（4）改----通讀全文，修改可能出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤，如同“短文改錯(cuò)”那樣去改。

注意：體裁、格式要正確、內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)要齊全，語言表達(dá)要得當(dāng)、準(zhǔn)確。主謂一致、時(shí)態(tài)、語態(tài)、習(xí)慣用語、固定短語、單詞拼寫、大小寫及標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號都不要放過。另外，詞數(shù)在100左右，不能過多或過少。

（5）抄----要書寫規(guī)范，卷面整潔。斜度一致，疏密得當(dāng)，大小寫要分明，要給人以賞心悅目的感覺。3.七個(gè)原則:（1）長短句原則

在行文中，若能做到長短句結(jié)合，文章就會(huì)顯得抑揚(yáng)頓挫。短句放于段首或段末，可以揭示主題，使讀者一目了然。在文章的主體部分，要先用一個(gè)短句解釋主要意思，然后在闡述幾個(gè)要點(diǎn)的時(shí)候采用先短后長的句群形式。（2）主題句原則

一定要在文章的開頭或結(jié)尾寫出主題句，讓讀者一目了然。

（3）行文連貫原則要想使文章有整體性、連貫性，就要學(xué)會(huì)正確使用連貫詞。（4）短語優(yōu)先原則

用短語會(huì)增加文章的亮點(diǎn)。（5）多實(shí)少虛原則 如：表達(dá)“很好”的時(shí)候，不應(yīng)只用“good, nice”這類較大的詞，而要用“wonderful, interesting, smart, gentle, warm-hearted...”之類的形象詞。（6）多變句式原則

并列、遞進(jìn)、轉(zhuǎn)折、因果等句式的運(yùn)用，簡單句、復(fù)合句的穿插，倒裝句、強(qiáng)調(diào)句的點(diǎn)綴等都是句式多變的好方法。（7）挑戰(zhàn)極限原則

高級詞匯、獨(dú)立主格、非謂語動(dòng)詞、三大從句（定語從句、狀語從句、名詞性從句）的靈活運(yùn)用，是高分作文的亮點(diǎn)之一。3.七大禁忌：

（1）白卷一張，一分不得。

寫寫不能便能得上二三分，不寫一分不得。高考中一分必爭。（2）偷梁換柱，蒙混過關(guān)。

懷著僥幸心理抄襲試卷中的閱讀理解或硬搬以前背過的文章。（3）逐句翻譯，句不成文。

文章講究邏輯性、整體性，而不是單個(gè)句子的羅列。

（4）胡編亂造，生搬硬套。避免漢式英語。

（5）語言簡單，句式單一。

好文章有血有肉，表現(xiàn)手法變幻多樣，而語言和句式過于簡單使文章顯得平淡無奇，難得高分。

（6）矯揉造作，太過夸張。

過度使用高級詞匯和復(fù)雜句式，使文章顯得極不自然。（7）內(nèi)容無挑，卷面欠雅。

卷面不整潔，字跡潦草，亂涂亂改。
