尊敬的各位評委，親愛的各位同學：

大家晚上好！我是----，今天我演講的主題是：亮出我們的勇氣與魄力，走上自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的征程！

眾所周知，隨著我國高等教育的發(fā)展，大學生畢業(yè)人數(shù)逐年增多，就拿2012年來說，今年的高校畢業(yè)生就達680萬人，就業(yè)壓力可想而知。但是可喜的是，越來越多的大學生響應國家號召，以創(chuàng)業(yè)推進就業(yè)，走上了自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的征程。

前美國總統(tǒng)羅斯福說過：當時間的主人，命運的主宰，靈魂的舵手。

而創(chuàng)業(yè)就解釋了這個定義。

這很簡單，其實就像許多人喜歡做自己喜歡的事情一樣，因為太愛這件事才會去做，而不是因為別人一句話，頭腦一熱就去做了。所以創(chuàng)業(yè)就是自己更多的把握自己的人生，常常告訴自己“just do it”。

我一直覺得我們“人生的最后”存在著是兩種可能：

做與不做?? 一種是多年以后，當你回憶起某一段時光的時候，你仍然激情澎湃，對自己的成功，魄力予以肯定。

而另外一種就是后悔自己當年猶豫不決，錯失了許多機會，后悔沒有去做。創(chuàng)業(yè)可謂是一條艱難且漫長的道路。對于一個創(chuàng)業(yè)者而言，失敗可能意味著你即將成功，而成功意味著你將面臨更大的挑戰(zhàn)。

窮人缺什么：表面缺資金，本質(zhì)缺雄心，腦子缺觀念，機會缺了解，改變?nèi)毙袆?，事業(yè)缺魄力。

下面我想僅以個人拙見來重點談論一下每個人在創(chuàng)業(yè)之初必須面對的三個問題：

第一，有沒有資金；第二，有沒有經(jīng)驗；第三，有沒有團隊。

對，這就是創(chuàng)業(yè)者面對的三個迫切于解決的重要問題。

可是現(xiàn)實的情況就是，大多數(shù)人有的只是一時的熱情或是一些不付出具體行動的空想。他們并沒有站在自己的位置，看看自己是否已經(jīng)具備了哪些條件？或者說他們不知道自己是否已經(jīng)擁有了解決這些問題的能力。所以我覺得想要創(chuàng)業(yè)的同學可以好好打量自己這些方面的能力了。

資金是創(chuàng)業(yè)者面對的首要問題，就業(yè)肯定會為你帶來穩(wěn)定的收入，那樣的話的確不用像創(chuàng)業(yè)者擔心中午盒飯的質(zhì)量??可是你無法保證在你籌集好資金以后，所處的社會環(huán)境不會改變，到最后只落了一個“白了少年頭，空悲切”的下場。

所以你可以試試用別人的錢來創(chuàng)業(yè)，我的意思是融資，一個人的力量是渺小的，但十個，一百個，那你將擁有你無法想象的力量了。

你可以用你的美妙的想法，創(chuàng)意的點子去吸引別人的錢。但是各位請注意，這意味著你的想法有足夠的吸引力。

然后對于創(chuàng)業(yè)者的經(jīng)驗。包括你的決策能力，選擇能力，執(zhí)行能力，以及處理問題的方式方法。

說到這里我想起李開復先生說的一句話，“世界上最聰明的人是借用別人撞的頭破血流的經(jīng)驗作為自己的經(jīng)驗，而世界上最愚蠢的人是非要用自己撞得頭破血流的經(jīng)驗才叫經(jīng)驗。創(chuàng)業(yè)就是要“冒天下之大不韙，敢為天下人先”。等一件事被所有人認為是機會的時候，其實已經(jīng)不是機會了，要學會借用別人的經(jīng)驗，摸索著前進，在黑暗中探索出屬于自己的一片光明。

