尊敬的默克爾總理，馬凱副總理，女士們先生們，大家晚上好 非常榮幸能夠在CeBIT上進(jìn)行演講。

記得14年以前，我第一次來到漢諾威時，我們試著租了一個小小的展位來出售中國產(chǎn)品到西方，到歐洲。當(dāng)時花了很長時間找展位，而漢諾威也遠(yuǎn)不如現(xiàn)在這么繁榮。整個過程(找展位)很難，最后我們終于找到一個很小的位置，但是很少人光顧。

8年前，我們又回來了。我們希望幫助所有的參展者，把他們遷移到網(wǎng)上，幫助他們在阿里巴巴上賣東西——但這也沒有成功。因為當(dāng)時人們覺得在線交易和貿(mào)易展會是互相沖突的。

今天我又回來了。我回來的原因，是要找到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)缺失的那重要一部分。過去20年，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)非常成功，但是我發(fā)現(xiàn)一個非常奇怪的事情，很少有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司能健康的、平靜的活過3年。

這意味著大部分互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司只有”蜜日“，”蜜周“，他們甚至沒有蜜月。問題在哪里?缺了什么?我堅定的相信，缺的那部分，能夠在歐洲找到。是什么? 無論你是否喜歡，過去20年，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對人類社會產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響，每個人都相信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為世界做出了偉大的貢獻(xiàn)。而許多傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)討厭互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，因為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)毀掉了他們的生意。

但是為什么互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司擔(dān)憂?你看到谷歌，F(xiàn)acebook，亞馬遜，eBay和阿里巴巴，我們所有的人天天擔(dān)心。我們覺得這里面一定有問題。我們必須找到一個解決方案，讓我們的公司能夠像奔馳，西門子一樣，活得長久而健康。

如果一個行業(yè)不能活的超過3年，如果不是所有的公司能夠快樂的生存超過3年，那這個行業(yè)永遠(yuǎn)無法成為主流，這個行業(yè)永遠(yuǎn)不可能深深根植于經(jīng)濟(jì)——所以，我們要做什么才能找到解決方案? 世界正在快速改變，我們今天的科技發(fā)展非常非常迅速，大部分人不知道IT是什么，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是什么。

IT科技和數(shù)字科技，這不僅僅是不同的技術(shù)，而是人們思考方式的不同，人們對待這個世界方式的不同。

我們不知道世界30年后會變成什么樣，我們不知道數(shù)據(jù)在30年后會長成什么樣——但是我們相信，整個世界在30年后會大大改變。

如果第一次和第二次技術(shù)革命釋放了人的體力，那這次技術(shù)革命釋放了人的腦力，腦力在革新。

未來的世界，我們將不再由石油驅(qū)動，而是由數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動;未來的世界，生意將是C2B而不是B2C，用戶改變企業(yè)，而不是企業(yè)向用戶出售——因為我們將有大量的數(shù)據(jù)。制造商必須個性化，否則他們將非常困難。未來的世界，所有的制造商他們生產(chǎn)的機(jī)器，這些機(jī)器不僅會生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品，它們必須說話，它們必須思考。機(jī)器不會再由石油和電力驅(qū)動，機(jī)器由數(shù)據(jù)來支撐。

未來的世界，企業(yè)將不再會關(guān)注于規(guī)模，企業(yè)不再會關(guān)注于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和權(quán)力，他們會關(guān)注于靈活性，敏捷性，個性化和用戶友好。

而且我強(qiáng)烈相信，在未來的世界，我們會有很多女性領(lǐng)袖——因為在未來人們將不會只關(guān)注在肌肉力量，而會更加重視智慧，重視關(guān)懷和責(zé)任。

我認(rèn)為，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)必須找到那個缺失的部分。這個缺失的部分就是鼠標(biāo)和水泥攜手合作，找到一個方法讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和實體經(jīng)濟(jì)能夠結(jié)合。只有當(dāng)鼠標(biāo)和水泥結(jié)合時，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司才能活下來，才能開心的活30年。

