱難的發(fā)展之路,我們會碰見各種不同類型的阻力和困難。今天的麻煩還僅僅是個開頭,我們會碰上越來越多的挫折…堅(jiān)持做正確的事,堅(jiān)持自己的理想和使命是一定要付出巨大代價的,在任何時代都一樣。尤其在今天的中國的商業(yè)環(huán)境里,促進(jìn)開放,透明,分享,責(zé)任的商業(yè)文明一定會破壞大批既得利益群體,我們要抗?fàn)幍牟粌H僅是這些既得利益群體還有是上世紀(jì)的商業(yè)習(xí)慣..前段時間,淘寶人作出基于捍衛(wèi)消費(fèi)者用戶的利益,同時支持提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)和誠信賣家的搜索調(diào)整決策,我認(rèn)為是正確的!我深以為豪的是我們的同事能放棄自己今天的利益而去追求創(chuàng)建更加有利于用戶可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的公平方法!!但遺憾的是大家的好意被曲解,支持誠信賣家被說成是放棄中小賣家,保護(hù)消費(fèi)者利益的措施被指責(zé)成獲取自己的商業(yè)利益.:(因?yàn)槲覀儺吘共皇巧钤谡婵盏氖澜缋? 互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是一個大世界,淘寶網(wǎng)也是個大社會……我們也同樣在電子商務(wù)的世界里面對欺詐,假貨橫行等一切社會現(xiàn)象。今天的社會上出現(xiàn)了很大的消極,浮燥的情緒,很多人懷疑一切,打擊一切,否定一切,總把自己對世界的片面認(rèn)識強(qiáng)加給別人,……還有不少媒體過度的使用”懲惡”的手端,而不是” 扶正祛邪”,使得人們不相信還有人會做好事,還會有人會為理想和原則而工作....堅(jiān)持還是放棄? 放棄,從此以后我們就會成為一家平庸的公司,因?yàn)槔娑钪覀兛赡軙谝欢螘r間里會很輕松,會很賺錢…而堅(jiān)持理想,我們也許會每天碰上今天的狀況,我們要和各種勢力做斗爭,包括巨大的黑色產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的惡勢力。但堅(jiān)持也會讓我們生存和工作的有意義,堅(jiān)持也會讓我們能在21世

      紀(jì)里成為一家真正對人類社會有貢獻(xiàn)的公司,讓我們今天付出的一切努力有獨(dú)特的回報(bào)…

      我想阿里人應(yīng)該,必須也只有選擇堅(jiān)持原則、堅(jiān)持理想、堅(jiān)持使命的發(fā)展之路!

      對那些辛苦創(chuàng)業(yè)者們,我想說今天是創(chuàng)業(yè)最好的時候。一切夢想的成功一定和眼淚和汗水有關(guān),和堅(jiān)持誠信努力有關(guān)!商業(yè)就不該害怕競爭,害怕競爭就不該做商業(yè)。我們害怕的是不透明的競爭,不誠信的競爭,不公平的競爭!怨天尤人的人永遠(yuǎn)會輸給擁抱變化、改變自己的人!

      對于我們的阿里人,我想說的是,我們堅(jiān)持了十一年的理想很不容易,但我們還將堅(jiān)持91年的理想!我們從第一天起就堅(jiān)持賺錢不是我們的目的,而僅僅是我們的結(jié)果。我們這家由80、90后組成的公司,我們必須有別于昨天的企業(yè)。我們感恩自己的公司誕生于這個社會,我們會因?yàn)榻裉斓纳鐣h(huán)境而成長,我們更應(yīng)該為這個商業(yè)社會的完善而存在!這也是我們每天認(rèn)真工作的意義所在。阿里人, 我們自己的未來一定是由我們今天樂觀積極的態(tài)度和努力決定的!

      對那些躲在背后的網(wǎng)絡(luò)黑色產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和希望我們放棄原則的人們,我想說,我們從來不會因?yàn)槔娑淖冏约?,我們更不會因?yàn)閴毫Χ艞壸约旱脑瓌t!我們將會面對任何挑戰(zhàn),…我們寧可關(guān)掉自己的公司也不會放棄自己的原則!今后我們希望全社會來監(jiān)督我們的商務(wù)政策調(diào)整,假如我們的調(diào)整政策違背了開放、透明、分享、責(zé)任的原則,我們一定會認(rèn)真傾聽而修改。否則我們將會猶如捍衛(wèi)生命那樣捍衛(wèi)我們的使命!

      請那些想通過鬧事和傳播謊言獲益的人注意,你們的舉動不僅僅在傷害兩萬多名優(yōu)秀努力年輕人的理想,你們也在破壞和打擊數(shù)千萬以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為生存的小企業(yè)以及幾億消費(fèi)者的利益。阿里人感謝真誠的建議和批評,但是別有用心的意見,無理取鬧和片面的東西,我們不會接受,即使你們付諸于游行示威甚至更加過激的手段,試圖通過這些手段讓我們讓步屈服,數(shù)億消費(fèi)者不會答應(yīng)的。我們堅(jiān)信并會積極的參與到社會積極進(jìn)步的力量中去…
