（一）崗位責(zé)任制 Station-responsibility 1． 負(fù)責(zé)向平臺干部，職工貫徹工程設(shè)計，制訂與落實各階段的鉆井施工措施和參數(shù)，向鉆井領(lǐng)班下達(dá)每次作業(yè)技術(shù)指令。

（三）檢查項點 Check points 值班房：工程班報表填寫工整，齊全；泥漿班報表填寫工整，及時。

Dog house: check the drilling and mud records filled correctly and promptly.綜合錄井房:地質(zhì)巖性變化情況,鉆時快慢情況；錄井中油氣顯示井段及級別；鉆進(jìn)中有無異常提示。Log house: observe the change of the character, the display of the oil and gas.鉆臺下：封井器固定牢靠，合乎標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求；封井器及管線衛(wèi)生良好，不漏油、漏泥漿。

Bottom of the drilling floor: check the BOP stack fixed firm or not, BOP and the control pipes is clean or not, and don’t leak the oil and mud.鉆臺上：

1、檢查鉆臺鉆桿立柱編號與錄井下井編號是否一致，對應(yīng)井深與計算數(shù)據(jù)是否一致；

2、死繩固定牢靠，螺絲背帽齊全緊固，防跳螺絲齊全；

3、傳壓器固定良好，靈敏，管線不漏油，冬季用防凍液；

4、指重表、泵壓表、扭距表等司鉆操作臺儀表讀數(shù)準(zhǔn)確；

5、了解井下情況，作業(yè)指令與鉆井參數(shù)是否匹配合理；

6、封井器司控臺儀表顯示正常，隨時可用；

7、節(jié)流、壓井控制臺儀表顯示正常，隨時可用。

8、檢查節(jié)流壓井管匯閘門開關(guān)位置是否正確，各閘門開關(guān)是否靈活。

1、對井下情況調(diào)查不清，施工技術(shù)措施制定不當(dāng)，影響施工質(zhì)量，引發(fā)復(fù)雜情況和事故；

2、施工技術(shù)措施和工藝紀(jì)律執(zhí)行不嚴(yán)，造成質(zhì)量事故和工程事故；

3、進(jìn)入油氣層、鉆遇復(fù)雜或高壓地層處置不及時或不當(dāng)，可能發(fā)生井噴、井漏、卡鉆等工程事故和其他復(fù)雜情況；

5、按照《HSE現(xiàn)場檢查表》規(guī)定，定期進(jìn)行檢查；

6、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行鉆具管理制度，負(fù)責(zé)各種井下工具、鉆井工具、套管工具、打撈工具和接頭的檢查管理和丈量工作；