如果這個結(jié)合實現(xiàn)，那才能被稱作”D商務(wù)“時代的開端，”D"指的不是電子，我叫它數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)，所有的東西都會被改變。

并且我相信這個世界將會因此變得非常美麗，同時也非常富有挑戰(zhàn)性。

像蘋果這樣的公司告訴我們未來的樣子是什么樣的。有一種東西將會在機(jī)器中流動，那就是數(shù)據(jù)。

我們在一個創(chuàng)新，雄心，發(fā)明和創(chuàng)意的偉大時代，我相信每個人都在非常努力的工作，實現(xiàn)他們的夢想。今天我們看到了真實世界的工人，卡車司機(jī)和游戲玩家......所有這些人在過去，是不可能利用科技實現(xiàn)他們的夢想的。但今天，數(shù)據(jù)讓一切成真。

但我強(qiáng)烈的相信，不是科技改變了世界，是科技背后的夢想改變了世界。如果是科技改變了世界，我不會在這兒，我沒有被訓(xùn)練成一個科技專家，我對電腦一無所知，我對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)也了解的不多。但是我有一個強(qiáng)大的夢想，我要幫助中小企業(yè)。

所以14年前我來這里想向歐洲出售中國產(chǎn)品，沒有成功。14年后我想幫助歐洲企業(yè)向中國向世界，通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)出售產(chǎn)品。是夢想在驅(qū)動這個世界，不僅僅是科技。

尊敬的默克爾總理，馬凱副總理，女士們先生們，大家晚上好

非常榮幸能夠在cebit上進(jìn)行演講。

記得14年以前，我第一次來到漢諾威時，我們試著租了一個小小的展位來出售中國產(chǎn)品到西方，到歐洲。當(dāng)時花了很長時間找展位，而漢諾威也遠(yuǎn)不如現(xiàn)在這么繁榮。

整個過程(找展位)很難，最后我們終于找到一個很小的位置，但是很少人光顧。

8年前，我們又回來了。我們希望幫助所有的參展者，把他們遷移到網(wǎng)上，幫助他們在阿里巴巴上賣東西但這也沒有成功。因為當(dāng)時人們覺得在線交易和貿(mào)易展會是互相沖突的。

