make a three-minute speech based on the video.please give your speech a title.huize said to zhuangzi :the prince of wei gave me a seed of a large kind of gourd.i planted it, and it bore fruit as big as a five bushel measure.now had i used this for holding liquids, it would have been too heavy to lift;and had i cut it in half for ladles, the ladles would have been too flat for such purpose.certainly it was a huge thing, but i had no use for it and so broke it up.【注】海選采用統一演講稿以利于選手之間的比較。其主要考查選手語音語調、演講風格。

比賽要求：
1、內容要求 :主題鮮明，與標題相符，內容清楚，結構清晰，中心突出，合理展開，闡釋充分，論據相關，邏輯性強，內容生動不枯燥。能吸引聽眾注意力。(50分)
2、語言要求 :使用標準英國英語或美國英語，語言準確(發(fā)音清晰，音調、音高合適，用詞準確、相關）、流利。發(fā)音清晰，語調起伏，語速適中，注意節(jié)奏。（注意連讀、詞重音、句重音、語調和節(jié)奏等）。（30分）

首屆“瘋狂杯” 演講比賽活動策劃書
青春，糾結的代言。相信這一路上不僅僅是痛苦，還會有快樂；偶爾仰起頭看看天空，尋找屬于自己的那片藍天。為了給師院廣大學子提供一個展示自我的平臺，我們社團聯合將舉辦一次演講比賽來展現大學生獨有的人生風采。
一、活動名稱
“瘋狂杯”演講比賽
二、活動背景
“演講是科學，是藝術，是展示個人文化素質修養(yǎng)的窗口”，在學習工作中我們處處都在與語言打交道，怎樣善言妙語的表達自己的想法，作為大學生的我們更應該體現我們大學生內在素質和道德修養(yǎng)。在平時中鍛煉，在生活中積累，點點滴滴學習，從量的積累到質的飛躍。
本次演講比賽由基礎教育研究協會會長孫麗麗發(fā)起，讀者協會策劃，各家舉辦方共同審核通過，在集基礎教育研究協會、大學生讀者協會、大學生論辯社、三月文學社、大學生語言文字協會以及學生社團聯合會六家之所長聯合舉辦，由李陽瘋狂英語阜陽分校全程贊助。
經過舉辦方與贊助商多方面協商，雙方約定將長期合作，舉辦此項演講比賽，今年是第一次舉辦，以后會一直延續(xù)下去。為了體現雙方合作的誠意，經過我們雙方協商，特將此項演講比賽冠名為“瘋狂杯”演講比賽。

十三、活動安排
（一）、活動前期
1、社長會議：
安排好各社團分工，并確立活動主題和活動名稱。
2、活動宣傳：
各社團組織安排人員制作好活動宣傳畫報、海報、噴繪和通知并于3月29日前分別貼于教學主樓、食堂北門、茶房和第二生活區(qū)，宣傳條幅懸掛于食堂北門。
學生社團聯合會和大學生讀者協會負責畫報制作，其他社團負責海報的制作。噴繪、條幅由贊助商提前制作。
3、讀者協會于3月29日之前并完成多媒體與條幅懸掛的申請，并懸掛活動宣傳條幅。
同時讀者協會于29日之前策劃完成本次演講比賽的全程實施方案，然后所有舉辦方會議共同審核最終確立定稿，按照策劃方案實施下去。并復印好評分標準和評分表。
4、基礎教育研究協會在活動開始前一天聯系好演講培訓的講師，讀者協會提前做好當日演講培訓現場的布置，以及安排好當時會場秩序的維持和活動現場照片的采集。
（二）、活動中期
1、對舉辦方各成員的演講培訓：

活動前讀者協會安排好參與本次活動的工作人員。各社團將海報、畫報、噴繪、通知于4月29日之前全部張貼出去，條幅懸掛于食堂北門。
活動當天組織與會人員的簽到，安排講師入席。其他協會協助。
讀者協會安排人員組織對活動現場照片的采集，以及會場秩序的維持。培訓結束后，讀者協會辦公室人員當晚寫好活動通訊稿，選取幾幅有代表性照片一并發(fā)送到社團聯郵箱。
2、報名階段：