最后是團隊，團隊成員的互相理解也不可或缺。

我所理解的優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊并不是那些最優(yōu)秀的人集中在一起，而是最合適的人湊在一起。所以你要時刻去尋找自己生活中與你有共同語言，共同目標的人。包括你的親人，同學，朋友，也許他們很多方面不是那么優(yōu)秀，但將在你的團隊中擔任一個不可或缺的角色。

所以說我們其實已經(jīng)擁有了許多條件，為什么不試一試？

作為一名大學生，讀書得到的不僅是一張文憑，更多的應該是知識和技能的增長。年輕的我們，一定要趁自己內(nèi)心激情滿滿，大腦具有非常活躍的創(chuàng)新思維的時候漂亮的干一把，把你大腦中的那個創(chuàng)意的點子章顯出其眾不同。所以要是你真的準備好了，那就策馬揚帆，適時起航。超越夢想一起飛，你我需要真心面對，讓生命回味這一刻，讓歲月銘記這一回。

透過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這個平臺,還造就了一批80后，這位是安徽蕪湖人,中專文化,那么他們通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，5萬塊錢起家,短短的一年時間成就了5000萬,請問在座的各位領秀，各位老板，你的企業(yè)通過這么短的時間創(chuàng)造這么大的價值嗎？那我們再看一下,李想,河北的,泡泡網(wǎng)的ceo，這個了是你們黑龍江人，他們都是短短的時間迅速的成就了億萬身價,包括了后面還有趙寧,高燃，等等,你們到網(wǎng)上去搜索,那么互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成就了太多的80后，那這些人都是通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這樣的這樣的一個平臺，短短的通過一到兩年時間,迅速讓自己成就了億萬身價,這說明一個什么問題，就是新時代到來,新工具的到來,創(chuàng)富的速度迅速增加。

我們回顧一下，工業(yè)時代的福特汽車，想積累十個億的資金，他整整花了23年,那么到了沃爾瑪商業(yè)時代,創(chuàng)造十個億的資金，花了20年，那么到了彼爾蓋茨的計算機時代，他也花了12年的時間，但是到了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代，一個亞馬遜網(wǎng)站，花了3年時間，就積累了十個億的資金。在中國個體經(jīng)濟造就萬元戶，股票經(jīng)濟造就百萬元戶，房地產(chǎn)造就千萬，it造就億萬，時代的進步導致我們的創(chuàng)富速度也迅速增加。

現(xiàn)在企業(yè)不再是打造核心競爭力，而是考慮核心生存力的問題，數(shù)碼相機出來把膠卷行業(yè)給干掉了，地下室一個叫肖恩的小伙子，發(fā)明一個mp3，把市值400億的碟片行業(yè)給顛覆了，我們要不要去做些思考，看看我們的生意能維持多久,很多的企業(yè)家講我們的生意難做,為什么,其實歸結想來，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)導致信息透明,利潤透明,。

我們再來看一看,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的差異有多大,青島啤酒，成立了將近107年,現(xiàn)在他的市值只有234億人民幣,那么同仁堂成立300年，他的市值只有110億人民幣，那么下面的全聚德，張裕葡萄酒，這些都是超百年企業(yè)，一個微軟成立區(qū)區(qū)25年，他的市值已經(jīng)達到了2599億美元，我們是人民幣，他是不是美元，那接下來再看看蘋果，24年，他的價值是2032億美元，百度當年投資是1000萬，區(qū)區(qū)十年時間，他的市值超過了100個億，請問，哪一家企業(yè)能在這么短的時間內(nèi)，把1000萬的投資變成100個億。從胡錦濤登陸人民網(wǎng)那一天開始起，正式拉開了政府對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的使用，推進了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展速度，兩會其間，人大代表面前擺著一臺筆記本，大家注意到了嗎，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)93年在全球只有區(qū)區(qū)50個網(wǎng)站，可到現(xiàn)在我們的網(wǎng)站已經(jīng)上億，并且每天還在迅速的增