Good evening everyone!Dear chancellor Merkel, deputy prime minister Makai, ladies and gentlemen, it’s my great honor to speak in the CeBIT.I remember 14 years ago, when I first came to Hannover, I try to rent a small booth to sell the Chinese products to the west and to the Europe ,That’s been a long time to looking for the booth, and at that time Hannover was not that prosperious, but the fair was very successful.It's difficult to find the booth , finally, we got a small booth, but very few people found us.Eight years ago, we came back again, We try to help off the booth to move them online , help them to sell on the alibaba , it didn't work, it goes that time , people think ,the trade fair and online are conflict to each other Today I come back again ,The reason that I come back again, is trying to find the important missing part of the Internet business, Internet in the past 20 years, was pretty successful, but one thing that is very strange that I found that very few Internet companies can survive peacefully and healthily for more than 3 years.That means most of the Internet companies can only have honey days, honey weeks;they don’t even have honey months, what is the problem? Where is the missing part? I strongly believe that the missing part is in Europe.What is that ? Whether we like it or not, in the past 20 years, the Internet has larged a huge impact to the human lives, everybody believe that Internet has done great things to the work, and also lot of the traditional business hate the Internet, because they destroyed their business.But what the rest is why Internet companies always worry、worry? You see whether Google, Facebook, Amazon, eBay and Alibaba, all of us worry everyday.So we think that there must be a problem, and the problem is that we have to find a solution, that how we can be a company can live long and healthily like Mercedes-Benze, Siemens.If any industry can not live more than 3 years, if all the companies can not live happily for 3 years, this industry will never become the mainstream, this industry can never become the deep economy, So, what we want to do is that how we can find the solution.The world is changing so fast, most people don't realize what is IT, what is Internet, we’re moving very very fast today to technology.IT technology and digital technology, is not the technology difference, is the differences of people, the way people think, the way people deal with the world.We don't know what the world will look like in 30 years, and we don't know what the data will look like, but we are sure that the whole world in next 30 years will be changed.If the first and the second innovation and technology revolution relief all liberate the human strength, the physical strength, this revolution release a liberate the strength of human brain, the brain in innovation.The future world, we believe we’ll be connected not by oil, not by other things, but by datas.The future world, the business will be C2B notB2C, C2B is consumer to business, not business to consumer.because there will be a lot of datas, because of the datas, the manufacturer must do customerlized things, otherwise manufacturer will be very difficult.In the future, all the manufacturers, they make the machines, the machines can not only produce products, the machines must talk, the machine must think, And the machine is not going to be supported by oil, by electricity, the machine is going to be supported by datas.The future world, business will not focus on the size, business will no longer focus on standardization and power, they will focus on the flexibility, nimbleness, personalization and user friendly.And I also strongly believe the future world, we are going to have a lot of women leaders, because in the future, people will not only focus on muscles, powers, and they focus on wisdom, they focus on careless and responsibility.And I think the Internet must find the missing part,This missing part is how the clickers and motors can work together, and how we can make sure in the next 30 years, the internet and clickers and moters can work together, only clickers and moters can work together, the Internet and companies can survive, can live happily for next 30 years, and if that comes, that is what we called D-economy, is not just the digital economy, which I called data economy, and everything is going to be changed.And I also believe that the world is going to be beautiful, but also very challenging.Apple may not be the future, but Apple tells us what the future will look like, that is something in the machine is moving, that is data.We are at a great time of innovation, inspiration, invention and creativity, and I think everybody is working hard, try to realize their dreams.Today you see here, a real world of workers, truck drivers and game players, and also all these senior people, everybody in the ancient time, nobody can use technology to realize their dreams.But today, because of datas, everything becomes true.And I strongly believe, it’s not the technology that changed the world, it’s the dreams behind the technology that changed the world.If the technology changed the world, I'll never be here, I’m not betrained to be a science and technology experts.I know nothing about computer, and I know very little about the Internet, but I have a strong dream that we want to help small business.So, 14 years ago so we came here to sell Chinese products to Europe, that didn’t work.14 years later, we try to help the European small business to China, to the world by using the Internet.It’s the dreams that drives the world, it’s not only the technology.So Ladies and gentlemen, let's work hard together, it is a fantastic world, it is a world belongs to young people, it is a world belongs to the future.And thank you very very much for listening!

尊敬的默克爾總理，馬凱副總理，女士們先生們，大家晚上好！非常榮幸能夠在CeBIT上進(jìn)行演講。記得14年以前，我第一次來到漢諾威時，我們試著租了一個小小的展位來出售中國產(chǎn)品到西方，到歐洲。當(dāng)時花了很長時間找展位，而漢諾威也遠(yuǎn)不如現(xiàn)在這么繁榮。

整個過程(找展位)很難，最后我們終于找到一個很小的位置，但是很少人光顧。8年前，我們又回來了。我們希望幫助所有的參展者，把他們遷移到網(wǎng)上，幫助他們在阿里巴巴上賣東西——但這也沒有成功。因為當(dāng)時人們覺得在線交易和貿(mào)易展會是互相沖突的。

今天我又回來了。我回來的原因，是要找到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)缺失的那重要一部分。過去20年，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)非常成功，但是我發(fā)現(xiàn)一個非常奇怪的事情，很少有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司能健康的、平靜的活過3年。

這意味著大部分互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司只有“蜜日”，“蜜周”，他們甚至沒有蜜月。問題在哪里？缺了什么？我堅定的相信，缺的那部分，能夠在歐洲找到。是什么？

無論你是否喜歡，過去20年，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對人類社會產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響，每個人都相信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為世界做出了偉大的貢獻(xiàn)。而許多傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)討厭互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，因為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)毀掉了他們的生意。

