【案例背景】
在中職學(xué)校,抓素質(zhì)、抓技能成為學(xué)校的兩大重要教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容,作為班主任,其核心工作就是德育工作,德育教育中最令班主任們感到頭疼的就是后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化,轉(zhuǎn)化后進(jìn)生是老師所肩負(fù)的重大而艱巨的任務(wù),也是教育工作者不容推卸的責(zé)任!【案例過程】

一、以耐心期待他們轉(zhuǎn)化 俗話說:“冰凍三尺非一日之寒?!焙筮M(jìn)生身上的不良行為、不良習(xí)慣,不是一朝一夕養(yǎng)成的。同樣,“后進(jìn)生”的轉(zhuǎn)化工作也不是能一蹴而就的,應(yīng)有長期的思想準(zhǔn)備,投入很多的時(shí)間和精力。這是因?yàn)楹筮M(jìn)生往往自律性差,意志力薄弱,容 易反反復(fù)復(fù)。所以做“后進(jìn)生”的思想工作不要簡單地認(rèn)為通過一兩次的談心他們就能幡然 醒悟、徹底改好。實(shí)踐證明,欲速則不達(dá),急于求成反而適得其反。班主任一定要有更大的 耐心去幫助他們,鼓勵(lì)他們,采取恰當(dāng)?shù)慕逃椒ǎ皶r(shí)給予引導(dǎo),讓他們循序漸進(jìn)地改正 缺點(diǎn)。
二、站在學(xué)生的角度,傾注我們的一份愛