加，平均每2秒鐘就有一個人學會電腦并上網(wǎng)，那么中國是全世界最大的數(shù)字化王國，網(wǎng)民數(shù)超過了4個億，你還在上面偷菜、打游戲嗎，難道你就沒有想過面對龐大的市場來給自己獲得一點財富嗎，中國的網(wǎng)民數(shù)是美國和日本兩國人口加起來的總和，而中國又是全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的一個大國。

時代的發(fā)展，事物的發(fā)展是有規(guī)律可循的，我們看看中國的發(fā)展，30年一大變，在1919年中國發(fā)生了五四運動，是中國人自醒，30年過后，是1949年，是中華人民共和國成立對不對,中國人自立,再加30年,1979年改革開放,是中國人開始自強,再加30年是哪一年,已經(jīng)到了2009年,中國崛起,在網(wǎng)上流傳,叫中國危協(xié)論。我們生活在這個時代交替的這個年代，你是不是要有所改變,有所掌握,時勢造英雄，機遇大于能力,中國比鞏利漂亮的女孩子太多了，小沈陽的身價為什么現(xiàn)在達到了上千萬，小沈陽還是小沈陽,所以呢人有時候還是需要平臺，需要機遇的，茫茫人海，每個人的機遇只有2.8次，你抓住了嗎，不要感嘆自己，其實呢運氣對我們每個人來說是公平的。

把握趨勢,掌握未來,這句話人人都會說，我們是否會用，現(xiàn)在的趨勢到底是什么,未來的趨勢就是全球的數(shù)字化,網(wǎng)絡化。

中國改革開放以來，引用的是外來商業(yè)模式，1、大買場、（沃爾瑪）。

2、連鎖店，（麥當勞）。

3、直銷。

4、金融。

5、電子商務1、99年，b2b模式： 企業(yè)對企業(yè) ,典型的代表就是阿里巴巴，在企業(yè)和企業(yè)之間搭建一個平臺，我們個人沒法參與。

2、03年，c2c模式： 個人對個人，在個人和個人之間搭建一個平臺，讓任何人都可以參與，誰都可以來買東西，誰都可以來賣東西，打造的是自由貿(mào)易，典型的代表就是 淘寶網(wǎng)，由于是自由貿(mào)易，所以在淘寶網(wǎng)上買東西要承擔一個風險，什么風險呢？買到假貨的風險，如果買到真的，那就叫淘到寶了，人家的名字起的也非常的形象。所以這種模式最大的問題就是誠信問題解決不了。

3、07年，b2c模式： 企業(yè)對個人，企業(yè)或者商家來上傳產(chǎn)品，個人可以來參與消費，具有代表性的網(wǎng)站如京東商城 當當網(wǎng) 凡客誠品 紅孩子等等，由于產(chǎn)品都是企業(yè)或商家自己上傳的，所以產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量絕對保真，我們個人作為消費者只能在保證買到真貨的同時還可以省點錢。但這種模式的缺陷就是我們的身份不能轉換，商家就是商家，消費者就是消費者，它只能滿足我們省錢的需要，不能滿足我們賺 錢的需求

有一天半夜，我碰巧聽見寢室里一個平時很內(nèi)向的女孩在輕聲抽泣。為了不驚動她，我給她發(fā)了一條短信來安慰她。第二天，他告訴我那晚她哭了是因為她的一位好朋友開生日聚會沒有請她參加，她覺得自己被大家所忽視了。但我對短信卻給了她很大安慰，讓她覺得還是有人惦記著她的。

社團文化活動豐富了大學生的課余生活，營造積極向上的校園文化藝術氛圍，為大學生提供展示自我的平臺，能夠充分展現(xiàn)當代大學生的青春活力。為進一步推進我省高校大學生素質(zhì)拓展工程，提高廣大同學的英語應用水平，我協(xié)會現(xiàn)準備開展大學生英語演講比賽。現(xiàn)將活動方案策劃如下：