但是為什么互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司擔(dān)憂？你看到谷歌，facebook，亞馬遜，eBay和阿里巴巴，我們所有的人天天擔(dān)心。我們覺得這里面一定有問題。我們必須找到一個解決方案，讓我們的公司能夠像奔馳，西門子一樣，活得長久而健康。如果一個行業(yè)不能活的超過3年，如果不是所有的公司能夠快樂的生存超過3年，那這個行業(yè)永遠(yuǎn)無法成為主流，這個行業(yè)永遠(yuǎn)不可能深深根植于經(jīng)濟(jì)——所以，我們要做什么才能找到解決方案？

世界正在快速改變，我們今天的科技發(fā)展非常非常迅速，大部分人不知道IT是什么，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是什么。

IT科技和數(shù)字科技，這不僅僅是不同的技術(shù)，而是人們思考方式的不同，人們對待這個世界方式的不同。

我們不知道世界30年后會變成什么樣，我們不知道數(shù)據(jù)在30年后會長成什么樣——但是我們相信，整個世界在30年后會大大改變。

如果第一次和第二次技術(shù)革命釋放了人的體力，那這次技術(shù)革命釋放了人的腦力，腦力在革新。未來的世界，我們將不再由石油驅(qū)動，而是由數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動；未來的世界，生意將是C2B而不是B2C，用戶改變企業(yè)，而不是企業(yè)向用戶出售——因為我們將有大量的數(shù)據(jù)。制造商必須個性化，否則他們將非常困難。

未來的世界，所有的制造商他們生產(chǎn)的機(jī)器，這些機(jī)器不僅會生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品，它們必須說話，它們必須思考。機(jī)器不會再由石油和電力驅(qū)動，機(jī)器由數(shù)據(jù)來支撐。未來的世界，企業(yè)將不再會關(guān)注于規(guī)模，企業(yè)不再會關(guān)注于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和權(quán)力，他們會關(guān)注于靈活性，敏捷性，個性化和用戶友好。

而且我強(qiáng)烈相信，在未來的世界，我們會有很多女性領(lǐng)袖——因為在未來人們將不會只關(guān)注在肌肉力量，而會更加重視智慧，重視關(guān)懷和責(zé)任。

我認(rèn)為，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)必須找到那個缺失的部分。這個缺失的部分就是鼠標(biāo)和水泥攜手合作，找到一個方法讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和實體經(jīng)濟(jì)能夠結(jié)合。只有當(dāng)鼠標(biāo)和水泥結(jié)合時，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司才能活下來，才能開心的活30年。

如果這個結(jié)合實現(xiàn)，那才能被稱作D！economy，不僅僅是數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)，我叫它數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)，所有的東西都會被改變。

并且我相信這個世界將會因此變得非常美麗，同時也非常富有挑戰(zhàn)性。像蘋果這樣的公司告訴我們未來的樣子是什么樣的。有一種東西將會在機(jī)器中流動，那就是數(shù)據(jù)。

我們在一個創(chuàng)新，雄心，發(fā)明和創(chuàng)意的偉大時代，我相信每個人都在非常努力的工作，實現(xiàn)他們的夢想。今天我們看到了真實世界的工人，卡車司機(jī)和游戲玩家……所有這些人在過去，是不可能利用科技實現(xiàn)他們的夢想的。但今天，數(shù)據(jù)讓一切成真。

但我強(qiáng)烈的相信，不是科技改變了世界，是科技背后的夢想改變了世界。如果是科技改變了世界，我不會在這兒，我沒有被訓(xùn)練成一個科技專家，我對電腦一無所知，我對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)也了解的不多。但是我有一個強(qiáng)大的夢想，我要幫助中小企業(yè)。

所以14年前我來這里想向歐洲出售中國產(chǎn)品，沒有成功。14年后我想幫助歐洲企業(yè)向中國向世界，通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)出售產(chǎn)品。是夢想在驅(qū)動這個世界，不僅僅是科技。