報名時間：4月6日—4月10日 報名地點：食堂北門
電信營業(yè)廳旁
三月文學社和語言文字協會分別組織安排人員在食堂北門和電信營業(yè)廳旁設置報名點，并安排人員在規(guī)定時間前去值班，組織報名，其他協會協助。
于4月5日將比賽宣傳噴繪、海報張貼于展板，放于食堂北門和電信營業(yè)廳旁，方便第二天報名時使用，宣傳條幅懸掛于食堂北門，各社團出好通知分別貼于食堂北門、主樓、茶房和第二生活區(qū)。
同時，三月文學社申請好五間教室，作為初賽場地。并申請使用小禮堂，作為決賽場地。
在這期間，基礎教育研究協會與大學生論辯社邀請好演講比賽的評委，其他協會協助。
五家社團在此期間分別做好初賽的準備工作，如：各自安排好主持人、記分員、計時員、亮牌員、攝影人員各一名，以及維持現場秩序人員兩名，報名結束后，三月文學社和語言文字協會整理好報名選手，分別劃分到五間教室進行比賽，并分別通知報名選手于4月11日晚上7：00到綜合樓305參與 演講培訓。
語言文字協會于4月11日之前寫好本次比賽報名通訊稿，發(fā)送到社團聯郵箱。
3、對參賽選手的演講培訓：
負責單位：大學生論辯社
負責人：丁榮 聯系方式：*** 時間：4月11日周三晚上7：00 地點：綜合樓305 各社團于4月10日前分別制作好一份通知貼于食堂北門、主樓、茶房和第二生活區(qū)，條幅懸掛于食堂北門。
讀者協會提前30分鐘開放305教室，并打開多媒體，方便活動中使用。論辯社在活動當天，安排好人員入場簽到，引導講師入席，負責本次演講培訓會場秩序的維護，同時安排人員對活動現場照片的采集。其他協會協助。
培訓結束后，歡送講師離場。并告知與會人員比賽場地和時間。
論辯社安排人員于當晚寫好活動通訊稿，選取幾幅有代表性照片一并發(fā)送到社團聯郵箱。
4、初賽: 負責單位：五家舉辦社團
總負責人：王 高 聯系方式：*** 孫麗麗 聯系方式：*** 時間：4月15日周日上午9：00 地點：主樓教室：102、104、107、202、204 各社團于4月13日前分別制作好一份通知貼于食堂北門、主樓、茶房和第二生活區(qū)，條幅懸掛于食堂北門。
演講培訓后，各社團領取評分標準和評分表。三月文學社和漢語言文學社通知各教室的比賽人員，并告知選手在規(guī)定時間之前到達比賽地點參加比賽。
五家社團分別負責一間教室的比賽，在比賽前各社團要聯系好評委，并安排好記分員、計時員、主持人、亮牌員各一名，攝影人員一名，以及現場秩序維持人員兩名。
比賽結束后分別提取各教室選取15%的優(yōu)勝選手，然后再由各社長及評委商量選出20名優(yōu)勝選手參加決賽。
三月文學社在活動結束后寫好通訊稿，選取幾幅有代表性照片一并發(fā)送到社團聯郵箱。

4月17日社團社長會議，安排好決賽分工，以方便各社長提前安排人員。在決賽前一天之前，各家社團協助學生社團聯合會制作好畫報，用于小禮堂的布置，并做好決賽前的宣傳事宜。
活動當天社團聯組織安排人員進行小禮堂的布置，如：音箱、燈光、投影儀、幕布、條幅懸掛等等,其他社團共同協助,協調好人員安排。2）、物品準備
負責單位：大學生論辯社
負責人：丁榮 聯系方式：*** 論辯社于4月18日前聯系廣告公司制作好活動入場券、邀請函以及證書，以及抽獎箱的制作等決賽現場所需物品的準備。

（三）、活動后期 時間：4月22日下午2：30 地點：綜合樓404 舉辦方會議，各主辦方負責人分別自對本次活動作出總結，交流經驗，同時能夠讓大一骨干會員吸取經驗，同時增進舉辦方會員之間的了解，方便今后再次合作。
（四）、注意事項
1、初賽中參賽者必須提前15分鐘到場。進入決賽的選手需上交一張個人近期生活照于三月文學社，與參賽選手演講題目一起做成PPT,用于決賽現場放映所需。決賽中參賽者必須提前30分鐘到場，到指定區(qū)域就坐。
2、提前通知評委比賽的相關內容。
3、觀眾提前到場，到指定區(qū)域就坐，并注意現場紀律。
4、評分要嚴格按照評分標準進行。
5、各社團做好賽后總結工作。
十四、演講比賽流程
1、參賽須知
（1）初賽參賽選手必須在賽前10分鐘入場，找相關人員簽到。決賽需提前30分鐘入場。
（2）比賽開始后，各參賽選手不得無故退出比賽。
（3）各參賽選手必須從始至終參加聽取其他選手的演講；遵守會場紀律，不起哄，不喝倒彩，做文明觀眾，對每一位選手的比賽都給予掌聲鼓勵。
2、演講要求
（1）本次比賽演講稿的內容必須圍繞“激揚青春，頌我風采”的主題，結合實際，突出亮點，主題鮮明，切忌空談理論。
（2）選手參賽必須使用普通話，采用站立式脫稿演講。（3）比賽順序由抽簽決定，選手上場遲到5分鐘視為棄權。（4）每位選手的演講時間限定在5分鐘內。
3、比賽程序