江蘇技術師范學院大學生英語演講比賽

二十一世紀是高科技迅猛發(fā)展的時代，是國際交流更加頻繁的時代。英語水平的提高對國際之間的交流起著至關重要的作用。作為二十一世紀的大學生，我們應該責無旁貸，學好自己母語的同時加強英語的鍛煉，為我們社會的發(fā)展盡一份綿薄之力。所以為了增強同學們運用英語的能力，為廣大同學提供一個展現(xiàn)自己舞臺。通過參加這次活動，提高同學們英語應用能力，增長自己的演講能力。豐富我們的生活多樣化。通過同學們積極參加活動，可以促進同學們學習動力和熟練運用技能，同時向全學校宣傳演講技巧，更加促進學習英語積極性。

voice would fly to our ears.but at last,each chinese who loves our motherland was distressed to know the result:beijing ,lost to sydeny by a margin of two votes in the olympic hosting competition.eight years have past,but the frustration has not healed with time at all.now,at the begining of the new millennium,all of the pride and disappointment of the 20th century had gone with the wind.the 21st century,which is full of hope,longing znd thought has come.someone said,we would start from zero on.should i really start from zero on?

在21世紀的我們，學習英語已經(jīng)是一門必修課了，如今為了加強學生的英語學習，英語氛圍，形成一種英語無處不在的學習環(huán)境，同時也為了提高我院以其各個英語愛好者的綜合能力，豐富學習課余文化活動，創(chuàng)建良好的校園文化氛圍，因此，我們英語1+1 決定開展英語角活動,邀請我校廣大英語愛好者一起學英語

二．活動目的：

〈1〉提高同學學習英語的積極性，特別是提高對英語口語訓練的積極性?！?〉豐富學生的課余生活。

〈3〉為學生提供一個學習和交流英語學習的平臺，共同進步?！?〉加深對英語口語的重要性的認識。

〈5〉通過舉辦活動，為廣大英語

七．活動前工作安排

1、宣傳部：負責制作海報、橫幅、寫廣播稿和新聞稿。

2、學習部：負責整個活動的攝影工作。

3、外事部：負責申請教室，租借相關設備。

4、秘書部：負責簽到工作，購買活動用品。

5、文-體部：負責布置會場活動，座位的安排。

1、比賽規(guī)則、比賽以公平公正為原則，以豐富和活躍校園生活、促進交流與溝通為宗

旨，比賽一次性解決。、大賽分為自我介紹，演講比賽，才藝展示三個環(huán)節(jié)。依據(jù)評委打分計

算出成績，最后頒發(fā)一等獎、二等獎、三等獎和參與獎。

3、活動流程

一、活動步驟、主持人開場白、選手按照比賽具體步驟依次上臺演講和英語才藝展示。、評委點評，有七個理事和會長們點評、主持人宣布比賽成績和名次、頒獎由會長發(fā)獎、活動參與者合影、主持人宣布活動結束、按照統(tǒng)一安排依次退場

二、比賽具體過程

第一個環(huán)節(jié)：選手簡要作自我介紹，大約每人1分鐘，由評委打分。第二個環(huán)節(jié)：演講總分50分。選手依次上臺演講，大約每人五分鐘。第三個環(huán)節(jié)：才藝展示總分30分。

第四個環(huán)節(jié)：演講結束后，由評委作總評。并依據(jù)比賽成績宣布各參賽選手成

績。

三．具體評分細則 ：

●儀表形象：

1）著裝整齊，大方得體。

2）姿態(tài)自然，動作適度。

●演講內(nèi)容：

3）主題鮮明，符合主題內(nèi)容。

4）內(nèi)容充實，事例動人，貼近生活，富有鮮明的時代感。

5）行文流暢，用詞精練，詳略得當。

●語言藝術：

6）發(fā)音標準，流利。

7）節(jié)奏處理得當，技巧運用自如。

8）表現(xiàn)力、應變能力強，能活躍氣氛，引起高潮.(10分）

●評分規(guī)則：

評委明確給出每部分評分，由工作人員進行最后加總，去掉最高分與最低分，取平均分為選手比賽成績，按成績排名分別獲一、二、三等獎。
